If you want to wait longer than a business working week then make a deposit
If you want to wait longer than a business working week then make a deposit. You will be told in writing when you will have access to your deposit funds. Then when you leave the branch you will recieve an update informing you to the contrary of what you were told. How does being told in writing when you funds will be available, then have that changed to over a week later? Imagine what happens when you have creditors in the interim expecting payment? But wait, you have a reciept from Kinecta stating the date and amount to be released, so what! Kinecta will treat you like a middle eastern terrorist if you deposit a check for $50,000.00 or more. Don't waste your time trying to get an answer to your problem, calls to the branch manager or cutomer service will provide nothing! Simply wait until they finally release your funds and go elsewhere. Do not be stupid enough to do business with an institution like this. If you cannot trust what you bank gives you in writing, you surely need to start rethinking your relationship.

We paid off our mortgage August 7 and still have not received our escrow balance of almost $***. About 8 weeks after our sale I contacted the bank wondering where the escrow check was. They had mailed it to the original location, we did not receive it so they cancelled the check and said they would re-issue one to the correct address. We contacted them again about 6 weeks later and they said sorry it was never reissued. They then said it would be there in mid December. It is now January 14 and still no escrow check. This is unacceptable.

I was a member of Xceed Federal Credit Union for in a excess of 10 years. They changed to Kinecta FCU on October 29th. During the transfer something went terribly wrong. I have had no access to my funds since the 29th of October. Today is November 11th. I was unable to pay any bills due since that time. This includes rent, car payment and car insurance. They have not given any definite time for resolution.
On January 18 2 withdrawal fees on $25 were charged to my account. 2 transactions from the *** app came in the same time my payroll check was deposited. The app automatically takes the money out on your deposit date. I was charged but on the day the charges were posted there was money in my account. Please refund those 2 charges as a courtesy.

So now more than a month later my payment history hasnt beed updated and i feel thry lied to me.

Today, 10/31 Kinecta's system is down for maintenance. So online, phone and mobile services are down. However, my debit card has been shut down as well. Therefore, I have 0 access to any money. My debit card is being declined (even though I have money) and I can't withdraw via ATM. So my own bank has robbed me for the next 24 hrs. And of course they do it on a Sunday so no one can call. I am beyond upset and planning on changing banks.

I have requested in June- several times, July several times August, several times to send me an invoice and an update with what I owe. All I get is, We are working on it. I believe and feel they don't want me to see what they are posting. I am truly upset and I am reaching out to help me resolve this issue. I would never recommend them. I feel all they care about is how much money they are making . This is so wrong , how they are hiding what they are doing.

I was the victim of a fraud scheme in which the people of that scheme took more then $*** from me. Because of this, my account with Kinecta FCU was overdrawn. I paid the amount back over time. When the amount was paid off I received a note stating that I can no longer have an account with them. I understood that. However they then advised me that they had taken another step against me in not allowing me to have an account with any other credit unions! I am absolutely appalled and disgusted that KFCU think that it is ok to dictate to me, the victim of a fraud scheme that I can no longer have an account with any credit union. I paid everything back.

I am seeking to have all my overdrawn fees waived. ATT keeps withdrawing me and you guys keep profiting from my account for $25. I had two overdraft fees on April 26th in total of $50 and then two again for the same amount for August 30th. This amounts to total of over $100. I need the charges from the 26th WAIVED COMPLETELY for $50. I spoke to AT&T and they told me to contact you guys about this. I've contacted you guys and have gotten no help. I need these removed or I'll be seeking legal action. This is completely unfair and I'm very disappointed in the way you guys operate. I request a letter from you guys showing that these were waived immediately.

Pay my loan timely through auto pay
Pay my loan timely through auto pay. Bank stopped pulling money and didn't notify me that payment wasn't made. Won't reverse credit ding. Account PIF I've had a checking overdraft line for years and paid every month through auto pay. Bank stopped autopay and didn't notify me. They Pulled the payment out of the Checking account that was over drafted, generating double fees - again with no notice. Didn't tell me payment wasn't made and when I called them to ask about a ding on my credit they hung up. 4 calls, hours of hold time and talking they promised to fix it if I waited for a call back. Never got the call back but they put a lie in the electronic file and aren't reversing the ding. Account is now paid in full and closed - they need to do the right thing and stop violating banking laws.

Now we refinanced and our first payment they put in a suspended account and we have waited over 9 days for them to fix while they are sending us to collections. Now our Jan. Payment is due and there online system won't accept anything less than what they say is due. Which is double of what we owe because they won't fix the funds they already have of ours. We have called them like 10 times with no resolution. All they tell us is that partial payments are not accepted. Our mortgage is *** and we sent *** in twice. But they didn't know how to apply it so that is why they put it in a suspense acct

I have never missed a payment with either the credit card or my auto loan
I have never missed a payment with either the credit card or my auto loan. Even during covid and they were sending me offers to postpone payments I still paid. I found out they increased my interest rate to 18% on the credit card and it took 2 months to get an answer why. I spoke with customer service who transferred me to management and then would be transferred again. They are now charging me interest on purchases that I have not made. The result of this is missed payments and negative remarks on my credit history. They have also disallowed access to my account so I am unable to review and details or transaction they are charging me interest on. This is not right and needs to be fixed. 2 dozen calls and hours spent going back and forth or on hold and nothing is being resolved. Since all calls are recorded they should be able to listen to the conversations and realize their faults. I have been more than patient. They need to fix this and reverse the impact on my credit.

We got a mortgage from Kinecta to purchase our home in 2014. Beginning in 2018, I had periods of unemployment & underemployment that caused great difficulty in making monthly payment. We got on a deferment plan with Kinecta, which helped. In May , my wife lost her job because of COVID-19. In July , with no notice from Kinecta, our deferment ended. I continued making all deferment payments on time thinking everything was fine. We didn't learn until March when we got a car loan that Kinecta had been sending negative reports to the credit agencies, decimating our good credit scores. I immediately called them to ask what happened, pointing out our continued deferment payments in good faith, unaware they had changed our status. Multiple representatives agreed & confirmed we would be granted continuation of deferment dating back to July & would correct the negative reports. 3 months & many calls later, it hasn't happed & they keep reporting us to credit agencies!

I called Kinecta in July . It had to be July 13th because when I found out about fraudulent activities on my account, I called them immediately. My balance was 0.00 and I was unaware. How I found out is when attempting to make a purchase that morning and my card declined. As soon as I arrived home, I called Kinecta right away and reported what happened. When the representative was on the line, they informed me that there were two purchases: One was made for Bambi by Blush or some cosmetic online merchandise in the amount of 94.90, which I never purchased. The second was Clover Fresh for 85.90. These purchases were not mine whatsoever! Apparently with Clover Fresh, some subscription was made and apparently their conclusion was that it wasn't valid for the investigation. I'm disappointed with this banking institution. The reps shared that they did their due diligence at that point and left me at a loss. I had to contact the merchants myself, which failed. This bank failed at services

Approximately in the beginning of 2010 we were being accused of defaulting on two loans held by Xceed Financial Credit Union. We had been involved with a credit company that was scamming its customers by the name of Andrew Capoccia Law Centers and ended up in bankruptcy court. These two loans were paid off in that proceeding and the bankruptcy was satisfied. We were customers for a very long time and still are. I had reached out to the National Credit Union Administration and filed a formal complaint of something that was occurring with our checking and savings account. Occasionally, we would be flagged as being in violation of member rules and our accounts would be shut down causing checks to bounce and our debit cards being disabled. On February 11 I had received a letter from the National Credit Union Administration stating that the credit unions supervisory committee would be reporting back to NCUA by March 3. On August 19 I received another letter from the NCUA that Xceed Financial Credit union had resolved the problems and my case was closed. On November 1 our account had switched over to Kinecta Federal Credit Union. We have had nothing but issues with basic banking due to the loans that Xceed accused us of defaulting on. Once again those have come back to render our debit cards unauthorized. A problem that Kinecta just can't seem to solve. This is absolutely a reoccurring problem that Xceed did not fix. It shuts down our account intermittently, disrupts our lives and there is no way to be sure this will not happen again with Kinecta Credit Union.

I'm requesting Kinecta to close the escrow account. The 2nd installment of property tax due April was not paid timely due to COVID-19 happening around March . It was paid in July . In June , Kinecta sent a letter request for proof of payment, a copy of the front and back of the check payment. July 16, I made check payment *** for ***. This balance is without payment of the late payment penalty of ***, which I submitted a waiver of penalty application. Because this check was cashed on September 18, I couldn't reply to Kinecta's June letter with proof of payment. September 3, Kinecta create an escrow account and process ***). San Diego Country return to Kinecta $*** on December 15 and*** on March 31. November 17, Kinecta processed*** for the 1st installment, which San Diego Country returned to Kinecta on April 9, because they already accepted my payment. March 16, Kinecta processed *** for the 2nd installment, which I repay on April 9. Seeing how the country took about 2-4 months to process the return of Kinecta's payments. I thought it would be quicker to refund Kinecta directly. In the meanwhile, I continue to make the regular monthly principal and interest payment of *** In summary, if it wasn't because of COVID, I would have enough funds to pay my property tax in April . San Diego County would have processed my July payment timely so I can have evidence to show Kinecta before Kinecta established an escrow account and start processing needless tax payments evident with multiple returns of funds by the county. I was a good customer paying the regular monthly principal & interest timely (not late.) So please correct the situation by closing this escrow account, reversing any late fees, and correcting my credit reporting.

Was that check was sent to me on Oct 9th,20. Would get in 5-7 bus days. DID NOT RECIEVE IT. Called back11.27.20. Mysteriously got disconnected. Called back 11.12. 20. Started speaking to ***. Called back and got *** ID verification) requested a reissued check and to speak to a supervisor (low and behold none was available) She said it would take 5-7 bus days to issue new check. Called back, spoke to *** Was told u couldn't speak to a manager as none was available. However she would pass my concerns to a manager via email and transfer me so I could leave a message which should be returned within 24hrs. Didnt happen. Today, 12.03.2020. Called again. Spoke to *** Asked about the check that was said to be reissued on 11,17,20 and was told this time that it takes 30 days to be issued not 5-7 bus day as was told on the 17th. Was transferred to another supervisor after requesting one. Was told I would be contacted in 24 to 48 hours now. Not within 24 as I was told on 12,02,20. I asked if the check could be expedited overnight if and when it was ready. Was told no, just regular priority usps.. I was NEVER LATE OR MISSED A MORTGAGE PAYMENT. I just want what us due to me just as I gave them what was due them when I had the obligation. Its been more that 70 days. 30 wS more that enough to gets their books in order. I did ask if they had any layoffs or downsizing due to the pandemic and was reassured the environmental effects of the pandemic had no adverse effect on staff or management. No layoffs or downsizing. So why can't I get my escrow returned. I need your help Thank you

never received gap claim disclosures ,kinecta charged me for it without letting me know adding forced placed insurance would deny future gap claims. i was offered gap insurance through kinecta by loan specialist, i agreed to add it for any emergency unforeseen in the future. later when i changed insurance they added force placed insurance through them and said i can pay them instead of searching for insurance i agreed and they didn't disclose to me doing that would deny any future gap claims. if i would've received disclosures for gap claim i would know this and never would've agreed to force placed insurance. i submitted a claim for gap insurance 1st week of December, and i myself had to call today and get a status after constantly trying to get an answer and gap person in kinecta *** has been neglecting my calls or emails, which i have email threads of me constantly trying to get an answer and also from kinecta member support, she than emailed me that she forgot to send them additional info that was needed so it would take longer again. she finally sent me an email today letting me know to call them for a status and gap let me know it was denied since feb 7th and *** had told me she still didn't have an answer for me. I want a request for reimbursement of what i was charged for gap claim because i never received disclosures letting me know of the terms and exclusions of gap insurance, knowing that my gap claim would've been approved. i have copies of email threads and conversations with kinecta members that i can disclose if requested. it is impossible to get ahold of someone at kinecta because if you call they always tell me that department is in a huddle or meeting just like they did today again, and then i also don't get a call back. i also asked if i can go in person they said no because they still would have to call. 2 months of submitting this claim and kinecta has failed to provide proper documentation to gap that's why i had to wait longer also if youre selling consumer insurance products the least you should do is send us disclosures all i was told and offered over the phone was that they recommended gap insurance for me in case something would happen i would be covered and they said they could add it to my loan but failed to provide me disclosures to let me know gap claims have certain terms and exclusions. you just took my money for that without giving me a chance to even qualify for it by adding force placed insurance. i just want my money back or i will seek an attorney to help me recover my funds for this neglect.
