No refund received for a cancelled flight
We were sure to fly to from London to Ibiza Return July 2020. The flights were cxld and we have been attempting to get a refund ever since but had no joy. We can't contact LastMinute.com either online or by post. They contacted us once to ask what we wanted ie voucher or refund, we selected refund and not heard anything since. That was several months ago. There is no complaints process and no way of contacting them. Please help we are owed £700.

I purchase one way air ticket through bravofly website and request to cancel and refund my money.up untill today my numerous request for my refund always reply with please wait.it has been almost 3 months.few times I check with airlines they didnt even receive any request from lastminute or bravofly.

booked flights with Lastminute.com back on 18th February 2020 for return flights from manchester to Madrid going out 30th May 2020 on FR 3187 and returning on 4th june 2020 on IB 3692 booking reference no [protected] and paid them £261.78.
Due to covid these flights were cancelled and i was given choices of refunds i was notified on the 16th of may that both flights were cancelled and i needed to claim a refund or other flights.
On June 3rd i received an email with choices and i went for travel credit which if not taken i could have the cash instead after 6 months
On june 3rd they contacted me again with an email saying " You've selected a £287.96 Travel credit. " and my refund was confirmed, .
Since this i heard nothing until 25th February 2021, following me making many phone calls to all their advertised phone numbers and not being able to get through
This latest email said i was being refunded £41.93 which was just for thr ryanair flights and i needed to contact Iberian Airways to get the other money.
Its been impossible to get anything from Iberian Airlines as they saying Lastminute booked the flights not them and last minute should refund me
Again having trying to contact lastminute is nearly impossible just getting the usual automatic answer saying they are not responsible ...I Paid my money to lastminute so therefor they are responsible for refund me all i paid on their booking reference no [protected]

Aer lingus flight booked last june was cancelled. Aer lingus refunded last minute.com in september and I yet have to receive the money.
I booked an flight Aer lingus EI887 PNR: 2IVYTW 22.40 p.m from Malaga to Cork - 5 passengers. with last minute.com. The flight was cancelled due to covid. I received my money back from Ryanair directly and last minute.com told me same would happen with Aer Lingus for my return journey. when I contacted Aer Lingus they had repaid to last minute.com in September. This is not acceptable and I will ne seeking legal advice if I don not received a refund immediately.

Booked flight from Lisbon to LHR via Amsterdam, cost £222.41, on Jan 20 2021. This was cancelled the next day at 11am, causing a lot of distress and inconvenience.
After nearly 2 months, I have been offered only £187.42 due to a 'handling fee'.
This is completely unacceptable. I paid for a flight I did not receive and should be entitled to a refund. There was no warning that I saw indicating a handling fee would have to be paid. In any case, a £35 fee is completely excessive.
Their booking screen says the following: (see attached screenshot)
'Fly flexibly
Book with confidence: the flights you have chosen can be canceled at any time, for any reason, with a full refund.'
Having read this, I was reassured and I did not see any reason to scour T&Cs. If this is not the case, then putting this statement in such a prominent place is disingenuous, even deliberately misleading.
I now see T&Cs are in a tiny font at the bottom, and don't require you to tick a check box, and they don't say how much the fee will be.
I also believe I should have been offered the chance to get a refund direct from the airline in order to avoid the fee, but this was not offered.
I also want to complain about the company's complete lack of customer services. Their website makes it impossible to contact anyone, sends you round in circles, and they don't answer any other forms of communication (email, phone, messenger etc)

I had my holiday cancelled in September 2020, I still have not received my refund some five months later. My profile states the refund has been confirmed & finalised & for the last 4 months has said "We expect to complete it within the next few weeks".
I appreciate COVID has caused a delay but as recently published in widespread media outlets Lastminute.com is withholding monies from peoples agreed refunds & not following legal timescales for returning money.

LM.com are the worst company I have had to deal with by far!
They don't want to give refunds guys, they just want to hold onto your cash and not give it back, they have no care for thier customers or of thier reputation.
I booked flights through them on which the flight schedules were changed three times. The new flight times were unsuitable and so they said I could have a refund if I wished.
I requested the refund but they are now telling me that I'm getting it in the form of a travel credit, I don't want a credit, I want the money that I paid them in good faith for flights that they have failed to give me.
They won't answer the phone, they won't reply to emails, they just don't want to know.
This company is an absolute disgrace!

I booked a flight through lastminute.com for April 3rd 2020 ( booking ID [protected] ) the airline cancelled the flight before the end of March .
Lastminute.com informed me of the cancelation and tried to fob me off with a flight voucher for a later date . I refused the voucher and requested a full refund of the amount paid .
Last minute.com then informed me that my refund request had been agreed and would be finalised within a maximum of 3 months .
It has been 10 months now since my flight was cancelled and I have not received my refund . Every time I access my lastminute.com account I am informed that that the payment is in the final stage of processing .
I have tried to contact them by phone but to no avail, I have sent numerous emails to he customer care department but continually get an automated reply apologising for the delay in refunding and they were working on rectifying the matter .

The flight was cancelled due the COVID-19. They offer me a travel credit with the chance to ask a refund the 8th January 2021.
I waited the 8th January and I sent email for the refund of this credit note 20NGB-025925 that the company provides me.
Is still past one month and they didn't answer to my email and the customer service didn't give me any information regarding my refund of £1166, 81. I would to receive information regarding my refund.

I have three bookings with yourselves and the flights have been cancelled. I had received email on two of the bookings but not the third. I rang customer services up yesterday and explained that I needed this email sending as it is proof of my flight been cancelled and it enables me to respond to it asking for a refund (again this is a form of proof) I had not received it today so rang customer service up again explained what I wanted but to be told why you have already asked for a refund and said he cant do it, when I replied saying that the gentleman yesterday said he was going to do it why couldn't he the reply was well I am not him. He did send me some form of email saying that thanks for my email (of which I did not send only spoke to someone on the phone yesterday) saying that my request is being proceed by your team. The gentleman on the other line was so rude and arrogant. My big concern is that you have not even informed me of the booking being cancelled and yet you have of the other two bookings why?

I wasn't able to travel to Thailand April 2020 due to Covid I took the voucher to begin with but was able to transfer to cash if I hadn't used it September 5th 2020. I've called up to get a cash refund and customer service has been awful. I got told I just had to wait, I wasn't able to speak to a supervisor. I was also told me calling was refreshing my request for a refund so it would take longer. I've heard of nothing from them at all.
However I'm still receiving their promotional emails. It's disgusting they way they're treating people.
Desired outcome: I think they need to pay everyone their money back pronto!
Cancellation and Refund
I want to know the status of my flight from Stockholm to Accra scheduled on 03/02/2021. I received a mail from KLM and from lastminute.com that my flight has been cancelled due to new COVID-19 test requirements. On 30th January I got an SMS reminding me of covid-19 PCR test required for my flight.
I called KLM and I was told my flight is still active meanwhile my flight in cancelled on lastminute.com website and refund process initiated.
Please notify KLM that I have decided not to travel any longer and therefore request a refund of my money.

Return flights to Palma, Mallorca.
In January 2020 I booked 8 flights through lastminute.com to Palma, return, from 24th July to the 1st August 2020. Booking ID [protected], cost £2869.81. Outward bound with Easy Jet, inward with Ryan Air.
COVID struck in March 2020 and it became apparent that we were not going to be able to go. The holiday was booked for a 60th birthday celebration with 18 family members in total.
I contacted lastminute.com in June to explain my need to change the flights to the following year as the owner of the villa we hired kindly agreed to transfer our deposit to July 2021. The situation we were in was that the person whose birthday it was had received letters from the government telling him to stay at home due to his having had a liver transplant. From my party of 8 travellers one had gone into a care home, the Waters family of 3 were stuck in Dubai and another had also received letters from the government to stay at home due to being asthmatic. I subsequently received a quote for the sum of £3315.31 to change the flights, more than I had originally paid for them. I found this to be appalling given the reasons for not being able to fly were beyond my control. I was also told that Ryan Air do not give any refunds under any circumstances, once again appalling.
The best Easy Jet could do was cancel 4 flights and change 4 to July 2021 at a cost of £900. Appalling again! I am now faced with the prospect of Spanish holidays not being allowed until the end of the summer and government advice is to not book any summer holidays. Given the new variant of the virus I would not want to go. Following the guidance I and my asthmatic husband, would prefer to stay safe and stay at home and not put any pressure on the NHS.I took out a contract with lastminute.com when I booked my flights, they are therefore my first point of contact to help deal with this but seem very reluctant to do so. Please can you help?

Refund for flights
I have been waiting for a refund for flights booked over a year ago and cancelled 8months ago (ID: [protected]). I have been very patient, but the last email I received from lastminute.com was in October, which stated that my flights had been cancelled and I would be getting a refund, but that this might take up to two months (attached). I have heard nothing form them since. It is outrageous that there is no number to call them on anymore. All the ones I have tried in recent months dont seem to work. I spoke to their customer service three times in the Summer about a refund and ended up getting an email from them asking me not to contact them anymore as they were over-run, but to be rest assured I would get my refund.
If I do not hear back from anyone soon, I will be exploring all routes possible to make sure lastminute.com are exposed for this unacceptable customer service.

I bought my ticket from Brazil to Portugal on the Last Minute App and due to the pandemic, my flight was canceled in April/2020. Since then, I've been waiting for getting my price back, but they sent me a voucher in November/2020. I'm in Brazil right now and there are restrictions in many countries because of the covid-19. We don't know yet when the pandemic will be over and they gave me a voucher that will be expired in November/2021. They didn't give me any choice of the refund method and they don't wanna give me my money back. I paid for my ticket in cash and after so long time waiting for being refunded they don't want to give me my money back? That's not fair at all. Please, help me to resolve this issue.

I Booked flight from your Website from departing 30 August and returning 4 September from London to Barcelona, has been cancelled 7 th October 2020. Since that time I didn't hear from last minute.com, I try to phone them always answer machine on. And they don't answer the a-mails. What I understand Last minute.com doesn't want to refund the money back.

I cancelled my flights last year in October, easyJet refunded £39 back to last minute.com and assured me I would get it back. I never received this money, I have tried to contact last minute.com numerous times but they have no way of me speaking to anyone. They do not answer the phone, they have no email address and they do not answer on social media. I spoke to easyJet again, to confirm whether they had issued the refund and they said they had issued it back in October 2020. It is now January 2021 and I still have not had this money back. I have no idea how to contact them to get it back. It may sound silly, but I lost over £900 because of these flights so would like any kind of refund that is available to me.
