Water in motor without being exposed to any water other than natural rainfall
I took the mower back to Nelson tractor in blairsville Ga where I purchased it, for failure to crank over more than a quarter turn of engine
Was asked by service personnel when I had put the mower in water, I have never had the mower in water other than small rain while mowing my personal yard
The mower is under 4 year warranty, there shouldn't be any water in a mower engine unless Nelson tractor has done something to create a entrance for water to get in the motor or Kunitz is building a substandard machine
Why would Nelson tractor not diagnose the cause of the water
Why is the repair costing me 231.17 dollars
I need this problem resolved
Thank You
Desired outcome: Repair the problem that caused the issue , which is a warranty issue
ordered 2 -- Kit Seal 1(2326/20) price $175 each =$350 no labor

Repairs on my kubota
I took my kubota lawn mower to kubota in moultrie GA. For a tune up. And repair. They did part of a tune up. At least they said. They did a tune up.
But claimed they couldn't find the problem to repair it. When you crank it up. And engage the blades. It won't rev up. And starts bogging down. They charged a $188.81. I paid them. They better make good of this ripoff. I want ever use them again. They claimed they check some of the filters. And they didn't need changing. Then when we got home. My husband tried the mower. It is still the same. Called over there to talk with the mechanic.
He wouldn't even come to the phone and talk with him. That place is nothing but one big ripoff.
2015 b3350 dpf regeneration problems
I recently purchased a 2015 B3350 with 342 hours on it. I have put 35 hrs. on sense I purchased this machine. The regeneration system worked once. the second time I ran through the procedure, it would not complete the regeneration. I called Big Sky Kubota in Missoula, Mt. and they said I had to bring it into the shop for a system check. It is still there. They told me it could be an expensive fix. I am on a fixed income and can't afford an expensive fix. It is my understanding that these b3350's have this problem very often, especially in cold climates, because the engine does not get warm enough to help the DPF to work properly. I would think Kubota would have had a recall on these tractors instead of letting people think they are a good product. I have owned 2 other Kubota's in the past. Neither had a DPF on them, and they were very good machines. My email address is: [protected]@gmail.com... please let me know what can be done. Thank you for your time.
Desired outcome: I am hoping Kubota will help out on the price of this fix of a faulty DPF system that they knew was not working properly.
Dealership sold attachment under false information
Purchased a Brushhog attachment, based on leasing/renting a SVL95-2S, which the Kubota Dealership quoted me of $1,800.00 per month, with no deposit. Dealership was waiting a few months for a SVL95-2S to come available. During that time, the Dealership increased the leasing/renting amount to $3,000, plus $12,000 deposit, based on insurance after the fact!...

Date 12/04/2020 I bought a l3901dt tractor from star equipment in hammond louisiana on 4/01/2019 thinking it was top of the line in tractors, after fifty four hours of operation the unit quit pulling, so I had star equipment pick it up, they found the clutch had went out. They put a new clutch in it, and I had a bill for $ 2993.86 which I had to pay. If...

Overheating has since we purchased.
We Purchased a RTV from Coleman tractor in Clarksville Tenn location. 12/20/2017, We have had nothing but trouble out of it. It has been in the shop at Coleman 3 times with over heating issue.
The 1st time they told us it had a air bubble in the engine.
The 2nd time they told us the radiator hoses were loose.
We know this is not true because it has never leaked on the floor. Obviously they don't know what is wrong with it. we run a resort with witch we depend heavily on the use of our RTV. when they come to get it they will not give us a loaner while they ae working on it we feel at this point we either want a new machine or we would like our money back .
Please advise us which of the above is acceptable to you? If neither is acceptable just let us know so we can start with legal proceeding.
We have purchased numerous tractors and RTV, s from kubota in the past we have never had trouble with any of them this one is just a lemon.

b3350
I had purchased a B 3350 about two years ago and have had nothing but problems with the regeneration system it's been in the shop about 10 times and with just under 500 hours of run time parts have broken on this machine and it has regent over 65 times. When I first received it the region system actually made my tractor not even run or start stuck in the middle of the road during a snowstorm. Very dissatisfied with this product please contact me with remedy of the region system which is a known problem with the B 3350. Yours truly a loyal customer but have questions and concerns about the new machines I had bought. Patrick Pokorski 703 Pleasant View Dr. Lancaster NY 14086. Cell phone number [protected]. new bx23s sold as ready to go but was not.
I bought a new bx23s off Parcs in Salem West Virginia as done and ready to go but it was not hydraulic filter was louse and lecking front end oil was not on stick or touchable by finger, and one of the backhoe pin was stuck and snapped bolt do to no grease. Grease fitting was cover and plugged with paint had to be changed do to being painted over and would not take grease. Had to take apart and fix bolt that broke all others were loss and had to tighten them all up. I am not happy with this and i found this at the 50 hour maintenance check and service. I this hope has not damaged or hurt anything else on the outfit. I am not happy At all you pay 22.000 plus for something you want and expect it to be right and safe. not to have to work on and fix it when you get it home and start using it and it brakes down. So am i happy no not at all im on a fixed income and cant have this happening to me. thank you Dean Adkins
P.S. I thank you had better have a good talk with Parcs as many people i have talked to are not happy with them and go elsewhere i will use Buckhannon Kubota from now on unless it brakes or i have to return it and go get a reliable tractor elsewhere.
m7.151, bv5160
Bought 6 Kubota tractors and hay equipment from service motor in wausau, Wisconsin in 2018. After the final sale my salesman quit his job and I was told to either call the front desk or email a different salesman. Had numerous issues continuing up to the present, dealer is unprepared to deal with issues, common answer is we'll have to call Kubota. Most recently I attempted to hook my bv5160 up to my m7.151 kvt but it didn't show up on the isobus. This forced me to use my other m7 which has a loader and duals installed. Tech came out this week and found improper settings in the setup menu. Mr Art Williams of Kubota called and promised me increased support but I have no way to access it.

2015. bought it from a dealer. Powerco in Allentown, PA. Under Warranty. It broke down in December 2018. Kubota decided to replace the engine. It took 3 months to get their internal approvals. they replaced the engine. YAY!. got it back and then it broke down again within 4 hours. they took it back. Again, they said they will replace the engine again. We are approaching 6 months with my machine broken down. we were given a smaller machine (case TV380) to use. In know takes 3 days to do what the Kabota can do in 2 days. Very frustrating. I like the machine but I hate the service. Pretty sure I'll never buy another Kubota. I also have a U55 mini excavator, a case CX160 and a case SN580. I bought then all within a 3 month time period. I am just starting this new excavating company . We will be buying many new machines as we grow. Kubota more than likely wont be in the running unless they make me a deal I cant refuse.
kubota zg 327
I purchased a new ZG 327 from Muscgraves Equipment in Goldsboro NC. I've had a problem with it running. It surges at high and low rpms and it will eventually cut off. It has been back to Muscgraves 6 times for the same problem. They have tried to fix it 5 times. I took it back Saturday for the 6th time. The mower has 22 hours on it.

kubota zero turn lawn mower
Purchased this lawnmower approximately 2 years ago from Beshears in Oxford, AL. Has barely over 100 hours on it. Followed maintenance per kubota guidelines. Has been in shop 3 times for repairs. Miraculously...every repair has NOT been covered by warranty. Also..repairs were not discussed until complete and we've had to pay out of pocket. Warranty is not worth the paper it's printed on. Lawnmower was skipping and resulted in most recent "repair". The lawnmower cranked just fine. We even drove it onto trailer to haul it to dealership. They said battery was dead. I'm sure it was after they drained it because they can't find the true issue. We have spent several hundred dollars on repairs. Called customer service to file complaint. Customer service rep was rude and non helpful. She kept repeating the same things over and over and did not ever answer the question. It was a heated conversation...as she had NO CLUE how to answer questions or get assistance beyond the dealership...which is useless. I could've went 0.1 miles down the road and purchased a John Deere. Hindsight is 20/20. I live in a rural farming town and will be sure to advocate to my community to stay away from Beshears and Kubota! Dealership was also rude. Came out and flicked the battery without saying a word and then walked off. That proves nothing beyond the fact that you're "mechanics/dealership" is poor in customer service and clearly the term "certified kubota" is a loose term. Will NEVER PURCHASE KUBOTA AGAIN AND WILL NEVER USE BESHEARS IN OXFORD, AL as a dealership. I have yet to have a representative even attempt to contact me directly to discuss the issues. ZERO STARS! POOR SERVICE...POOR QUALITY...

I bought this machine its under warranty. It has broken down 6 times. 5 times for same thing. It keeps leaking hydraulic oil out of back and nobody can fix it! This machine has 450 hours on it! Kubota has had it more than I have. I want a new machine, I owe $28, 000.00. I traded in a bobcat when I bought this machine. [protected] brett roger...

Hi,
After owning the unit for 2 years, I'm not happy with the overall quality of the unit.
1. Paint job was poor. The unit is rusting in spots where it shouldn't.
2. Turn signal lenses pop off with the lightest of touch. My unit is now missing
all four lenses.
3. Mower deck locked up and lost one of the 3 blades.
4. Constant leaking of hydraulic fluid from the bucket connections.
paddy transplanter spv6md
We placed order for Kubota Rice Transplanter SPV6MD to Karnal dealer Partap agrotech on 18Feb 2019 and he promised delivery on 8th March 2019. But today when we asked for machine, he failed to provide machine and he is asking for 5 to 7 more days to arrange machine. When we tried contacting Kubota regional sales manager, sales head (GS Grewal), president (Akira Kato) no response from them. We feel cheated, harassed and frustrated.
working conditions
My name is Lisa Chamberlin and my fiancées name is Ray Weaver. Ray works at your Kubota facility in Gainesville, GA. We originally lived in Savannah, GA, which is a 7 hour drive from Gainesville, GA, when he found this job that became available. He called the temp service, Axiom, and inquired about the job being offered at one of your facilities. They wanted to see him for an interview. The next day, he drove 7 hours to Gainesville, GA to apply and interview for this job. He then drive 7 hours back home to Savannah, GA. He was so exited! He got word from the temp agency the next day that he had the job. We are both originally from New York State and with farm history all around us in our home town, he was was very excited to be offered a position at Kubota, as tractors have always been of interest to him.
He has been working for almost 2 weeks now. He has worked 10-12 hour days. Everyday. He gets up faithfully every day for work at 5 a.m. He is out the door and arrives to work 30 minutes early, everyday as to make sure he is never late. He is in the building and clocked in, NO later than 6:45 for his 7 a.m. shift, everyday. He gets home between 6 and 7 p.m. usually. He takes a shower, eats dinner and goes to bed. He is required and mandated to repeat this 6 days a week. He is mandated to work 12-14 hours tomorrow (Saturday). We have a family. We have 4 kids. These hours are not even humane. He works on an assembly line putting parts of the tractor together. He was told he was doing the job of 2-3 people and that's the way it was going to stay. He stands on a concrete floor all day with no kind of pad underneath him and no relief. Breaks are cut short or even taken away throughout the day so more production is put out. No one is allowed to sit. You must stand at your job 10-14 hours a day, 6 days a week. My fiancée makes 10.50 an hour. He's used to owning his own company, being a Supervisor to over 15 people and making 6 figures a year. We still own this business. But he wanted to go do his own thing. He wanted to go do something different that was of interest to him. He was very excited about this job until the days went on.
So, my questions are numerous. Why would you pay all of this overtime out for every single person, every day of the year, when you can just add more people and more shifts, which in turn, saves you money and makes your profit larger? Why are you making it impossible to keep good, honest workers employed there?
He put in his notice today. He was very upset but honestly, who can work 75 hours a week and stand on your feet, on concrete, non-stop? I know you have workers there that do this everyday but can't you see how inhumane it is to have such a work environment? He has no life outside of this facility. It's just too bad that your losing such an amazing, dedicated and trustworthy employee, who would of been a great asset to your company. He started out with 50 temporary employees on his first day. The second day, 18 were left. Two weeks later there is one standing.
Adding more shifts, and more people, alleviating a majority of these 10-14 hour days, and you would find yourself with an amazing company with an amazing group of workers. I just wish it was now so that my fiancée could stay and work for you. He absolutely loves the people there, his co-workers and the name your company represents, Kubota.
I'm sure this email will get tossed by the way side and no one of importance will ever see it, but for my fiancées and for every other employee at this facilitys sake, I felt the need to stand up for him and every other production worker you employee.
Thank you for your time. Please feel free to contact me or him with any questions or concerns.
Thank you,
Lisa Chamberlin

Lisa- Your husband needs to come over to Athens and apply at Caterpillar. Although I cannot promise that we don't have to sometimes pull a weekends I can assure you that work, life balance can be achieved with us. He may notice some familiar faces since a lot of Kubota's employees.
