Our landline connection in t. Nagar subway outlet is often getting disconnected, and even we register a complaint through customer care, there is no service at all, and I don't know what the hell u people are doing, u people need the payments regularly and u wont serve us properly, last month the line got disconnected and we got reconnection after 10 to 15 days, and again now for the past 4 days (2-12-06 to 5-12-06) the line got disconnected and nobody is taking care, and this is an international chain of restaurant in chennai, and our communication to other outlets and customers are through this line.

I walked in to order a sub. A man in the back was sitting on the preparation table. It was disgusting. I have a picture. This is extremely unsanitary as it’s where food gets prepped. This could make someone very sick as this man also appeared dirty. His butt was ON THE MEAL PREP COUNTER.

Hello,

The district manager is forcing employees to sell outdated meats and vegetables. This is disgusting, and I will never go there again.

Several employees have quit because of this and the store continuously shuts for the day abruptly.

Please resolve this ASAP.

As a long time customer, I was extremely disappointed with the Subway restaurant located in Banning, California ( Ramsey St.). On Aug 15 ( 2:55 pm PST) I waited 20 mins. before asking one of the three workers if they could make me a sandwich - they said we're cleaning and seemed mad that I asked? I'll may start going to Jersey Mike's.

Without my knowledge or approval my local Subway store (Ellwood City PA) has been charging me tips as part of the purchase price, and when applied to a card charge, I believe the owner likely pockets the tip as well...

My sandwich had no cheese and came with no napkin. Also I failed to include the sandwich was 12" and it was not cut in half as all other sandwichs I have purchased were. To conclude when ordering I asked that the bread be toasted, and it was not. I won't be stopping by in the future.

It cost me $10 for a half of a sandwich and a tiny bag of chips. The last two bites had no tuna salad at all and the bread was stale. I got seven cents back from a $10 bill. This was at 5115 North Federal Boulevard number 2 in denver, Colorado

I walked into to Subway at 9 09 p.m. and tried to order but the lady said they were all out of meat I looked down and all the meat trays had meat in them she was trying to close before 10 p.m. and lied to me saying there was no meat

I was chosing veggies to put into my sub .just telling her (the girl working one guy ).I just repeat the thing once but she was very rude to me .I am working in a restaurant it was also busy there but it does not mean that you forgot how to treat customer .I really disappointed with her behaviour.

It was on 21 October nearby 1.50pm.

The SUBWAY in Galena, Illinois Do Not Accept the Offer of buy 1 Footlong Sub & get the Second one Free, Even using the Subway app. They Don't offer Coupon offers that come in the Mail or The TV Ads.

I think This is False Advertising.

Very rude customer service. Dirty counter. Out of potato chips. No subway bags for sandwich. Used a grocery store plastic bag for subway. Completely unpleasing lunch experience

Ordered Online. Waited til the app says it was done. Went to pick up at 630 pm and doors are locked. Go to drive thru to get my food mind you it's raining. Out of two meats and I ordered 5 sandwiches. Took an extra 15 minutes to make my food. Wasted my time on a half [censored] sandwich

I have a serious burn in my mouth off your hash browns no one warned me or nothing said hot on box I’m in serious pain and my mouth has been throbbing it is so bad it’s deep you can’t see fully on photo but I’d be happy to show you in person how bad this is I know this can be a honest mistake but the pain I’m in is unbearable

yes, a new slicer is installed but not used. the deli meat still comes prescliced from the refrigerator. So the whole advertisement is fraud.

I visited the Subway store 1/24/24 at 5:28pm. I did not receive my military discount and was overcharged one dollar. My change was to be $7 and was given only 6 dollars back.

The store I visited was #23025-0 on S Murray in Colorado Springs, CO. My order ID was SPM20240124052801.

Recently Subway has totally limited the ability to see the choice of toppings for their subs in their stores. How customer unfriendly is this?! NO way to see the toppings and selecting what one wants on their subs? Subway was our favorite sub place. We have now boycotted Subway until we can once again see our selection of toppings!

I purchased 2 Sandwiches for 27.50 Euros, and did not receive a Rewards Credit for this on my Account. The Employee told me that it would show up in a day or so. I am still waiting.
