It’s been 3 months now since I requested for a refund due to cancellation of flight in Taiwan I sent a couple of emails and called many times in their office but still the response is the same they have a lot of requests for refunds!now I believe this agency is fraud I hope they will be investigated since there are lots of complains regarding there modus!Glad I was able to use our return ticket if not this will totally blow me up!until now no calls and emails from them so I write this review for the second time

I tested positive for covid prior to my flight. I contacted kiss and fly and was advised I could rebook my flight. They emailed me to confirm I would not be boarding so they could inform the airline and I would not be marked as a no show. After 15 emails, 3 online service requests as well as 7 calls where I have actually gotten through to a person(as the lines are always busy). I am no closer to getting home. I am trapped on the other side of the world while my $1700 is being held by kiss and fly. I have tried every possible way of contacting them, the "customer service" representatives on the phone have not helped and I've even had one hand up on me. I've begged and pleaded and cried trying to get anyone to help me and they always say they will email me back. I receive no email responses. After 9 days and all of my calls and emails I get an email stating I am not eligible for a refund or rebooking because I was listed as a "no show". I called again explained I had the email advising me they would contact the airline and again was pushed off "we will call you back today" and again nothing.

I've booked my flight from Budapest to Bali and back for 1998€ and then the kissandfly took their comission but the airline company from which we took the tickets from through kissandfly issued a payment of 2126€, so with 128€ more than the kissandfly price.

It's been about a year and they haven't refunded my ticket. They say they have lots of refunds to process due to covid and taking time

I have been waiting for an update on my refund for over 10 days now.

I did pay extra for a “refund guaranteed”, and my flight was cancelled due to airport shut down because of imposed sanctions (war in Ukraine)

I spent an hour waiting on the phone, listening to auto message “you are first in line”, no one ever answered the phone.

This company is bunch of irresponsible amateurs, first and last time dealing with them regardless of resolution.

They can keep my tickets money and hopefully use it for some business/hospitality classes. Circus 🤡

We booked the international round trip flight through Kiss&Fly in December 2021. In less than 7 days before the flight date, the destination country was announced as a "red, no visiting" country, and citizens were prohibited from traveling to that destination.

We called the agency and requested a refund since the flight was canceled by the government and not by us (customers).

After almost 2 months of calling the agency and spending a lot of time on the phone we've got a notification that said that instead of being refunded for $1570.00 we have to accept a refund of $78.00, (right, seventy-eight USD instead of one-thousand-five-hundred-and-seventy USD) in 24 hours, otherwise even that amount will become unavailable. Even we disagreed with that, we clicked the acceptance button. Imagine what happened. Instead of being refunded/reimbursed, the Kiss&Fly charged our credit card for $78.00 on 02/11/2022

We believe that Kiss&Fly isn't trustful, honest, and professional company.

Even more, when we checked our tickets, there is written in the "ENDORSEMENT/RESTRICTIONS" section: "REFUNDABLE/CXL FEE/CHG FEE"

It doesn't say "non-refundable" or so.

We understand that some processing fees may or may not be applied depending on a company policy, but to rip off 95% of the customer's payment for an issue not related to the customer is absurd.

That type of company should be removed from providing any services. Period.

I have booked a flight from riyadh to Philippine round trip going with Saudi airlines return with Philippines airlines booking Number is YG2FLP7C .

After booking saudi airlines rescheduled the flight , and as customer i know my rights in Saudi airlines that i can refund my ticket upon this changes.

I contacted Mytickets agency located in UAE , and they refused to refund the ticket , i called the saudi airlines again and they assured me if they can refund it they will but since i booked from this agency they return me back to them with assurance that refunding is right. Many e-mails and chatting with the agency with no luck! Even the website stopped responding !

I purchased a return flight to Philipines in December 2021. Due to visa issue I had to cancel. The ticket cost nearly AED 6000 and finally in February they offered a refund of AED96 only.

The flight was Dubai to Manila Cebu Pacific leaving 16-12-21.

Return on Emirates to Dubai 29-12 21.

Additionally the Cebu Pacific flight I was booked on was for Philipines only so even if I could get a visa I could not have boarded the flight

Going to my home country. They have a choices of itineraries. I chose and pays it. After a long time waiting for my flight, going to check in, the attendant says that I have to change my itinerary from bubai to jakarta. My point is why this conpany didnt inform us about this while thers a time. Try tk call their number but cant contact. Sending them an email, no response. We trusted this company and this you will return?

I have booked a flight and due to work related delays, I have to cancel my flight and has to request for refund.

I have paid AED3,610 for my ticket but when I requested for a refund, they sent an email that the refund will be AED851, later again I received an email that it will be AED451, but later again, I received an email that it will be AED221.

This was the worst customer service I ever had. It means, no need to hope that you will get your money reasonably.

PLEASE DO NOT MAKE MISTAKE TO BOOK WITH THEM!

We are a family of 5, who booked 3 flights with for the 2nd of January: Seville-Lisbon and Lisbon-New York with Tap Air Portugal and New York-Atlanta with Delta. The first flight was delayed by one hour, Tap Portugal transferred us to another flight to New York, but for the next day, the 3rd of January. Because of this delay, we missed the third connection to Atlanta. We lost the New York-Atlanta flight, and no one has taken accountability for this. We have payed 500 dollars more to change the flight to New York, because of the previous delay, but this flight is delayed as well, missing our replacement flight to Atlanta. Due to this delay, we have had to redo the COVID tests, as the United States requires a test 24 hour upon entry. No one has taken responsibility for this either. This is without taking into account the psychological damage this has caused (incredibly high tension and stress levels), on top of missing two days of work, in addition to the financial losses already mentioned. Please, do something to resolve this issue, or we will be forced to take legal action. Thank you.

I was complain my booking flight in kissandfly because of locking support and advisory through the customers. My flight should be in dec 21 2021 gf-2110 from damma to bahrain connecting bangkok thailand.saddenly when i was in the airport they ask me about tuwaniya insurance need in thailand. But i dont have anu idea about that coz travel agency didint inform me. How do i prepared please cooperate my problem

Its been one problem after another with kissandfly. Now they want me to pay to check my bag when originally it would have been allowed on the plane!

Kissandfly changed the tickets! Not only did they not allow me to fly home yesterday, like the original flight I booked, but they told me I need to fly today on JetBlue. Now JetBlue won't allow me to bring my carry-on suitcase that would've been allowed on the original flight. It was allowed on the flight to Costa Rica. Why is it not allowed going home? I need to pay extra? It is allowed on the flight I was originally booked flying home with. Why should I have to pay more now? I don't have a choice now but to try to get my bag home!

I booked a return flight from Dubai to Bali with a stop in Jakarta. I needed to change the tickets because of covid quarantine restrictions, so I decided to go to thailand and change the flight. I lost the value of the tickets from Jakarta to Bali, simply because the system doesnt allow you to change all the tickets on a journey, they only allow you to change the sperature and arrival points. That costed 2900 AED

I paid extra 740 AED. So a total of 3640AED. I wanted to cancel everything and get a refund. I could only get a refund on the 740AED and the refund was 200+AED.
I still have a ticket of 2900 AED in my account which they wont allow me to process for refund. I have sent many emails requesting them to allow me to request the refund. I showed them the screenshots and the fact that I do not have the option. Now they went on silent. The flights are due on 26th and 27 November and I am asking them repeatedly to do something about it.

Flight tickets cancelled in March 2020 with this airline have still not been refunded despite the airlines having credited the agency. They refuse to provide a refund date and refuse to comment further, other than to acknowledge it has been accepted.

I purchased a ticket through kiss and fly online. A United ticket Boston to Sydney was canceled in September,
I have spoken to their taff on the phone several times, have sent emails and have processed my refund their your website.

Kiss and fly keep saying they are waiting for the airline to authorise payment.
However, I have spoken directly with United on the phone and they assured me they are ready to process the refund but kiss and fly paid with a cheque and they need to provide an account or more details for the refund.
They have been delaying my refind for over a month

I bought a ticket for my partner to fly from Europe to Australia on the 1st October 2021, about 3 months ago.

About 2.5 weeks before flying out Garuda cancelled 2 of their connecting flights to Australia for which they said they will provide a refund.

However to get a credit or refund for the flight from Skopje to Kuala Lumpur its like Kissandfly company has no ears. I have made a number of requests to get this credit however its like they do not understand what i want. I explained to them with a number of emails that I only want a credit.

There is 3 days left to get this credit back, otherwise we lose the money.

After changing my flights a couple of times, on 06/24/21, the company sends me an e-mail stating "As the airline can not provide you with an alternative flight option within the next few days, we recommend you to cancel your ticket."

On 06/24/21 I make the request for the refund of $318, after having a few conversations over the phone with them and, an operator told me that I have to wait now for the air line company to provide me with the refund, and wait for 3 months.

I received an e-mail on 08/30/21 from INVOLAGENT for a voucher of $889.80 MXN, which translates to $44, not only is way below the amount that they own me but it is not even real money.

I had booked two tickets to Hawaii but due to the high cases COVID-19, the governor of Hawaii has restricted all travel to the island. I have tried contacting Kiss and Fly to get a refund by they refused.

My desired outcome is just to have my money refunded because the reason I'm not going is beyond my control.
