Rude employee
Shelly Bench of Labcorp Me and my husband went to labcorp for a routine blood work, we are wearing gloves which we disinfected before going out the car and again at the front desk. I was talking with the technician and was interrupted by a white employee accusing me of bringing bacteria because of my gloves, I told her that these gloves are disinfected...

Please note staff behavior at 75-35 31st street is very rude and unprofessional. Most Labcorp location staffs are very rude and disrespectful to customers. They are most of the time nice to their own ethnic people who speaks their language and some groups of people those are from different country.
Desired outcome: Need to improve
Very rude front desk employee
Me and my husband went to labcorp for a routine blood work, we are wearing gloves which we disinfected before going out the car and again at the front desk. I was talking with the technician and was interrupted by a white employee accusing me of bringing bacteria because of my gloves, I told her that these gloves are disinfected right in front of the...

I had a cbc done that was ordered by my endocrinologist. It came back with an abnormally high red blood count. I was the referred to a hematologist-oncologist. Based on the test results labcorp reported, she stated that I probably had polycythemia vera (prv). This is cancer of the bone marrow. After much discussion, she ordered a new cbc. The results have...

Occurrence was on nov. 27 at approximately 2:30pm. This complaint is within the context of the lab location within a cancer center in the midst of a pandemic that can kill medically fragile immuno compromised cancer patients many of whom are also over the age of 65. My appointment was at 1:30 pm and I was taken in at approximately 2:30 pm. I observed that...

I arrived at Labcorp at 3331 Colorado Blvd in Denton, TX for a routine employment drug screen. Upon walking in they had their window closed. I knocked on the plexiglass and could clearly see someone behind it. I Waited, still didn't open. I looked to my right and saw the sign in kiosks. I began to sign in at said kiosk when it asked me to scan my DL. I only...

On Dec 22, 2019 I took a blood test at Lab Corp at 1235 Lake Pointe Pkwy in Sugar Land, TX. The nurse did a very terrible job. She inserted the needle on my left arm but not on the right spot of the vein. Blood came out and it hurts. I screamed. She tried on my right arm, blood came out and I screamed again! She told me my veins are too small. I requested...

Kiosks. I take medication that makes me foggybin am. I had to fast so no coffee. I take cream. I found kiosks confusing and no one to help. I drove a ways to get there. I never use kiosks at walmart. Older folks need help at times
So I did not get my blood tested. I even said I can not read screen. I am waiting to get new glasses. Very disappointed in this new system. Even walmart has a person that is there to help with using kiosks
Lab core. No help.
Horrible, unsanitary conditions
First of all, when taking a urine sample, a woman is given alcohol cleaning wipes. There is no where to dispose of the wipes after you cleanse... No garbage can (I ended up putting it back in the wrapper and putting in my purse... Ewww...gross). secondly, a woman does not have the "aim" that a guy does and quite a bit of it will go on your hand. There is a...

I submitted a sample for test prescribed by my doctor. Normal turnaround time for the type of test is 2.5 days Submitted samples on Thursday, September 24. I received my results today, October 8th. Sent messages through my patient portal and got several replies that they were working on it and that these tests were very complicated. My physician, called LabCorp on Friday, October 1 and was given some verbal information which finally eased some worry on my part. Today, I received the real honest results - 95% of the tests failed as samples were "spoiled".
Massively careless and irresponsible. Stay away from this place.
Covid 19 precautions complaint
Visited on Monday, 928 for blood work and no one asked any Covid-19 related questions or was taking temperatures. Felt very uncomfortable and uneasy going there. No social distancing in area where blood being taken. Another person was sitting right next to me while I was having blood drawn. Seriously thinking about finding another lab.
Drug testing - rude service / untimely service
Hello, I would like to complain about the rude and untimely testing I received at 3909 NW 13th St Gainesville, FL 32609 United States location with a lab tech named Danelle. She refused to see me for my appointment and decided to see all the other guests before seeing me. I asked her why, and she was unresponsive and rude about it. This is the second time...

On Friday, August 14, 2020 I went to the Lab corp located at 811 Sunset Road, Burlington Township, NJ 08016 for blood work. There were at least 8 people there, it was like musical chairs, seats and lab areas were not being cleaned/sanitized in between patients. It really gave me chills especially with this pandemic being so out of control. PLEASE SANITIZE.
Please, please, please, have those workers sanitize the areas used after each patient, it was truly a scary feeling seeing patients, in and out (which was great) and playing musical chairs. It's better to wait a little longer than to put people at risk because they are not cleaning...not once!
Appointment
Made appointment for blood work (Humana requested)on 08/14/2020 8 am. Arrived in time for appointment to a full waiting room and after 30 minute being ignored I left. My time cost money, and Labcorp due to greed overbook appointment do not respect their own designated time for work. Not even taking into consideration that some people have health problem (like I) and can not seat for a long period of time.
I except Labcorp to keep the appointment they assign. Respect the patient who provide an income to keep the business alive.
I do not, ever consider to use their services!
As I was waiting I timed each person being serviced. It took an average 9 minute/patient. The waiting room had 11 people (including I). Therefore I figured that around 99 minute waiting time for me. This is insane! For collecting a simple blood sample?
Nightmare working with Labcorp.
Environmental condition of lab at 1703 s broad st., phila. Pa. 19148
My daughter, Mara Goldberg, went for bloodwork, on Monday August 3, 2020 at LAbcor, 1703 S. Broad St. Suite 200, Phila. Pa 19148 She had to give a urine specimen in the bathroom. She was shocked by the uncleanliness of the room; dirt on floor, toilet full and dirty etc. She said something and was not well received. This is totally unacceptable for a medical...

Long lines in tiny hallway, no social distancing possible with 20+ people stacked up, no one going out to open areas and calling people in which causes everyone to stack up in a tiny hallway. I went to a Tacoma labcorp and both times had to wait over an hour because there's was only one health tech who was also doing all admin work. She apologized repeatedly for the wait but with 9 patients waiting to be seen, she was in over her head. Apparently a part time assistant comes after 11. This is the 3rd time I've seen it this way. I don't blame the professional behind the desk, I blame the CEO and project managers that continue to do more with less. For a public company on the NYSE, we deserve much better.
Wrong blood specimen collected
On June 16, 2020 I went to LabCorp @ 601 E. Hampden Ave. Suite 340, Englewood, CO 80113 for pre employment blood titers, a quantiferon lab test and a urine drug screen test. I had the required paperwork with the list of titers and quantiferon selected. I checked in and my blood was drawn. When my employer called for the results - my CBC and chemistry panel...

The labcorp at 1904 TW Alexander in Durham. The employees at this location as we know are not allowed to smoke on the company properties. So they go across the street to Roch Dr. and smoke and eat there lunch and litter our newly built community and the city of Durham's sidewalks. This does not give us a good impression of Labcorp employees. We, the people...
