I went into the store around 330 am I had 2 dollar bills oe wasfine the other I had was n my van n ihad spilled some cholcate milk on it the cashier said what was on it I told him he was very rude n said I should wash it sorry I just got off work n had only 200 to me I will not be shoping at a kwick trip every again n on top of it he never gave me my change back I wish I had recipt its was 179 for the things I bought
fountain pop
My boyfriend and I went to Kwik star to get a fountain pop and I always get sprite. I have been drinking Sprite for the last 15-20 years so I think I know what it tastes like. I let them know it tasted filtered and nasty . The employee that checked it said you are the only ones that complain about it and that is just the way the Sprite is. No that is not how it is. She would not taste t because she said she don't drink pop. I am not happy with how she came back at us with her reply. I know when Sprite tastes bad or something is not right.

5 hour energy
I had my girlfriend stop at a kwik trip #146 today around 5:15 am to get some rip it energy shots and she grabbed 5 hour energies by mistake and did not get a receipt, this is triple what i had intended to pay and so i kept the product to return/exchange. When I went to ask to change it out the cashier told me there is nothing she can do since i did not have a receipt for it. I am irate with this poor customer service and I will not be shopping at this kwik trip again since they couldn't take a moment to look through whatever transaction history there was (being it eas between 5 and 6 am I doubt it would have taken very long to take a look). Worst customer service I have ever had at any kwik trip and now this store has lost a customer.
gasoline pump
While at a Kwik Trip in Fennimore, WI I went to fuel up my vehicle, I had pressed pay inside and was not welcomed at the pump upon doing so. It then instructed me to remove the pump and lift the handle. As soon as I touched the pump gas had started leaking out all over my hands, feet and the ground where the metal attaches to the pump handle itself. I was irritated now that I was covered in fuel pulled ahead filled my vehicle and went inside to tell an associate. The man who went to look said he couldn't find any issue. This made me feel like he was saying I just didn't know what I was doing when there was an actual issue.
coffee, house blend
I buy house blend coffe from KT for 17 years now. Stop in Mauston on my way to work and then the Wilson store (exit 28) on the way to the cities. Over the past few weeks I go in and the pots are either empty or flashing red. Timer has been reset, but coffee bar hasn't been touched. I end up throwing away the coffee because it is old and nasty. I tell the cashier and they always just make some excuse. If I have to wait for a fresh pot to be made they no longer give it to me free. Mauston is the worst for having old coffee. Nothing worse. I am getting ready to stop going to KT because of this. I spend hundreds a month on coffee, gas, and food. Please fix this issue.

Hi I go to Different Kwik Trip stations on a regular basis and have noticed that if a slushee flavor is not there one week the flavor tends to be back within another 2 weeks. What royally puts sand in my pee hole is that there hasn't been the blue berry or blue raspberry (I don't know the official name but the blue one) in the st Joseph 56374 kwik trip in over 2 months and the employee s tell me the same crap "they are in rotation". Is it a yearly rotation? This is the closer kwik trip to me home and I sometimes drive all the way to Waite park 56387 to get one. Thank you and have a great day

Store # 657. I went in with a coupon for $1 off per package of Kitchen Cravings 80/20 ground chuck and patties. First I was only able to get 3 as they were out of it for the day. I asked if they could put on the coupon that I had gotten 3 and wanted to come back for the other 2 as the coupon stated Limit 5 ea. Never got that but when I checked out I was only given $1 off 1 package and not as it was stated on the coupon, $1 off per package. There was a line and the two clerks were not rude, but were not going to follow the coupon as stated. So I went out with the 3 packages, milk, bread, and buns and told them I was going to do a complaint. I use that store a lot as I live down the street, but since there are 2 others I do have a choice and if I am going to be in the car I also have two other choices of where to buy my groceries besides a Kwik Trip.

I went to Kwik trip as I always do most afternoons to pick up some coffee and a bite to eat before i go into work. They were out of the sandwiches I like so I went to an employee to ask if I could get a couple made for me. The employee I approached (I think her nametag said Jenny) was talking with another coworker and seemed to ignore me as I tried to get her attention. After waiting for a few minutes she finally turned to me and asked, "What do you want?" She had said this in a very rude tone and I felt like I was being victimized. I asked her if I could get the sandwiches made for me and she gave me a dirty look and rolled her eyes as she walked towards the kitchen area. When she was at the kitchen I decided to just get my coffee and leave and a grab a bite elsewhere. This isn't the first time I have experienced this behavior from this specific employee. From now on I will only come in when she is not present. I'm not gonna deal with rude behavior when all I asked for was a sandwich. I notice she's there most afternoons and that's usually when I come. It sucks cause I really like coming here and have grown a bond with some of your other employees. I just don't wanna come in and deal with a self-deceited drama queen every day before work.

I was visiting store #127 when I was caught off guard by all the coworkers gossiping by the karuba gold machine. I was going to ask for a cup because they were all out but they seemed really deep in conversation for me to ask so I didn't. They all had a sticker on their names that read "trainer". I wouldn't want that kind of "trainer" anywhere near me. Training? Where. I felt very unwelcome and felt like a bother for asking for a cup for my coffee.. Very rude workers you have there Don. Won't be seeing you next time.
not getting a break as an employee
I am complaining because I am a co-worker at the Whitehall store 729, and I have been here for almost 2 years. Our assistant store leader Paula Ross always treats us younger kids like we are 4 years old and like we don't know what we are doing. Well Tonight I worked 1-10, and i asking Paula if I could take my break 4 times, just know that we had almost everything done we needed to get done for the night, she kept telling that she needed to get her stuff done first... I was starving and haven't eaten anything all day. It was only and hour and a half before the end of my shift before I could finally take a break...I was mad for the rest of the night. She is the one and only reason I don't like coming to work..

My fiance and I have been going to kwik trip store number 179 since its opening 8 months ago. I purchase everythjng here from grocery to toilet paper all the time. There is an employee name Ron who has been rude and short with me on more than one occasion. I let it slide because I like the store and he isn't always the register I go to. today was the last straw when he acted on race toward my hispanic fiance. He goes into quick trik every day buying lottery and occasionally a pack of Marlboro when I need him to. This guy Ron, who has never asked for an ID for lottery decides to ask him this time. My fiance hadnt finished taking his ID out when the associate replied "NO MEXICAN!" Mind you my fiance has used the same ID for 8 months with other associates and has received no problem what so ever. Fine if yoy wont take the ID whatever, but to be this rude and not say anything but no mexican before the man even finished takong out his ID? I definitely will not be returning to give my business to this store as long as I have to worry about jerks like this. My fiance crossed the street to Super America and was sold the cigarettes with the same ID, No questions asked.

I went to get my dollar off of my gas, and instead of using the rest of the money I had, I had just gotten a dollar of gas (in other words it's free). I went to pay inside and the cashier had shaken her head and said "wow" and turned her head and didn't say thank you or anything like that (not even have a good day). lack of product available
I am a regular customer at Kwik Trip as I stop in every night before my 10 pm shift for a cup of coffee. Tonight, July 23, not only was there NO COFFEE in ANY of the pots, the expiration times varied from 8:45 -9:00 pm. I came into the store at 9:40. I mentioned this to the counter person (Emily) and her response was, "That will be a $1.04 for the soda" Yes, I also buy a Big Buddy to go along with the coffee. No sorry, thank you...NOTHING! I watched in the window as I left and still, no one making coffee. There were 3 other persons that had come in for coffee and left with none. I understand that busy times happen, but to not have any fresh coffee since 7pm? Totally unacceptable. This was at the S 10th St Store.

I bought fillet steak from the store at six corners in waterloo, IA, Wow was that a mistake the steak looked oook but was a bit sticky, not being a regular steak buyer I didn't know that this meant your meet hadn't been properly stored. Boy do I regret that decision! Projectile vomiting 3 hours straight! Very disapointed, always appreciated the quality of your products and service, not sure if I'll remain a customer.

karuba gold and refillable mugs

I frequent Kwik Trip's Karuba Gold machines alot. In an attempt to not waste so many disposal cups I decided to purchase one of the Kwik Trip refillable mugs. When I made the purchase of the mug weeks ago, I looked at several kwik trip locations for the special Gold cups. When I wasn't able to find the appropriate GOLD mug, a representative told me that I could use what ever mug I wanted. So I purchased a non-GOLD mug. Today I was informed that I couldn't use my mug at the GOLD machine because I would break machine. I was directed to use a disposal mug and pour it into my reusable mug!? I told the representative that defeated the purpose of a refillable mug and the reason as to why I use the mug. She then pointed out that I had the wrong mug and that I needed to purchase a $9.00 mug. I was pretty bummed by the this news.

Thank you Neillsville Kwik trip for treating me like family. It was always so nice seeing everyone's smiling face everyday. I moved to oshkosh now, and the friendly faces I use to see everyday are gone and it's harder shopping at kwik trip, but I do it anyway. Thank you for being my go to store whenever I am in neillsville. Thank you and miss all of you!
customer service competency
Very unsatisfied with the level of service I have received over my last several stops in the Fort Atkinson, WI location. Even though there has been enough staff that 1-2 emoloyees are standing around aimlessly, I have had to request a refill for a food or fountain item because it was not out on 3 of my last 4 visits here.
Today, at 9 am, there were no breakfast empanadas or tornados out. I asked for Sausage/french toast tornado and breakfast empanadas, wait 10 min and they made breakfast tornados. Not what I wanted at all! Also all but one of the cherry flavoring buttons is broken on the soda fountain. I complained about this during my last visit to this location 3 weeks ago. Still not fixed. I visit your stores all over WI and IA frequently and the service levels at this Fort Atkinson store are among the worst in your chain.

My family and I frequent the Kwik Trip by Century High School quite often. Many times during the day but more so to get our morning coffee and breakfast snack. We enjoy the prices and the friendly smiles from some of the coworkers. We do have an issue with the way we hear the store manager and the cook in the morning banter back and fourth to each other. We believe their names are Emma and Dawn. It is not only inappropriate at times but there is constant vulgur lanaguage between the two and just conversations that are not work attire. I believe this is a family environment and this should not be tolerated.

My husband was at the car wash in Sparta WI. To get our truck washed. The first problem was the money wouldn't go in then we kept trying.On the other side two cars went threw before we finally got money in. Tried to get our money out, pushed button for help many many times nothing. Wash was for eight dollars should take longer then three or so minutes. We was putting money in longer then wash.
Then went to take to manager he was rude and could care less. We where very disappointed with the wash.
You really need to fix it or get ride of it.

This morning (6/6/2017) at approximately 5:30 am, I stopped at your Hudson, Wisconsin store located just off I-94 and Carmichael road. There were no breakfast sandwiches available. This is the exact same complaint I submitted one week ago. This time, I have attached a photo.
The store is either is short staffed or the employees are not doing their job. Your business model needs a serious review.

Your complaint is almost impossible to read due to your spelling, grammar, and run-on sentences. I personally don't think it's rude for the cashier to have asked you to clean off the dollar bill that had an unknown brown liquid dried on it. I would certainly understand being hesitant to accept it as well. In regards to your change, since you no longer have your receipt they probably cannot assist you at this point. It's best to check to make sure change is accurate before you leave a store.
