I am here on business and went in the kfc at 12420 la grange rd, louisville kentucky. My order was for a 6 piece tender with ranch dressing, 1 potato wedge, 1 mashed potato and a sweet tea. The lady taking the order was very nice. I will say that first off. Here's where it goes horribly wrong. 1st thing, they are out of sweet tea. Then she comes back and says they are out of ranch. 2 strikes out of the gate. So, I go to get a pepsi instead. Guess what? They are completely out of pepsi as well. When I asked about that they just said "yeah, sorry" with that "tough crap" look on their face. So now I am a little mad about this. I make do and get back to the hotel (1.9 miles) to eat. I spit out the first bite of the tenders because they were so bad. No exaggeration. (I love kfc tenders so I was disappointed) I didn't have time to go back so I just threw them away. Started on the potato wedge. They were so cold and soggy that I threw them out as well. The only thing edible from that whole order was the mashed potatoes. So basically I paid $12.00 for a side of mashed potatoes. I am here for a month and I will never go back to that kfc ever which is a shame because it is right across from my work and we have a crew of 10 people that all go there for lunch. They all agree and have had a horrible experience with that kfc in particular. By they way, I order tenders all of the time and these didn't even look like kfc tenders. Almost like they ran out of half of the ingredients for your breading because it sure wasn't anything I have ever seen. I do want feedback from someone on this with a response.
famous bowls
I would like to know what the cut off time is to get a famous bowl. Twice I came through the drive through around 9:30 pm 1/2 hour before close and they were out of famous bowls for the night. I can see running out if certain pieces of chicken, but it doesn't take that long to make mash potatoes and some gravy when you are running low. I worked KFC before so I know about having product available.

Visited store number #C180025 on Sunday 2-11-18. Ordered a 2 pc thigh dinner. I received 1 leg and 1 shriveled up thigh that was extra small. And a mashed potatoe and gravy. And a pot pie. I was charged 1.99 instead of.99 like advertised for extra side of mac and cheese and mashed potatoe and gravy. Went back today 2-14-18 ordered a 3 piece thighs and breast. And a pot pie combo. Told manager of problem on the 11th and I asked for the larger potatoe and gravy she told me no she couldn't do it. Didn't offer any kind of compromise to make up for any of this. Said she couldn't do anything and I said I can't believe that your the manager. Then she gave me a glare finished my order and sarcastically and hatfully wished a good valentine day to me. I got home to eat my meal an she had put open honey packets in my sack and there was stickyness and honey all over evrything. Ticket number today was 4433. mashed potatoes & gravy
Already put complaint#DG67P no response. I burned the root of my mouth with mashed potatoes & gravy temp 180.9 plus over all service bad. First I had to wait 20 plus minutes for my food. While waiting I noticed no napkins in dispenser and no spoon or forks and low on condiments. I'm just waiting I look and see this nasty garbage of used condiments underneath the front of the garbage can looked nasty. Finally my food comes I go sit down and I start with my biscuit and a chicken leg when done I open mashed potatoes & gravy take a spoon full I spit it right back out it was so hot it burned my root of mouth. It was hotter than the chicken itself which was supposed to be fresh out of frier. You would think it shouldn't be that hot I tasted it after 10 min of eating. I told Amos manager why so hot it burned my mouth he told me they they keep mashed potatoes in a temp of 180.9 with minimum temp of 165.9 or higher. The chicken should've been higher temp. I worked at the KFC on 1406 Richland Ave. After working there for eight months my landlord died forcing me to relocate and find another job. Within the eight months I worked there I watched my manager sit several female co-workers on his lap to talk while he attempted to convince members of the staff not to quit, and has screamed "God [protected]@?! It" while we had several regular religious customers sitting in the lobby and his drive-throu mic was on. I have since left the company and have been trying to obtain my W-2 for the past month and a half. I loved working for the KFC company, we all felt like family on the team however after being belittled on a handful of times from my manager I have no further desires to work at that particular location. kfc at westwood mall is the most pathetic store ever. They always have one staff member taking orders and the same incompetent staff member puts the order together to give to the customer. There can be uptil 10 customers waiting in the que [which is most of the time], but they do not care. Whenever I order from them the food is always cold, like yesterday... Its simply stale.
They do not even have serviettes [what a joke]. I asked a staff member bonga for an extra serviette to use - she replied and said - we dont have - I asked her what will they do for the rest of the customers - she replied and said - if we dont have what must I do, cause theres nothing... And so then - they are seriously pathetic, just like the owner to employ such people there.
no chicken and the bacon in my bacon cheese zinger burger was cold and stale
At 9:30pm on Thursday the 8th of February I went through the drive through to order the zinger box. The attendant informed me that there was no individual chicken left, both original and hot and spicy. My only choices where burgers, chips or nuggets. I ordered a bacon cheese zinger burger when I bit into it the bacon was cold and stale. To have no chicken at a fast food chicken outlet is very hard to understand. This was at the Beldon store Perth, Western Australia. This is not the first time this has happened at this store.

Already wrote to you my case number BXSSG. I will not repeat my complain again as you can see through my case number. I find your offer of £6 insulting and humiliating from the 2nd largest food chain in the world, it's not about money and what I can get of the company for upsetting my child and ruining our evening with the strips from the bucket I purchased. The decent thing I believe or the less was to offer my family another bargain bucket in return more for the trouble not to offer me this loose change because it was just for the strips. I spent £20 that day which is a regular thing as we add large popcorn chicken and drink which use to be free but now you charge. I'm on my thirty minute lunch keep in mind.
Waited at the speaker for 5mins since I'm custom to Mon-Fri between 10a-11a ; also keep in mind this location opens at 10a. Not a word was said during these five mins(happens alot). "Hello welcome to KFC can you give me one moment. I apologise so and so is going on I'll be right with you. Hi there do you mind doing so and so due to so and so." Nope nothing! Go up to the window and a paper is taped stating; "Drive thru open at 1030a". All I wanted was ONE CHICKEN LITTLE WITH NO PICKLES. Went, parked spoke to a worker and complained about the lack of communication they were having with there drive thru customers. I mean THE SIGN should have been places on the speaker; it's the first contact with a customer. An no one had a headset on to hear the car approach and leave to go in. As well as if they were still lost and confused from the paper; they would have the opportunity to apologize for the inconvenience. She did apologise; but what INFURIATED me was they had the audacity to charge me $1.69 for the One Chicken Little.I was shocked and asked if they didn't think after the lack of customer service I at least deserve the $1.69. If it was a combo, Id understand no that's over $5 but for something under $2 can't be given as an apology. In my 10+ yrs working in the food industry; I would have given it to my customer before she even asked me or asked the amount. It's shows taking responsibility, understanding there frustration, considerate of there time and you want them to come back. The second person that approached the conversation said; "sorry someone is running late so we we're behind on making the chicken. He said he couldn't give me the chicken little; but could offer me a cup for soda." I told him that made no sense and I'll be contacting corporate. Soda drink comes out to I believe$2.15 and the ONE THING I wanted came out to $1.69. Now tell me; wouldn't you have said WTF? I wish the normal morning crew was there; better all around. I never got her name. But she is Filipino I believe; always have 100% on her customer service. When she isn't there; the other crew is always opening late and running behind on option of different kind of chicken pieces. It's getting annoying; thank God Taco Bell is right next door.

I went into my local KFC with my family members in Christiansburg, va. Imagine our shock to see no buffet! I don't understand, I am used to coming in at least a couple times a week. Make a long story short. Bought three fill up boxes two days ago.. One of the Biscuits had mold green mold and was hard as a rock. Second meal breast was red inside uncooked.. Returned both .. The Manager Angel was ruined.. Told me sometimes the Biscuits it contaminated. From the paper on top.. As if no big deal.. No apology. I do not live close bye.. I do not appreciate the attitude. I so sorry but I never have such bad experience in KFC before. This is happened in The outlet located in Star City mall Macau dated 4th Feb 18 around 11:00 am. The ice cream counter always no one attend, so I follow the food ordering line wait or a long queue and told a team leader I would
like to buy an ice cream.
This staff ask me to to wait in the ice cream counter but do thing. Until I move back and ask again. This team leader then starting to ask other staffs who knows how to operate.
What I head is due to no one know how to operate, then that team leader just simply reply me ice cream out of order today.
This happened 25 mins later since I walk in.
Unfortunate, it looks like there is no any compliant channel I could voice out.
I never have such bad experience in any KFC in the world before and wish the management of KFC can alert and prevent this happening again as I love KFC's food and really don't want to see due to some unresponsive staff cause the damage of the trust of your fans.

On Friday February 2, 2018, at 8:30 pm, my son and I placed an order for an 8 piece bucket(Meal) and a Pot pie(8:33).I asked for half original and half spicy. I was told they were out of spicy. Closing time was 11:00 pm, but I said I would accept the 8 piece original. Waiting time was 16 minutes, again I accepted the 16 minute waiting time. At 9:05 pm, I inquired as to what was going on. I was told my order would soon be coming up. There was three other patrons in the restaurant, that ordered after me. There was one patron that had come from waiting in the drive up lane inside to wait. My order was being placed upon the counter when it fell onto the floor. It was picked up and placed back on the counter. The food did not fall out of the box, so I accepted the order, not knowing the coleslaw had drained throughout the bag. After leaving I noticed I was charged for the five dollar fill-up, instead of the pot pie alone. But there was no cookie or Medium drink included. I tried calling but to no avail. I feel with the excess waiting time, the unexplained nature of the wait, the unapologetic dropping of my food on the floor and the general unprofessional attitude of the staff, it leaves me very much dissatisfied. The food was not what I expected as it was not fully cooked. I did not eat the pot pie(trashed it) and the cole slaw was just thrown out as it was at the bottom of the bag. I want a refund or a gift card or coupon to replace a meal that was unsatifactory. My order was Ticket 2633. The cashier states Leroy, but I was waited on by a female employee. Total cost of my meal was $26.49 ( $21.49 plus $5.00) plus $2, 72 sales tax. I will choose another KFC in the future. The reciept is available upon request.

I sat in line 15 mins to get to the speaker and the speaker is on the ground once we pull up we sit at the speaker 5 mins before someone comes on it and tells us to order at the window once we get to the window were sitting here 10 mins before we get our order taken and they was not conserned what we was wanting they was conserned about talking to the people across the way about dirty dishes like i want to know that their using dirty dishes to cook my food..
payment refused by owner of kentucky fried chicken for our services
Kentucky Fried Chicken, North King Street in Kalihi (island of Oahu), State of Hawaii. We were called to provide immediate service to clean up grease from their restaurant on 01/13/18 and the owner is refusing to pay the bill. An email from KFC Kalihi Restaurant owner said he is refusing to pay until we lower the bill. Our invoice shows everything we did to cleanup the mess but yet he said were were on-site 4-hours and 4-minutes and overcharged him for 5.5-hours. We charged 5.5 hours from start to finish. He flat out said HE IS NOT PAYING THE BILL.

I ordered a bucket of chicken and was informed that there was no white meat. I was told that I could only have dark meat. I told them that wouldn't work. They informed me that it would be a 15 minute wait. I agreed to wait in my car. It took 25 minutes and a phone call reminding them that I was still waiting. I arrived home to find out that it was all dark meat. I'm not impressed with a place of business that advertises falsely. I'm not sure that I will return to that particular location in the future

I have been going to this KFC location for Monday special forever..just found out today no longer running $3.99 special saddens me...anyway there is a particular girl that I have complained about on numerus occasions..regarding a simple request of no gravy on mash...today went all the way back to store to get correct order with no compensation for error..just told by manager situation corrected but nothing for my time..also this girl always has attitude should not be dealing with public...so to make a long story short...will not deal with you any longer this customer is done

I went to the Kentucky fried chicken on 132nd in Omaha Ne and specifically asked for fresh chicken in my "Famous Bowl) due to the fact I had surgery on my mouth so anything hard or too crunchy is excruciating so that's why I requested fresh, but when I got home; 5 mins away, my chicken wasn't even chicken it was the hard crunchy pieces of batter that was thrown on top and I ripped one of my incisions open; I'm PISSED! The other MESSED UP thing was my husband & son got the same thing and w/no chicken just crunchy batter pieces; SO DISAPPOINTED and ANGRY that we spent so much money on a meal Nobody could enjoy! It's SAD that fast food use to be inexpensive & you got your money's worth and now it's EXPENSIVE & the amount and quality has went to crap!

Went through the Wareham MA KFC drive thru and ordered a 12 piece family meal. They got the 3 sides correct and the biscuits, but upon opening the chicken bucket there was only 8 pieces (2- legs, 2- wings. 3- thighs and 1- breast). I paid almost $40 for a meal that didn't include all that it was supposed to. Please make sure you hire people that can tell the difference between a thigh and a breast, and are able to count at least to 20. Talk about being displeased and feeling ripped off!
