Of all the wrong things with clothing made overseas related to quality and size of the product the new problem is with the size of the breast pocket in a men's shirt. Someone figured to save few pennies and now the pocket is not long enough to accommodate a pen.
I just had one returned for that reason.
Brand name SONOMA.
Keep doing it, marketing sales and promotions is one thing and quality and fit is another.

I ordered a pair of grey Dr. Scholls shoes and I could not have them shipped to the store and the shoes were not available at the store. I had to return the shoes as Dr. Scholls consider beige to be grey. The shoes were not grey, or I would have kept them.
I am complaining because it cost me $7.11 to return the shoes to your store because Dr. Scholls does not know the difference between grey and beige and you have a horrible return policy. I will no longer buy anything from Kohl's that I cannot pick up at the store, which I am sure will cost your business quite a bit of money.

I spent 2 hrs trying to place an order online. I called customer service 3 times before we finally had it figured out sort of,
after the called and received the email for what i bought, i realized i been charged full price of $60 dollars for shoes when they were on sale for $39 dollars .
I also bought a cap for $20 dollars and one at half price, but again charged $20 dollars each,
Like I said over 2 hrs trying get it through, and in the end still been taken advantage of, I an very disappointed in the whole ordeal From your app not accepting Robert

I was shocked to see a pair of shoes I wore twice where already falling apart. They looked nice when I bought them. I wore them today because I was taking out trash and they where easy to slip on. When I came back in the house I didn't notice right away but when I sat down after washing dishes they looked funny they had a crease in them so I sat down and sure enough they where coming apart. They looked like they where stitched but it was glued. So unbelievable.

Saturday may 26th 2018 i was returning a rug that had gotten from Kohl's probably like two days before i returned it . I received a very nasty attitude from the customer service worker who's name was Haley as read on her name tag, for no apparent reason, she snatched my bag out of my hand upon me returning what i had and as i walked off to leave the store i heard her call me a racial slur ( a black b****) i have been trying to get in touch with corporate for days and haven't had any luck at all I'm hoping this is effective because something must be done about this effectively or i will take this matter to the media !

I shop online because of the convenience. Imagine my surprise when I went to wear my new shirt from an online purchase and found the security thing still attached. Having to go to the store, walk in knowing the security tag was going to sound the alarm, to have it removed was not fun nor convenient. Sure enough that's what happened, 2 sales people came over. I explained what happened and they quickly removed it and apologized.

Recieved for Christmas 2017 from Kohls and after 2 months of use they are terrible! I'm so sorry but I can't believe how poor they are. It's almost like the finish came off and everything sticks to them! We always hand wash them and cook at home 5 nights/week. I'm so disappointed in their performance but love the red color! Please advise how I can get rectified for this poor product.

My mother and I visited the Waco Kohl's this evening on May 20th 2018, and no one in the store made an announcement or 15 minute notice about the store closing like they usually do. I was in a different department from my mother and began looking for her to show her something. An employee ran into me and told me to grab what ever I was going to get and head to the front because the store had closed. I head to the front and saw my mother around the front. I get in line, and she tries to grab a blouse close to the front until the line gets smaller. This associate named Amara walks after her and yells "SEÑORA everyone has to go to the front". I understand they're trying to get everyone checked out, but her tone of voice was not the appropriate one to use. My mother tried to tell her something and didn't let her finish. On top of that, she goes back down the hallway by jewelry and starts gossiping with another associate about what happened with my mother where we could clearly hear. If she was that frustrated about getting everything done so all the associates could go home, she should've made an announcement to remind the customers of closing time like all the other retail stores. People aren't always looking at the time when they're shopping. We shop at Kohl's almost every weekend and have never had an experience like today.

We purchased 2 long-sleeved shirts form Kohls last fall. Being disabled, my husband does not "dress up" very often, so even though the shorts were rather casual, long-sleeved shirts, they were nice enough that he saved them for going out in public places. When he finally wore the first one, a tan with wildlife scene on a streak across the front chest, it shrank significantly, even though I ALWAYS wash everything in cold water and dry perma-press clothes on low heat. The shirt is now too small for him by a long stretch. When we returned it to Kohls to show them the difference in the washed as opposed to an unwashed one, they refused to accept it or make any kind of adjustment since we had paid cash rather than using my charge card for the purchases I made that day. Is there a way to get these replaced with something that will not shrink but will be as nice?
raw x mens cargo shorts
I purchased 4 pair of these shorts online about 3 weeks ago. I thought when I got them that the package was light and the shorts material was not the best. The pair in the pics were on there maiden voyage. It's a good thing there was not many people on the beach. They split on the first shell find as soon as I bent over. Not a small rip by any means. The shorts even had a little room and slightly baggy on me too. Just more cheap Chinese imports! I'm sure the other 3 pair will not last either. Lesson learned!
possible jewelry counter theft
I was shopping May 11 2018 late in the evening and making my way to the checkout counter picked up a bill laying on the floor which said a jewelry purchase of retail price was discounted from 500.00 to just 21.00...asking two jewelry counter sales girls I got a well there are probably gone to I don't know...so I asked the sales associate who checked me out and she was puzzled and also two customers... they were puzzled...so here I have included the receipt...then after my purchase I was accessed outside by security girl saying I took something from the store...so I said...well can you tell me what it belongs to...and I showed her my purchase I said it was paid for and approved when I checked out so she starts wanting my license number and where is my car and she's on the phone with cops...the item was a decoration that went to nothing something that fell off another item...it was thin coin purse...no tag.. did not say Kohls just said not for resale inside and was orange...so I gave it to the lady at the register and she just rang up the tagged purchase...so my mom got out of the car to tell her nothing was taken...it was in full view...so then she says I was in there two years ago intimating something with this comment...funny I don't live in the area and am visiting. Since I asked four people about the transaction I feel this maybe inhouse theft...because how can you get jewelry discounted from 500 to 21 dollars?
account being charged twice for online order
I placed an order online and was able to pick up some of the items in the store. Great I thought, until my bank sent a text stating my account was negative $105.57. Kohl's charged my card for the entire order AND again for the portion that would be mailed to my house. Their explanation was that they didn't know why but the charge would fall off in a couple of days. I cancelled the order and will cancel my card! Horrible!
wrong item for the 8th time
I have received the wrong item 8 times. Enough is enough. I received a used item this last time with the tag cut out and a hole in the item. I called to return the last item and they argued with me saying I ordered the item I received. I am escalating this issue and not giving up. I hope that they go out of business. This is no way to run a business! I am so furious!
gift card
I received a gc as a gift. I double checked the balance online to confirm. No problem, I had a $50 balance. I tried to use it to pay for part of my online purchase. It tells me if is not a valid kohl s gift card! I then tried to add it to my "wallet". This told me the same thing. I tried again. This time it says gc number & pin do not match! WTH!? I chat with customer service ( with someone who can't make a complete English sentence). He tells me to put in my credit card information but be assured the gc will used first on the transaction. What? It won't even accept the gc. I'm not stupid. My credit card would have been charged and I'd be stuck with this gc. What a scam they have going. I'll take the hit for the gc but I'll never shop Kohl's again.

Jan 12, 2018 called about a order I had not received, it was a ombre shirt. I paid for it with my Kohls charge account also using kolhs cash. I never received the order. When I called, the gentleman, I use that word loosely. He stated it was shipped and what never returned so there was nothing he could do. So I was out about $48.00 and an hour of my life I will never get back, so I went into your store in Tilton went to customer service and the woman at your customer service desk really educated me. I said do you care why I cancelled my credit card with Kohls? She stated nope, its not my business and I don not care. WOW! Customer service Huh. If I had paid for this shirt with my Visa card it would not have cost me a thing because they would have given you a charged back and rightly so! winter jacket
I bought this jacket from Kohl's brand new and decided to start wearing it 2 months ago. I expected it to be amazing because of the price that I paid. The zipper would keep undoing after I zipped it up every time I sat down or bent down. I bought this jacket one size larger to accommodate a sweater underneath. Even without the sweater this issue would persist. Now the the back vent of the jacket is starting to come apart at the seems.
unprofessional behaviour
I was at Kohl's at around 1:15 on March 8th. I went there to look for an engagement ring. The employee by the name of Pam was behind the counter. She was very unfriendly and appeared to be very agitated that she had to help me. She showed me one ring and sat back down doing whatever she was doing. She never offered to show me anything else. I felt very uncomfortable when I had to ask her to help me again. When I asked she never replied just got up as if it was unreasonable to ask her to do such a thing. I later needed a price change when I realized I had not used the 20% off. I walked over there and she and another employee were waiting on another customer. The lady was elderly and taking a very long time. She was extra friendly to her. The other employee asked if she could use the other register to help me and Pam's reply was "no, you have to use this one." When I told the cashier at the other register that the women was rude and did not seem to want to help me she knew exactly who I was talking about, so apparently I was not the only one complaining.
I have shopped at Kohl's for many years and have spent a lot of money. I don't feel like anyone should be treated like this. I always do the surveys to let Kohl's know when I have had exceptional service, so I feel this should be reported as well. If I had not been in a rush to get back to work I would have had the supervisor come to the front.
I feel the store manager should know about the incident and there be some type of repercussion concerning this person. I don't feel she needs to be fired, but something should happen as well as looking into other incidents.

3/5/2018, 727 271 5656 I purchased items totaling 242.07 online they delivered my order to my old address and I never received my order. I called kohl's and they said they would refund it back onto my card. It was suppose to go on my card on 3/5/2018 it is the 3/8/2018 and I have not gotten it yet I keep getting the run around kohls gave me a reference number but I have called but no one wants to help me.
credit card late fees, & returns don't show up
Kohls has a very confusing Credit card program. The late fees are monstrous, and they don't tell you about it when you sign up. It just snow balls and before you know it if you late by just $5 you end up being liable for $100's of dollars... If you buy a shirt for $20, it can cost you $200 in fees.
I have returned things, and it never shows up as a credit to my account. I have to call at my expense, and visit in store, and still nobody knows where my return went to. I have no credit in my account for the returned item.
I pay my account, and they always find reasons to add costs, and hidden fees.
I have paid amounts that Call Centre people tell me to pay, and they say I should have paid more. Without any notice they just add more late fees. Its their mistake and why should I pay for that.
When I ask them to rectify their mistake, they say first pay in large amounts, and then we will credit your account. When I do that, they don't credit my account, they don't rectify there mistake, and they just continue adding late fees upon late fees and it snowballs.
This is not a very respectable organisation, if it treats customers like this.
Don't shop here. You can buy what they have elsewhere at better prices and with a better customer experience. Shop Online.

My sister brought me a $50 gift card. for Christmas Dec 2017. I made a purchase online
for $47.85 with a remainder on my gift card that I still have of $2.15
With in a couple of days I sent it back due to size, I call about jan 3 2018 and they said they have received my order back.
and they said the could not put back the amount of $47.85 on my gift card, would have the mail that amount on a new gift . card jan 5 they said I will get it in about 30 day if not call back. I call back I still havent got the gift card and today
Feb 13 they said they just mail it call back 30 day if I don't get it. On Jan 16 they said they just mail it call back after 30 days. if I don't get gift card. They are giving me the runaway and not solving the problem or sending me email about my gift card as promise.
Everyone on different page. Even their supervisors said nothing we can do because its in the mail. The order #[protected] the gift card is merry Christmas
