z723-kh zero turn commercial mower
I have had this mower for 2 years now, and have used less than half of the hours on it due to long extensive "diagnosis" of the main issue. The main issue started day 1, mower sputtered and within a couple turns of mowing it started to blow blue smoke (burning oil). I shut the mower down, and backfired immediately. I did not have the means to take the mower back to the dealership in which I purchased it (athens tractor, athens texas), and the decided to come and pick it up almost 2 weeks later.
They explained that it had blown a head gasket. Just to clarify from what I will be explaining later, by this point I had not even mowed enough to put gas in the machine. After having my mower for almost a month they brought it back to me, with no paperwork, nothing. The guy took it off the trailer, and as soon as I escorted him off my property I got on the mower to mow my tall grass (since it has been so long from them repairing it). The mower didn't even go 150 feet and it died on me. I called them up, but of course they were closed. I called the following monday since this was the weekend, my mower sitting in the same spot. Tried moving it several times, and it would die immediately. Also, still backfiring as it would shut itself down. They picked it up the following tuesday or wednesday (I can't recall the exact day). Had it for almost a week (I called the following monday). I talked to the repair manager who told me I must have put plastic in the gas tank because they found debris in the tank. Funny, since I had not even put any gas in the mower since I got it. They stated on "good faith" they would fix the issue at no cost. Kind of funny how they literally just replaced the heads, and had to remove the tank and lines, but decided it was my fault even though I had not put gas in the machine. It left my house with less than 17 hrs, I got it back with 30+. I talked to them about returning the mower due to it being a lemon, they said it was under warranty so there should be no issues with it from this point on. When they returned it, well it was another 2+ weeks. So, moving forward since yet again I did not receive any calls from them, and I had to call to check up on the mower, and being frustrated with their outrageous claims, I decided I would never go back there. So, for months I dealt with the pos dying on me, and backfiring every time I turned the machine off (at low idle for at least 30 seconds). Still backfired. Also, the machine ran very hot, being air cooled I understand that if it is not moving it is not getting cooled off. Well, I have had several mowers in my life time, and not one of them ever made my back literally bead sweat while going max speed for less than 5 min. This one however does...
So, I found a different place to take my mower to, and was told it was out of a certain person's territory, and not wanting to deal with the ignorance of this person I decided to bring my mower there. I also, bought a b2601 first, then brought my mower up. Rucker equipment in palestine tx, which is over an hour drive (not carrying a trailer and equipment), but almost 2 hours away from my home. They had the mower for a month. Supposedly could not recreate the issue of it backfiring. Kind of funny, since when I brought it home, and not even 2 seconds off the trailer, and doing one stripe (100ft) I move it back to the barn; surprisingly it backfires. Never would have guessed that! So, I got it back this time with over 60+ hours on it. Awesome! I love how I have used my 8k paperweight less than the diagnosis people have. So, I continue to mow, and deal with the idiocracy of this mower dying on me when it feels like it, and after about 2 months (barely even mowing for fear that it would die in the middle of my property). Well, it did die... Right in the middle of my field. I call up rucker's, they said bring it up to the shop, and as I explained I would when I can (I work about 80hrs a week, and live almost 2 frickin hours away), so 2 weeks later I took off some time, lost some money doing so, and brought them the orange paperweight. I called week 1, week 2, week 3, and on week 4 they explained that a rod had bent, and they were waiting for a specific solenoid to fix the continual backfiring issues that all kubota's of this specific year and model had. Hmmm, they finally found the issue that I always recreated, but they could not. Hmmm. So, I get a call on week 5, "you have water in your gas tank, and you have bad gas cans". Well, for one, that same gas goes into my honda (4 wheeler), my push mower I had to buy because of this pos, my mom's vehicle, and also my brand new truck. Funny how nothing else is affected by this supposed bad gas. Couldn't ever be something that might have gotten introduced to the machine going 70 friggin mph in a pouring down rain on the way to the shop almost 2 hours, or the fact that is sat in the field in 2 flash floods during the 2 week period I didn't have the time to get my paperweight worked on. These people would not get past the point that the supposed water was not causing any of the issues, and never had! So, week 5, and week 6 I refuse to pay for a tank to be flushed since it is not the underlying issue, and i'm not about to put any more money and time into a paperweight! Again, they can't understand the issue at all. During this time I was told every week that the territory manager has been trying to get in touch with me, which is 10, 000% bs. My phone is attached to me like an appendage due to the nature of my profession. He called me twice, after week 6, and week 7. Yes, that's right 7 friggin weeks at the repair shop. I explained everything that he already knew, and at the end of the conversation I asked about the lemon law and this orange paperweight, which was when he instructed me to contact my lawyer.in the process of this right now actually, but I am trying to give them some more time to process the idiocracy as well as rectify this situation. So, week 8 I pick up my mower, not touching it at all besides strapping it down on my trailer, and when the gentleman drove it up to my trailer it was sputtering, and blowing smoke. Sure doesn't seem like it is fixed, wouldn't you agree?
As I left rucker's I contacted kubota customer satisfaction, being transferred 8 times did not help my general disdain for the company in general at all. Finally got to annete in customer satisfaction, and made sure she did not transfer me again (she had previously twice transferred me out). I explained I needed to speak to her supervisor, in which she stated they were not available, and she could help. Having absolutely no confidence in her level of "helping capabilities" I demanded to speak to a supervisor, and instructed her to write my information down for them to contact me later. She was given not only my cell, but my office number as well. Guess who did not call? I bet you can guess... So, on my way to work the next day I started the customer satisfaction cycle yet again. John got me to the supervisors voicemail (funny how they couldn't do this the previous day, or maybe she didn't know how to), and I left a rather professional fu call me back voicemail. Low and behold angel the supervisor called me back. Finally got through to someone with some common decency, and ability to hopefully help this situation. This is now 9/5, and I spoke to him on 9/1. Lets see if I actually receive any resolve in this situation, and if not I will proceed to use hootsuite to my full capabilities.
I am still waiting for a call back...
tractor
Bought a brand new b3300. It was a complete dud. Numerous things wrong with it. Took it into dealership and all they did was look at it and come up with 'reasons" why it was the way it was... Didn't fix a thing and returned it! Ended up buying it back... Did they offer to replace it? Heck no. Kubota corporate is horrible. They say they have nothing to do with their dealers but then online it says they fully back them. Nothin but a bunch of snobby people who have absolutely no integrity. I hope they sleep well at night. I have 17 pages of documented lies. Corporate looks at it, passes it down to someone lower who doesn't do a thing!
service at berend turf and tractor
I am complaining about the berend turf and tractor in wichita falls texas, I have a 2501 tractor with under 400 hours that has had an injector issue since new, I have called berend turf on multiple occasions concerning the injector or engine misfire, all I get is automatically it's not covered under warranty due to this issue or another, the first response by jeff at berend turf is that it wouldn't be covered due to moisture in the fuel, (first off the fuel tank is plastic which automatically draws moisture) but there isn't water in the fuel, and two is that I must be using the wrong fuel. I might consider that had they not right off the bat started with not being covered under warranty and another issue is the hood pops up constantly by itself while driving. Another issue is the markup on parts here compared to zimmerer kubota in decatur tx, you can buy parts at 80% less than here in wichita falls tx. Example is an ac compressor on a kubota tractor here was $1600 compared to $780 at zimmerer in decatur tx for the compressor, receiver drier, hoses complete unit. I am looking at purchasing a branson if I can't get my kubota repaired without dealer issues.
kubota b3350 regeneration problems
I bought the b3350 new late fall 2014. Shortly after the first few uses it suddenly stopped running, in the middle of a busy street and would not start. Turns out there was a recall issue with the dpf or regeneration system, that didn't stop the dealer from selling me one. The dpf fails over and over, the dealer tried repairing the problem several time...
Read full review of Kubota and 8 commentsfront tires on tractor
With less then 2 hours on my tractor the left front wheel come off the rim. I called the dealer and they advised to just put it back on, which I did. Well from here on out the tire would go flat over night and when using the tractor the tire would go flat quicker. I spoke with the dealer again and they advised to bring it to their shop, which is 1 hour away. They took the wheel off the rim and put it back on but this time they sealed around the rim. Came back home and within two days I had a flat tire. Called again and they advised to bring it back down, well another 1 hour trip. Thinking they would do something right then I was told to come back next week to get it. Well a week later I went to their shop and they tell me the tire is across town at a tire shop and I had to go and get it. Talked with the tire place and they advised that the rim was bad but they put a tube in. Well a $20, 000 tractor now has a tube in it. I called the dealer and they advised that's all they can do for me. Now I make a compliant on kubota sites and within a few days I receive a call saying the dealer is going to take care of the problem and they would call. Well I had to call them 3 weeks later and they gave some excuse and still no replacements. Now the other tire keeps going flat because of the same problem. Have called kubota main office 4 times and still no one will take care of the problem. I guess it is time to talk with the ohio attorney generals office. Very bad customers service.
rude
Went into dealer to purchase 2 spare tires and rims for a kubota rta 1140. The saleslady asked me where I had purchased the atv from. I told her from wolverine tractor in ann arbor mi. She looked at the size of tire on paper. She threw the paper down. And told me to go back to wolverine and buy my tires. I thought I could go to any kubota dealer to buy...
Read full review of Kubota and 9 commentsunauthorized bank draft
Paid off our kubota tractor via monthly autodraft - paid every month in full for 4 years. Confirmed that there was nothing we needed to do to cancel autodraft (confirmed in writing by kcc jan 2010) once the final pmt was made. Received payoff contract and a small overpayment refund in feb 2010. The following month mar 2010, kubota drafts our account unauthorized for another monthly payment. Contact kubota - they have no record of the draft so I have to contact the bank, get all the doc and fax it over (since they're not yet in the 21st century and can't take a. Pdf document). They tell me they will send a check in two weeks. Really? They can do an unauthorized fraudulent draft in 5 minutes, but have to manually cut a check and mail it to return my money? Finally get them to cut the check and am told they will overnight it, but that has to go thru their internal process which can take up to a week? It is going to take them a week to get a csr to go get the check and put it in an overnight envelope? Unbelievable! Do not sign up for autopayment with kubota credit corporation unless you want to keep paying them every month even after the loan is paid. Oh, and don't bother asking to speak to a supervisor (he's not in today) and there's nobody else for you to talk to - no escalation process - take it or leave it.

I paid off a Kubota ATV for a client as he was not able to. I am a lawyer. His equity was my fee. I have been waiting two months to get the title. I have heard every excuse in the book. "It will be mailed the first", "give us 10 business days". Finally yesterday a woman tells me " we did not tell you the truth, it was not mailed, has not been processed. It will be this week." The reason? "We only have one person doing that job ". Seriously ? Is this how to run a business ? Buy a Kawasaki, these people are terrible...I am still waiting, and have paid thousands...
wont start again and again
I can not get a fix for my b7610 kubota. I bought it new and from day 1 I have had problems with it occasionally not starting after using it. I was told by my kubota dealership to get under it and shake different wires etc. What the hell! I own an expensive tractor like this and i'm crawling under it shaking things to see if it works... This has gone on for my complete ownership and kubota can never find or duplicate the problem. It is now in my driveway blocking my cars and wont start. This is horrible I was promised last year by kubotas worthless rep that they would come pick it up and get it resolved, well of course after he asked me to take it to a different dealership for service. I want to point out it has been 8 months and they still have not came after it. Question of the day how do I get it to start well I either let it sit for days, how convienient or I have to hit the frame with my sledge hammer. Yes you read correctly, I have to his the tractor I bought 3 years ago new with a sledge hammer to get it to start. I don't know what to do or what direction to go, if anyone knows of a direction to get this resolved I am open for suggestions. My email is [protected]@aol.com. I am about to pay a roll back truck to drive around with it on the back with a sign beside it saying how I have been put off by kubota and how crappy my service and experience has been... Help

I have a Kubota D1305 engine in a Grasshopper zero turn mower model 430D. The fuel injection pump broke 2 springs in the pump number 2 & 3 cylinder not working. I have been trying to find a service manual for this engine for a week and Kubota engine America is no help. The told me to call distributor Lostin Equipment in Houston, Texas. I did and after listing to a long menue, I chose service, some lady answered and I told her my story, she said they only had two service man and one was in Arizona and the other was busy. Left name and number for a call back. I then called again and listened to the long menue and selected parts,
someone answered and I told my story again, then the phone went to the menue again, I hung up. All I wan is to purchase a service manual for this engine and Kubota makes it damn near impossible.
My name is Phil I bought a B7610 I bought it used I had it a year with no issues. I went out to the barn turn the key nothing . I wiggled every lever I can think of. Also looked at the switches and I did not see a problem. I took it to the dealer and they told me that mice eat the wires in the ignition switch. They got the switch in and now say that the mice chewed other wires. Two days later and they can't find the problem they say there still tracing wires.
Did you ever get your problem fixed and if so what was it. I hate to see what my bill will be.
Maybe I should consider myself lucky at this point after reading some of the complaints. I wanted to buy a B2920 at a dealership in NY the only new tractor available anywhere around. And the dealer won't sell it to me because he wants to sell it to someone local. I live 200mi away, willing to go get it but nope.. wont trade my Kubota with 75hrs on it. I just wanted a bigger hp tractor..what a bunch of bull crap.
I agree their sales represenitives do not care but only want to make a sale they leave a lot to be desired. I refuse to by a Kabota product due to the sales representation and support or lack of that . It leaves me with a no confidence feeling . I rather by a Cub Cadet after my expereience.

parts failure
I traded my 1994 model kubota in on a 2004 model kubota, so far I have had bad service from this machine. When I started using the newer machine, it was very weak after just a short time.So they turned up the pressure on the pump which runs all of the hyraulics for the unit. Well when that failed to help they told me it was a bad pump from the factory. Kubota fixed the pump and I went on my way . I have only 579 hrs. on it now and the pump is bad again, so Kubota will not replace the pump which really sucks a big one. So I also have heard that some other people have had the same problem. If I have it fixed and in another 400 to 500 hrs it breaks down again.Would Inot assume that there is a major problem with those pumps, if there is anyone out there with info on this please contact me! John

tractor continually wont start
I have a B7610 Kubota tractor. It is the same tractor a couple of my employees have, my brother and father also use the exact same tractor. My dealer has been very supportive during my problems but have not had a fix and Kubota Corporation continues to not get my tractor fixed and has not even attempted. i contacted Kubota corporation in September. I have had my tractor looked at many time and have made calls to the dealership when i would be on my land 2 hours away with a tractor that wont start. I work alot and it seems everytime i take off work to use it after using for a short time and i then get off it does not want to start. I have had to leave it sit multiple times over night and even multiple days before it will again start. I no longer trust this tractor and am nervous to go out of town and try to use it. I was contacted by the local rep for Kubota but unfortunatly he told me he would "get this handled myself" since i finally decided to give them a second chance. This decision and conversation with him was over a month ago and NOTHING has been resolved. I have not been contacted, my dealership that i bought it from has not been contacted and the great rep. that was going to "handle it myself" has dropped the ball and handled NOTHING. The dealership i purchased my products from is Duncan Outdoor. They have a great staff and have been very good to me. They are at a lose that A-they have not been contacted by this rep even thougth he (David) was going to "handle this himself" and B-That David originally tried to get me to take it to another dealership. I am not and have not been satisfied with my Kubota B7610 and to make it even worse the SERVICE FROM KUBOTA CORPORATION HAS BEEN A COMPLETE LET DOWN AND DISAPPOINTMENT! I have to carry a sledge hammer with me anywhere i go to get the tractor to start sometimes! How crazy is that considering what you pay for a KUBOTA. I hope no one else has the experience i have had...
