unreliable balikbayan box pick-up service
We can use another LBC Balikbayan servicer in northwest FL. The LBC rep cannot handle the timely pick-up of the boxes. Representative are not clear of pick-up time, makes customer wait and waste their time. Not service oriented. Not worth the money to pay for. I will not LBC Balikbayan services in Northwest, FL. Better to use the established and professional service from the Forex Cargo Services. It is worth the money.

Good Day! I just want to complain yung mga delivery guy dito sa amin kasi napakatamad mag deliver! Kaya nga ako nag purchase through online para edeliver nila as bahay ang items tapos gusto pa nila ako ang pupunta dun warehouse nila dito! Nung Saturday tumawag ang delivery guy na d raw nya madeliver yung item kasi marami daw syang idinideliver tapos sabi nya sunday nlng daw kasi may overtime sya at tuesday pa naman raw ma return yung Item. lunes na ngayon at hapon na nag miscall lng sila at d na tumawag ulit at yung item na inoorder ko di parin nila dinideliver. Sana naman pagsabihan nyo lahat ng mga delivery guy na kahit gaano pa yan kasuluksulokan yang pupuntahan e edeliver nila kasi trabaho nila yun! Ilang beses na akong nag order online yung dati e na received ko naman sa bahay pero ngayon halos lahat d na pupunta sa bahay. I'm a busy person at malayo ang bahay namin dun sa branch ninyo dito kaya d ako mka punta. Same din sa isang item ko last week di nila e deliver kung d ako nag complain!

I am writing this complaint due to the extreme delay in the delivery of a cash transaction with the tracking number [protected], it has been well over a week past the day that LBC told the shipper that it would be received at the address I specified. I also contacted the Zapote LBC to contact me if the cash or the courier had arrived. and from that branch i was told that I would be contacted within the following day if the cash or the courier had arrived.

the day it was expected to arrive was 11/15/2016. and Zapote LBC had also sent an email to the main branch to redirect the deliver to Zapote LBC which was already the destination.
the LBC Express site also does not provide details regarding the tracking number.

mistake of an lbc staff
To whom it may concern:
This is to inform your office of the incident that gave discomfort to me as the sender and to the consignee as well.
The tracking number is [protected]. I am lorna agustino maglangit, the sender and the consignee as I wrote, it was ermark/sheryl maglangit cena and not metro retail store as it was written in the official receipt (Or). Please see attached xerox copies (Exhibit 1 & 2).
I sent my package last nov. 18, 2016 at 2:04p. M.In the lbc outlet at cityland herrera tower, rufino cor. Valero st. , salcedo village, bel-air, makati city. It was ms. Danalyn bragais, lbc staff who processed my transaction. When she handed me the or to affix my signature, she did not tell me to check the details if those were correct. I did not check the details because I trusted her that she will encode the name of the consignee correctly and the address is not a problem because the instruction was for pick-up at the lbc main outlet in panabo city. I been sending packages to my son ermark maglangit cena almost every week during the months of october 2016 and november 2016. I did not encounter any problems until last november 19, 2016 when my son ermark went to the lbc outlet to pick up the package.
I did not notice that the consignee’s name in the or was not the same to the one I wrote in the form I filled-up in the receiver’s name. Ermark went to the panabo city lbc outlet in poblacion last nov. 19, 2016 at 5:30p. M. To inquire about the package if it arrive. I did not text him the tracking number because I did not remember where I kept the or. I just told him to give his name as the consignee. The lbc staff in panabo city knew him as their regular costumer that always pick up his package in the lbc outlet. When he asked if his package arrived, the concerned lbc staff at panabo city told him that there was none in his name as the consignee when they tracked the package in the system. My son informed me thru text that the package did not yet arrived in panabo city. I searched for the or and I was able to recover it. Using the tracking number I found out that it arrived in panabo city lbc main outlet on nov. 19, 2016 at 3:30p. M. I was disturbed why the panabo city lbc staff did not give the package to my son when in fact it was already in their position.
At 6:30p. M. On november 19, 2016, I called up the lbc team leader in panabo city and that was the time I knew the reason why they did not give the package to my son because the consignee’s name was not ermark/sheryl maglangit cena but the consignee’s name was metro retail store as written in the or. I felt furious and told the lbc team leader in panabo city to release the package to my son as soon as possible even if their office was already closed. The contents of the package included food items and needed to be refrigerated as soon as possible. The lbc team leader called my son to pick up the package even if they were already closed. Ermark went to their office and got the package. I knew it was not the mistake of the lbc staff at panabo city but, it was the mistake of ms. Bragais, the lbc staff in herrera tower who processed my transaction.
Last monday, november 21, 2016 at 5:00p. M. I went to lbc outlet in cityland herrera tower to confront ms. Bragais about the mistake she did. Her reason to me why metro retail store was written in the consignee’s name in the or was a system error. Before going to the outlet I called up 2 customer service representative to ask if the mistake committed by ms. Bragais was a system error or a personal error. Both csr told me that it was not a system error. Ms. Bragais lied to me in her reason in committing the mistake. I also noticed that on that same day another costumer was complaining another mistake committed by ms. Bragais. The or of the lady costumer was also incorrect, the sender’s name was written in the consignee’s place and the consignee’s name was written in the sender’s place. Good for that woman that she was able to check her or and made corrections before signing the or. That same incident confirmed my thought that ms. Bragais is a careless lbc staff.
In this connection, I would like to ask for a disciplinary action for ms. Bragais so that the next time she will process any transactions she would be careful not to commit mistakes in typing the names of the consignee, the sender and the addresses of both. If she will commit the same mistake in the future, I would recommend that you may give her due penalty or may terminate her because carelessness would bring mistrust to your clientele.

I requested door to door delivery for the money that i sent they mistakenly encouded pick up, after 2 days receiver did'nt receive it yet. When i checked, they reprocess the transaction then i paid another transaction fee. That's how you do business, you do the damage and mistake then customer has to pay extra. Very nice. I will tell it to everyone I know.

I want to complain your Customer Service agent Ms. Arrianne Espiritu. When I called to ask about my the status of my package. She answered me that the package just arrived at the sucat Lbc. When i told her that i called last tues nov 8 2016. One of the Customer service agent told me that is already at sucat lbc and ready for delivery. And it will be delivered the earliest is thurs. And the latest will be Friday. And today is friday already. So I told her, your telling me that it just arrived at sucat. I got mad bec i don't know who is telling the truth. balikbayan box opened and took some valuable items
kindly track all of my mothers recent transactions with balikbayan boxes that was opened. you may ask how do we know it was opened. i'll tell you.my mother sent the box before her flight back home from malaysia to philippines she know whats inside the box she received the box but lot of things missing. 1 box she told me they use the ordinary packaging tape but it was change to international tape.they even left the international lbc packaging tape inside the box. my mother is so upset.she tried to complain to lbc delivery team but they said they cant do anything about it..we can give you more details about the incident...i can provide my mothers phone number if you wish.. my mothers name is Melba t. I sent my box at august 22 at U.a.e. they told me it will be in the philipines at the first week of october which means it is right if i follow the 45 days maximum date for my box to reach, till now my box is not yet in the phillipines since its october 9, today i went to nepo mall angeles city pampanga branch. I felt more disappointed, They did not give me the exact date to recieve plus they gave me an estimated date of october 22, which means two months exactly the worst is they told me its just an arrival to the lbc hub that as a regular costumer of lbc its totally unacceptable. It was september 26, 2016 around 11.30am when I went to lbc-santana grove (Beside shopwise) sucat rd. Paranaque. My aunt sent me money thru lbc worth 23k++. The problem arise when I cannot present the lbc card they are asking. First they asked me if I am already a member then I replied "yes" which I am enrolled a long time ago. Then I presented 2 government ids (Sss & prc) which I said that one of the ids there I used during enrollment in their lbc membership at sm megamall branch. There were two staff at the counter (I forgot their names) a male and female and it is a male who I conversed most of the time. He reiterated that I produce my lbc card (Which I remember that it is just a plain paper cut like id) and in absence I cannot transact with them and with any lbc branch! So I ask him what will I do in absence of lbc card, he said that I need to go to lawyer and get affidavit of lost and so he can again enroll me and it is the only way to do in order for me to get the money. I find this ridiculous since they can verify my membership at their database which I suggested and both of them did not even bother to use their computers plus I have government ids (Sss, prc, tin, drivers lic. ) for verification which they ignored. I felt that time that it is not a business center but like a school with a policy of "no id no entry". I asked them if could read their memo or any instructions/guidelines for customer's guide in cases like this and he cannot produced saying that it just emailed to them by their management. Before I leave, I told them that if get my money without affidavit of lost (Which I get from other branch) I will file complaint due to their ignorance and he shouted this "aba nag thre threat pa si kuya, kunin nga ang number nyan" sorry to say this but I feel humiliated and angry due to the reason that I always transact in a professional manner (i am an active prc member with professional license and currently working at one of the corporate company at bgc).In addition to this, I just came from my fathers wake... I am grieving during that time and the money that I supposed to get from them will be used to pay my balance in the cemetery. Hence, I was faced by two inconsiderate and incompetent staff of yours. I would like to file a complaint against your company.i made a delivery at lbc banawe September 27, 2016 to date the docs is still in the custody of lbc ortigas hub.i have been following ups almost everyday from Sept 28 to present and almost 3x a day I make a call and follows up but to no action.
Your customer service always make promises that it will be redeliver but until now the consignee is still waiting.the docs is so important and I trust your company that's why I make a choice of sending said docs thru lbc but I was so disappointed.How can your customer trust your company if thats the case?
I would like to formally file a complaint against ur company because that docs is so impt and urgent for my son's tuition but what did your company do.?
If you don't want to deliver my docs kindly return said docs plus the fee that I pay.

Written Warning for a very inconsiderate staff
I was at LBC Savemore Novaliches at exactly 7:45 PM. I filled up the receptacle sticker and waited for the guy named "Johnny Menindo" (I don't know if he gave me the right name but to describe him, he is a bit old, around 50s-60s of age wearing a glass) I was waiting for him to get my item however I kind of wondered why he is not assisting me agad when there is no one else around anymore, ONLY ME. Umabot ako sa cut off, wala pang 8pm when I get there, however HE PRETENDED HE WAS TYPING SOMETHING until mag 8PM then when he got my item, he said "ay cut off na po". I was very pissed and disappointed. He wasted my time. Nagmadali ako dahil CD to ng client ko and I needed to ship it today pero what is unacceptable is that hinayaan nya pang magsulat ako and all (imposibleng hindi nya ako nakitang nagsusulat wala ng ibang tao) to tell me na hindi na ako abot which is abot naman talaga sa cut off, sinadya nyang paabutin ng 8PM! I don't want him to lose his job but I want you to give him A LESSON regarding accepting of items, sumunod sha sa cut off time. Learn to respect urgency. The issue here is umabot ako sa cut off pero DAHIL TINAMAD SHA, hindi nya inaccept. Very inconsiderate.

Seller mailed the package 27 september, around 3-4pm, from tanay. As per lbc's "guarantee", this is supposed to be a 24-hour delivery. I'm expecting to receive it here in ortigas by 28 september, or at least early morning by 29 september. It's not yet here. As per lbc live chat people, the package is already in the ortigas delivery hub in shaw blvd. I already talked to their customer service twice. Spoke to them 28 afternoon, was promised it will arrive that day. Spoke to them this morning, promised that it will be for express/urgent delivery, still not yet here. Come on, lbc. Fulfill your promise.
unauthorized id cash delivery
I recently graduated so I'm sure that I won't be able to use my school ID when receiving pera padala so I got my police clearance ID. Only to know that LBC doesn't accept police clearance ID anymore. The date was September 21 and I'm trying to receive the padala on LBC sm San Mateo. I understand if they're not accepting police clearance ID's anymore but what forced me to write a complaint is that the employee on the counter doesn't even care and did not do anything to help me solve the problem. I only had 2 ID's, my school ID and police clearance. He accepted neither and offered no solution to the problem. He just stood there waiting for me to leave. I'd say it's a piss poor customer service
non delivery of mail
I am expecting a mail since last friday ive called your hotline several times and when i said several literally more than you can imagine! Until now i have not received my mail! Can you tell me whats going on? The documents inside that mail was due today, i pay for bank charges and late fees, but u didnt even bother to care, all u say is u will make a report but nothing happened. You dont even have a number of your ortigas delivery hub, how is that even possible? I need an answer as to where my mail parcel is! An agent told me that I will be called back by a supervisor, I wasnr surprised that no one called, i called back and found out that customer support cant perform callbacks, wtf? poor service delivery
Courier left the mail parcel I was expecting in the lobby desk of the condo where I am staying without prior or proper notice.
I was informed by the sender who followed up with LBC that delivery was completed yesterday September 1 thru guard on duty. I inquired at the reception and was informed that the courier was in a hurry to leave. Delivery time was around 6 pm.
I have called the attention of the staff on the matter of not informing me.
However, it is the prime responsibility of the courier to notify the receiver and not assume or pass on the task to another person.

I was sent a package from Cotabato last Tuesday morning, August 23. He was advised that I can claim it the next day which is August 24 in the afternoon. I decided to pick it up awhile ago, August 25, but was told it isn't there yet and it might take until tomorrow, August 26.
I then questioned why it had to take that long when according to the tracking details, it was already received at North Luzon Area on August 24 at around 8pm. I am from Urdaneta, Pangasinan and as far as I can remember it isn't that faraway. It was already lunch time awhile ago when I was trying to claim it. I asked the staff from LBC Magic Mall where the North Luzon Area Center is for me to have an idea where it was coming from before being forwarded to Urdaneta Team. Much to my dismay, he answered me as if he was very irritated, he said it was in Nancayasan, Urdaneta. I was so furious, I don't know if he was that dumb or if he thinks I'm dumb with the answer he gave me! I am trying to claim it in Urdaneta Town Proper which is just 10-15 minutes away from Nancayasan and my package isn't there yet?!
I again asked another person who is also an employee of LBC to try to track it for me. He said he is still being forwarded and said the commitment for Mindanao parcels is MAXIMUM of 2 days. EXACTLY MY POINT! My package was sent Tuesday morning so the 2nd day is Thursday morning but still I don't have it and nobody seems to understand a very simple logic!
I also had posted a comment and sent a message through your FB page but nothing happened. I sent a chat request, left my details and concern but to no avail.
I would now want to file a formal complaint. Upon writing this, 11:36 pm of August 25, the tracking details hasn't shown any change. That package contains a very important document, the service provided and the reasons given was very poor!

Nagpadala ako ng item, it is a bit big at di sya nakabox ng pagpunta ko sa lbc, sabi ng cashier dapat nakabox which is tama naman, at ako raw ang magpapack. So bumili ako ng box at packaging tape. Ako mismo ang nagpack sa mismong loob ng branch nila. Tama po ba na ako ang nagpack? Tama po ba ang service na ginawa nila? About 30 mins or more kong pinapack yung item ko na nakikita nmn nila ko na hirap magpack at di man lang ako inassist kahit papano.

I would like to send my complain with regards to the delivery service of LBC. Last July 11 2016, my mother sent me a package containing an important document that needs to be signed immediately this week. Unfortunately, I gave the old address of my boarding house to my mom so the documents could not be delivered to me. When i went to LBC Market Market branch to pick my package up, they said that the package wasn't there and i need to request first to have it picked up instead of having it delivered again. Now i am worrying that i may not be able to get the documents signed and processed in time. My question is why didn't they contact me when they couldn't locate my address in makati. What's the use of my contact details written on the sticker on the package? Such a disappointment.

Latest was yesterday, 2 July 2016 I noticed that in one of my project site in Maria Antonia Village, Labogon, Mandaue City I noticed of somebody reading a magazine, the FuturArc, the same magazine that I was expecting BCIAsia to send me this month. My registered address is Katugasan, Casili, Consolacion, Cebu. I have missed plenty of subscriptions so far.
