Digital Supply USA Digital Supply USA Review: Straight Up Wrong Products and Terrible Customer Service

I, like others, was stoked when I heard about the discount I could get for my email on Digital Supply USA. But let me tell you, my experience with them was like a one-way ticket to Disappointment City. I ordered a new screen for my iPhone and waited a whole seven days (*starts counting on fingers*) before I decided to hit them up for a tracking number. They didn't even have the decency to cough one up, even though a USPS tracking numba was already pasteched to the box when I got it two weeks after ordering.

But my agony didn't end there, oh no. When I finally installed the screen it was all charlie mike except that my home button just didn't feel like working. I even swapped it out for my old screen and, like duh, my phone was fiiiine but their product was just straight up R-O-N-G wrong. When I told them, they said I'd have to fix it myself. I ain't no technician, bro. Then they told me to ship it over to them to get a new one, but I'd have to wait up to forever (okay, nine business days) AFTER they got the old one back. And then they had the nuerve to ask me for a tracking number from me too, like come on dude, you got one the first time, why'd you need another one different?

That's when I decided "Nah, son, I'm out." I went to repairpartsplus.com and got it fixed within a snap of my fingers. And, yeah, I asked for my money back, but instead of the full $35 they only refunded me $30. That's where I drew the lime, y'all. You can't restock a faulty piece like it's all good, and yet they're out here charging me restocking fees? Nah, I filed a claim with PayPal for the diff, and I am not stoppin' 'til I get what's rightfully mine.

So, my opinion is, don't even bother with Digital Supply. If you wanna keep your tech gasping for breath, I guess that's ur business, but I'm staying away from that place like I would avoid a zombie apocalypse.

Digital Supply USA Beware of Digital Supply USA! Terrible service & shipping delays led to wrong order & refund issues

So I had a tough time on this site called Digital Supply USA (digitalsupplyusa.com). They kind of messed up my order pretty bad. First off, I ordered a phone screen+frame on February 14th, but it didn't arrive until March 3rd. No shipping updates were provided on their website at all during that time. And even after all that waiting, they sent me the WRONG part! Can you believe it? Instead of the screen+frame that I ordered, they sent me just a screen, with no frame! What a mess.

So obviously, I reached out to them and asked for a prepaid return shipping label, since it was their mistake. But they said they couldn't provide me with one, because of their company policy. That's fine, I get it, but then Tracy from Digital Supply USA told me that they would be happy to refund my shipping costs upon return. Except when I finally got my refund weeks later on April 14th, they only refunded the cost of the wrong part and refused to refund me for the shipping costs that they had promised me. What a total crock!

And all throughout this whole process, there were a ton of delays in shipping and refunding. For example, when they finally "dispatched" the replacement on March 3rd, they didn't even provide me with tracking information! And when I asked for the full refund + shipping, it took them over a month to even respond to me! It's like they didn't even care that I was waiting for my refund and were just trying to push me around.

Honestly, I would not recommend shopping at Digital Supply USA. It was a real headache dealing with all of their mistakes and excuses. There are plenty of other places to buy phone parts from, so don't waste your time with these guys. Shop elsewhere, folks!

Digital Supply USA Poor Customer Service and Inaccurate Information from Digital Supply USA

Okay so, Digital Supply USA is not the greatest place to order from. I mean, I ordered something on September 29th and they told me it was back ordered. But they didn't tell me that right away I had to bug them about it a couple weeks later. And then every time I asked for an update they were just like "sorry still out of stock no idea when we'll have it." It was annoying but I was patient, you know? But then they kept sending me emails asking me to rate my purchase and telling me there were only a few left in stock even though the website said it was still available. I even told them that and they were just like "oh sorry our website's not accurate." Like, what kind of excuse is that?

Anyway, I cancelled the order on November 25th and the very next day I got an email saying the item was in stock. Are you kidding me? So I reordered it and finally a few days later they told me it was "en route." But when I checked the website it still said "processing" which doesn't make sense because if it's "en route" that means it's been shipped, right? But no, apparently "en route" means it's just at their warehouse. That's not "en route" in any language I know.

And now because it's not going to arrive in time for when I need it they're making me pay to ship it back. That's ridiculous.

Honestly, this is the worst experience I've had with an online retailer. And I should have known better because I found a bunch of negative reviews about them on Reddit and other places. I think they just delete bad reviews from their site so their rating looks better than it actually is.

Digital Supply USA Danger: Avoid Digital Supply USA - Poor Quality, Terrible Customer Service, and Manipulative Review System

This company, Digital Supply USA, is one of the WORST backwards companies out there, and that's putting it lightly. I ordered an iPhone XR screen replacement kit from them, but what I received was a damaged screen that didn't work at all. When I tried to get a refund or a replacement, they denied my request, claiming that the damage was due to LCD damage. I mean, obviously that's why I returned it! But they refused to take responsibility for the problem.

To make matters worse, their customer service was horrendous. As if wasting $60 on a faulty screen wasn't enough, I tried to leave a negative review on their website, but they wouldn't post it. It turns out that more than half of the reviews on their website are fake, and they only accept a handful of reviews that make them look good. They use a so-called 'algorithm' to filter out negative reviews and block them from posting. This is a terrible practice, and I wouldn't trust any company that manipulates their own review system like this.

If you needed another reason not to do business with Digital Supply USA, just know that the screen was professionally installed by a technician from uBreakiFix, and I witnessed the entire process. This just goes to show that the fault was entirely with Digital Supply USA, and they should have offered me a replacement or a refund right away.

In conclusion, this company is like a dumpster fire of the year 2020. If I could, I would give them zero stars because they deserve nothing more. I can't in good conscience give a single star to a company that engages in deceitful business practices, doesn't offer refunds or replacements for faulty products, and manipulates their own review system. Everything I've said in this review is the truth, and I stand behind every word. #truth hurts

Digital Supply USA Misleading Product Descriptions & Costly Return Fees: My Experience with Digital Supply USA

I gotta be honest, the product description on Digital Supply USA's website was pretty misleading and not very helpful. I ended up buying the wrong product because I thought it would be easier to install than it turned out to be. They said it was a simple fix for a broken screen but it was actually a lot harder than that. Wish they would have been more honest about the level of difficulty involved.

Then I bought a different product that was advertised as being top quality, but the speaker was terrible and I had to replace it with the original speaker. On top of that, the product broke after just one day of being installed, when I accidentally dropped it from less than a foot off the ground. So much for high quality parts!

What really ticks me off though is that they charge a fee to return products. They take 5% of the cost of the item, which seems pretty steep to me. Why not just charge a flat fee? It doesn't make sense that it would cost more to restock a more expensive item. It should be a set fee regardless of the item's price.

All in all, I would say to be careful when buying from Digital Supply USA. They make some pretty big claims about their products that don't always hold up. And if you do end up returning something, be prepared to pay a fee. At least they gave me 5% off my next purchase, but I wish they could just use that as credit to waive the restocking fee on my return.

Digital Supply USA Unreliable Customer Service and Hidden Reviews: My Experience with Digital Supply USA

I made a couple of orders with Digital Supply USA and I have to say, it was not the best experience. The first order was for a screen replacement a few months back. I thought it was a great deal, and I placed the order with high expectations. However, after a month of not receiving my package, I got pretty frustrated and tried to contact their customer service. But to my surprise, I couldn't get hold of anyone. I tried many times but it was the same automated response every single time.

I was disappointed, to say the least. But I didn't lose hope completely and decided to give them one more chance. So, I ordered a new screen replacement, thinking that maybe last time was just bad luck. But again, I got an email saying that my order should have been delivered. But, to my surprise, I never received it.

I was so annoyed, I even left a 1-star review on their website, expressing my dissatisfaction. But to my surprise, it was not showing up on their website at all. Only positive reviews were being shown. It seemed like they are only interested in showing their good side, rather than the truth.

But my last interaction with their customer service was the icing on the cake. I was trying to contact customer service again for the missing order, and I finally got an automated response saying that their customer service team is taking a break until January 13th. And they added that they are a small family-owned business, and they value spending time with their family at the beginning of the year.

Now, don't get me wrong, I also appreciate family time and holidays. But this is way too much time off for customer service, especially when their customers are waiting for their packages. It doesn't make sense to me that they are allowing their whole customer service team to have such an extended break.

So, I've decided not to order from them anymore. I will go back to ordering from someplace else, and next time I will make sure that they have a reliable customer service department. If you are considering ordering from them, keep in mind their customer service is unresponsive and they only show positive reviews on their website.

Digital Supply USA Mixed Experience with Digital Supply USA: Replacement Screen Order Review

So, I gotta tell ya, my experience with Digital Supply USA was a bit of a mixed bag. I ordered a replacement screen for my phone, and when it arrived, I noticed that it was a bit different from what was advertised on the website. But, hey, the important stuff was still there (like the screen), so I figured I would just make it work.

The problem arose when I realized that I didn't receive any instructions or adhesive with my order. Now, I know from browsing the website that the adhesive is super important for this kind of repair, so I was a bit miffed. I also got some kind of extra bit in the package that I had no idea what to do with.

I contacted customer service, and after a bit of back and forth, they eventually sent me some adhesive. I'm still not totally convinced that it's the same stuff that's advertised on the website, but I suppose I'll find out when I actually attempt the repair. Speaking of which, I never actually received printed instructions, even though the website promised them. The customer service rep kept telling me that most people prefer the video instructions, but come on - I don't want to have to watch a video every time I need to refer to the instructions.

Overall, the experience was frustrating, and I'm not sure I'll be ordering from Digital Supply USA again. I mean, it's great that they encourage customers to leave reviews, but maybe they should make sure that the customer is happy with their purchase first.

Digital Supply USA Terrible Customer Service and Communication from digitalsupplyusa.com

I made an order on the ninth of September, and I clicked on the "Keep me informed" button, waiting patiently for regular updates. However, on the seventh of October, I was really worried as I hadn't received any update to know whether they had received my order or not. I decided to contact customer service to find out what was wrong. I spoke to a Tracy who told me that the system showed that the item was shipped out, but I should have received it by then. She added that it might be lost in transit and she had dispatched a replacement to me. I received this message from Tracy and sincerely couldn't believe it! They didn't even have a tracking number, and there was no follow-up to this disastrous customer service. If that wasn't enough, Tracy told me it should arrive soon, without any specific date and a tracking number that I had requested. I didn't get any response to my message even after asking for clarification. I filed a grievance with PayPal, and soon after, I received a USPS tracking number and an anticipated delivery date. I find it shocking that they only stepped up when I filed a complaint with PayPal.

As if the first experience wasn't bad enough, I had to place another order, and it appears I didn't have much of a choice but to use the same website (digitalsupplyusa.com). I sent a message to customer service the very next day (I had to be sure that it would not go wrong again). I asked a few questions; the first was whether the order number was in their system, which would have been the first thing they ought to check. The second question was on the expected time to ship it and the last question was on the tracking number that I would expect them to send me. I only got their response less than an hour ago, and it is demoralizing to say that I wasn't impressed. Their response reads: "Hi! Due to your high expectations and the feedback you previously gave us I have canceled the order and issued a full refund. This will give you the freedom to find another supplier that is a better fit for you. Thank you!" What kind of service is that?

I would advise anyone who needs to purchase anything from an online store to avoid digitalsupplyusa.com because they are not interested in providing any decent customer service. Apparently, keeping a client informed, providing your customer with a tracking number and offering good customer service is too much work for them. I have now placed an order with another company and was immediately given an order status and a tracking number. I intend never to go back to digitalsupplyusa.com again. If only I could give them zero stars, I would. They are a disaster.

Digital Supply USA Mixed Experience with Digital Supply USA's iPhone 5s Screen and Digitizer - Honest Review

I needed a new iPhone 5s screen and digitizer and wanted one that was budget-friendly and could be shipped quickly. Fortunately, Digital Supply USA had just what I needed. I had been doing my research before undertaking the task of fixing my own phone, so I was confident in my abilities. However, when I received the product, it was already damaged. Despite this setback, I decided to use the screen anyway to get access to my important work. To some extent, I can navigate the screen with SIRI, but it has a mind of its own when it comes to the touchscreen.

I admit that I might have caused some operator error during the rebuild process, but the ribbon cables should not have been crushed, and the home button screws and mounting bracket were loose. Sadly, I mistakenly threw away the shipping box that would have allowed me to send the screen back. A lesson was learned on my part, but a mistake had been made on the supplier's end too.

My phone is still a bit messed up, but it gets me by with occasional swiping as I make do with the damaged product received. However, this made the components slip from their Grade S+ status to Grade R. I realized that Digital Supply USA stocks different grades of components, so if this screen was not damaged, it would have worked perfectly. I will order from them again, though, because they delivered my screen on time and sent me tracking emails of its journey to me.

I'm now hoping that I get a working screen that is of better quality and I won't be careless enough to dispose of the shipping box too soon without first inspecting the product. Although I feel robbed, I take solace in the fact that I learned my lesson, and I hope this review helps you to avoid making the same mistake.

One thing I need to point out, though, is that the iPhone 5s Home Screen is unique to each phone per instructions on their site. Unfortunately, I didn't read this and now my phone's home screen no longer has fingerprint ID due to me tossing the old screen in the bin. Had I known, I could have transferred the perfectly good unique home screen to my new broken screen.

Digital Supply USA Buyer Beware: Terrible Experience Dealing with this Company!

This company is one of the worst I've ever dealt with! Honestly, I don't know where to start. Let me tell you a story of why I think this way:

The first time I visited the website, there was a 50% discount promised site-wide if I entered my email address. Sounds good, right? Of course, I entered my email but the prices didn't change. So I assumed I had to go through the checkout process to get the discount. I decided to wait and ask the 24-hour chatbot to see why. Supposedly it replies in 2 minutes, but it took seven hours to get a response, and it was in my email inbox, not the chat thread.

Two days later, I still needed the screen, so I go back to the site and notice a 25% sale site-wide. Then a pop-up comes up saying, "Get an additional 25% off for your email address." However, prices at 25% off were the same as two days prior at 0% off. Isn't that misleading?

So, I decide to give them another email address, which would, in theory, get me back to the original 50% off. I follow through all the way to checkout but do not click the final button to buy, and the prices have remained the exact same as when I very first got on the site prior to any email offers or any sales posted. So it's a ploy, clearly. I decide to chat with someone and ask why it's not showing the discounts. Sadly, I got a reply back 4 hours later in the actual thread, saying that the 25% off is already included site-wide, and there's no need to give an email, yet they promoted the offer.

So, I gave up on seeking discounts and ordered the part. I even paid extra for express shipping and priority service pre-shipment. But I never received any tracking information. Instead, I got an email stating that if I don't receive tracking information, it's due to high volume but should have already shipped. Yet, they manage to find time to send out other non-related emails.

It took nine days (three days longer than their estimated free shipping option), and once I got the part, I started installing it. Everything went well, and I turned on my iPhone X. It worked great for ten whole minutes, and then the screen went upside down, not just that, but the screen also started flashing.

So, I attempted to call customer service, but I couldn't find a number. You have to email or request a call, and then you never receive one back. Instead, you get an email stating that you have six days to return the item at your own expense. If they determine that it's a part problem and not your fault, they may possibly reimburse the shipping costs by deducting it from the purchase price if you decide to receive a replacement.

Now I'm 12 days past when I needed the part originally, and I have a faulty part installed. They demand I pay to return it on warranty and only if they determine at their discretion that it's their fault will I receive another part at the free shipping speed. Even though I paid for expedited shipping, I'll receive a new part, exactly like the original, with no exceptions.

Until now, day 19, I haven't talked to anyone, not a human, not a robot, not anyone. They say they're located just two hours away from me. Still, I think it would be faster to walk there than to ship a package to them and receive a replacement.

In conclusion, I'm now purchasing a new screen from another company, and I'm hoping they'll at least get me a working part for $100 and in under a month. This company is a sham.

Digital Supply USA Poor service and lost package: My experience with digitalsupplyusa.com

I was looking for a replacement screen for my phone and came across Digitalsupplyusa.com. I placed an order and patiently waited for my package to arrive. However, after a month of waiting, I still hadn't received my order. Frustrated, I decided to reach out to the company to see what was going on.

They told me that my package had been lost in the mail. While I appreciated their honesty, I was disappointed that I had paid $30 for something I never received. I asked for a refund, but they refused. Instead, they offered to give me a discount on my next order. I didn't see the point in ordering from them again if they couldn't guarantee that my order would arrive.

I decided to check out Amazon and found the same item for a cheaper price. I ordered from them and received my package in just two days without any issues. Unlike my experience with digitalsupplyusa.com, Amazon emailed me to confirm that I had received my package and to make sure that everything was okay.

I'm disappointed with the service provided by digitalsupplyusa.com and will never order from them again. If you're looking for reliable service and don't want to waste your hard-earned money, I suggest you shop elsewhere.

Digital Supply USA Disappointing experience with Digitalsupplyusa.com - Not recommended!

I decided to take a chance on Digitalsupplyusa.com by ordering their Note 9 Digitizer repair kit which comes with a Note 9 Digitizer and LCD screen. To my dismay, upon arrival, it did not include the screen which is half of the problem with my phone. Disappointed, I had to reach out to their customer service which is only available through email. It took quite some time to receive a response from them. This left me quite upset, as I was eager to resolve this issue.

When I received a response, it seemed as though they did not correctly understand my situation. They advised me to return the product and attached an RMA number, however, they did not include a shipping label. Frustrated, I reached out to them again explaining the situation in more detail.

After waiting again for what felt like a long time, they finally responded with more instructions for returning the product correctly. However, it was left to me to pay for the return shipping costs. It was a tedious and frustrating experience to go through all of this. It seemed that the person who responded to my email was not entirely focused on resolving my issue.

In conclusion, I would not recommend Digitalsupplyusa.com based on my experience. It was disappointing and time-consuming dealing with their customer service, especially since it seemed that my situation was not fully understood. Save yourself the trouble and look for some other site!

Digital Supply USA Disappointing Experience with Digital Supply USA: Late Delivery, Used Screen, and Sensitivity Issues

So let's talk about Digital Supply USA. OK, so first things first, the package was late. I mean, I paid extra for the fast shipping, ya know? But the screen didn't arrive on time. Don't get me wrong, I know these things happen, but it was still frustrating to experience.

Anyway, when the package finally came after about 3 weeks, it wasn't what I was hoping for. I mean, they sent me a screen, but it was clearly used! Like, the protective film was removed and replaced (seriously, who does that?). Plus, there were some weird lines between the glass and the LCD in the top left corner. Not cool, Digital Supply USA, not cool.

But, I have to admit, I was just happy to have a screen to replace my broken one. Until I ran into another problem. The used screen they sent me was super sensitive to finger prints and smudges. And when I say sensitive, I mean, it went completely haywire! Like, random apps would open and the phone wouldn't respond to my touch. It was a mess. But as soon as I cleaned the screen, it worked fine.

Now, I don't know about you, but I don't have time to babysit my phone's screen. I need a screen that works, no matter what. And unfortunately, this just wasn't the case with the screen I received from Digital Supply USA.

So, in retrospect, I probably should have just gone with a cheap knock off from eBay. It would have been half the price and at least I wouldn't have had such high expectations. Lesson learned, I guess.

Digital Supply USA Review of Digital Supply USA: Good Price, Quick Shipping, Confusing Return Policy

Got a really good deal on Digital Supply USA when I needed a Galaxy S9+ frame LCD. I opted for expedited shipping because I needed it pronto, which set me back by around $17. The order was placed on a Sunday night and shipped the following Monday night, which is pretty quick in my opinion. However, for delivery, I had to wait for about a week. The delay seems to have been caused by USPS.
I purchased a "Premium Refurbished" device, and the LCD cable socket didn’t seem to sit right. The connection wasn’t secure, and I was worried that it might short-circuit. This was a cause of concern because I had already read their return policy, which says that one cannot install, open, or use their products if they plan to return them. So, the policies make it quite difficult. Also, their policy seems to be constantly changing, and orders after 5/29/19 have a different return policy than the ones before.

It was then that I dove deep into their return policy and figured out that "Only unused items in their original packaging may be returned to digitalsupplyusa.com. Use is defined as any attempt to install, open or use an item. Inspect your products carefully upon receipt, we highly recommend you test the item before installing it."

This confused me. How do I test a device without using it as it is supposed to be? I assume this is typical of most return policies, but the site layout didn’t make it immediately clear to me. That being said, I like the range of products they have, and their prices are quite reasonable, even with the "Premium Refurbished" option. Digital Supply USA Digital Supply USA iPhone Screen Glass Shield Review: Decent Product, But Beware of Tools Needed

If you're in need of an iPhone fix and want to save some cash, Digital Supply USA has got you covered. I recently purchased one of their iPhone screen glass shields and while it did the job, there were a few things I wish I had been aware of before making the purchase.

First off, you'll need the proper equipment to remove just the glass shield over the screen. Unfortunately, Digital Supply USA doesn't provide these tools, which is a bit of a bummer. The tools they do supply you with are actually meant for removing the entire screen hardware, not just the glass shield. So, if you're only looking to replace the screen glass shield, you might be better off trying to do it without removing the entire screen. However, if you're planning on completely replacing the screen, then the tools they give you will come in handy.

In my case, I ended up giving up and using my insurance to cover the cost of the repair. But, had I not had that option, I would have purchased the entire screen hardware assembly instead of just the glass shield. While the glass shield did the job in the end, it was a bit of a hassle to deal with and the extra money spent on the full assembly would have been worth it.

One thing to keep in mind is that you can actually buy the entire screen assembly for just a little bit more money than the glass shield alone. This would make the tools that come with the kit useful and alleviate some of the frustration that I personally experienced. So, unless you're on a tight budget and are comfortable with the extra work involved in just replacing the glass shield, I would recommend opting for the full assembly.

Overall, Digital Supply USA offers a good product at a reasonable price. Just make sure you're aware of the tools you'll need before making a purchase to avoid any unnecessary headaches during the repair process.

Digital Supply USA Digital Supply USA: False Advertising, Broken Promises, No Warranty Honored

I gotta say, I ain't too happy with Digital Supply USA. I heard they were supposed to have some top-quality stuff, and that they even offer a lifetime warranty, but my experience was not so good.

I decided to order an iPhone XR screen replacement from 'em, and I installed it all by myself. At first, it was all smooth sailing. The screen worked fine, no problems at all. But after just about ten months, things started to go downhill. The colors on the screen were getting all messed up, flickering and stuff. And it only got worse from there - eventually, the screen just went kaput, completely busted.

So, I decided to open up the phone and take a look. I figured it might just be a connection issue, nothing too serious. But nope, turns out the problem was with the replacement screen itself. There were a bunch of loose screws rattling around inside the phone, and they were all from the replacement screen! Clearly, something was not right here.

So, I did what any reasonable person would do. I contacted Digital Supply USA and asked for a replacement, since they offer a lifetime warranty, right? But here's where things really went wrong. They told me that the warranty was up once I installed the screen. What kind of nonsense is that? I mean, it's supposed to be a lifetime warranty, isn't it?

Anyway, long story short, Digital Supply USA refused to honor their warranty. They wouldn't send me a replacement, or even give me a refund. I gotta say, I'm pretty ticked off about the whole thing. False advertisement, if you ask me. Ain't no way I'll be buying from them again.

Digital Supply USA Disappointing Experience with Digital Supply USA - Package Not Received, Poor Customer Service

I bought some stuff on Digital Supply USA website, a toolkit to replace my iPhone 7 screen and a protector glass to avoid future breaks. I thought everything was going to be amazing with the expedited shipment. As they told me from the USPS tracking link, my package was going to arrive on Monday. I went to check my mailbox, but there was no sign of my package. I waited two days, but still nothing.
I got worried and decided to contact customer service through e-mail. They answered me back soon enough, but unfortunately, they couldn't provide me with any help. They told me that maybe either my family or neighbors might have taken it. But, honestly, I don't know anyone around here who would do such a thing. My family would have given me my package, and I'm sure they have nothing to do with this.
I'm not satisfied with the service. They were quick to point fingers and accuse everyone else of being at fault rather than taking responsibility and helping me to locate my package. It's disappointing as I thought this cheaply priced website would be a good option, but I regret buying from here. I feel like I've lost my money and have nothing to show for it. I don't think I'll order from this website again, even though the prices are cheap. You may be better off paying the extra bucks and going to a professional, like iFix store.

Digital Supply USA Stay Away from Digital Supply USA for iPhone 7 Plus Screen - Cheap Knock-Off Passed as OEM

So, I just got a screen assembly for my iPhone 7 Plus from Digital Supply USA. It was listed on the site as an "OEM Refurbished", and it was the priciest one there, so I thought "this is the real deal". But, as soon as I opened it and compared it to my original OEM screen, I knew it was not genuine. This cheap knock-off doesn't look, nor work properly. It freezes and goes non-responsive constantly, forcing me to turn it off and back on repeatedly. Before buying this screen from Digital Supply USA, the phone worked perfectly fine, and I installed it with every bit of care. However, their response to my complaints was just bull-[censored]! They say it's a "damaged ribbon cable", that "it's dust", or even worse, "it's the phone". Seriously! That is not the case! It's the crummy screen they're passing off as "OEM" that's the problem here. They told me I could "send back" (on my dime) that garbage for them to "evaluate", and it'll take them up to two weeks! Not only a complete bogus waste of my time, but money also. Believe me, you should take your hard-earned cash elsewhere. I totally regret buying from Digital Supply USA.

Digital Supply USA Beware of this store's false claims on warranty and returns policy

This store's merchandise ain't worth a penny, refunding is a big fat hassle. They say they're all about hassle-free but let me tell ya, they're fulla baloney. Their returns policy page keeps sayin' you got a lifetime warranty but the catch is, it's only for screen replacements that hasn't been opened. They got some nerve!

If you bought an item and it broke just layin' on your shelf, that's when their supposed warranty covers it. What kind of sense does that make? They claim they'll send you a return label but don't believe the hype, they probably won't. I had to pay 14 bucks to ship my screen back to these guys.

When they refund you, they compare the current price of the item or the price you purchased it for and whichever is LOWER is what they'll base their refund on. What kind of business practice is that? Sounds shady to me. They're probably makin' a mint off all the people that try to return their garbage products.

So, after they got my broken item, I had to reach out and beg for a refund and when they finally refunded me, it was for less than what I paid. If they did it when they got it, I woulda gotten more, but nope. To top it off, they won't refund me the shipping cost.

This store is a buncha crooks. I'm not gonna let 'em off the hook easy, I'm filin' a claim against them and spreadin' the word to everyone I know. They're taking advantage of people and that's just plain wrong.

Digital Supply USA Terrible experience with Digital Supply USA - low-quality parts and bad customer service

So, let me tell you about my experience with Digital Supply USA. I wanted to replace my iPhone screen, so I thought I'd try ordering a replacement screen from their website. However, I realized soon after purchasing that I made a mistake and needed a different part. I tried to cancel the order, but they told me it was already considered "shipped" because the shipping label had been printed.

I was a bit confused and frustrated since I hadn't received the screen yet, but they said they couldn't cancel the order. So, I had to place another order for a replacement kit that included the part I actually needed, but also some extra parts that I didn't need. I had to pay a restocking fee to return the unnecessary part, and even then, I never received a refund. They still kept the part that I never needed.

Although I had a terrible experience with the customer service and the unnecessary parts, I was able to replace my iPhone screen using the replacement kit. It worked well for a few months until I noticed a massive black bar right in the middle of my phone's LCD. I didn't drop it or expose it to any harmful substances, so I was surprised that it broke so easily.

I suspect that Digital Supply USA is selling low-quality third-party parts and marking them up for a profit. I wouldn't order from them again, even if they were offering parts at a cheaper price. Overall, it was a really bad experience with terrible customer service and low-quality parts. I hope others can learn from my mistake and avoid doing business with this company.
