Kuwait Airways review: Delay in Ahmedabad to Kuwait flight on 20th July 2023. It is started at 7.30A.M. instead of 3.50 AM

Ltd, (Ajay Modi) having office at Shakti - 21 Complex, Above Indusnd Bank, Near Keshav Baug party plot, Mansi Circle, Vastrapur Road. Ahmedabad 380015 Gujarat India for East and West cost side of America which was scheduled from 20th July 2023 to 3rd August 2023. Ajay Modi has booked our tickets for going to New York and for onward tour. The details of Flights booked by Ajay Modi are as under;

1) Ahmedabad to Kuwait by Kuwait Airlines (KU346) on 20th July 2023 at 3.50 A, M. and will reach Kuwait on 20th July 5.15 A, M. (Kuwait Standard Time).

2) Kuwait to New Your by Kuwait Airlines (KU117) on 20th July 2023 at 07.55 A, M, (Kuwait Standard Time) and will reach to New York at 14.25 P, M (New York standard time).

Ahmedabad to Kuwait flight was delayed and depart on 7.30 A.M. instead of 3.50 A.M. and as a result of which our connecting Flight (KU117) on 20th July 2023 at 07.55 A.M. (Kuwait Standard Time) from Kuwait to New York was missed.

We inquired at the Ahmedabad Airport and the officers of Kuwait airways informed that the connecting flight would be delayed and we people need not to worry as there are 29 passengers were there for going to New York by Flight no. (KU117).

When we got down at the Kuwait airport, we inquired about our connecting flight and came to know from the concerned officer that the Flight for New York is already left and there is only one flight going to New York and we have no alternative but to stay for a day at Kuwait and will have to go tomorrow that is 21.07.2023 to New York on 21st July 2023 which will reach New York around 14.25 (New York Standard Time).

We, accordingly took the Flight of 21st July 2023 for going New York and reached New York around 14.25 Hrs and thereafter reached hotel after taking the Luggage around 18,30 Hrs. Thus we have missed the scheduled programme of tour of New York of 21st July 2023 and as a result of which we lost one day sight seeing of the New York.

We have incurred the following loss;

1) One day stay at Hotel Sheraton, near time square811, 7th Avenue 53rd Street, New York on 20th July 2023. This comes to Rs, 59000/-

2) Irreparable loss of losing various important places, monuments and museums in New York such as city tour of New York, United Nations Organization, Central Park, Rockfeller Centre, The vessel (Hudson Yard) Brooklyn Bridge, and the Bull and Statue of Liberty, Little Island at pier 55- an Artificial Island Park and The summit one Vanderbilt on 93 storied Building supertall skyscraper.

Loss can not be measured as we missed the chance forever of visiting the aforesaid place. But we are quantifying our loss of Rs. 1,50,000/- per person. Total comes to Rs. 300,000/-

We therefore, call upon you to give us compensation of Rs. 59000/- towards Hotel booking and loss of sight seen of very important monuments, museum and different places comes to Rs. 3,00,000/- total comes to Rs. 3,59,000/-.
