terrible service!
Recently I went to KFC and bought some chicken there and it did not taste fresh! My chicken was also cold so I came back to the counter and asked them to give me a new chicken or my money back but they refused. They claimed there was nothing wrong! I told again that chicken was cold and then KFC employee touched my meal with his fingers to check how cold it was! I was absolutely disgusted and left the place. Terrible service!

My mother and I went to KFC on Pleasant Run and I35 in DeSoto, TX last night (12/3/16) at 8:44 pm CT. We went through the drive-thru and they never asked us if we needed help or addressed us at all. I drove around and saw two young ladies staring at us as we drove around with very ugly looks. I thought maybe the intercom was broken but it was very evident they were not working but that was not the case. One was on the cell phone and the other was just standing there doing nothing. Absolutely awful customer service.
black friday specials
On 25 november 2016, I bought black friday special. I was not able to redeem the vouchers since the branch staff had no idea / clue about the gift card special or the products. I had to wait for almost an half an hour while they were discussing the gift card voucher number and printout. I was not able was not able to redeem the gift card. What a humiliating and embarrassing experience since everyone was looking at me for holding up the queues. Surely staff are educated about specials running or products being launched. It would appear as if I have to forfeit my funds since no one has bothered to respond to my complaints and queries. The voucher was only valid for the friday. Too date no one has acknowledged my complaint or offered an apology and reimbursement for my for the embarrassing experience of not being able to redeem the valid voucher! My funds were debited from my account. Imagine I gave this as a gift to someone else. I would have had further embarrassment!

We bought KFC from the Strand branch in the Western Cape South Africa on the 23/11/2016 at 13h28. We wanted pap they had no pap. So we bought chicken chips burgers and regular gravy. There chicken was oil and didn't taste like KFC at all. The gravy was so watery that it did stick to the chips. We call them and like always it was just sorry. We called the Cape Town head office. Andre the area manager would have called us; we kept the gravy for him to see. But we never received any call from him. First complaint was on the 23/11/2016 at 13:55. They will ask Andre to call us. Then we called on the 24/11/2016 at 10h25 again, again they said Andre will call us back. Till today the 29/11/2016 at 12H15 we still didn't received a call from Andre. Now we know why KFC can get away with murder. There complaints line just says sorry and there area manager is just as useless as their branches. I told them that we are going to send out the health inspector and put it in the newspapers but they always get away with it so that didn't even help so that he can call and collect. I wish everyone in South Africa will stand up for their rights and there hard earned money and do not by KFC for a whole month. Maybe then KFC will wake up with customer service and good quality food. Wake up South Africa we work hard for our salaries. We still have the gravy and will keep it.

the food was horrible. there was no cheese on a famous bowl and the chicken that we received on every order was dry and hard. not pleased at all. the spicy chicken was so dry and hard that it was thrown out and the famous bowl had little pieces of what looked leftovers from the bottom of the pan. there was no gravy on it so all it was was chicken things and corn and potatoes
poor customer service
On November 7, 2016 I visited the Long John Silver/KFC restaurant located at 7445 S. Stony Island in Chicago. (The only one on the south side, which is a problem in itself). I received some of the worst customer service that I've ever received in my life. April, who I later found out was the manager, was very impatient when taking my order, which explains why she got it incorrect. When I went back into the restaurant (I had ordered through the drive thru with the intention of saving time) she was extremely rude. She got frustrated and screamed at me in front of other customers. I was outdone by her lack of professionalism and even more outdone that she was the manager setting a very poor example for the other employees. And instead of returning my order to me correct she snatched it and slammed my money down on the counter. And since there are no other restaurants on the entire south side of Chicago's African American neighborhood I was unable to go and make a purchase st another location. My daughter and I ended up st Hooter's instead. My younger daughter who was with me when I went inside to make the exchange asked me when we returned to the car if the manager was aware of the saying that the customer is always right. I did tell April that I knew her behavior would have been much better had she been servicing a more affluent community. It's unfortunate that poor African American communities receive poor customer service so often. Please address this matter and I would appreciate some correspondence to let me know how it was resolved. It may be a favor to her to place her in a position where she must find work elsewhere because she did seem to be quite unhappy in that position and I did let her know that I understood because for myself as an older woman in my 50s I wouldn't want to have to work at fast food and she looked to be around my age but it still doesn't excuse her actions. I'm shocked! I loved KFC a lot but what happened there recently was a total joke! I went to a local KFC restaurant and took a burger and some fries. And I saw that one of their employees dropped my fried on the floor, looked around, thought that no one saw that, put back my fries and served them to me! I was extremely angry and actually raised my voice. I can't understand that! They do that all the time or what? Absolutely disgusted and disgusted with KFC!

Your advertisement on Kentucky wings is false. I was told by one of your employee, there are no wings available in any of the Kentucky locations in long Island, New York. You tease customers to come and buy a product that is non existent. It is against all the business rules. Your false advertising will be reported to the District Attorney and better business bureau.
Your company falsely advertise wings and there is no wings available in any of the long island locations in new York. False advertising is against the rules of business and will be reported to the district attorney or BBB. Your employee claims the company is advertising to get customer to order other products that is available. This is promoting and cheating the customer with false advertising.
chicken and staff
Why is it that the food taste different at two different locations here in Hot Springs, Ar. One on Airport Road, the chicken and biscuit are fresh but staff is not friendly. The one on Central Ave, the chicken taste like it is two-three days old and biscuits are dried out and hard most all the time. The staff are also un friendly. They all act like you are a bother to them and they wish you would leave.

I purchased the Nashville chicken on 10/18/16.
It was the worst chicken I have ever tasted. The chicken was over cooked and the sauce was greasy, nasty tasting and dripping all over the place.
I will never purchase that meal again.

Maliek huff is an employee at the kfc/taco bell. Its been an ongoing problem since he started working there with a manager named vicky. On 10/5/2016 maliek was being trained to do the cash register because he messed up a lot vicky allowed the crew to make fun of maliek and took part in it herself. This went on over & over from 5pm-9pm. Maliek is a good person who is trying to work to support himself & his family. Vicky is also allowing an employee named jamal to bully maliek by letting him talk bad stuff to him and trying to fight him. Poor management is happening here and I am very upset that maliek cant work because of vickys behavior. I spoke to vicky on the phone and she denied everything. She cursed me out and hung the phone up on me. I am asking that the video tape be pulled on this day and reviewed. Vicky needs to be fired.

we ordered 16 pc meal at Herkimer kfc. when we got home (35 minutes away) we discovered we didn't have all our order. we called and they did give us a 16 pc bucket and the rest of our order that we were missing. this morning my granddaughter was eating a chocolate chip cookie and there was a piece of paper with a bar code on it in her cookie.

The night before (Saturday 24 Sep 2016)Last night or rather this morning (00:25) we went to the drive through at the KFC outside Kolonnade in Montana park. The staff at this branch is rude, they do not greet and speak rudely to clients. This is exactly what happened to us when we tried to order food from this branch. The Regular menu was out and we wanted to order 2 Box Masters. We were told that they only serve normal chicken pieces and pap or chips and they will not give a box Master. After saying okay thank you to leave we received a rude stare and a Tongue clap from the person working in the booth at the drive through. Why is the Regular menu up if you cannot order anything on it. Or are they just to lazy to make a wrap at that time? We will not be going to this KFC again.
As there are no contact details for KFC on the website. My I kindly escalate this to Kolonnade as this forms part of your establishment.

incompetent and rude staff
I have just received the worst service that I have ever got in my life. I pulled up to the drive thru window at KFC, Barbara Rd, Isando at 06h50. There was nobody at the window to help. I waited there for 10 minutes before a rude, unfriendly lady came to the window to take my order.
I ordered a toasted chicken mayo and a cappichino. I paid for my order and proceeded to the next window to collect my order. I sat there for a further 20 minutes before I received my meal. (07h20)
While I was sitting there waiting, I could see into the shop where I noticed 90% of the staff chatting to friends over the counter not concerned about the customers that were in the drive thru.
So it took half an hour to get a toasted sandwich and a cup of coffee.
I think it is a disgrace to the KFC name that you can hire such incompetent and rude staff. This will surely cause that branch to loose money. I will now boycott that KFC and tell everybody I know to do the same.
extremely slow service at lax international departures terminal
Went to order a small family order (3 items) at the KFC in LAX on Sunday 4th September, 1:47pm. Server 352824 ASHA. CHK 8186.
The Queue was only 10 - 15 persons long when I joined and didnt . It took over 25 minutes queuing to get to the till in order to place my order. The staff on the counter, or behind preparing the food simply didnt seem to know how to run the operation efficiently. After taking the order and accepting payment, it then took a further 15 minutes to get my food. I was not the only one either, as this shambles was repeated with virtually every customer ordering at the time. the terminal was NOT especially busy. In a standard KFC or McDs you wouldnt expect to queue for more than 5 minutes - even if the store was packed out and after taking your order, it would never take more than 5 minutes to deliver it.
I requested a refund after my food hadnt arrived 10min after paying for it and was refused (it was nearly ready!)
In an airport, where people are ordering food to enjoy before moving on to their gate, for you to have to wait 35-40min to get that food and end up rushing to catch your plane as a result of KFCs inefficiency, is simply not good enough. Get better staff or more staff on please!
10 to 15 people in line ahead of you? Sheesh! You're lucky you got "to the till" inside an hour, babe. And 15 minutes to get your food (remember there were a dozen people in front of you with orders).. Whattya think? They fart those pieces of chicken out on command? Sounds like a very efficient place actually.
If you have to rush to get your plane you did not give yourself time to eat. It is an airport. The fact that you can not understand that there would be a wait is ridiculous. The busier they are the more they sell, which means they have to cook more food. If you wanted it fast, you should have went to a burger joint.
health hazard
I and my family have on numerous occasions perched food from the KFC outlet nearest our home, KFC Randpark Ridge, Trinity Village, Knoppiesdoring street. We have noticed that on almost all occasions we have experienced severe stomach cramps/ runny tummy and nausea. It would seem that this particular outlet is unhygienic. Often the person who works the till at either the counter or drive thru and handles cash money and cards etc also prepares the food as they are regularly understaffed. I have also seen when I have been into the store that the garnishes - lettuce, tomato etc is kept in a big plastic bag and is sitting in the basin which I presume is for the staff to wash their hands. They use their bare hands after handling money etc and the food is left in the open in the basin in an extremely unhygienic manner and I can only assume this is what is causing the stomach problems that we are experiencing. I believe that an inspector should be sent out the premises and the staff not warned prior to their arrival so that the premises can be inspected without their knowledge. I definitely believe that this particular outlet should be closed down it is dirty and most unhygienic.
KFC Randpark Ridge has to be the worst franchise of this brand! It is an embarrassment and KFC should step in and resolve the issues or close the branch. A total disgrace to a good company

On 8/13/16 I drove into the KFC drive thru. I ordered a 2 piece $5 box. I ordered 2 apple pies. I received my soda and was told to go around and park. I did. I sat in my car for a amount of time that seemed to be extremely long. I went inside and all of the staff except 1 person was in the back laughing and talking loud. I heard a baby back there. When I asked for a refund the cashier got the manager who tried to explain to me that they were waiting on the apple pies. My complaint is it took entirely too long and it appeared to be playing going on in the back. Where I live I don't have a KFC and the closest one to me is a hour away. Every time I see KFC I like to go it is one of my favorite places to eat. I was very dissatisfied with the service that I received.

We bought the Milky Bar Kreamball and just had a sour taste, not sure whether it was the Ice Cream and Chocolate.
Just the lack of showing an interest from the staff with unsatisfactory Product.
Been sick /nausea/vomiting since eating ice - cream .
We've taking our the product back and our money was refunded.

raw chicken and unhygienic conditions
On the 13 May 2016 i purchased a bucket of hot wings to the value of R182.00. The wings were mixed with old stock and the fresh ones were raw inside and still had blood oozing out of it. I called the "Faizal " that is in charge of the store and he did nothing about it. He was just very abusive and refused to help. I requested a full refund and i am still waiting. This is not the first time that this has happened and i have now complained many times to him and he does absolutely nothing to help. What's KFC coming too? KFC needs to realise that we pay for this food and they do not give it to us for free! I want my money back, immediately
