LBC Express package

There was a package that I should received 2 days ago, February 15, 2017. But I was not able to claim it because I have my class. It was said that the delivery was postpone. So, when will I received the package again? Does it going to be delivered again in the same address? Im a new intern in that building. Near the store that the delivery man asked. The store guy that the delivery man asked thought that there was no person named my name. Thats why they thought that the address was wrong because I was not there. I was at my class that time too. Please answer me. ASAP.

LBC Express package did not arrived complaining about the package ([protected]) / no answer on the phone [protected]).

I ordered Go Pro as a Valentine gift to my partner and until now the package did not arrived yet. its almost a week waiting for my package to arrived. Last update dated Feb. 14 : We tried to deliver your shipment but recipient is unknown at the given address. Please get in touch with us.

LBC Express I ordered pioneer speaker

I ordered pioneer speaker from lazada and they use lbc express courier, upon tracking the delivery on feb 11 it says expect delivery within the day, so I was expecting a delivery on that day, upon waiting and tracking it, around 8pm same day it says postpone, on feb 13, feb 14 the same happen again expect delivery and they postpone again, this ruined my schedule as i'm expecting of delivery that is not coming, until I call and complain to lazada, this is not fair us a customer this happen several times, the last time I ordered at lazada, and lbcexpress call me that they can't deliver because i'm the only 1 they can deliver on my place so its not possible for them, (Wtf!) which is not fair, how come you call your company a express delivery or in your ads lbc hari ng padala, every delivery is delayed, "###ing lbc is hari ng delay or lbc slow delivery"

LBC Express lbc delivers black roses that smell like death

LBC failed and dishonored me in several ways.

1. Flower Depot confirmed an order for delivery for Thursday February 9, 2017, but LBC failed to perform the delivery as agreed.

2. When the delivery was not made or not made on time, LBC failed to send me or Flower Depot a notice that it would not be delivered or not be delivered on time. Had I been given notice, I could have canceled if later days were not good. I could have also notified the recipient to request the recipient be available at a different day than originally arranged. At minimum, it would have been professional to notify me.

3. LBC delivery service lied to me when they stated to Flower Depot that it was delivered at 3:45 on Friday. It was not delivered at that time or any day close to it.

4. LBC delivery service lied to me when they stated to Flower Depot that it was received and signed by the recipient herself. Flowers were not signed by and not delivered to the recipient. I know the recipient personally and am in direct contact. If she received and signed them, she would have informed me.

5. I provided both my phone number and the recipient's phone number. At no point did LBC delivery service place a call to the recipient or to me to inform me of any delivery issues or any pending delivery and confirm she would be there.

6. Rather than look at the actual facts of the situation, with delivery not being made, your company representative chose to justify your delivery staff's lies and failures.

7. LBC has numerous complaints against them. Their service is horrid. They have a known reputation for delivering late, for not communicating with customers and recipients, for causing financial losses with customers, for having bad reviews, for stealing or losing expensive items like cell phones, for breaking items, and the list goes on.

8. I have my own complaints against LBC. The fact is that 100% of the time that I have dealt with them, delivery was not made on time or not at all, items were delivered broken, they failed to communicate, and they left a very very very bad impression with me.

9. The reason why I chose MyFlowerDepot and Flower Depot Inc was because I was tired of the pathetic delivery service of LBC and was hoping and expecting that Flower Depot would work with a reliable, honest delivery service other than LBC. Clearly, that was not the case.

10. By allowing these delivers problems to continue again and again, ultimately what you are saying to the public and your customers is that you think pathetic, terrible delivery service with lying delivery staff is an acceptable way to do business. That makes a strong reflection about how your company does business.

11. Flower Depot asked you to investigate the issue, but the entire business day passed and I did not hear a single thing about this.

12. Despite the dishonesty of the delivery service, the flowers were delivered on Monday February 13 at around 5 pm. The recipient was never notified. She did not receive them. She did not sign for them. It is possible that she might have been away for the week or not available. It was lack of communication on top of dishonesty on top of late delivery.

13. The flowers were delivered 4 days late.

14. The flowers were dead and falling apart.

15. The red roses were almost black in color.

16. The roses smelled bad. They had a death smell.

17. The flower petals were dry.

18. The flower package was soggy from a ruptured water package.

19. The wrapping around the flowers was bad quality and in bad condition.

20. During the last delivery, the vase was delivered broken and was unusable.

21. I have spent a lot of time on this issue. My job, my business, does not pay me to spend all my time communicating with you and addressing this issue. It is lost time and lost money for me.

22. If I have to continue to lose my time and my money over this issue, I will begin to charge your company each hour of my time at a rate of $250 per hour, beginning with the hours I lost last week.

23. The roses were intended to be delivered to someone I love and care about for Valentine's. Instead of receiving fresh flowers on time, the recipient received smelly, disgusting, dead, black, dried flowers, after zero communication, after lying about delivery, after being several days late. I would like you to explain how it feels for you to receive dead, smelly, black, ugly flowers for Valentine's?

24. What you did was embarrass me, make me look like a fool, make me look like a ### and an ### for sending dead flowers, make me look incapable of making a good decision about flowers or a Valentine's gift, gave the recipient false hopes about receiving something of good quality and good condition, hurt the recipient's feelings by allowing her to receive dead flowers, offended the recipient, showed disrespect and dishonor to me and the recipient by delivering dead flowers, and failed 100%.

What kind of company delivers dead flowers? As I said, this is not the first time that LBC did this because their service is so pathetic. You have dishonored me and offended the recipient.

What does this means. Suppose to be my delivery was yesterday. So when can i get my order from lazada?! Reply for when i will get my order.[protected] this is the tracking number. Well, try to track it. And tell me when could my delivery is.

LBC Express online delivery

Hi lbc! I am expecting a delivery from an online shop. Finally the delivery boy called me up today feb 11 around 10am using your office landline number, he asked me if im home cause he will deliver the item. I said yes il be home whole day. I patiently waited and cancelled my appointments cause I will be leaving cebu on the 13th. Im worried that if I leave the house I wont be able to receive the item, anyway, at around 4 something still no delivery was made and I decided to go to their office and provided my tracking number, they said that probably my item is with their delivery (I wont mention anymore the name) who is at the moment not present in the office. I told them kuya pls inform him to deliver it today please I will wait for him. They said "ay maam sa monday na cgro". I was extremely pissed off! The fact I waited for the delivery boy and cancelled my appointments (Thats one day wasted!) and suppose to be they "should" deliver it to you not you putting alot of effort going to there office and look for your item! How disappointing!

LBC Express delivery / courier

Hi LBC,

I've been waiting for a delivery since last week in our house. I was monitoring the status of it on your online tracking service. But unfortunately, the item was not delivered and your Customer Service Rep confirmed that the item was not delivered because of the reason "house is closed". How can it be closed? I live there, we are 5 members living there and my Mom stays there for the whole day.
I think the courier didn't even bother to knock or call if someone's there, or he just stayed outside and wait for someone to go out which is unlikely to happen. In short, TAMAD si courier. Our house will never be closed. I live there and I go home in and out of it everyday. Please do necessary investigation on this. Your service is so disappointing. My tracking number is [protected].

I am eljane jay llamas ako po yung pinadalhan ni ruchel canillas from tangub befotr cut of time nila...d po ako nag xpect na ganito ang mangayayari..nais ko po sanang mag complain kasi nangangamoy na ang pinadala para sa akim kasi d na delvery pagka umaga kasi may nangyari sa delivery boy ninyu..sana naman po pinag hanapan ng paraan kasi po pagkain po ang laman nan ito...nasir na cya..sana po may refund eto..minimum of declare value lang po cya..inorder ko pa po yan sa mindanao kasi buntis ako gusto komain ng soriso de cebu..nais ko po sana eetong pa refund at yung shiping fee po kasi oorder nalang ako uliy..salamat po

LBC Express delivery not delivered

Lbc, nag order ako sa lazada, tas expected delivery date was yesterday. Buong hapon nghihintay yong mga kasambahay ko sa bahay sa delivery. Walang dumating.

Ng tracked ako, tracking no.

[protected] = we tried to deliver your shipment but recipient was not present at the given address. Next delivery attempt will be made the next business day.

Lbc management, wala ba kayong common sense, may contact number dun sa consignee, bat di ninyo magawang i-orient o sabihan ang mga tao nyo na tawagan o mg txt dun sa number na nakalagay para madeliver agad ung pinadala.

Nung una kung reklamo, sabi ng empleyado ninyo sa toledo, walang number sa receiver, kaya d nadeliver. May number ako dun, wala rin ngtxt. Ngayon naman, may number na sa receiver, wala pa rin. Dapat siguro masulosyonan ninyo ang problema niyo sa mga tao ninyo. Konting effort lng sana sa pag inform ng receiver na may delivery sila para makuha nila kung san talaga ung address.

LBC Express walang respito employes

Anong klasi empleyado meron kayu walang respito pinagalitan pa naman aku at sinapak sa ulo dahil nag aaway daw cla sa kanyang asawa marami naka saksi sa kanyang ginawa aku pa naman yung binibintang wala naman siyang ebidencya naka pa babaw yung utak parang walang pinag aralan tumatanggap kayu ganito klasing tao...pangalan po niya ay "richard regner " ormoc city hub delivery...sana po gawin nyu ng action

grabe tong lbc.. ano bang klaseng serbisyo meron kayo? na block na ako sa shopee dahil pinosted pa naman refuse to accept client.. out for delivery pa.. LBC Express delivered at wrong address

Good evening, I've had 2 packages so far that were sent via LBC and all of them did not arrive at my address at Calasiao, pangasinan. The first package was noted as "pending for pick up" because the address that they went to did not know my name (because it's the wrong address so obviously they don't know me) so had to go to the LBC branch in Nalsian. Second package was delivered at the wrong address again but this time, someone received it. Fortunately, the person who received it texted me that my package was delivered to their address. But what if that person would not text me? What will happen to my package? Is my address so hard to find? given that it's even a commercial lot and my address was only less than a km away from LBC nalsian pangasinan branch. I still have 3 pending packages that were sent via LBC so hopefully you'll get my address right.

LBC Express online purchase through cash on delivery

Hello,
according to my tracking history of the product i bought from shopee

it is posted as no payment, of course because it is for cash on delivery option.
i am not quiet sure if the delivery man has come to our doorstep yesterday around February 2, 2007 (18:17), because we don't here someone knocking our doors.
kindly please verify and send it to me again.
my number was attached to the delivery address, SMS or CALLS i did not get from any.

LBC Express delayed or lost parcel/package

They signed for the wrong item last Dec 30, item ordered was for a PS4 version of the game, did not inform me that the wrong item was sent by re -seller and sent a crop photo to hide the fact. unknowingly I had the item shipped based on the photo. And they say they are not liable for such an issue. That issue number 1. 2nd issue I advised 3 different items will arrive in 3 different packages on 16, 17 and 18 ahead of time. They misplaced the first box that arrived on the 16th and located it after 5 days. They also mixed the contents of Box 1 and Box 2. In good faith I gave them a chance to ship the items and consolidate it and yet again. they misplaced the consolidated box that contained boxes 1, 2, and 3. Aside from that they keep closing a ticket without confirming customer issue was sorted. They also provide contradicting statements depending on who addresses the issue. See screenshots provided. Pay close attention to the dates. They also admit into providing useless or invalid tracking numbers.

You Guys need to stay away from these guys.
Check if they are even BBB accredited first just a friendly advice.

LBC Express my meralco bill

Hi
I paid my meralco bill in lbc located at pavillion mall in platero binan city. It was dated january 4 2017. After a few days I received a dis connection from meralco company.
I went to them after that dis connection letter and until now I keep on following up whats going on to my bill why until now it remain un settle.? Do I need to file a complain to authority to settle this matter.. Thank you and I will attached my document for your references

LBC Express estimate freight charges

Meron kaming pina-estimate nung Jan. 26, 2017 papuntang Mabini cor. Osmeña St., Sto. Niño, Isabel, Leyte. Ang nilagay na freight charges ay Worth Php285.00 so un ang sinabi namin sa client namin na babayaran. Pero ngayon araw Jan. 30, 2017 ipapadala na namin yong parcel ang computation na nila ay mas mahal from Php285.00 naging Php345.00 na ang sabi dahil meron daw charges sa remote area. Eh wala naman pagbabago sa address na pina-estimate namin nung una. Pangalawa na itong nangyari bakit lagi nalang silang nagbibigay ng maling estimate. Sana kung ano yong unang computation ay walang pagbabago. Hindi ito makaturangan kaya nga nagpapa-estimate muna para maiwasan ang mali. Kaso kung ganyan naman mga staff nyo LBC. Kelangan may action kayo dyan.

LBC Express delayed dispatch since more than 6 month my cargo

I have a box tracking no.[protected].. . Is been collect 2nd of august 2016 and the information given to me by the lbc while I am made a follow up call with them is been in the custom since sept 28 2016 but why it is pending for a long time and now is nearly 6 month. And everytime I made a follow up call is still the same answers.. Please I want to know what happen to my box if its loss so you responsible to refund all the declared items contain on my box... Im waiting for the answers please let me know what action I need to do so that we can sort the problem im working hard to buy the things that they need in the phil so I want to refund all the declared items if its loss already or I will tell to my brother in the phil. LBC Express service / delivery

Date of incident: december 23, 2016
Description: failure to deliver after one month of drop off
Resolution: I would like to request a full refund. It has been a month since we dropped off the box. The recipient and I (Sender) have already called concerned offices t no avail (Including follow-ups). They just kept passing us around. Asked for advice from the lbc office on what to do, they suggested doing a complaint.
