I did my taxes on April 18, 2023, in the evening. My son did not get to send me his 1098T form until the next day. So I called the office again and did not get a hold of anyone. I call the manager next, and she said that she would look into this and see if it made a difference or not. If it didn't make a difference, she said she would just submit it. She said she would call me back. Time past and I never heard from her. I lost track of it myself due to my daily busy schedule. On September 6, I called her and she said she didn't remember. but she remembered me going into another store where she was at. Not sure why she remembered that and didn't remember my phone call. But she said she would look over my tax return and get back to me two days later on Friday, September 8. I have not heard from her, so I reach out to her at 1pm. She said she was with a client and would call me back. Two hour later I did not hear from her, so I called back. Someone else answered the phone and said they would give her the message that she was with a client. Not sure why she is giving me the running around. But after her failing to turn in my taxes, she shows a lack of concern to help resolve this issue.
Desired outcome: I just needed my taxes done.
