Kohl's customer service and online application process

I spent 2 1/2 hours signing up for, being approved and trying to place an order to receive the 35% off on my one time order.
I was having so much trouble and the coupon would not apply on my end that the rep in customer service manually added my items. When I reviewed it there was one missing.
I couldn't talk to the same rep and got another who said she'd give me another 35% coupon off to complete the order. It was in my cart but when I went to use it...it did not apply. she then said to use my 15% off coupon and she would make up the difference on her end! I do not feel I should have had to use it because had it gone on the original order which I was told to cancel and then the rep added manually I would have not had to use that coupon! This is time I needed to feed my animals ( I live on a farm) So disappointed!

Kohl's Miramar, Fl customer service

I was returning an item and I asked if I could just get a gift card back so that it would not mess up my Kohls cash. The service rep said "no we don't do that anymore". So I asked what the refund would be. I had used $10 off $50 and $7.01 was taken from that item I was returning. She explained I would not get the $7.01 back. This is problem number 1 since I still had $125 worth of stuff the $7.01 could be applied to. She argued with me. I told her I would get all the item and return it all and rebuy it. She was nasty and said " ok, we close at 10:00." I got the stuff from my cat and returned it all. She then said since this was from another location she could not give me things at their price . I then purchased another item and rang it separate so not to have the same issue. So 2 items rang up $3-4 more than originally. Then the $10 ended up being off the new item that I am going to be returning as my mother didn't want it.
So in the end I lost $6 for the price difference and the. Lost me $10 coupon that is now expired.

So due to one item being returned I lost $16 worth of discount plus my time going back and forth. It's also not right that some things rings up different at different locations.
I wish I had gotten the service woman's name but I did not. She was blond and very rude.

Desired outcome: I would like the $16 loss that the issue caused.

Kohl's I rec’d an order that doesn’t contain anything I ordered twice.

I have spent 45 minutes on the phone bc the customer service person doesn't understand that nothing I ordered is in the package that I Received.

The 1st time they set an order up for free but now they act like it's my fault and won't do anything about it

Desired outcome: Ship me the 3 shirts at no charge. The order should b free and the shipping should be free

Kohl's Package not delivered when system email says it is

Hello!
There seems to be a problem with your supply chain system. A package I ordered said it arrived to my friends house where it wa supposed to be delivered, but it was NOT delivered. The UPS personnel were SO kind and courteous and helpful. However, they had no idea how to contact kohl's for the customer. Kohl's sucks as a company, you should see how horribly they treat their employees! And to then to not be able to actually help when a package goes missing and blame it all on the third party mail service!?!? Kohl's should be ASHAMED of themselves! So selfish and evil!

Desired outcome: Deliver the package and give me a FULL refund of everything in the order asap

Security at the store followed my daughter around after I mentioned to her she could look around and purchase something. She found her items and ran over to us, I went to the secuity and he denied even leaving his location but, I did see him returning to location after 20 minutes. So on that note I will not go to that store which I went to for 3 years. It left a bad taste Kohls 2325 Street Rd, Bensalem, PA 19020

Kohl's online orders and returns

On 8/21 I was browsing shoes online because I had $20.00 kohls cash that was about to expire. While checking the price in my cart the system blinked and I could see the shoes had been ordered without my kohls cash. I tried to cancel the order but the system would not let me, saying the order was in the process of being filled. A few days later I received the shoes that I did not want so I took them back to the nearest store for a refund. The lady there gave me a look like why are you bothering me but refunded the cost of the shoes. I told her what had happened but she just shrugged it off. Then I asked why the shipping fees were not refunded when I never even ordered the shoes and all I got was another shrug. Then I tried to file a complaint on Kohls chat and every time I sent it it would say that there was a problem on their end and would I please retype it. Are you people serious? So as of now I am out the $20.00 kohls cash and I owe for shipping on an item I never ordered and I have been treated very rudely for my troubles. Thanks for nothing Kohls.

Desired outcome: A refund of my shipping fees and the Kohls cash I could not use and an apology.

Kohl's Kohls cash

I receive mvc status when sales are run and I use my Kohls card. When I receive Kohls cash I am basically forced to spend $75 or more for free shipping. When mvc items run I pay no shipping. This is a scam to create more sales. The Kohls cash is useless under $75. I do not visit the store due to health issues. I feel that Kohls is taking advantage of people and the Kohls cash is a false/misleading offer.

Desired outcome: Free shipping when Kohl's cash is applied whether at or below the $75 threshold.

Kohl's New Layout

8-14*21 I realize you must change the appearance at Kohl's every once in awhile. But the new layout at the Kohl's in Wilmington, NC is not a good thing when you put all the purses etc. in each designer's area. This now makes us run all over the store to see different purses etc. And we have no idea where to look. It was much better when they had them all in one area. There were no coin purses anywhere which I am sure you will say because we can't get them like you use to. Please, Please put back the area where they are all together. I love shopping at Kohl's but really feel like you have made a big mistake with this new layout. Thank you

Kohl's Refund check on account

On 4/13/2021 I paid the balance on my account in the amount of $62.06. On 5/3/2021 I mistakenly made the same payment again of $62.06. On 5/19/2021 I contacted customer service (spoke to eric) and requested a refund. I was told a refund check would be issued in a few weeks. On 6/10/2021 I called on the status of the check. I was told the check was sent, but I never received. I was informed a new check would be reissued. On 7/19/2021 I called customer service again (spoke to natalie) I informed her I have not yet received my refund check and inquired if they could credit a purchase I made on on 6/11/2021 in the amount of $46.01. I was told no, that my case would be reopened and another check would be reissued. I called back the same day & spoke to velma, she indicated a check was issued on 6/15/2021 (I never received) and I asked that she put in the notes requesting a check for the 3rd time. On 8/7/2021 I received a refund check for $62.06, took it to the bank, deposited it. On 8/13/2021 upon reviewing my checking account, it shows the check was returned because khol's issued a stop payment on it and I was charged $12.00 by my bank for a return check fee. I contacted khol's customer service again and was told that I would be receiving a check for $39.05. It was explained to me that they credited me $23.01 from $62.06, so now I will get the balance of $39.05. However, somehow I now have a credit of $46.01 which I was told I have to wait until I receive $39.05 check before I can request another refund of $46.01, which I am not very confident I will ever receive, and if I don't wait the khols will stop payment on the $39.05 check. None of this makes any sense. I was told I could not use the credit of $62.06 on any future purchases & now khol's has done just that. I want to be reimbursed for the $12.00 bank charge that would never have happened if I was not sent a check that had a stop payment on it. Why send a check that you stopped payment on? I am extremely frustrated and disappointed that this issue was never resolved to my satisfaction or in a timely manner and that I had to call and request a refund check 3 times with a result that ended up costing me an additional $12.00 through no fault of my own. I will no longer be a customer of khol's.

Desired outcome: Refund of $39.05, $46.01 and $12.00 return check fee issued by my bank

Kohl's Jewelry department online

I searched Kohl's jewelry department online for a specific type of ring, either stainless steel or sterling silver. I specifically looked through only the rings that were solid, not plated. I settled on a sterling silver weaved ring & it looked great for months. Then one day I noticed I had scratched the side which exposed it's copper core! Plated! $150.00 for a piece of plated copper. No gems just metal. I'm pretty sure the ring is actually worth somewhere around $10 bucks! I will never purchase Jewelry from Kohl's, ever again, since I can't trust the description of the item is accurate.

Kohl's Second miss routed package

The customer service for on line is ABSOLUTELY HORRID!  I placed a order and it was never shipped to the correct facility. I had to wait to get my package, never being told what was going on, only finding out by checking on the package tracking number. Just barely over a week after that I ordered again. Again like the first package this one also was routed to the incorrect facility. I contacted customer service on line 3x, to only be told by a supervisor to contact them back after Aug 10 about my package before they would do a thing, mind you this was from a supervisor. I want my package, I want a complete refund of my money, and I want my package expedited overnight to me. I am so DISAPPOINTED and DISSATISFIED with Kohls and how they handle customers. I will NEVER show again from a Kohls. I have never been treated so badly by a supervisor from a dept store in my life. Please advise how this is going to be handle if even handled at all.

Kohl's Lack of Technical Support

I live in Phila and my card number before i cancelled it today was ([protected]).
I have been unable to access my Kohl's acct online for quite a while because every time I try to sign in I have to create a new password. This month(July) alone I have had to do this at least 3 times, last month once and maybe more but I really just started keeping track because it has become so frustrating to me. I called & asked for "technical support" but was told by customer service that there is none. This is the only store site that I continuously have a problem logging into. I don't need customer service to help me log in each and every time i want to get into my account. I need to access it on my own
be it once a day or every day within a month.
Since I had to speak with customer service to pay my bill today, (7-30-21) I decided to cancel my card so that I no longer have to go through all the inconvenience any longer.
Even though I know the cancellation will affect my 800+ credit score on my credit report for a period of time, I will recover eventually. And I also will no longer be shopping at any Kohl's stores because of their lack of service beyond the basic customer service.

Kohl's Credit Card Lie

BEFORE I agreed to open a charge account with Kohl's I told them no thank you, because I was working on keeping my credit score up to refinance my house as a single person because I got divorced 2 years ago. The service desk person at Kohl's on 71st Street in Tulsa went on to assure me that they no longer hit the person's credit report and said that quit doing that about 2 years ago. I ask her if she was absolutely sure and she said yes but that she would call her manager to confirm it. She called her manager and the manager told her that was true, it does not hit or affect a person's credit report. So I opened the account on 7/10/21 and low and behold I get an e-mail from the credit bureau asking if this new Kohl's account is mine. I could not believe it and I am infuriated about it. My credit score dropped because of your inept staff and management. I WANT THIS CORRECTED NOW. I don't care what you do or how you do it but I want this removed completely from my CBR.

Kohl's Late Fee $28 on 6/1/21 charged, $50.73 was paid on 6/2/21 via online bill pay

Hello ... I am not a frequent Kohl's shopper. If I shopped, the balance is always paid in full. I never carry the balance and this is the first time ever to receive the email on the late fee on account XXX-XXX2-603 as of 7/7/21.
Just to add my credit score is around 850.

I scheduled 'on-line bill pay' through my bank, $50.73 was paid on 6/2/21 though it was scheduled way before 6/2/21. I am waiting for my bank's clarification how it was scheduled.
I spoke with Kohl's customer service 7/7/21, but it was like broken record that she kept saying it was 1 day late.

I refuse to pay this late fee $28 as it is unreasonable.

Desired outcome: $28 is to be waived.

Kohl's card information security

went to kohl's found out some one has my used my driver license number for a account with you. Your people would not give me his info, which would leave to your people to fix. Sent my information twice to have this person in a different state looked at and my information take off this imposters account. I have never got a response from kohl's card fraud department.

Kohl's Khols Charge Account Unethical Fraudulent

I have had my Khols account a few years, I have never paid late and most months pay double. We are only talking about a 300.00 Card, I refuse credit increases...I recently had to change bank accounts (6 or so months ago) so I had to cancel my autopay, i set up autopay with my new account and again sometimes would manually pay a second time if I spent money on the card. Everything has been going fine other than online account access, but there's not a lot to keep up with so no worries there, boy was I mistaken...I was not even thinking about paying my bill BC I just paid my bill on May 28 Today is the 11th of June, however while looking on the website I just decided to see what my available balance was so I knew what I could spend so I could use my Khol's Cash...well, it said account past due make payment immediately $108
What? so I tried to get online to see what was up, I was required to update app so I did then wasn't even able to log in or change my password, it said I had not account matching that information. I called Customer Service, just to be transferred to the Collections Department, the first gentleman I talked to was very rude for almost 20 minutes so I asked to be referred to his supervisor, he forwarded me to a voicemail box, again WHAT?
I hang up and call back I got a really helpful and nice lady, she helped me with my account and during our 45 minute conversation I find out that not only is
autopay still trying to take payments from my old account "sometimes" meaning that some months it comes out of the right account and other months it is being charged to an account that no longer exists
I am being charged a late payment fee bc I pay my bill 1 week early and since it is a different month it is actually counting the payments as late, my payments are due the 3rd of the month
the payments that are being made are paying the fees each month so my monthly payments are not what I am paying
now i am being charged an over limit fee bc fees are raising my balance (but im paying the fees each months remember)
and to top it all off while I am on the phone discussing this with Khols I get a notification from Experian credit monitoring that "Khols and just reported your account as Delinquent" and my score drops 41 pts WHILE I AM ON THE PHONE TRYING TO FIGURE OUT WHAT IS GOING ON
Keep in mind that I have charged only 45.82 so far this year But I have paid 287.00 in total payments...so I ask how is it possible to have a delinquent account ?

Something needs to be done about this, this is FRAUD

Desired outcome: ALL fees refunded, delinquency status reversed on credit files compensation for lost funds
