King Motors I called to service center past 5 days, they receive my call but no response for my questionnaires...

Hai sir/madam, gud morning some problem in my auto front fork it's not working properly. I want to repair it, so that I call to service center so many times, they atten my call and replying it, but don't do that, and also they will not atten my call next time... Here that I am not go to job last one weekly... So kindly take my complaints and answering for that, my name is k. Balasubramanian, my auto number is, tn 22 dz 6063, contact no,[protected]

King Motors I bought a car from King Motors

I bought a car from King Motors. 2 days later, the car broke down. They said my car is under warranty and will be fixed. Since I got the car, I've only driven it for 17 days since Jul 8th. I've spent over 4,000 on transportation and they still have my car, and it ain't fixed yet.

King Motors I bought a car from King Motors in the spring of 2021, a 2016 Acura TLX

I bought a car from King Motors in the spring of 2021, a 2016 Acura TLX. I got GAP and an extended warranty from them too. In July 2022, I traded in the car and the dealer said I should get a refund. I went to King Motors in July to start the refund process, but I've been back three times to ask about it and still haven't gotten it or any updates.

King Motors I bought an SUV from King Motors less than 30 days ago, and on the second day, the engine light came on

I bought an SUV from King Motors less than 30 days ago, and on the second day, the engine light came on. I went back to them, and they kept telling me it's nothing and that it's already fixed. They never actually fixed the problem. The engine keeps racing, and the transmission jumps. The brakes are also bad all around, and the vehicle needs an oil change. They kept saying it didn't need one. Additionally, I didn't receive my hard tags. The seller said he's holding them until I give him another $2000, even though I already gave him $2000 and the finance company provided him with money. They lie about everything. This company is a scam, and I'm getting a lawyer to help me get my money back.

King Motors I bought a car from King Motors in October , on my birthday, November 5th

I bought a car from King Motors in October , on my birthday, November 5th. Unfortunately, the car unexpectedly shut off while I was driving. I took it to a mechanic who informed me that the car's engine was completely damaged. I decided to return the car to King Motors and spoke with the owner, Shaff. He blamed me for the engine defect, even though he sold me the car without test driving it or checking it properly. He simply did the paperwork and handed me the vehicle. What kind of dealership operates like that? I will never recommend anyone I know to buy a car from King Motors. It's frustrating to make payments for a car that is just sitting outside my house with a faulty engine, especially after only a month of purchasing it and paying for insurance.

King Motors I bought a car from King Motors in May 17, but didn't receive my paperwork until June

I bought a car from King Motors in May 17, but didn't receive my paperwork until June . I have no idea about my warranty or anything, and now my car is making noise. I took it back to the dealership, and the owner, Shaft, told me to buy an extended warranty. This issue was already present when I got the car, and he knew about it. So, I decided to take my car to a mechanic, and they told me that my rear suspension is messed up. Now, I have a car payment, but I can't afford the $3000 to fix it. Shaft suggested that I call my insurance company or do something illegal. This is not right. Additionally, I referred my boyfriend to King Motors two months ago, and now his Nissan Altima 2016 can't be driven because the engine broke down. Someone needs to put a stop to this.

King Motors I bought a 2015 White Audi truck from King Motors on April 23

I bought a 2015 White Audi truck from King Motors on April 23. I was super excited! They had told me that the vehicle had already been sold, but turns out that wasn't true. When I left the lot, I noticed that the front window was cracked. They had said that the truck had passed the Maryland inspection, but that wasn't the case. I called King Motors and they took care of the issue right away. Then, on May 7, I got a call from Ms. ***, who worked at King Motors. She told me that the contract had fallen through and I needed to come to the office to sign a new one and put down extra money. I agreed and everything seemed fine. But then, on August 24, I got into an accident and found out that the truck had been in a previous accident. Not just that, but it was also involved in illegal activities, which led to me being gang stalked and falsely tied to drug activity. None of this had anything to do with me! I paid for a carfax and discovered that the truck had been in multiple accidents and had more than two owners, which is not what King Motors had told me before I bought it. Since purchasing the 2015 Audi, my life has been a complete mess.

King Motors I went to King Motors after talking to a rep about a car they got on their website

I went to King Motors after talking to a rep about a car they got on their website. I bought the car and it ain't the same one from the ad. They told me to go to King Motors on liberty rd for the buyin', 'cause they guaranteed me the car, that's why I picked this dealer. I came with 2000 cash and a 2007 g35x for a trade in. The salesperson Shaf *** sold my car instead of tradin' it in, and he never told the bank, which I think is shady. He never said I had a trade-in, instead he told the bank I had 3600$ cash, which was a lie. I couldn't test drive the car or see it until all the paperwork was done. When I left the dealer and saw it wasn't the car, I told the salesman and he said, "We're closin' soon, come back tomorrow so we can fix this before it's final," 'cause he already sold the car without me or my mom (the owner) knowin', which was on January/20. Shaf tried to convince me the wheels were replaced and that the car is the same as in the ad, but that was a lie, it was a completely different model. They promised me a 2013 Infiniti M37x Sport/tech package that they advertised, but they gave me the base model (which wasn't even on their website). And to make things worse, the car they gave me has a serious engine transmission problem. I didn't even make it a block away and called Shaf *** and told him, but he still said, "Come back tomorrow." So I've been there on the 21st all day, the 22nd all day, still stuck with the messed up car. I contacted the general manager Jeff *** on January 22nd, who they said is the only one who can cancel the contract. They've been givin' me the runaround. They said the general manager would contact me, but two whole weeks went by without hearin' from 'em, so I sent Jeff *** another email on February 9th sayin' I'll get my lawyer, the ComplaintsBoard.com, and the fdc involved. And he said he knew nothin' about it, which is a lie 'cause I contacted him on January 22nd when I saw his employee was dodgin' the issue. These guys dragged it out so the mva can finish processin' the tags and title, just to tell me there's nothin' I can do now. I'm still in a 30-day cancellation contract that they ain't followin'. I tried to return the vehicle the same day before I even left the dealer with it, but I had no choice 'cause they wouldn't give me my money and my old car back. Shaf *** kept tellin' me he's on top of it and talkin' to Jeff about it, but he wasn't. I contacted Jeff *** again on February 9th after not hearin' anythin' from him, even though Shaf *** promised me I'd be contacted by ***, and *** himself said he'd get back to me. Jeff then told me on February 9th he never talked to me and knows nothin' about the situation that's been goin' on since January 20th. He also claimed to not have our emails from the 22nd. This company lied in their ad, gave me the wrong car, and now they're tryin' to make me keep somethin' that wasn't guaranteed to me. It has serious mechanical issues and they overcharged me for the base model, chargin' me for the Sport/tech package, which has a price difference of 5-7k. I'll attach recordings of the engine/transmission issue from the 21st, after Shaf *** swore there was nothin' wrong with the car and it's the same model with different wheels. I'll also attach the advertised car and what I got.
