KWS Windows review: Poor quality, no warranty, horrible man 5

This so called window company was used by the builder who wrecked our hopes of our dream house. After changing our plans to achieve a cheaper build, - we didn't know this and carried on paying as we thought we had a contract - he then employed this company to supply windows. The windows are all of very poor quality, scratched and damaged. They have only been in six years but in spite of telling a court that we had a warranty, Gerry O Sullivan refused to honour the warranty saying that it was only the builder that could use the warranty. One opener has not opened since we moved in and many bits and pieces are missing. He also had the nerve to lie to the court about the way we spoke to his staff - seems from other complaints that he has an aggressive way of speaking to customers who have already paid. Our front door has peeled from the first few weeks of being in place and the letter box and handle are steel while the threshold strip is brass - very tasteful! Seems that Gerry O Sullivan and Paul Varro are natural bedfellows as they find it impossible to do a decent job or to tell the truth. Don't touch either of them.
