KK Women's and Children's Hospital (KKH) review: Unprofessional and poor service

I visited kkh on 13/10/23 at 10am plus for my appointment, As this was the first time I am visiting, I didn't know how everything works. In room 18 there was 2 staff both super rude and unhelpful. I was told to take bp, height and weight but no proper instruction were given. They were talking to each other when they were supposed to guide me. All the time, they didn’t addressed me in a proper way and I’m unsure who she was talking to, is it to me or the other staff? When I was taking my bp, the other staff was looking at somewhere else while she was talking to me, and I didn’t realized she was actually talking to me. Most importantly, I felt like she was giving command like “stand here, sit down” instead of telling me what to do and I was super blur throughout the whole procedure. Overall, this was not a pleaseant experienced. Is it because I’m young so I don’t deserve respect ? I’m so upset after I went out from the room. As a healthcare profession I felt that they were super unprofessional as they were actually communicating in mandarin throughout the whole procedure which may lead to misunderstanding to the patient. Therefore, I hope this can be treat seriously.
