I ordered from ASOS and it was sent as two separate packages;

Both packages have sent but have not been recognized by Landmark Global as received, and it’s been over a week. The company explained that they have dispatched it to Landmark Global and so any delay is entirely due to them.
Hopefully you can resolve this? I’ve had this happen twice before with Landmark and I do not want another refund… I would rather just have my parcel.

This company is committing ***. I recently was charged $18.22 for a book delivered from the UK. I had already paid for shipping in the UK so was unhappy with the additional charge and asked for a refund due to these Landmark charges. The Bookseller had no idea who they were and knew nothing of additional charges. It appears they use official-looking Canada Post stickers they put OVER the original UK labels! Unbelievable. My package ordered from NFL.ca
Order 2 shirts from NFL.ca website on May12th,2023. Items left NY in a timely fashion, they cleared customs, was suppose to be delivered by May 26th,2023. I had sent 2 emails to Landmark Global with no response. My Item has been sitting in Burlington, ON since the 26th of May. I have received no updates from Landmark. Even on the website where I purchased the items, said my item should have been delivered by May 26th,2023.If the item is lost, it would have been nice to know.
My tracking number that Landmark sent me LTN246009473. As of today May 31,2923 still shows that item is in Burlington,ON.

Ordered Product from NFL.ca used tracking # to see where package is as I ordered on Nov. 27,2021. Tracking information shows that it is sitting in Ontario since Dec 4 with no movement. There is no way to contact Landmark to see why it hasn't moved or get any information. This is $400 worth of products.
Parcel tracking No:***/ P2G*** / ***4359045 (Canada post). Received a (wrapped) Christmas gift valued at GBP25 from my sister in UK. In order to collect Canada Post informed me of a COD charge of $21.21 (approx 50% of the value of the gift). I have spoken to Canada Post customer services and they tell me this charge was levied by Landmark. There is no information about this charge and no where to find a breakdown; their website just shows delivered. Total scam. My sister paid GBP20 to send the parcel, making the total shipping cost more than the value of the item.

5 outstanding orders with Bath and Body Works coming from the US to Canada. All shipped and I have tracking numbers from LG. None of them have moved. I purchased clothing from ASOS.com, paid in full with free delivery. Landmark Global was the courier from Atlanta, GA, through Burlington, ON, to Calgary, AB. The parcel arrived at my local post office but Canada Post informs me there is a C.O.D. charge (note: NOT a customs or duties charge) placed on the parcel by the sender. I verified from ASOS that they did not place the charge, and that, through process of elimination, it must have been Landmark Global. Through email, Landmark Global initially directed me back to ASOS, now they have stopped replying my queries. I have called every phone number I could find for Landmark Global at their several locations across Canada and the USA in hopes to resolve this issue, and all I ever get is a voicemail or number not in service.

I ordered a couple of used books from an individual from the UK. They shipped it through My Hermes which uses Landmark Global to transport the books from the UK to Canada. I received notification on Jul 13th that my package is available to pick up at my local Canada Post. When I went to pick up my package, I was informed there was a COD requested by the sender. Canada Post did not have any information on what the COD is for but they did show me the package and it shows the sender as Landmark Global. I have reached out to Landmark Global several times to get an explanation and breakdown of the COD and have not received a response. The tracking number for Landmark is LTN***106. Without any documentation to support the COD, the company is basically charging arbitrary amounts and the customer must pay it if they want their package.

When I made my order, the shipping was free (see attachment) so I do not understand why I needed to pay the COD amount. If the COD amount is for duties and taxes, I deserve a breakdown of those fees based on each item. This information was not included in my package nor was it provided to me by Canada post. The tracking number provided is LPR***[protected] Item was to be deliver April 14th but received a notification at 12:36am that my items are available at a pick up location with directions on how to pick up but with absolutely NO information on the actual location. When checking the very limited tracking information states that is was non deliverable due to weather when I'm fact there was nothing wrong with the weather. It also shows that it never left Burlington On when I personally love almost an hour away. How can this be undeliverable when there was no attempt made to deliver to my address? When looking for contact info for Landmark/Sprintstar there is no contact information, the only thing available is an incorrect # to a different company completely. The GAP advised me to ask them to reship and that isn't possible when you cannot reach any company.

Landmark Global charged me $47.63 Canadian dollars cash on delivery on an item ordered from the UK. The item was valued at $105 Canadian dollars and shipping costs of approximately $11.70 C dollars were already submitted to the company (Fanatics International). Ontario HST is 13%. The amount charged is in excess of the duty charges allowable. The organization that I ordered from indicates they in no way control this cost and the complaint must be logged against Landmark Global. The only way to contact the company is via an online submission to their website which promises a response within 48 hours. I have now done so twice with no response. The phone number on their website https://landmarkglobal.com/en_CA/contact/ rings through to a generic voice mail that will not take messages due to a full mailbox. I am attaching documents which show the initial order receipt, the customs description, the postal receipt showing the COD of $47.63 and my second communication to the company.

If it was for customs/dutys/taxes they should provide the customs form or a copy of it showing what the charges were for. The charge was much too high for just being customs fees and without any receipt like other couriers provide they are just asking you to take their word for it and let them charge you however much they want. They make it extremely difficult to get a hold of them and don't provide a phone number or any contact info. This looks like 100's of people are experiencing the same issues and the solution of providing a receipt really isn't that difficult unless you just trying to scam people on import fees. I contacted Canada Post as well as the merchant and they both said the charges were from Landmark Global and too contact them, where as Landmark Globals site says contact the merchant. I was at home the whole day along with my roommate and they claim they delivered my package to someone named S when they never delivered my package to my home. And there is no one who lives here by that name. Every time Ive sent an email they reply with the same thing but they did not deliver to me the right house clearly. I will add in screenshots of me contacting the shipper as soon as I realized it was not delivered. I just want my package or at least conduct an investigation to find out where my package went. With the other terrible reviews about Sprintstar and Landmark Global, I will never use these companies again.
They claim my package was delivered with their company Sprintstar on 05/26 but it was not delivered to the address that I gave them. I did not receive my package and they refuse to acknowledge the fact that they lost my package in their possession. I contacted PLT and they said they will contact them to investigate and when I ask about this investigation they just keep saying it was delivered. But it clearly was not delivered to the correct address that was given. Its been 3 weeks and they havent helped me at all.

I had a parcel shipped that was delivered to the wrong address. I gave the retailer *** York st St Catharines L2R 6C7 but was delivered to 168 York st instead. Landmark Tracking Number LTN*** Name: *** I reached out to the delivery courier as suggested in the FAQ (which is Sprintstar) And they advised me that they delivered the package to the address given to them by Landmark, and that I should make Landmark aware of the situation. I checked the emailed invoice from the retailer and indeed the address reads *** York st. (I have a copy) Sprintstar denies changing the address to 168. As proof they showed me a screen grab of a terminal with a delivery address of 168 York st along with my name. No further context was given with respects to the screen grab. (Also have a copy) I went to 168 York st to try to locate my package and the occupant told me that she had given the package to the Canada Post office. I spoke with Canada post and they said that assuming it was in their possession that they would need a Canada Post tracking number in order to locate it. I tried contacting landmark to hopefully get this information however I have not received a response. It appears that Landmark no viable channel of communication to which I can get this resolved.

I used to work for UPS Global in Mahwah and I've heard my fairshare of industry stories but Landmark Global takes the cake. From a point of genuine professional curiosity, it astounds me how your company's business clients maintain their faith in Landmark Global's services when your 'last mile' customer service seems non-existant. According to Landmark Global Tracking for PS***0006545, the package was "Crossing border and in transit to carrier hub" on [protected]:21 pm from Cheektowaga, NY By navigation, it takes only 6 hours and 23 minutes via auto-transport to reach Jamaica, NY from Cheektowaga, NY. That was 4 weeks ago. I have spoken to a USPS Specialist on Friday, June 5th, and was informed that the package has not yet been handed over by Landmark Global to the USPS in Jamaica, NY. I have tried repeatedly to reach customer service at their email address clientservices[at]landmarkglobal.com with no response. I also contacted their North America phone number which simply rings off the hook. I even went as far as dialing long distance to their United Kingdom Branch and was offered apologies and help by a customer agent named Monika, however that has yielded no solution. TRACKING NUMBER: LTN 1 3 4 8 6 2 1 9 1 I purchased items from ASOS ("retailer") and they were shipped via Landmark Global ("broker"). Upon collection of my package from the post office, I paid a COD Remittance of $61.45. After opening my package, I found that 1 item was missing (for which I paid $46.05CAD, RRSP: $95.93CAD) and another item was sent in the wrong size (for which I paid $36.24, RRSP:$53.30). I contacted the retailer and they issued refunds for the missing item and the incorrect item. I am entitled to a refund for the portion of the COD that I paid for the missing item (which I never received) and the returned item. As my broker, Landmark Global needs to submit a casual refund claim on my behalf to the Canada Border Services Agency. Landmark's website says for customs refunds, I need to contact the company from which I purchased. I have contacted the retailer 3 times and they have assured me that they are not responsible for duties and customs (which is correct) and that they have no way to contact Landmark Global about my issue and that I need to contact Landmark Global. I have sent multiple emails to Landmark Global over the past 2 months and have not received any response. No contact phone number is listed anywhere online. I have also confirmed with the Canada Border Services Agency that Landmark needs to provide the original import documentation and initiate the refund using the "Casual Refund Electronic Data Interchange Transaction System" which is a streamlined process that allows authorized Canadian customs brokers to represent a foreign sales company and electronically submit casual refund claims on behalf of casual importers. Landmark Global has failed to respond to any of my communication and has not submitted the refund claim or refunded me.
