I arrive in Los Angeles the evening of March 19th. A taxi took me to the hotel and unfortunately I lost my Mastercard in the taxi. My daughter and I fly from Canada to go on a week vacation. I tried to show them my flight package with the hotel I already booked with them until March 26th. They wouldn't take $100 cash for a deposit or a friend's Mastercard. I even showed them my passport from Canada. They made it impossible to help me. That I started crying. The staff didnt even care. We were already tired and exhausted. They said we have a policy to follow and that there is nothing we can do. Even though I booked the package through cheapoair, they said your welcome to sleep on the couches until I figure things out. I tried calling the taxi company, but no answer. They didn't care and sent me out on the streets at 2 am. To search for a hotel. I felt appalled and mistreated! I will never stay at Knotts Berry hotel.
As for the Chicken restaurant we had an amazing brunch and the staff was very accommodating and friendly. They had fast service and great food. We recommend them! š
