These 2 Slippers were ordered and processed allegedly on the 6th June 2022 and due to arrive 2 working days later. They were ordered via Kogan from the Clayton Store in Victoria and have not arrived.
Upon investigation to Australia Post, they have no record of this parcel/goods entering their system and we have print out stating that fact from an Australia Post outlet.
Tracking Number sent to my email was 4MBZ00004068 and they have not ever been with Australia Post not any delivery of any kind arrived at the postal address.

I placed an order on 11/6/22 for a new mobile phone. The seller marked this as 'sent' on 14/6/22 and provided an Australia Post tracking number. When it still hadn't arrived a week later, I looked up the tracking on Australia Post site to see where it is, only to find Australia Post don't have it! The seller ever sent it despite marking it as being 'sent'! When I contacted them to follow up, they claimed there was a "logistical issue" yet they hadn't bothered to contact me! I literally had to contact them to find out why Australia Post didn't have it when the seller said it was sent. They have offered a refund, so we'll see how long that takes to process! Apart from being really annoyed in general, I'm also disappointed to see Kogan don't allow buyers to leave feedback for sellers. This is clearly a dodgy seller, and I'd like to be able to leave feedback to warn other buyers. It's also cost me more money to buy the phone elsewhere and have it urgently shipped (I need it asap as my current phone is mucking up). This would have been avoided had the seller told me a week ago they weren't sending the phone, coz I could have ordered from another seller that's cheaper than what I just had to pay but a longer delivery time. Overall, a really frustrating, annoying experience.
Desired outcome: I want the seller, or Kogan, to refund what I paid, and reimburse me for the additional money I am now out of pocket as a result. I also want Kogan to update their website so that buyers can leave feedback on a seller!
Fraudulent transaction
Overnight on 18 May 2022 at 12.11am Kogan (or someone pretending to be Kogan) charged me $59 to join their membership.
I never authorized such membership, nor have I ever agreed to join Kogan and pay a yearly membership.
PayPal have been useless and even though I placed a fraud complaint with them they have closed the enquiry and said that nothing untoward has happened.
I WANT MY MONEY BACK! YOU STOLE FROM ME. HOW DARE YOU TAKE MONEY FROM AN ACCOUNT THAT YOU HAVE NO ACCESS TO.

Kogan Tv problems again and again...
Once again problems after kogan had taken my TV to replace a part.
they replaced the power supply I think as it wasn't turning off and now it's happening again..
it freezes on the screen, the sound disappears but the picture is still there and it's frozen sometimes..
I've done so many things to fix it but still happens..
cheap parts don't ever last long.
it's past warranty now and I first wanted a replacement due to getting these problems a while ago..
Desired outcome: I want it fixed or better yet send me a new replacement TV the same or newer has to be same size. 65 inches
Try completely unpluging from the wall and see if it resets itself. If you turn it on and select a lot of channels or functions quickly and this causes the problem my guess is it seems there is not enough memory to run the functions on the tv. I hsve a similar problem with a PVR and what I suggest fixes it.

I have completed all requests to try to power cycle and restart the TV, still doesn't fix it.
if I have to do such a thing everytime it has an issue it isn't worth having. also I had stated previously in other complaints that this tv can not be used without the remote as there are no buttons on the TV fpr channel or volume.

My Hyunmdai lawnmower arrived recently and I have just assembled it. I haven't used it yet because it has a starting problem. Or rather it will start sometimes - but will only run if the red starter button is held down. As soon as the On/Off lever is closed, the motor stops. I have tried numerous times but without success. I need advice on where I can turn for help.
It might be worth noting that the On/Off lever w-il not close all the way to the rubber handle as it has with other mowers I've known. This may suggest that the starter cable is shorter than it should be.
I will appreciate help.

I placed an order on 05/03/2022 and instead of it directing me to my paypal account like it normally does, it placed the order with an incorrect delivery address. I immediately clicked on my orders and clicked on the 'change address' option but got an error message saying 'something went wrong and try again later'. I then clicked on the 'cancel the order' option but got the same error message. Please keep in mind this was done immediately after placing the order so I could amend the delivery address. I then spent approx 10 minutes searching Kogan's website to try to locate a contact no. so this could be changed immediately but no contact numbers are available and the only option was to lodge a query through the customer care. I lodged 2 queries with the exact same message - 1 for the outdoor bar cart and 1 for the record player as they are with 2 different sellers. The record player seller has answered the query twice ensuring me they have changed the delivery address. However, all the above ticket numbers for the bar carts have not been resolved and even though I requested they call me, I have had no resolution emails or contacts. I have had an email saying the bar carts have been dispatched on Monday. They had ample time to have this resolved and Toll are saying the items are being delivered to the incorrect delivery address in Windsor Gardens. I have called every Kogan contact number I can find in google search to try to speak to someone for an easy resolution but only get recorded messages and then it hangs up.
Desired outcome: I do not care what they need to do but they need to have Toll deliver the goods at the correct address as requested immediately after placing the order. I want a manager to call me on my mobile number: [protected] immediately to discuss.

I bought 4 stools from Kogan back in December 3, 2020. They were veryyyy poor quality. I made a complaint (request #[protected] ), send some pictures as requested on the website/ refund policy. Then, on December 16, 21, they asked me for a video, which I sent it.
Then the seller One Shop offered minimal refund of $60, and I paid $203, 12 for 2 sets of stools (if I wanted cheap poor quality I would've gone to Marketplace on FB and bought used $29 stools). I declined and asked for a full refund or new good quality stools. Days waiting. They replied saying they would provide a refund (On Jan 4, 2022). I never received the refund or an email. The seller "One Shop (NAI-BENT-C-077-WHX2 )" decided to play dead,
Kogan, the site which I bought from also is not replying with my refund. They also do not have a phone number that I can call.

Kogans customer contact/service is deplorable, you cannot speak to anyone, and if they do not respond to emails. You are left wondering if they actually have a customer service team at all.

Christmas Tree and Santa Clause
We brought a Christmas tree of them 2 months ago and some of the branches started un ravelling.
We brought a Santa Clause of them and found it was 120 volts and not 240 volts. I send emails but they don't care, we have sold it stiff.
I would can't call as I am half deaf and only get the same results.
They need a big shake up with customer service and products or get out of the game. I am that now I won't buy online no more, better going to the bricks and mortar and see it ya self before buying. At least you wont get the [censored] like there flogging.

On Kogan website it states most Most warranty issues are resolved in 10 business days I have waited 23 business days I have numerous emails stating the TV will be sent soon and is subject to standard dispatch. As advertised on the listing looked on the The listing standard dispatch. 1 to 2 business days I have waited 4 to 5 business days after being told my TV my replacement TV is in its final stage of processing for five business days on on and several emails asking what's going on and none of them have been answered.
I honestly don't know why Kogan can't just do what they said they were going to do and that's replace the TV

Unable to deliver to a sick man taken to Hospital
On 17 Nov, 2021, Mr Henri laauw ordered a laptop computer from Kogan order number Z4YM44FT for AUD $490.98. 2 days later he was taken ill to hospital and was unable to receive his delivery. He is 81 years old and is unable to access emails or answer his phone. I acted on his behalf to aske delivery come to myself so I could hold for him. Kogan responded request #[protected] that they would not help, uncaring to his hospitalisation.
Desired outcome: That MR laauws computer be delivered to him via myself or that he receive a full refund.
