My friends and I entered the kfc restaurant at perda city mall in bukit mertajam, penang. Actually I want to try the new promotion at the kfc but when I want to order, one of the male worker named yussof come and mop the floor behind us until the mop hit our shoes and legs. Then he say something is very bad and make us looks like very stupid in front the other workers and other customers. After that when we take the seat to eat there, he and his friends sat behind us and talking bad about us. Is this your workers attitude ? After that, he went to the front at the cashier place and told to the other workers include the manager also and they laughed to us. This is very rude! They talked bad about us. When I ate there, he did the work with noisy sound and it makes me and my friends felt very uncomfortable and annoying to enjoy your food. I hope the authority take the actions on yussof and other workers include the manager because they also joins him. The customer service at there was totally bad. I will never go there anymore. This incident was happen on 15/5/2015 at 7.13 p. M.
I have seen a number of times where the customers being made fun of my the managers.
I know people who used to work there and they had said serveral times that customers that were made fun on a regular basis.
I personally think that this KFC is horrible place to eat at, the managers are disrespectful and now they have lost my respect and many other people that i know.
I'm lodging this complaint on behalf of my mother. They got some kfc for dinner, but were left very disapointed. The food were very bad, And everything seemed old. The lettuce were already turning black.
Went to the KFC branch on Fiday evening, Beyers Naude Drive, instead of a take away we decided to eat at the KFC. I went to the restroom, which was smellng bad as there was urine on the floor in the mens toilets, and lots of it. I just wanted to get out of there. KFC being a fast food resturant, needs to try and do better with the hygiene, as they do work with food that we as customers buy from them.

You may have gone at a bad time. Most establishments have set times where they check the restrooms unless something is reported to them. It's impossible for them to monitor the bathrooms constantly. Did you alert management?

I purchased the 10 piece double mash meal, which was supposed to include mixed white and dark.
There was not one single piece of white chicken in my order.
Found feather in chicken wings and when complaine dto store manager, reply was some people request for wings with feathers...not sure about these kind of requests. Will warn my frnds that ''think before u lick u r fingers''
HDFC BANK HAS ALL FRAUD PEOPLE WORKING IN THE COMPANY
On Friday [protected] @ 21:00, after waiting 20mins in the queue- finally when served they had no chicken unless we were prepared to wait another 20mins, so we decided to have rounders, when we opened the box we had this roll & salads & had to look for the chicken breast. This is not the first time that we had spent so much time in the queue, they seem to be on a go slow and also the rounders are getting smaller - not worth it anymore.
I cannot understand why KFC cannot get a order right for once in their lives, I have been to the KFC plenty times and aways there is a problem order two meals with salad thenwhen i got home i got 2 meals with mash, Order feta and avoo twister get home and i have a feta twister when going back they apparently forgot to tell me that they were out of avo.
KFC in Gonubie, East London, has had an out of order ice-cream machine for over a month now yet they put up lovely adverts for new milkshakes and smoothies. Surely it doesnt take a month to get an ice-cream machine fixed?
i have been to many kfc's in my experience but never had a bad service like they give in their r s puram store anyone has to take responsibility about this

Dan Risky the region coach for KFC corporate discriminates against his employees, he has terminated all of the above store leaders who were white and male, he only rewards females who it appears he has a relationship with. Males are discriminated against.
I bought a bucket of chicken and instead of 21 pieces they gave me 19 pieces. I also ordered a famous bowl and that was totally left out. I only relised this when I got home. When I went back to complain to the manager he treated the situation like it was a joke and started laughing.
Every time I go to this KFC I have the same problem with my food. At first I contributed it to human error, but it seems to happen every time! My favorite menu item is the hot wings. I order them each time I go and every time I recieve the regular sized chicken wings thrown sloppily in my box with sauce everywhere. I paid for wingettes and that's what I expect to get and I'm let down every visit!
Not all KFC is like that you should visit the one on 73rd in Oakland Ca, they have great customer service the employee there are so nice

I usally get the 7pc or 8pc chicken meal. Ask for original and they say there out. I ask every time... Well cant you make it? No sr we are out would you like crispy? Nope never mind. Went three times and same thing everytime.. I will never go back and this use to be my fav place to eat.
i called in kfc with my parents after my mum had been to the hospital, my mum got a kfc bucket, when we got home to eat our food the chicken was over cooked and the chips were raw, i had a chicken fillet burger and chips.my burger was over cooked i coulnt even eat it looked like it had been stood for hours and my chips were raw, kfc was my favourit meal until this
I wish that you would take off your latest Kfc commercial because it doesn`t show a good example for people.This is this second time i complained about this thing, and i thought it was dealt with but i saw this commercial again.So hopefully this time something will be done about this commercial.
i used to love kfc as a kid, now in my thirties I am sad to say but their quality has gone way down. Way over priced and your actual food and portion is nothing like the pics on the menu. I will not eat at another kfc until some big changes are made.

I bought KFC on the 11/11/2014 from KFC Barbara Road, the burgers was disgusting. We pay allot of money for food that we buy and then you get home to find terrible disgusting food.
Their food was always good quality, don't know what is going on there now.
Sorry but mellissa took my order she was rude kept getting ordrr wrong mouthed off at mr then left she also got my order wrong and cost me more when i got home there was red blood in my chicken piceses i have also st same place got chewing gum in yhe seveetes thanks for reading
Just today I had been to the 45th cutting KFC went through the drive thru And ordered a family treat 6 piece and two ice creams and 3 Snack burgers which came to R168 and the attendant only gave me R2 change back. It just shows how dishonest they are

• We were informed there are NO BURGERS
• We were informed there are NO PIECES OF CHICKEN
• We were informed that they have... Coke, Frenchfrites
Just bought 2 pot pies, , , and for some reason they were mostly skin, , , have never had that happen before
