Life Line Screening I have had 3 Lifeline screenings in the past

I have had 3 Lifeline screenings in the past. The first 2 were conducted very professional and provided me good information. The last screening was very unprofessional and haphazardly put together. I arrived at the designated site to be told the screening was going to be relocated. We waited in our vehicles until the screening site was determined. We then drove to the new location and waited for approximately 1 hour for them to “set up". I recently paid to have the cardiovascular screening conducted. I was provided a confirmation and a date/time and place. Several days later I received a text telling me I was rescheduled to another day/time and location. I contacted their Customer Service after waiting 20 minutes on the phone and was told that the text was a mistake and the person I spoke with told me She or her supervisor would call me back with a confirmation. No one ever called. I called to find out the status of my appointment and was told it was relocating and also different time. The day before my appointment I was texted and told it would be rescheduled and someone would be in touch to reschedule. 3 business days have passed and nothing. I am now contacting my credit card company to contest the charge... They are no longer performing an acceptable service!

At the age of 45, Life Line found a 5.7 centimeter aneurysm on my aorta. They saved my life. I'm 60 now and doing great. Thanks!

Life Line Screening Until about 2 years ago I was using Life Line Screening on a regular basis

Until about 2 years ago I was using Life Line Screening on a regular basis. I now understand that their screening tests are of mediocre quality. A major problem is that many of their screening tests only flag the most egregious problems. A good example is their carotid artery screening test which looks for blood flow problems. The trouble is that many people who suffer deadly heart attacks or strokes don't have a blood flow problem but they have enough arterial deposits to cause inflammation. A type of CT scan called a coronary artery calcium scoring test provides a good estimate of how extensive your arterial deposits actually are. A blood test called Lp-PLA2 tells you how much arterial inflammation you have. You can get it through companies like *** or *** offers an advanced lipid panel called Cardio IQ. It provides better information on what is actually causing arterial inflammation than the standard cholesterol panel. It's unlikely that I will ever use Life Line Screening again. Their screening tests are not totally worthless but they are clearly not the best you can do if you want accurate information on where you are really at. There are far too many people who use Life Line Screening who are not getting flagged when they actually do have a very real problem that needs to be monitored.

Please be aware that the company, Life Line Screening, does not reimburse the customer if appointment is cancelled within an appropriate time frame. When making the appointment over the phone, the customer service agent stated, "If appointment is cancelled a refund will be sent, by mail, in the form of a gift card." What the customer service agent failed to share is that the gift card is a gift card specifically tied to Life Line Screening, not a general gift card that can be used to then cover the expense accrued. The consumer is then tied, financially, to use this company. Unethical and poor practices. Please take time to be diligent with this organization. My guess is they are preying on under insured and elderly consumers. Life Line Screening's reimbursement practices are unethical and need to be carefully examined. This company need to rectify it's practices before more individuals are scammed.

I scheduled the basic 4 screenings and paid in full. I see from future ads that I was asked to pay an additional $33 above the normal screening amount. In looking at the site chosen for testing, the address was wrong. I gave a follow-up call to the site and they said Life line had not reserved a space with them. Isn't it fraud to ask for full payment when a site isn't reserved? I e-mailed Jennifer Baptist, because she was the contact for reservations and she told me I could get my refund by calling the main scheduling number. Lotisha, with scheduling said I could not get a refund in check form - only a card for future services and I'd receive it in two weeks. It has been three weeks and no card. Am I now to treat Life line as a scam and money that I have lost?

When I didn't have health insurance , I went to Lifescreening for several years to get tested. It was the best thing I did! I HIGHLY recommend them. You can go even if you have health insurance, which I also did!

Life Line Screening I am giving them one star only because I can't give them a zero

I am giving them one star only because I can't give them a zero. When they first called me to say they would be in my town, Bergenfield, NJ, they insisted I give them a credit card over the phone. I told them I don't do that. They agreed I could pay on they day I got there. The charge ended up being $327 for numerous tests. Note that I put this on my debit card connected to my checkbook. Turns out, none of this is reimbursed by Medicare, since wellness tests are not covered. If a doctor had ordered the tests, it would be covered. So I demanded a full refund, and they could not give it to me unless I waited 24 hours for it to post. I had to call another number somewhere else (Florida I think). Many hours on the phone later, I got a full refund credited back to my checking account. Exactly two days after I got my refund, someone walked into a TD Bank in Fresh Meadows (Queens, NYC) and stole $3500 out of my checkbook using my driver's license number and my checking account number. Where did they get this info? I can't prove it, but I would bet it was a data breach at Life Line Screening. Who else has a copy of my driver's license and my checking account number. Did this just happen by chance? I don't think so. Now I have to straighten out this huge mess. Beware. Pay cash. Better yet, stay away. Thank you very much. Never again.

I am sharing my family's personal experience with Life Line Screening. When my dad had a screening, something was discovered that required immediate attention. His doctor said the consequences would have been very bad if he didn't have the screening. Thank you Life Line.

I was very disappointed as soon as I walked into the auditorium. My appointment time came and went even after checking with the receptionist a few times. Then they started cleaning up and I am still waiting! Finally, they called me for tests which they hurried me through (less than 10 minutes) after waiting an hour plus. Then I realize a year later that they are charging me for another screening which I never signed up for. After looking carefully I see that they charged me $19.95 every month for being a member which I never would have signed up for. I missed that because the health care I use is a Wellness Group. I feel that this company is a rip off for people that think they are getting a deal when in fact the screening are mediocre are best.

I had an appointment for the test and they called me to cancel because of staffing issues. I did not want to travel to a different town to have it down, so I have called twice to get my refund and still have not received a refund. They told me it would be in my account with in the next 3 days and I'm still waiting after 3 weeks. I will try one more time to contact them.

Life Line Screening My husband and I had Life Line Screening appointments on Oct

My husband and I had Life Line Screening appointments on Oct. 10, 2022. After waiting for approximately half an hour to be informed that they would be unable to perform EKG testing since their machine was "down." We were there for a TOTAL of a little OVER 2 HOURSWe were told that we would have to reschedule for a future date and location. I emailed them on their website about the issue but never received a response. Today I called a Life Line customer service representative to ask what type of compensation would be offered to us for our inconvenience. She apologized for our inconvenience and proceeded to put me on hold to check with a supervisor as to what they could offer as restitution. Turns out, NOTHING! So we now had to complete pre-registration forms all over again and will have to drive to a farther location, spending gas money. And again, taking time out of a workday for ONE TEST that THEY were unable to provide on the appointment day. The last Life Line appointment we had the EKG machine was down. I did not complain at that time. But having the same thing happen again makes me think this could be a common occurrence. Life Line Screening should be concerned about compensating a recurring customer. Apparently Life Line is not concerned about upholding their committment to perform the tests paid for in advance. I'm extremely disappointed in their lack of concern and cnnot, in good faith recommend them now as I have in the past. Louise R.

Do not trust this screening! Within a month or two of getting this screening myself, I was examined by an actual medical professional, who discovered I have FOUR blockages needing stents. Imagine if I trusted this screening! The only thing worse than a false positive is the opposite -- I had a serious heart problem that this screening did not disclose. Also, once I was in their system they harassed me for YEARS to get more screenings/test, even after I asked to be taken off their mailing list.

I scheduled an appointment based on email received quoting price of 139.00 if scheculed by ll:59 p.m. on November 25, 2022. I scheduled shortly after 5:00 p.m. that day 11/25/2022. However, my credit card has been charged 151.00 and it is impossible to reach anybody to get it corrected! I have waited on the phone for an hour and all I hear is music. I think it is just a ruse and they do not intend to answer. I will contact my credit card company today - I have copy of email printed as well as my receipt that I can submit to the credit card company.

Don't waste your money on this. Had all test done in June 2022 in Trussville Al and I still have not received any results of these tests. Phone call didn't do any good, instead of answering why I haven't received anything, they tried to get money from me to set up another testing at a later date.

Life Line Screening LifeLine does not send results in the mail in a timely manner

LifeLine does not send results in the mail in a timely manner. These screening results were already paid for in advance. LifeLine promises results within 7-10 days but it has been 17 days. Calls and emails to LifeLine's own website app promised a response in 72 hours. No response has come. The same with customer service phone calls. Operators promise results will be emailed within 72 hours but nothing ever is emailed. LifeLine refuses to email results because LifeLine has not invested in that appropriate distribution method. It only emails marketing pitches--but not results that were paid for. LifeLine is all about aggressive marketing and does not seem to care about customer service. Their hard working customer service operators are told different things about providing results than what customers are told in emails and junk mailed promotions. I used LifeLine for the past 7 years but will not longer use them. I had to chase results for 5 weeks a few years ago. I am 17 days into this chase and refuse to be abused again by LifeLine. I will have the tests i want done locally from now on via legitimate screening services in my area. I do not need to receive junk mail and daily emails from LifeLine with fear mongering promotions while i still wait to see my screening results which LifeLine refuses to send. Local, state and Federal Regulators should not allow LifeLine to do business the way it has--not without expensive performance bonds, plus fines for failure to deliver deliver screening results as promised.

Life Line Screening Well I went to the screening given in our area in January

Well I went to the screening given in our area in January . I was scheduled to have the initial screenings package that they always offer. When I showed up I found out they have several other screenings you can purchase on-site, and a couple of them were ones that I really wanted to have done. So I paid for them there. My initial package was already paid for when I made the appt. So of the 3 extra tests I chose, 2 were blood tests. The 3rd was a kit that I had to take home and submit by mail. They took the blood samples and gave me the kit. I immediately used the kit and sent off the fecal sample. Well after a long time waiting for test results, some finally arrived. After analyzing them I realized that the results were only for the initial screenings. I called them after a couple more weeks, and they told me the results were mailed of just recently and I should get them soon. A couple more weeks went by and I proceeded to call them 3 more times and each time I got a different answer and apparently (I think) they lost the results of the blood tests. But they wont admit it. Now ofcourse, with the Pandemic going on I cant get anyone to do anything...every time you call u have to wait at least 30 minutes to even get thru to an actual person. The last time I called I asked for a supervisor...and ofcourse there isnt one because these people are working from home. Judging by the NUMEROUS complaints I see on here, this is no surprise. I will be informing everyone I know not to deal with this dishonest company.

Life Line Screening I am furious!

I am furious! I had an appointment today in [location redacted]. My appointment was at 9:15. I was called the day before and told that if I answered all of the screening questions online ahead of my appointment it would save me 15 minutes. So, I did that and showed up at my appointment at 9:15. The girl at the desk told me to sit down and wait which I did. By the time she called me to the desk apparently it was 9:34. She told me that there is a 15 minute "grace period" and I was MORE than 15 minutes late so my appointment has been canceled. Funny thing is that I was actually there at 9:30! Also, why call people and tell them if they fill everything out online it will save them 15 minutes? Obviously, they would NOT have seen me at exactly 9:15 if I still needed to fill out the forms. Not to mention there is a huge sign that says "WALK-INS WELCOME!". Does this make any sense? I have never been treated so rudely by anyone in my life! This happened at 9:30 AB 8/16 at the [location redacted]. I'm sure Life Screening can easily figure out who was working the front table that day. I am just in shock to be treated this way. I have requested a full refund AFTER WAITING ON HOLD FOR 30 MINUTES. I took an entire day off of work to have this screening done. I would rather have a heart attack than give this company one red penny of my hard earned money. I have a large staff of my own. If any single one of my employees treated a customer the way I was treated today they would be fired on the spot. Good Riddance.

Life Line Screening I had been using Lifeline Screening for 10 years enjoying the convenience of maintaining my health checkups after carotid artery surgery in 2009

I had been using Lifeline Screening for 10 years enjoying the convenience of maintaining my health checkups after carotid artery surgery in 2009 at an affordable price. Even though I couldn't get reimbursed from my health insurance, the convenience and pricing made it a better choice. There are no words, however to describe the now extremely poor value for the price, the deterioration in their levels of service compared to what they used to provide, and their treatment of their patrons, very much like herding cattle. They have changed their 6-for-life screening to things you can do yourself, like measure your middle section and check your height and weight. It is RIDICULOUS to EVER go there again. I had paid for what I thought was the 6 for life assessment I had received for years. No one told me they eliminated any of the assessments that had actual value. I had additionally paid to have my thyroid checked, after waiting 3 weeks after the 6 week delivery of the results they told me to expect, I went on their website to ask why I hadn't received it. Two weeks after that, I received the results which simply said "normal". In other words, it wasn't a comprehensive test. Second, two weeks after (now 6 weeks after I was told to expect the results, I received an email response to my inquiry with the answer to why it was so late: "delayed" was their only response. Okay, big DUH. This speaks of their total lack of professionalism. I would be willing to bet that this company has changed leadership in the last few years. It is clear they are now ONLY concerned about ONE THING and ONE THING ONLY...PROFIT. Save your money. Call a professional.

Life Line Screening Very disappointed

Very disappointed. This company fails to honor their own refund policy as stated in their printed literature mailouts - at least 2 days prior to appointment. Due to the coronavirus situation my husband and I called on 3/18 to cancel our 3/25 appointments that were fully paid via credit card 2/26. I was transferred to Wellness Gold Member area to reiterate my cancellation request only to have to leave a voice message requesting the cancellation and a confirmation call back which was not received. On 3/19 I called to follow-up on the cancellation request. The cancellation was done but we were told that a gift card for future screenings will be issued. I referred to the mailouts received stating the cancellation timeframe of 2 days prior to appointment was met qualifying me for a full refund. I was told that effective 3/19 due to the coronavirus refunds would not be honored and only gift cards for future screenings would be issued. I requested to speak to a supervisor to discuss the refund policy. I was told an email was sent to the supervisor for a call back. I agreed to wait until 3/27 for a call back and if none received I would call back 3/30. No supervisory call was received so I called 3/30 and was told refunds were not available to Wellness Gold Members as stated in the packets (I was previously told no refunds due to the coronavirus). To date no packets have been received nor could they say when they were mailed out. My husband and I were not told during the initial purchase that the refund criteria is different for Gold vs Regular members. Again I requested a Supervisor call back - we simply want a full refund since we met the cancellation timeframes.

Sometime in August , my wife and I each received a letter from our long-term-care insurance company; saying that as a benefit of our insurance, we could get health screening (like ultra-sound screening of our Carotid artery) for free from a company named “Life Line Screening". We contacted the company and appointments were set up for both my wife and I on September 14. On September 13 (one day before the appointment), someone from the Life Line Screening called and told us that both appointments were canceled because of shortage of staff. New appointments were set up for my wife and I on October 26. On October 25 (one day before the next appointment), someone from the Life Line Screening called again and repeated the same thing that both appointments were canceled because of shortage of staff. They wanted to reschedule new appointments for my wife and I again. This company is obviously a poorly-run, for-profit-only company. When they called the second time to cancel our appointments, they did not know that they canceled our appointments previously. They asked us to provide all the private health information for both my wife and I on their website. This company apparently do not have a fixed location for their business. Each appointment is at a different location. By this time, I lost confidence of this company. I told them to forget about the whole thing and I am going to report this experience to organizations like ComplaintsBoard.com. This apparently caught their attention. They called later and left a message; saying that our appointments are back on October 26. There is a saying that “fool me once, shame on you; fool me twice, shame on me". I simply cannot trust a company like Life Line Screening.

I sent this to Life Line Screening, and got this reply from my email server Mon, Nov 14 at 1:20 PM Delivery has failed The recipient's mailbox is full and can't accept messages now. Please try resending your message later, or contact the recipient directly. Sent: Monday, November 14, 2022 at 01:20:29 PM CST Subject: Life Line Screening I signed up and paid for Life Line Screening on 10/12,2022 for $171.00. Since then I have received phone calls, mailings, and e-mails reminding me of my appointment time and day. They set the time for the appointment for 10:45 AM on Nov. 12, 2022. I was told several times that it would take about an hour for the tests to be done, I totally trusted them. My son drove me to the appointment, as we had an early snow storm, and at almost 79 years old, I don't drive much. I arrived a few minutes early, and signed in. A sign outside said "walk-ins welcomed". After an hour of waiting, and all the while, others who came in later were taken into the stations to get tested. I decided to leave, as they weren't honoring my appointment which they had set up. I called my son, who was waiting for me outside, and said I was walking out. Someone must have over heard my phone call. Just as I was walking toward the exit, a nurse took hold of my arm, and said, "I'm taking you in now. I told her I was leaving as I had been assured that it would take an hour, and it was already one hour past my appointment time. I don't question the validity of the tests, but there's no excuse to treat people that way! $171.00 is a lot for people existing on SSI, and them showing blatant disregard for people who are old and probably already have physical problems. I should be refunded the full amount of $171.00, since they didn't honor their agreement.

Life Line Screening I signed up with this company only because the ComplaintsBoard.com rating was A+, but I have found that this company is so shady

I signed up with this company only because the ComplaintsBoard.com rating was A+, but I have found that this company is so shady. “Cancel anytime" they said , but once I tried to cancel after realizing I had been taken. They come at you with “well you still owe $149.00. They are super fast talkers make it all sound good at the onset, but they leave all this crap out. Just to get you to go for their super “wellness gold “ which is tons more money, and once you start totaling up the payments you see that it is just not worth it. All I'm saying really is make sure you know what your getting into cause I sure didn't and now I'm stuck with paying another 300$ or so @ 19.95 each month FOREVER. Now I am obligated to pay until December not including the $159.00 I already paid ! Don't be a sucker like I was ! Just because it A+ rated doesn't mean that they are a honest company. It's a big scam, and you will see that if you read further into the reviews from the public ! They are only getting 1.00 star because you have to leave them at least one star to write the review. So you can see that many of the Clients say “Lifeline Screening is a deceptive business and would actually would give it 0 stars if possible . When I called they talked me into this membership for $39.95, at no point did they indicate there would be a charge every month of $19.99 and they said I could cancel the membership at any time. When I was charged the $19.99 I looked credit card, and found out I called to cancel thinking I would pay the $19,99 I was charged and be done. I cancelled the membership I am out nearly $260 plus the fees for the procedure. I wouldn't do business with this company ever again and would recommend if you ask about the cancellation. All I can say is, “ Buyer Beware of this Company."

Life Line Screening Life Line Screening does a mass promotion

Life Line Screening does a mass promotion. They send out the mailers, schedule appointments, and then they will cancel you one day prior. They say they take walk-ins, and I'm sure they do, but for those who send money, you will be put to the back of the line! I had an appointment for 10:30 am on September 8, and it is now 9:55 am, so it is 30 minutes prior to my so-called scheduled appointment. I showed up at 9:30 am. What happened was that on September 6, I received a phone call reminding me of my appointment. I talked with the caller for several minutes. She gave me all the information I needed, and I told her I would be at the appointment. She asked me if I wanted to pay more money prior to the appointment and acknowledged that I had previously paid $100. I said I would prefer to pay the balance after my appointment. She said that was okay. So then on September 7 at 4 pm, I received a text stating that my appointment had been changed to October 7. I called to ask why and was told, "I don't know." I asked about getting my money refunded and was told they can do that, but it will take 5 to 11 days to credit me. I asked why is it that they can change my appointment overnight, but it takes them up to 11 days to give me my own money back, and again I was told, "I don't know." I thought I was talking to a very professional 8-year-old. For those questioning this service, I'll give you the same reply, "I don't know." Additionally, I asked the person at the table since I did drive to where my visit was supposed to be. I asked why my visit was changed. "I don't know" was the reply. Then a guy who was doing the tests came out and tried to tell me what had happened. They had canceled 20 appointments yesterday, to which I replied, you obviously overbook appointments on purpose, and he says no, we don't. I asked him not to argue over the obvious. The woman looked me up in the computer, and it did show me, but she says there was no info showing I was in the schedule and nothing showing I had paid anything. Well, I did pay $100, and I can find that payment on my credit card statement if need be. These people are not complete scammers, but their business practices are immoral. I made work arrangements, and this change in plan by Life Line Screening has cost me money. Replacing asterisks with appropriate text: Life Line Screening does a mass promotion. They send out the mailers, schedule appointments, and then they will cancel you one day prior. They say they take walk-ins, and I'm sure they do, but for those who send money, you will be put to the back of the line! Their lack of transparency and disregard for customers' time and money is unacceptable. I strongly advise anyone considering their services to read through numerous complaints and be wary of the dismissive responses from supposed satisfied customers, as these may very well be written by Life Line Screening staff members.

Life Line Screening This would've been my 4th time using Life Line Screening

This would've been my 4th time using Life Line Screening. I made my appointment on February 24 for my fiancee and myself for May 18. I explained due to her medical condition we needed to be scheduled together (appointments 10 mins apart)...no problem scheduled for 9:20 AM and 9:30 AM. Fast forward to today (May 17) as I attempted to pre-register online...received the following message: “This link has expired because it appears that your appointment is today, or the date has passed. It also expires if your appointment has been cancelled, but you would have received other communication about a cancellation. If you have questions, please contact Customer Service at the number listed above." At 10:20 AM I contacted the number and spoke to a representative who informed me that my appointment was cancelled and that the appointment time (9:20 AM) was given to someone else. I asked as to why the appointment was cancelled and given to someone else? The representative said, “There is no reason given". I explained that I had received no notification of any cancellation...through e-mail...phone call... text...or through the Postal System. The only notification I did receive was an Appointment Reminder Card again confirming my May 18 appointment at 9:20 AM. The representative said she would contact her "supervisor" who would attempt to figure things out and find a solution. She went on to say that I should be hearing from a "supervisor" within the hour. At 12:20 PM after receiving no contact from anyone at Life Line Screening, I again contacted a representative. Once again I explained the situation that my appointment was cancelled without any notification or contact...as well as explaining the medical need for fiancee and I to be scheduled together...plus the morning time was an important medical consideration for her regarding the need to fast. The representative was understanding and read the notes from my prior conversation at 10:20 AM. She forwarded the information on to her "supervisor" at 12:29 PM...and that I would receive a call back "today" about how the situation can be resolved. It is now 4:26 PM...I don't expect to hear anything...been here before with Life Line Screening's lack of communication. Life Line Screening's cancelling my appointment...giving it to someone else...then providing no notification...no communication or any information about the cancellation…. as well as no assistance or any attempt in rescheduling options, shows a great ineptness and lack of professionalism. The only reason I knew of this problem is because I could not pre-register and I contacted Life Line Screening. If I did not contact them I would've have shown up at tomorrow's appointment and been informed "I am sorry but your appointment has been cancelled." I have been a strong supporter of Life Line Screening but no longer...this is not the first time that I have been on the other end of Life Line Screening's unprofessionalism...lack of contact...and overall inconsideration. As I said...this is not my first time...but it will be my LAST.

Life Line Screening Life Line Screening refund 3/5 Paid for a screening for husband to be on [protected] Payment taken from my debit card at ***

Life Line Screening refund 3/5 Paid for a screening for husband to be on [protected] Payment taken from my debit card at *** March Life Line called me to cancel the appointment due to Covid—will reschedule later 6/16 Called to get refund due to my husband being on Medicare now, talked to Miranda. Was told I could not get a refund. I pointed out that the paperwork said I could get a refund if I canceled more than 3 days ahead and Life Line canceled the original and the next appointment had not been made. Miranda said no refunds. I asked to speak to someone up the chain and she put me on hold. She came back and said that I could have a refund. She asked if I wanted to put it back on the debit card and I told her yes, but that I had a new debit card and would she like the info. Miranda said no, that it would go right back on the card as long as account number had not changed. It did not occur to me that *** had been been taken over by *** since my payment, but the account number on my checks had not changed. 7/1 Called again when money not put in my account. Miranda said it was deposited on 6/22 but it was not showing on my account. I went to *** and had them check on it. The bank said that since it had taken over *** they had added the digits 19000 in front of my account number, so that refund would not happen. It should return to Life Line. Called Life Line and talked to Renee, gave her this info and the correct routing and account number, and she promised to send an email to customer service and to give them a day or two to reply. They did not call. 7/12 Talked to Miranda and said money had not been refunded. She said they deposited it on 6/22 and I told her that we had already discussed this and that they had promised to do it again. Miranda said all she could do was send a request again to refund to debit. I told her that was not acceptable. She put me on hold and came back telling me that they would send a check instead. 7-10 day waiting period 7/31 Still no refund check after 18 days . Called and talked to Jane, she took my info and said they would call back. They did not call. 8/4 Still no call so I called and talked to Iva. She said that they had already refunded my money on 6/16 to my bank account. I told her that no they had not and that a check was supposed to be sent. Iva then told me that a check had been mailed on 7/14 from Canton Ohio. And she would not give me a check number. I then asked to speak to someone who could help me and I was placed on hold for 10 minutes and then disconnected. 8/4 Called again and talked to Rita. She said I would have to wait to get a call from Customer service. I told her no because they had told me that before on 7/1 and 7/12 and they did not call. Rita talked to a supervisor and came back to tell me I would have to wait 6-8 weeks for the check to come. I insisted on speaking to a supervisor and Rita said no. After telling her that I should be allowed a 5 minute call from a supervisor since I have spent hours on the phone and writing notes waiting on a refund. I finally was allowed to speak to a supervisor and did not catch her name. She reiterated that the check would take 6-8 weeks and I told her that she was going to hear all of my notes so she would understand why I am frustrated. She apologized for customer service not calling back and repeated the 6-8 weeks. I told her she should do a better job of training her people.
