I was so excited to make my purchase from LED Factory Mart (ledfactorymart.com) early before Christmas. I was told that my order would arrive on the 22nd, but it didn't come until the 29th. I was a bit disappointed, but I was still excited to install my new LED lights.

However, when I attempted to install them, I realized that the wiring they sent wasn't right. I was frustrated and contacted them 8 times, but I didn't get a call back until the 9th time. It was a relief to finally hear from them, but it took a lot of effort to get their attention.

They requested 5 pictures from me, and I sent them right away. But even after the 6th phone call, I'm still waiting to hear back from them. It's been extremely frustrating, and I'm not sure if I would recommend or refer them to anybody.

Yes, their prices are cheap, but the aggravation that comes with it is not worth it. I've sent them e-mails and have all the documentation, but it seems like they're not taking my issue seriously.

Overall, I'm disappointed with my experience with LED Factory Mart. I hope they can improve their customer service and make things right for their customers in the future.

Got myself a magnetic mount spotlight for my truck from LED Factory Mart. They say it can hold up to 40 pounds, but it can't even hold this cheap spotlight. Tried to return it, but they won't let me and won't give me my money back. They say they never had this problem before, but I don't believe them. They said they would send me more magnets, but it's been 4 months and nothing. They said it was because of a snowstorm, then they lost my emails, then it was the shipping company's fault. All excuses and still no results! I don't think they will ever fix this, but I'll update this review if they do.

And the address on their website is in Canada! It's really hard to get in touch with them, and when you do, they act like they don't understand you (maybe English isn't their first language?).

Anyway, one of the headlights I got doesn't work. I sent them a bunch of emails with pictures showing that it's defective, but all I got back was an automated message saying they got my email. They never actually addressed my concerns. So I messaged them on Facebook with more pictures, and they responded, but only once a day and usually in the middle of the night. And then they tried to deny that they had seen my pictures at all!

After another week of this, they finally promised to send me a new headlight because I'm still under warranty. But I still haven't received it, and they stopped replying to me altogether.

I recently made a purchase from LED Factory Mart for break and turn signal rear LED bulbs for my Harley Davidson. I was excited to receive my order, but unfortunately, the bulbs did not fit my bike. According to their website, the bulbs should have an offset tab on the bulb socket, but when I received them, the tabs were straight across from each other. This meant that the bulbs would only work as a brake light and not as a brake and turn signal light.

I tried to contact LED Factory Mart multiple times to rectify the situation, but I have not received any response from them. I have sent them several emails, tried re-ordering a different part number, and even tried calling their customer service number, but no one answers the phone, and it goes straight to voicemail. It is very frustrating as I have ordered many things from them in the past, and they have always worked out well. However, this situation has left me with several hundred dollars of products that are not working.

But my excitement was short-lived. On June 18, 2021, I noticed that the brackets were starting to rust. I also realized that one of the pods was defective. I immediately messaged LED Factory Mart about the issue, hoping that they would help me resolve it. However, I was disappointed when I received a response that my purchase was made on June 11, 2020, and therefore, it was out of warranty. I couldn't believe it! It had only been 7 days since I received the product, and they were already telling me that it was out of warranty.

I was not happy with their response. I understand that warranties have limitations, but 7 days is too short. I would have understood if it was 7 months, but 7 days is unacceptable. I was so disappointed that I felt compelled to write this review. I normally don't write reviews, but this time I had to express my disappointment.
