food cooked at noon got it a five
Just got a 20 dollar bucket of chicken and it wasn't freshly cooked . The nuggets were the same 10 dollar bucket. I paid over 40 dollars for old chicken and nuggets. Extra crispy looked like it was cooked a few hours before I got it. Why? Your chicken is good when it is fresh but I won't go back at 4 pm. I live in Martinsville Indiana and this store is not very good.

I went to the KFC in crossett Arkansas and ordered 2 of your famous bowls for my wife and I (our favorite thing on the menu) when we got home to eat them we both took one bite and it tasted as if someone had poured an entire box of salt in the bowl it was completely uneatable we both had to throw them out pretty upsetting to have to throw 15$ of food in the trash

I want to inform KFC responsible persons for unpleasant service, but this person pushed aside and threaten me. I required him to be politer and be honesty for each customer but again they did same thing. I always used KFC restaurants in Azerbaijan and abroad but never encounter this type of rough and blunt incident. food presentation
Went to the kfc on Woodville avenue, Toledo, ohio
ordered a 10 piece chicken tenders, and 2 5$ fill up boxes. They only had 7 chicken tenders, we pulled all three boxes out of the bag, they were put in, and the boxes were ripped on the bottom, because the oil made them very flimsy. So needless to say, some food ended up on the floor, and was not edible. The portions were so tiny! not worth the price that was paid. Very disappointed. Probably wont go back. Just wanted to let you know that the food presentation should be handled better, and portions should be a little bit better for the money spent. KFC used to be sooo much better, Not sure what happened. Hope it gets better.
Next time, just order a bucket. If nothing else, that bucket makes a great lampshade.
1 piece breast meal
I have been cheated twice this year at the KFC located on How 20&81 in McDonough, Ga. I ordered 2 one piece breast meals with no drinks or extra sides. This usually comes with 2 sides. Manager told me this had changed and I would have to pay extra for the coleslaw, I usually get Mashed potatoes and coleslaw as my two sides. This happen again just 3 weeks ago and they even cheated me out of 1 mashed potatoes. Idid not realize I was being cheated till I went to the one in Griffin, Ga. where they gave me what I ordered for the right price. I don't know how many people they have been cheating but you should look into it. Not looking for compensation but I know I will not go back there.

I stopped by to get a quick bite to eat. I ordered the popcorn chicken as I always have in the past. On tonight as I was eating my chicken, majority of the popcorn chicken was extremely hard and very hard to chew. I had to literally throw the popcorn chicken away. I didn't enjoy it at all. WE love your chicken! BUT the service is really very bad In Elkhart In. on Cassopolis St. They need a early good manager. Its not clean, They don't charge you the right prices .They often don't give you a cookie. They give you the small mashed potatoes when you get a meal.I see many custermers. very up set when we go there. I went to the KFC on 6512 Sorenson Park Plaza, 6512 N 72ND Street Omaha, Nebraska 68134 on Wednesday, February 15, 2017 around 6:30p.m. and I ordered a 20 piece hot wing with a side of macaroni and cheese, (2) 2 piece dinner with mashed potatoes for both. When I got to work my wings were not done and my macaroni and cheese was all spilled on my wings. Both of my (2) piece chicken was cold and they did not give me a receipt and just was rude and rushing me through the drive thru. I tried to call them 15 times and know one answered the phone and then waited until the next day, February 16, 2017 and tried to call four more times and know one still did not answer. I contacted the KFC in Millard and they said that they could not help me and then I contact the KFC on Maple and she could not help me and asked if I could talk to a manager and she said she could take my name and number and have the GM to call me. And I have not heard from them as of this moment.

I went thru the drive thru at the kfc on merrill rd in jacksonville fl...they didnt give me my receipt for 1, for 2 i ordered a fill up box the pot pie one they didnt give me my cookie nor any utensils to eat with! 24.00 chicken tender meal
I ordered chicken tender meal 12 pcs.
They barely fill half the box. Like a 1/3 and pieces were 3 inches or less and 1inch wide. Pittiful to spend that kind of money. The gravy lid was not put on tight or was loose and it spilled all over the order! Horrible!

I stopped by KFC about 8 PM and ordered two meals both with non-sugared ice tea. I repeated this twice at the order board. My wife and I are both diabetic and don't drink drinks with sugar in them.
When I paid for my meal the attendant did fine (didn't ask me if I wanted anything such as honey for my biscuits, but that is OK). He momentarily forgot my drinks, but caught himself asking me if I had drinks. I told him a third time I wanted non-sugared Ice Tea. He mumbled something like these must be it and handed me two drinks.
When I got home I found that both drinks were soft drinks. I sipped one and it tasted like Coke. I ended up throwing them away and fixed myself a non-sugared iced tea.
After I posted my original critique, I found that one of the meal orders was wrong. Instead of getting a 3-Piece meal I got a Fill-up. I'm not terribly surprised by the poor service, I just wondered how they could get my order so wrong when it wasn't even busy.

We purchased the buffet which had gone up in price...several of the vegetables were almost gone(peas, green beans, carrots), what was left of them had dried out and had film on them. Food was spilled on serving area, there was only a small amt of brown gravy left, dried on sides of dish and dried gravy spilled on service area. Several items were empty pans. Some of the employees were working, others talking. Finally, just before we left, the manager, I think he was, told one of the workers to wipe off the service area and they were beginning to fill some of the items. It was the poorest I have ever seen there. My husband likes to eat there, otherwise I would have asked for my money back and left.

My name is Irfan and I need to register my complaint regarding hygiene concerns at KFC branch in Sukkur city of Pakistan. I visited above said branch with all my family members on 03-Feb-2017 with trust in the brand and the name of KFC believing that it is a global food chain with high standard. But my trust was shattered when we were served with food poor in quality and utterly unhygienic . Firstly, chicken was re-fried as it appears from its texture and taste. Secondly most worst thing happen when hairs were found in 2 pieces. After occurrence of this incident I immediately asked for the duty manager but I was told by the staff that he is not present in the branch at this time. When I demanded for complaint form, I was given a number of General Manager (as per the staff) the number is +[protected]. I spoke to him on phone to register my complaint, he assured me to take care of my concerns and later on asked me to hand over phone to available staff. Since I had recorded whole call and it is clear from his conversation with the staff member that he is trying to evade problem and is not serious in resolving problem. Recording can be provided to you if required although, whole conversation was in local language.
KFC is the only international food chain available in Sukkur city and I wish that it could persist expected standard so that people of the city can enjoy taste that is globally renowned. I hope that you will take my complaint seriously and will help people to dine healthier and safe food at KFC, Sukkur.

I have notice and heard several occasion where managers pick on the minors. They communicate very rude and disrespectful. You don't treat your minors any different or boss them around to do all your job wile you sit and talk to other managers or be on your cell phone. I believe any type of job you need to be professional specially in front of customers. I know that managers don't treat there employees with respect, integrity, and ethics. I believe this company needs to have the State Board or California Labor Law Department for there violations on how they don't listen to what the employee needs to say. Anita (manager in charge) has literally told a minor that what ever she has to say it don't matter and she don't care they only back up there managers. Mona is the manager that is so unprofessional and violates all the regulations like, harassment, bulling, and intimidating. You don't go up to employees and whisper in there ear.
