My brother sent a shirt through LBC Ipil, Zamboanga Sibugay branch last Thursday, June 16. The package arrived today, June 18 but the shirt was not there. I will be using it tomorrow. The shirt was left in Ipil Branch. It was not sent but my brother paid for it. That is utter negligence of the personnel on duty. So, please deal with this issue. Please reprimand that personnel. You will lose many of your clients if that thing will happen again and again, without addressing this issue.

I have my order from Lazada (order # [protected]) and is stated there that the expectation date of delivery will be on June 3-4, 2016 as based in my given Delivery address to Lazada which is Southwestern Pob., Calamba, Misamis Occidental. I keep on tracking the item using the given LBC tracking number ([protected]) as emailed by the Lazada and found out the item is still at Ozamis Delivery Hub. I hate to know that the item now is nearer to its destination address but the LBC still holding the package at their delivery hub at Ozamis City. I am very disappointed by their service. I will be looking forward for an immediate action. Here attached are the Shipment Status from LBC and the Order Confirmation for Lazada.
We have same situation here. My package arrived at ozamiz hub last july 28, 2016 and it should be delivered right away but they keep the parcel for longer time now. It so disappointing to know, the destination of it is near yet the service is so slow.

Ref 1619129 sched for pick up my box here in kuwait today 3june2016. By 7:57 I called to ask what time the pick. Lady operator said pa anticipate until 10pm driver will call us. By 9:45 I called again, informed me that no one can come to be sched by tomorrow since the cut off is until 7pm only. 1. I would like to complained because the said adddress is specified as Unlocated address and the problem with the site of Lazada is I cant put any landmarks for the address and that's why its incomplete.
And beside I am expecting 2GO to deliver this because they already know and can locate my address. But unfortunately it was delivered through LBC and it's useless.
You cant locate our address and yet LBC PPS branch hadn't able to make an effort to contact the consignee.
If they can't locate the said address on the first day it was out for delivery why they didnt make a call to the consignee for the clarifications for the address?
I am waiting for the said package and then another week would be wasted because it was sent back to your origin and I need to re order?
I ordered it before holy week an then you wold just said I need to reorder it just because of the invalid reason that courier cant locate the address?
Why did they didnt call the consignee in the first place? I had put my mobile number and whats the use of putting my number on the address when its not been used ?

The consignee here made an effort to call your office after I saw the update or status of my item

Got the same experience as you with LBC Puerto Princesa. I called their Dispatch office at 8 am and 9 am but nobody answered. Thinking it was too early I called up the mobile number of the LBC delivery guy which I have kept. It's just this time with a COD package they did not called me up or even texted. I have told the delivery guy over the mobile phone that 2go and AP cargo (Xend) were able to trace our address but the LBC is non. He said that it was addressed in the school and care of my husband's so the will indeed deliver it there. At the back of my mind I am the addressee and my mobile phone is printed there hence they should make an effort to call. Is this what I read about their manager stating that LBC would call the consignee regarding a delivery? In my case it did not happen this time. Moreover this is not the first time they will deliver a package in our house so why now they were not able to get to our house? Are they lazy or do not have enough common sense? If you have plenty of delivery it's no longer the problem of your costumers. You are a courier service... don't you know what service means? You should deliver and not make alibis. You must exhaust all your strategies just to be able to deliver efficiently and in kindly manner. Please also have your telephone fixef and have a round the clock customer service in your office to answer our calls or complaints. Your company should be reliable and consistent

We have the same experience here. Called up their number at 8 a.m and 9 am but nobody answered. Luckily I kept the mobile number of the delivery guy and was able to get through. They did not call me up yesterday that they had my package. If they only texted me I can give them directions to our house. Naka address kasi yung box ko sa school. This is the same address I used with my other packages and 2go and AP cargo were able to deliver. Trackable and traceable ang address na ito ang LBC lang ang walang effort na tumawag man lang o mag text. Sayang lang oras nila kahapon samantalang nasa malapit natin slang sila dito sa house namin. If they could have just called or texted. cash on Delivery pa naman ito.

one of your who guy was assigned to pick up our cargo was very rude and very late. He is assign here in Kuwait, Named Jonar with mobile number [protected]. Today, they called very late, first at 9:52 PM and asked for direction, then on 10:09 PM. As we were giving him direction on his 2nd call, he misinterpreted us and made malicious and provocative verbal words to my Husband.
if you really wanted to gain back our trust, our friends and their families trust with your services, you need to totally change your employees with such uncalled for attitude.

It was in the afternoon of February 8, 2016 when I went to Lbc to pay for the sss and philhealth for the first quarter. As i approach the counter i wear my 1 million smile, but this girl who has a strong personality never wear a smile not only that as if she don't like her work. A girl next to her who wear a glass and a brace was so elegant looking and very nice. My concern is why don't you put personnel who really want to care for your costumer and put rude employee as a bagger, it really shows that your company would sure go down if an express company will cater same as yours. Your bayad center is not worth for the citizens trust. Hope you can do an immediate action. . . . . . . . . . . .

I sent my cargo from Dubai to Manila. 2 boxes has been sent for my family and another 1 for my husband family. Were happy that after 1 month my husband family got their baggage early. And mine was still on their Hub as per tracking it online. After a week my brother went to their Hub and check the situation.. Baggage was there and they said it will be delivered on the following day, unfortunately, after 9 days nothing happens. I arrived to Philippines and decided to go there immediately as i cant contact them. We went to HUB my box was still there!
I asked why it was not yet delivered? They said address was wrong.. But the point is i have the contact details in box so the can contact any of my family to verify the address. But they didnt do. LIAR!
Too many boxes was still kept there.

I purchased an item on January 2, 2016 using our employee catalog, after completing the order, I was able to get a confirmation and a specified shipping time frame which is about 3-4 weeks, I was asking for a tracking number but only got the tracking number by February 2, however as I tried to check on the tracking number, it shows ITEM DELIVERED SINCE JANUARY 8. 2016 under an unknown persons name, so I reached out with their (LBC) customer service and tried to ask what happened, but they just gave me a run around that they'll get back to me once they review the shipment and so but never gave a time frame? So it made me ask how long would it take them to review but never got an answer anymore.

misleading charges for packages
LBC in Mt. Druitt has a leaflet explaining charges for delivery but they charge extras which is not indicated in the leaflet. This is clearly misleading the people . Also when you send a particular amount they ask you to send it in separate remittance so they then charge you for separate fee. This needs to be investigated . I will advise other people who wish to send thru LBC to find other honest options . I have attached the leaflet that they give people and it clearly does not indicate extra charges such as i.e. insurances I have tried this service hoping they are straight forward but very disappointed. I sent a small box to philippines they charge me 77 AUD when the small box only weigh less 1 kgs. Anyway all I can say is extra charges should be clearly indicated even if it is a small tiny print. This will be the last time I am dealing with LBC

Morcilla st. Pateros City) binigay ko pa buong address para doon na lang sana i-pick up ng receiver. Sabi ng customer service niyo, it will take 24-48 hours before matransfer. We waited until Dec. 16 pero hindi pa din na-transfer. tumawag ulit ako sa customer service ninyo noong Dec. 16. I talked to JEN OBIAS which is your customer service representative only to find out na hindi pa din natransfer ng delivery team niyo ang package from your warehouse to LBC pateros. She gave me an assurance na matatransfer na talaga this time dahil ipa-follow up niya daw. But until now which is already Dec.28 HINDI PA DIN NATATRANSFER ANG PACKAGE. Ano na LBC? hindi na ma-contact ang hotline niyo. Wala din maisagot na maayos sakin sa facebook message. The service was very very slow I understand that it came from UAE but they picked up my Package Last October 4, 2018 and they said it will take 35 days ONLY it's more than 35 days and going to 2 months already.

I express my disappointment on the service of LBC Gaisano Masbate. I’ve been a frequent customer of this company since it has more branches nationwide..and I believe they can deliver a good service.. but I greatly disappointed with their service: To enumerate my experiences: 1st. The staffs don’t have proper etiquette in dealing with customers. It seems that they are all so busy that they cant even respond to a simple query when you ask them..they ignore customer. 2nd. They will send you an update of your order but isn’t specified which branch is it. “Pls be informed that your transaction with tracking # 17935****766” is out for delivery on Dec. 02, 2015. Thank you.” ..WHERE? WHICH BRANCH? At saka “delivery daw” pero papa-pick up pa pala sa ‘yo.. 3rd. They will update you that your order/package is out for delivery and ready for pick up..but they don’t entertain an important reply from you..they don’t even acknowledge your reply.. 4th. Returned my order even I replied and informed them to hold my package because of a conflicting schedule. 5th. Delivery not systematic.. they have a branch in our Municipality(LBC Cataingan, Masbate) my delivery address is in Cataingan, Masbate. But they will still obliged you to go to their LBC Masbate City Branch which is 75 km away and a fare of 240 back in fort..jus to pick up your order..when in fact they have a delivery van which can bring and deliver my package to our town na may branch sila.. ang totoo, very accessible and place naming kc nasa center of town lang.. …DON’T JUST DO BUSINESS, , do GOOD SERVICE TOO..
2016 na lang hindi pa rin nagbabago. Hindi rin alam ng staff kung ano yung babayaran mo kung and 'declared value' o 'Cash On delivery'. Which is obviously yung COD, gusto lang talagang maka-take advantage. Kasi mas malaki ang amount ng Declared value. Tapos nung item na ang amount ng COD ay "0.00" yun pa la ang kulang yun na item, pinabayaran pa talaga ang declared value which is 1k+. Grabe talaga.

Incident happened last nov 20, 2015 saturday here in northills dormitory lower general luna baguio city. Parcel contain medication for narcolepsy with tracking number of [protected]. I did not receive my parcel upto now! Its been already 10 days . I checked the lbc tracking site was stated i received the parcel but didn't receive any. I contacted lbc team in bonifacio street baguio city, they said parcel was received by the admin of the above dormitory. Admin and owner of the building said they did not receive any package nor see any delivery team came in the dorm's vicinity. I made a formal complaint letter and send it to [protected]@yahoo.com but did not receive any response. First of all, i was in my room during the delivery date and the delivery boy did not even make an effort to deliver it personally instead just gave it to people in the first floor Secondly, he did not require the recepient (which he is claiming the admin) to present any valid id but just asked the name. Third, employees are not responding to my case This is very important, anything that will happen to the person needing the missing meds will be held lbc liable. Please make an immediate action Its been already 10days and dont use strategies like "customer will just forget it" because that is a medication. Please adress, thank you!
