Stop discarding my item. I don't have a different account, I haven't posted it twice, stop discarding it. There's no reason to discard an item i'm trying to help mothers buy for their newborns. Like no reason. It's not in appropriate, it's for the benefit of our youth and your future employees today so learn to read and observe a little more or turn it off.

My issue is with the LetGo app. If i block someone they should no longer be allowed to review me. I have already reported my issue with the unfair review i have recieved yet it's still pending over a week later. The person of interest negotiated a deal for the product in which i had to prepare and do things with it beforehand. Im selling a vape and he asked for juice. I told him i quit smoking and that i didnt have any to put into the vape so he suggested paying barely any extra just for some juice. We talked until he was ready to buy so i had a friend LOAN me some juice so i could meet the person trying to buy the vape. AFTER this point (so i had filled the vape with juice) i had told him i was ready to meet and he told me he no longer wanted it and that he was going to go buy something else. Now i have a vape with juice in it and my friend is not haply that hes having to switch to my lesser vape just to use what HE PAID FOR. I gave him a fair review, blocked him and still i got a 1 star review from him which is entirely ridiculous. I would like this issue resolved so i can continue happily using this app with my deserved 5 star rating (yes, from the 1 person that reviewed me other than said [censor]. Still deserved!) thank you.
P.s. my issue has nothing to do with business partners, i couldnt find anything relevant to my issue which not only is the removal of the unfair review but also making it incapable to interact with someone who has blocked you like the app claims it does. Including reviewing. Also im sure you have access to all conversations within the app so please look for yourselves and remove this problem.

This is poor professionalism by this company. They shut down your account by stopping your messaging without even notifying you. No explanation whatsoever. I have a good standing and sold lots of products. Nothing illegal, no bad reviews. What is going on? I can't call them and had to message them which was even difficult. This is rude! There are lots of people playing games and messaging me hateful things and their accounts are up and running. Something is wrong with this app.

Your app is screwing up bad, chat messages are NOT coming through, not even from family! My phone kept getting notifications from one user, but the chat message was always the same, to be honest it really feels like someone is screening my chat messages or you have a horrific bug in your app (I highly doubt that).
I am not a businesd, but you should fix it if you care to compete with the likes of OfferUp... Just Saying.
I'm complaining about you
I buy and sell rare coins and apparently your staff thinks that every coin is the same and they keep discarding my items because they are too lazy to pay attention to detail and look at dates, mints, etc. Your staff has cost me thousands of dollars with their incompetence. I never have this problem on the other apps I use. You also bump my items down. The actions taken by your staff are discriminatory. Enough is enough. I've written to you no less than 10x about this with zero resolution. This is the last time I'm asking. Get it together. Train your staff to be thorough. Enough.

Hello..I'm writing concerning a Ernest Blanton that contacted me bout 2items I have for sale. He left me a horrible, unfair review saying I was very rude and was not interested in selling to him. This simply is not true. We could not seem to get tgether cause of our work schedules. We had agreed on a price but he decided not to follow thru when the times to meet were not to his satisfaction. "Hot Carl"sold an outboard motor he stated in the letgo chat that it ran. Found out after purchase it is missing a crucial part that costs as much as I paid for the motor. He insisted the engine ran great and lowered the price as he had no way to test it during my arrival. Now I have a non running motor.
Jokes on me as well I know, but as a seller DO NOT IMPLICITLY STATE SOMETHING RUNS WHEN IT DOESNT!
Also, letgo needs to make user ratings more accessible. Otherwise I wouldn't be posting to some 3rd party site.

I posted a World of Warcraft adventure game and a set of Patricia Cornwell paperbacks. Both in pristine condition . To sell on the website only got
one bite. Acted like he was interested. Then changed his mind even I lowered the price. Have gotten anything since posted them on Sunday last month.
Went on the webpage neither item was posted. Yet I received an email
saying congratulations. Your items are ready to sell and nothing. Very disappointed they make it look so simple on the ad. FYI not true.

Selling a Leather jacket mailed to me (her idea) I was passing on the jacket she was insistent send her the $27.80 (I sent her $30.00 cash as she requested. When I received the jacket it was not Leather it was vinyl! Big difference. I immediately contacted her to tell her I was not happy and I would mail the jacket back and for her to mail back my money. She refused. She wrote a slanderous review on me. With this said, I've consulted with my attorney and he advised me to sue her for The jacket the court fees and defamation grand total of about $5100. I'm still debating whether that's the course I will take but certainly what you said about me in the review is not true, and unprovable! If I don't see that review taken down, and I don't receive the $30.00 I paid her I will have little choice in this matter! Thank you.

Please help someone made a fake account saying that I am sex offender or molester or whatever I need this taken down immediately this is a crime and I will need all information about them such as email and location. Seems instead of checking things out letgo appears to delete ads that others click are not clear pictures when they certainly are.
The persons doing this appear to do so to stop competition.
Letgo has no way to communicate with them to ask about this level of unprofessionalism.
Also, the posts we see on our phones of our ads that we place are NOT what is on the letgo site that others see.
Waiting for contact from Letgo or to correct their unprofessionalism and that they allow on there site.

How many times do I have to request that my account be deleted. My reason is, I have found the people unreliable and I was given a negative review in retaliation for a review I gave someone that stood me up twice. I am very irritated that I have to ask that my account be deleted. I'm an adult and if I no longer want my account I should be able to delete it. It is ridiculous that I have sent 5-6 emails asking that my account be deleted.

The service is not monitored closely.
There are many aggressive people on the app who speak rudely to others and have threatened users on the site. These users reviews are not being verified and offensive language is not being removed from the website.
These acts of cyber bulling are not being watched by the owners of the "let go" app.
Users do not have control over their own accounts and can not delete their accounts when they feel it is necessary.
Many messages sent to the help e-mail address provided by the site are not replied to.
It's been over 48 hours since multiple requests were made to delete a user profile and these requests have been ignored.
