Cancelled Order Before Items Shipped.
Notified Lab Charge of cancellation. They shipped anyway.
Received Items.
Requested Return Mailing Label. They sent pre-printed return label.
We returned. They claimed they never received. We confirmed they received via tracking number. They claimed it was "wrong address" (on their label!)
Items came back as "undeliverable."
We requested new return label.
Returned items again to new address.
They claimed they never received. We provided tracking and verificaton.
Copious emails from "Emma Brown" From July 15 through Sept 20 stating in various ways the same thing-"warehouse has not confirmed. We are still checking, Empty boxes have been coming in we need to verify etc.etc. etc."
Still no refund.
No phone number to call.
No other contact other than email for Emma Brown
THIS HAS BEEN AN ONGOING BATTLE SINCE MID JULY 2024!
Recommendation: DO NOT SEND THEM YOUR MONEY!
At this point, escalate immediately. Send Lab Charge a formal demand letter via certified mail, detailing the entire timeline, tracking information, and emails with Emma Brown. Give them a deadline (e.g., 10 business days) to issue your refund or face legal action. If they still don’t respond, file a chargeback with your credit card company or payment provider, citing non-delivery of services/refund. You can also report them to the Better Business Bureau and your local consumer protection agency to put further pressure on them. Keep every record to back your case!
