my session [protected] chapin baptist church directory
I was never so disappointed when my pictures came today. WHY did you make them in the landscape format for the 5 X 7 pictures? My pictures were to be added to a double frame with my deceased husband for my children. Now that is impossible. I have never had pictures made that were in a landscape format. Now what do I do? Now I would have to pay another $100 to get the 4 5x7 pictures in the correct format. What a disappointment. I feel I was taken advantage of and you were making a church directory for my church. Even the 4 3x5 and the 8x10 have more background showing than the usual size of me as they are all in the landscape format. I feel I wasted all that money for nothing.

On Friday December 8th 2017 lifetouch came to my daughters school to take there teams basketball pictures they supposedly ran out of ordering forms so my daughter didn't get a form they told her just to have her parents call that's a little unorganized if you know your going to a school to take pictures take enough stuff with you if you want the parents to order from your company so I had to spend time calling other parents to see what kids got packets so I could get a website and picture I'd number to get online and order my daughters pictures.they could have gave packets out prior to picture day or been more prepared this was a mess a lot of parents were very upset with how unorganized this company was.

I am very disappointed on how the Lifetouch Surpevisor can be so careless with NEW clients. will never ever buy any school picture portraits with them very unprofessional customer service rep and supervisor. so I have two daughters and they started kindergarten this year 2017-18, they both were so happy on getting school picture taken and they did on 10/3/2017, I'd actually had sent personal checks to pay the picture packets, well they both got their picture taken and already have them the problem continues with Lifetouch, I had called them on 10/19 to let them know that on 10/14 I had paid with my debit card the picture packet and that I needed them to stop trying to cash my checks well the "Supervisor" said, i'm sorry I can't do nothing now until the checks get run "three times" I was like, ok but I while "you " guys try to run those three times "my checks" who's going to be paying the overdraw fees? she did not answer and said well after that happens we'll be calling you to let you know about those checks and see what they can do! I was like- well I do understand that but if I'm calling you to let you know I already paid same packets with my debit card and you are telling me that I have to wait until "you guys" get my bank account in negative you'll be stopping? what the hell! I got so pissed off, not only that I just spoke with one of my bank's rep and they said they tried 4 times already, this guys trying to ripped off people!
if someone is calling to tell you in good manners to stop trying to run the checks I sent for the picture packets because I already paid for them and they're telling you they can't do nothing about it until they try 3 or 4 times plus they are going to look into refund you $120.00 of feeds because of it!? that is just messed up!
WILL NEVER BUY FROM THEM, NOW I KNOW WHY FRIENDS DID SAY TO BE CAREFULL ON DOING CHECKS WITH THEM.

While it is technically your error that you sent checks and paid with a debit card, it is very strange that they need to run the checks three times. Have you tried putting a stop payment on the checks? That usually results in a fee, but it would only be one versus several.

I am very dissatisfied with your customer service. I just ordered pictures on Monday and now they are offering free shipping I have 2 students at different schools so I'm getting charged 2 shipping fees call today and they say we can't do anything. I never complain but every time I order from you guys there is a wrong order 1 year I got the complete wrong kids picture wasn't my child they gave me wrong package another year. You want us to buy the pictures but you don't treat the customers right! Horrible customer service I will not purchase anymore which is a shame because we as parents should be able to order our kids pictures😣😣😡😡

I called Life Touch due to having questions regarding my child photos as I noticed there were some missing so I wanted to call to follow up maybe I missed something or misunderstood what came in the package. A lady answered as if she was at home, Hello? no intro no identifying herself. I asked was this Life Touch she says yes.. I give her my information and she wants to know who placed the order, how etc. I give her the info every time she was ask me a question she would cut me off. I would attempt to explain my concern she would speak over me as if she was so anxious to get what she had to say out while lead to more frustration on my end b/c she wasn't listening to me. I asked to be transferred to someone else due to her not listening and talking over me. I told her I did not like her tone and she was very rude. she hung up on me. I called back got an Indian speaking woman (thought it would be different WRONG! she was the exact same) way she did not identify herself I asked her name she refused to tell me her name. She asked me what did I want.. I asked for the name again and she hung up on me. I called again and now Megan answered who happen to be the first rep I spoke with. After I told her about her self and the dissatisfaction of her services I hung up on her. I never got anything accomplished with those two and phoned in on Monday and was able to get a resolution. But later found out the Indian speaking woman was a supervisor. GO Figure.. Guess the staff is just following the lead. TERRIBLE! FYI

Every single year Lifetouch looses at least one or more of one of my children’s school pictures. This year I chose to do the HD digital photos in hopes that wouldn’t happen. I was wrong. I have spoke to 4 different people this week trying to find my daughters pictures. And still don’t have them ! Horrible business and customer service! It would be nice to be able to get someone on the phone who speaks proper English and can understand me I had to ask to be transferred because I couldn’t understand the person ..
school photo charged/ refund unfulfilled following pic not being taken
Incident: Friday, April 21, 2017.
Ordered and payed online a $12-pic. My son did attend school that day, but for some reason, he didn't have his photo taken.
Whatever the reason, I turned to the company's website to ask for a refund. Completed the online form for "Returns and Refunds". No answer. Sent email expressing desire for refund. No answer.
At this point, it is not so much about the money as about having the company show some sign of decency and explain why pic wasn't taken in first place or why request for refund wasn't fulfilled.

graduation photos look poorly taken
I received my graduation photos in the mail this week and the photos looked WAY clearer online then they do in person. The pictures look poorly taken. They look blurry as if the pictures were taken out of focus. These are my graduation pictures and I was really hoping for them to be nice and presentable. I've had problems before with Lifetouch, they've lost my high school photos. My regular school picture day pictures look way better then my graduation pictures.

I am very unhappy with Lifetouch pictures I called to see if they had I'll make up day for pictures they told me know that for spring pictures it would take too long only for winter pictures they do it which that is a lie because last year I called to see if they had a makeup day for the winter pictures and I was told no so my kids were unable to take pictures this year for spring pictures which is 2017 I called to see if they were able to take the pictures and if you could order them a later time they don't do that also I also called to see if they could be photographed together since they were in the same school I was also told me know that they were unable to do that very unsatisfied with the company they can't do nothing but they want to charge you an arm and a leg for pictures then when my kids did take the pictures my daughter's hair was all messed up they didn't even try to tell her to fix it or not and just took the picture very unsatisfied for as much as they charge for the pictures they need to care more about what the kids look like when they do take the pictures or try to help out with the parents with at least letting them take the picture and if you want to order them a later date you have a certain day amount of time to order pictures which they don't even do that very unsatisfied will not even let my kids take pictures anymore rather go to JCPenney Portraits or somewhere else to take pictures very unsatisfied from 1 to 10 I give a zero.

Fraud. That is the best word to describe this company. I purchased the cd of my toddlers preschool photos, they told me via chat that the resolution would "certainly" allow for 11x14 prints... Nope can not even print an 8x10
Seriously!. I tried to do another chat but it is not "available" and there is no contact info. I sent an email over a week ago and no response. Regardless of what theor solution would be they should have emailed me.
Do not purchase from this company. Go to a portrait studio.
Low resoltion photos that I paid $60 for three poses and can not even use them! I will next file a complaint with my form of payment. I am think about also turning this over to our lawyer as petty as it may seem, this is not good practice and is a scam.
can't order additional photos
May 22, 2017 I went online and paid for my granddaughter's school picture package to help her out. My daughter mentioned that she wanted to order more 8x10s. I went under "guest" using the Picture ID Day number I wrote down before leaving this morning and was able to pay for her pictures but there was no way to add the 8x10s that I wanted. So, I went under chat and explained that I didn't have the access code (because the envelope was home) and all I wanted to do was order a couple more pictures. They asked me if I wanted the access code and I replied "sure". A form appeared where I had to put my name, address, phone number, relationship to the student, email address, what color underwear I was wearing (ok, that was joke) and THEN a question appears. Are you the student's legal guardian? I answered no. Oh sorry, we can't give out the access code due to security reasons. So now they have all my personal information already collected and now they are security conscious? I wasn't even asking to see the pictures, I just wanted to order 2 more 8x10s. What kind of business practice is this? I am ### that they deceived me into giving all this personal information. Of course I kept hitting the print button to get a copy of the chat and it wouldn't print. I want others to know how sleezy Lifetouch Photography is so that they don't give out their personal information for absolutely nothing. I'm sure I will get bombarded by all types of idiots now because they will probably sell my information to all sorts of lists.

Privileged Students. I guess Spring Pictures are for privileged student who's parents have 90 to 140 dollars to shell out immediately. Normally when a company goes to a school and not take every child's picture? Lifetouch went to my children's school yesterday March 7 2017, at Erwin Elementary. They only took pictures of students who had prepaid. They did not give an opportunity for parents to purchase these pictures online later. I scrambled to get 90 dollars together to get the pictures taken and got it done the morning of the pictures while they were still at the school and they STILL DID NOT TAKE MY KIDS PICTURES! How is this even possible? Do they not keep up with their online orders? In any course wouldn't it be good business to take ever child's pictures seeing as it is tax time and maybe the only time a parent could afford to go back and order their pictures later. I feel completely discriminated against because we are not upper middle class parents with money to shell out every time they send fliers home. How do you exclude children? How do you even bother going to a school if you don't intend to be fair and provide services to all student and give parents a chance to buy their child's pictures. Out of my oldest child's class 4 were able to go have their picture taken. What is the point of even going to the school? Then when I call and ask about a make up or retake day they offered me a refund and said that they would send me a coupon for JCPENNY what the crap kind of apology is that? Why not avoid this all together and take every child's picture? Very Unhappy mother in South Carolina
The exact same situation happened to my son in Dallas, TX. We did preorder online, but my son didn't know, so the photographer refused to take his picture! Customer service has been no help, only promising to call back in a couple of days.

On September 26th my boys took school pictures. Well only 1 son recieved them so on October 25th i called lifetouch to see why my son had not recieved his. They didn't know why but said they would send them back and they would be expedited and would be here within a week. Here we are November 7th so i call back to lifetouch to see whats going on. A different person says sorry but it takes 3 to 4 weeks and if i would like to re order the pics? I asked to make a complaint and the representative says ok hold on and then hangs up on me!

I purchased a package through my son's school for photos. My son was picture perfect. The photos would have been great had his "patrol belt" not been in the picture. What type of photographer photographs a child wearing a patrol belt. I have no idea why my son wouldn't think to take it off, but I would think the adult should've known better. I guess not. I contacted the company to ask, "if I could return these and do a retake the next time they were at the school"? The response was, "retakes are over, but we look forward to photographing your child in spring". Really?!? Do you think I would actually consider paying you again when I'm not satisfied with a previous purchase. I informed them that I would let this be know and their only response was thank you. I guess they are okay with unsatisfied customers. Depending on how payment was made I will file a dispute. Hopefully I used my card.

I was very disappointed when my daughter came home from school on picture day and told me she wasn't sure if she smiled or if her hair was how she wanted or even if they took more than one picture. She said they rushed her in and out, even tho she was the very first one to get her picture taken that day. Then when we finally received the pictured that I paid my hard earned money for, they were definitely not up to our standards, her smile was awkward and her hair was all over the place. also the pictures were not up right, as in the long way like they usually are every other year. they were positioned the wide way, like sideways. I never usually take the time to complain like this, but i am not happy that they send unprofessional photographers to take what is suppose to be professional school pictures, that mean a lot to the student and parents.
missing order and no resolution effort on their end whatsoever
This is probably the worst customers service I have ever imagined I paid for $60 worth of pictures for my two children and only received them for one of them and they sent an order for with the other child and they only respond to you when they are going to close so you cant call them when they email you I've now replied to the same questions from 4 different people and provided my receipts and everything they asked and now this is my first review that i am compelled to leave because i can't even believe they told me me they lost or can't find the order at 5pm everyday and offer nothing to resolve the problem and i mean nothing but they sure charged my card at the time of the order just fine!

Lifetouch is doing a high school photoshoot at herriman high school. They provided no privacy screens to change into the required outfits. Several kids were told to undress right there in front of everyone, traumatizing several teen girls who said they had to undress in public in front of boys and girls. The pta and the photographer both did nothing and said they could not change in private. Some smart teens walked away but now will not get senior photos. Several discussions later, lifetouch does this at every school shoot - they do not provide privacy changing. I contacted several local school photo shoot companies, they all provide changing tents. Lifetouch is national and cant afford changing tents? It is against the law to ask a minor to change in front of you, and lifetouch encourages it. Sick people sick culture

Our church is having a directory made from this establishment. We are having the most difficult time getting any answers to our questions about our book being made. Every time we call they have rehearsed answers for every question we ask them then when the rough draft of the directory is returned to us there are still several mistakes that any idiot would know is wrong...REALLY I would not recommend this company to anyone. TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE!

My name is adam fluharty and i worked as an asr for olan mills. Aquisition sales rep. I was promoted twice within 4 months, within this timeframe lifetouch bought out olan mills. I was one of the top stl's in our territory sales team leader. I traveled to various locations to help build capable teams. I met every expectation they required and was disrespectfully reduced from 12 dollars per hour to zero dollars per hour. In addition to that i lost vac, hol pay ect. I worked for 4 other companies in portrait sales and have a good understanding of presell aka asr. If you have a race horse that wins over and over, do you take it back to the stables and beat on it?
