So my old fence was like super old, like twenty years old
So my old fence was like super old, like twenty years old. And I was like, "Dude, this fence needs to get out of here". My bro recommended Lifescaping Fence 'cause he got his fence done by them. And lemme tell ya, his fence is pretty awesome. So I just went ahead with them 'cause of my brother's project. And the rep guy, he was cool, helped me out with any questions I had. And I'm pretty busy, so they worked with my crazy schedule, which was a relief. And tbh, the pricing was like pretty fair, y'know? Overall, I'm pretty stoked with my new fence from Lifescaping.
Had my fence replaced by these dudes at Lifescaping
Had my fence replaced by these dudes at Lifescaping. Found them through HomeDepot and they came out in only 2 days with a promise of estimate. They gave me the scoop on what could be done and how much it would cost. I was down to move forward, so they got right to it and finished in 2 days. The work they did is top-notch, no one else could compare. Everything is looking splendid and I'm beyond grateful. I'd definitely pass their name along to peeps I know.
Go somehwere else. Didn't complete job, and won't return calls.
They did a decent job on one side of our yard, the other side (which was supposed to be down our property line, is completely only on my side of the property line) so now my neighbor has more space than I do on one side of our house. I called Lifescaping numerous times since Nov 30, 2020 regarding this. Also when the guys finished the work in Oct I asked them to move the gates down because we had small dogs, they wouldn't do it and said that's how the gates were. Both my neighbor and us had to add additional reinforcements on the bottom of our gates so our small dogs don't get out. I have been calling them every two weeks since Nov 2020 and they keep telling me that they'll get back to me. Luciano was supposed to give me a call back as to when their guys can come back and redo the one side of our fence project and lower the gates (because apparently according to him they can do that). I need this job to be done correctly and not wait another 4 months for someone to maybe get back to be and finally correct the work done at my house.
BUYER BEWARE: I was quoted in January for a fencing project. My wife and I took a home equity loan out to pay for the job. I signed my contract before expiration. They said it expired 30 days after the quote. Nowhere in the literature does it say there is a time period of 30 days. They said they would not honor my contract due to the recent pricing of wood. The person who said I know its not fair but thats reality. His name was ***; very demeaning. Dont bother with this company.
Thes guys are seriously amazing!
Thes guys are seriously amazing! They arrived on time and got to work. Wow, in just a whole seven hours they took down like 250 feet of old fencing and put up a new one. They are really hard workeers and super professionol and skilled at what they do. They used levels for every board they nailed and even accounted for the slope in our yard. It looks so good, some neighbors are even coming over to tell us how awesome it looks! I am so glad we hired them. Totally worth every penny. It's so good, I can't keep my eyes off it. Grateful for these guys, they are the best ever!
Lifescaping Fence did a great job on my fence
Lifescaping Fence did a great job on my fence. Their work was a 10! I had a redwood fence from the old owners that needed removal and replacement. My neighbor had used them before, and their fence looked amazing, so I was envious. When I contacted Lifescaping, they sent someone for an estimate the next day. After I agreed to go forward, they finished the job in just three days. They even cleaned up after themselves, which was awesome since my kids play in the yard. I'm satisfied and would recommend them to others.
We made our yard bigger and needed a new fence
We made our yard bigger and needed a new fence. We went with Lifescaping and really liked the work at first. But after the gate started leaning, we tried to get a warranty fix, and they were down to do it, but the turnaround time took too long and they were going to switch it up and charge us! Many calls later, they finally came out to fix it, but since the gate had been leaning for so long, the post got wobbly and now it's crooked. Instead of making it right without charging us, they're trying to get more money out of us. We were cool about it, but Lifescaping wasn't. Watch out if you thinkin' bout workin' with these folks.
I dunno why so many people complain about Lifescaping Fence
I dunno why so many people complain about Lifescaping Fence... My bud referred me to them and they came over just a few days after I called to discuss the job. *** did the estimate and he was really easy to talk to and acted like a real pro. They said they'd get the fence in by Easter and they did, right on time. We had a big Easter bash and everybody loved our new fence. The quality and care they put into their work is really impressive. I totally recommend these guys for all your fence needs. Thanks again!
this fence company is total trash!
this fence company is total trash! seriously dont use them! one year ago my neighbors had them fix stuff from when there was some wind and the fence went down and they fixed his side but left my side with cracks and stuff. i didn't even know they were coming to my property and they used my power from my house which is like lame and left nails all over my yard. like seriously! also sharp wood pieces and GREASE from my brand new grill that they moved without asking! and they never called me back after i complained to them about it all. they also never fixed the broken pieces they did and left nails sticking out all over the place. they are so unprofessional and dont even care about their customers. i had to clean it all up myself! dont waste your time or money with lifescaping fence!

They only did half the job!
They only did half the job!My project was supposed to take place in August in conjunction with my back neighbors', but they called me last Tuesday at 5:05pm and left a voicemail saying their crews would show up tomorrow between ***am, and to call back if that was a problem. I called back at 5:10pm and they were closed, I had to leave a voicemail. At 7:15 the next morning a crew showed up, ringing the doorbell repeatedly, banging on the door, and repeatedly calling my cell phone - waking the entire house including my toddler. I told them to go ahead with it since they were already there. When I got a call from the office at 8:30am she said she'd thought she could catch my voicemail in the morning before the crew arrived. The crew installed some fence on one side of my yard, which was 50% of the contract. The fence/gate looks okay but they played very loud music during installation and then left trash behind, ripped up grass, moved unrelated items around my yard (from 50 feet away), and left my garage door open when they mysteriously disappeared. They didn't check in with me to get any sort of signature or approval, just silently left. Without doing the old fence removal on the other side of the yard, a task clearly spelled out in our contract. I called multiple times a day starting Wednesday afternoon (so Wednesday, Thursday, Friday) and got a runaround every time saying they couldn't get in touch with the one guy who would know anything about it. Meanwhile, first thing Thursday morning they charged my credit card for the full amount of an INCOMPLETE CONTRACT. I'm disputing that charge with my card company. It's 11am on Monday and they currently have an old after-hours message recording on their phone, so they're completely unable to be reached. Definitely avoid this company at all costs!

Lifescaping Fence?
Lifescaping Fence? Not happy with them! My fence got installed but they busted my gas line and an outdoor lamp. Plus the door got put in the wrong way round. Ugh. They're saying it's the gas company's fault, but why'd they call them in the first place? Not a cool move. The people in the office were total jerks, only one gal was kinda chill but even she didn't wanna step up for the gas line. Didn't finish the job and they won't even talk it out with me. Also, the door is hella wonky. Been waiting on the phone for 2 months. Stay away!

I made a contract with Lifescaping Fence in February and they started working on it after 2 weeks
I made a contract with Lifescaping Fence in February and they started working on it after 2 weeks. But then they didn't communicate with me about when they would complete the project, even though I signed 3 separate contracts. Finally, they finished the work, but there were many issues like loose nails, gaps under the fence, and differences in height where two different crews did the work. They tried to blame it on the terrain, but they did say they would come and fix it. I contacted them on March 15, and now it's August 21, and they haven't contacted me back at all. The manager they sent was very unprofessional and gave me a date to fix it, but they didn't contact me after that date passed. I got a DM on Yelp offering to compensate me, but they didn't respond when I replied. In conclusion, they were super unprofessional.

Lifescaping put up a fence at my crib on 9/13
Lifescaping put up a fence at my crib on 9/13. The job was done by 9/14, when I returned from grind time, the crew was almost done. One thing I noticed right away was that a big piece of my newly poured concrete was missing. I told one of the workers, don't remember his name but it might have been ***, and he didn't seem to give a crap. I tried to get the repairs team to fix things, including the busted up concrete, but they only did most of it right. When I hit up the fix-up coordinator by email, she told me, "We ain't doing anything with the concrete, we're only here for the fence." Super reckless move, cuz they messed up my concrete that I already paid for.

Lifescaping took 2 weeks to finish a job that was meant to be done in just one day, and even then, it's still not done. They keep on postponing it - 4 times, to be exact. They don't even bother tellin' ya if they won't be showin' up durin' the day they said they would. When they finally came in the evenin', they were an hour late, and they said it's your fault they didn't show up earlier even though they missed their own schedule. They won't give ya a definite date for completion, and they're takin' forever to get it done. Here's what they still need to do: -Take out the old chain link fence and concrete -Properly fix the damages in the concrete -Put the right hinges on the doors -Put bars on both sides of the double doors and drill holes to hold them open -Fill in the huge gaps in the fence at the bottom and side closest to my house -They even refused to install the locks I provided even though they agreed to it before!

Got a fence installed at our little league field by Lifescaping and ran into some issues
Got a fence installed at our little league field by Lifescaping and ran into some issues. We've been reaching out to them, but they ain't gettin' back to us which is puttin' us in a bit of a bind. The chain link fabric appears to be installed upside down compared to the rest of the fence, and the sharp part is stickin' up over an inch in spots. Ain't safe for the kids playin' ball. Also, we got a minor issue with the gates. And we think there might be a broken pipe, but we know you said it ain't your responsibility. But it woulda been nice to know if ya did break it so we could sort it out. Hopin' to reach a solution with Lifescaping soon.

Lifescaping come to build fence on 5/11 because storm knock over old one
Lifescaping come to build fence on 5/11 because storm knock over old one. They finish same day. When I look at fence later, I see it built on top of new stump. They cut out board to go on top/around stump. Tree grow fast and damage fence later. Also, stump on neighbor side and no ask or tell about it. I call/send email with pictures to Lifescaping but no one come out or reach out. Neighbor no pay until someone come out. Still waiting.

Lifescaping did a fence project but they bungled it up bad
Lifescaping did a fence project but they bungled it up bad. They hit a water pipe and broke it, losing my water for a whole day. I even had to miss work as a result. When I asked them to fix it, they said they weren't responsible for it since it wasn't a sprinkler line, despite the fact that it gave hot water to my hot tub. The people I talked to on the phone, *** and ***, were totally rude and unprofessional, and they wouldn't even admit that their own employee did something wrong. When I threatened to complain to the contractors licensing board, ***, said they wouldn't finish the fence! And they wouldn't even tell me who was on site that day, which is totally against the law. So now I'm stuck hiring a plumber to fix the damage Lifescaping caused. These guys are no good, and I advise you to go elsewhere for your fence needs.

Lifescaping was supposed to build our fence in April
Lifescaping was supposed to build our fence in April . But they kept changing the dates because they didn't have enough materials. It was tough to get them to schedule anything. They promised 10% off for our trouble, but now they say they can't find that agreement. Finally, we got the main fence built on the 15th (after some arguing about the date). However, they didn't do the post-replacement for one side because it wouldn't work, so they agreed to knock that price off. But the fence they did build has gaps and boards that look like a dog's been chewing on them. Plus, they got stain everywhere, including on our neighbor's stuff. We complained the day it happened, but they ignored us for months. It took a long time to even get anyone to talk to us about repairing the damage. Finally, they promised to come on December 3rd, then changed it to January 20th, but they never showed up for either appointment. Now they're asking us to pay them even though they haven't finished the job. We've been dealing with this nonsense since July and we're about ready to fix it ourselves and take the money we have to spend out of what we owe them. Can anyone help? We have lots more details if you need them.

I hired lifescaping through Home Depot to install a perimeter fence
I hired lifescaping through Home Depot to install a perimeter fence. I had to pay up front, per home depot. And they came and started the job yesterday. And put the fence boards on the neighbor's side of the fence so I am now looking at the back side of the fence. The fence that I ALONE paid for. No neighbors pitched in. I told them that this was wrong and now they won't come back. I ALREADY PAID and they left all their materials here, left the posts installed with DRY concrete. It is supposed to rain this weekend. They aren't giving me any response other than making me pay extra for their mistake.

LifeScaping installed a gate on the east side of my property
LifeScaping installed a gate on the east side of my property. The gate is not, and has never been, installed correctly. The gate cannot be opened or closed without using a great deal of force. The gate is literally jammed in place when closed and is extremely difficult to open. LifeScaping has sent people to "repair" the gate on at least four occasions. These repairs do not work as the gate was not properly installed. The existing latch was damaged by a previous repair attempt. The post is obviously improperly positioned for the gate to swing correctly. In summary, the existing gate, post, and latch assembly is faulty.

This company never calls back when they say they are
This company never calls back when they say they are. They don't show up when they say they are an don't have the courtesy to tell you that they are not coming. They put a fence on January the 13th. I called them 2 days later letting them know of the problem. They left a gap in the gate. I called them an they asked me to send a picture of the problem an that they would get back with me on when it could be taken care of. Well we are now in March an it has yet to be fixed. They were scheduled to be out on Friday the 7th between 12 an 2. I took my Husband over to stay because I needed to pick up my granddaughter @ 2. They did not call to tell me that they were not coming. I had to call them. This was around 2:45 or later. I asked if they could come out on Saturday an get it done first thing they said no. I'm sure that this date an time was made up because I told them that I was calling you an turning this over to channel 13. Ok I told myself this gives them all weekend to find a day. Said by Monday they would have a new date an time well they didn't an I had to call them back. I called them an they could not give me a day because everyone was busy or in a meeting. They can't call me back because they don't know when the meeting will end. So I told them that I wanted a call today at 8:30 with a date an time. I had to call them at 9:00 a.m. An was given the same excuse, boss in meeting next higher up in meeting don't know when it will be over. Asked if they could call at lunch break. Don't know when that will be. They have one excuse after excuse.
