I received a dress I ordered and was delivered to my holiday address in Devon Lydford EX20 4BE
I had a bill for a fed ex delivery charge at no time was I ever advised I would have to pay a delivery charge to fed ex deliveries as it is nearly the cost of the dress! Therefore I would never have ordered it in the first place.
I might add I have also purchased a similar dress and had no fed ex charge!
I have spoken this afternoon with a company called control account plc [protected] ref 2357242 and they are adamant I pay for this fed charge
I would appreciate if you could contact them and finalise this error

i have been trying to return several items purchased for over a week. They responded with a ticket # and everytime I try to look at it, it says the website is being worked on. The US phone number listed is out of order. There is no way to contact them.
The sales email isn't working either. There is no way to reach this company. I want to return the items and get a FULL refund.

I ordered a smart watch from Light in the box after made the order they confirmed me that the product will be delivered to me by 15-25 days as the product coming from China to India so I agree with their policy but when it cross 45 days I knock to the customer care and they convinced me to wait another 45 days and did I now the transit time is crossed the 90days but till I didn't get my product don't whether anyday will I get my product or not now everyday I'm contacting with the customer care but they are unresponsive I think they forfeited my money it's a worst experience I got from this online shopping site from China.Dont buy any products from this site.

I ordered some light bulbs from light in the box but the bulbs were darker than the pictures so i requested an exchange for a lighter bulb. this request was sent on the 22nd of August and i still haven't had a response even though they are supposedly committed to responding in 1 day. they do not provide a contact number so i can't speak to anyone and don't know what to do. the total value is £22. please help!

I bought a pair of Ballroom shoes online from light in the box website. My size in UK is 6 so I ordered for UK-6 but they are small for me. I was shocked to see that they are not fitting me. Its been 3 days I received the order so I contacted the customer services and they are saying I cant exchange them I ordered from Made to order. Its the first time I ordered online from their website and there was nothing mentioned as mada to order on it. I was just requesting for an exchange but it seems like there is nobody to understand that its my first order and I didnt know that there is no exchange facility. I would never buy anything on their website if it was telling me there is no exchange. I asked for a refund at the end but they replied to me saying I need to go on a website. I ordered 3 dresses from Light In The Box. Not only were all 3 items absolutely nothing like the image shown, badly tailored, poorly printed and terribly ill fitted with uneven hems and threads coming out, the customer service has been absolutely shocking. I have never dealt with such an unprofessional company in my life, right down to the layout of the site which ensures customers are delayed from contacting customer service at all, taking me round in circles and wasting my time. After going back and forth with my Order, they finally processed my Return but refused to reimburse the shipping fare despite selling me 3 fraudulent items. I Returned my Orders back in July, they 'Closed' the ticket but I am STILL waiting for my Refund despite paying via a registered Paypal! No Information, no apologies and my money has not been returned. If this is not dealt with soon, I will be reporting Light In The Box for Fraud and will also be contacting Watchdog to warn more customers about this horrific scam company.

I received the phone I ordered and it is not functioning with my current service provider. I am entitled to a full refund but I was told I'm expected to cover the return shipping cost that I cant afford. I need help with the cost for shipping being covered since this is a legitimate refund request. No staff has attempted to help me with suggesting another device that would fit my needs. I placed an order for two pearl/crystal rhinestone hair combs -

The combs arrived in a small packet and the products were not adequately packaged for the type of delicate product.
Inevitably, both the combs were badly damaged (pearls broken off of the actual combs) and the comb feature was detached from both combs.
This made both combs unusable, these were to be worn for my son's wedding and alternatives had to be sourced from elsewhere.
As requested I followed the returns procedure by the letter and they were returned on the 25th June 2018.
Since this time I have contacted Light in the box many, many, many times to chase up my refund of £ 17.39 but to no avail.
44 Days have now passed, every time I make contact I am told to wait a few more days. It is clearly obvious that this package will now have been received and that clearly there is no intention of refunding my money whatsoever. Their customer services approach is absolutely appalling and disgusting how they treat people and are getting away with it. Action must be taken against this set up.
If you are in any doubt whatsoever DO NOT use this company. I am the owner of a well established business for 37 Years and would not even consider treating any of our clients in this unacceptable way.

I made a big mistake of buying an electronic product of around Rs 1000/- from Lightinthebox. They said my product will be delivered in 10-20 days. After 30 days with no delivery, I contacted their customer care by raising a ticket. They said to wait for 40 days and closed the ticket. But after 40 days also the product was not delivered. I raised another ticket in which they mentioned please wait for 90 days as sometimes the package is stuck in ships due to bad weather etc. Since then I have been repeatedly chasing them for refund which they are not doing. Please read this funny response from Lightinthebox customer care "The reason why we can run successfully for more than 10 years is because we care about our customers' bla bla. Unfortunately your package was delayed due to an extremely busy schedule of the courier.So you still have great possibilities to receive it within 90 days, before [2018-09-12]. If you do not receive it by that day, please open a new ticket to us and we'll file a case with post office to check."

I had purchased a shower from Lightinthebox.com on dated 16 November 2017 for my new house which was under construction at thst time..after getting package i noticed that the product is not as it is described in the website. I raised complaint ticket to their customer service department regarding that, and after many discussions they have only refunded me 30 percent amount of my total amount spent. Now my construction work is over and i put the shiwer into place in my new bathroom, but suddenly i realised that it is not even working, water is getting out very slowly and in very small amount..
Now i again resigter complaint to their customer service representative..and the case goes to some Mr. Alexandru named representative...he is totslly making fool of me..first they have further offered me 15 percent discount then suddenly this Alexandru comes to front snd started agruging with me..he have no solution for me..

Do not ever order from these scam artists. When I ordered the item it said expected delivery was "3-5 business days". After they get your money, then you find out expected delivery is 30 days and it has to be 2 months before they will try to trace it for you because it's coming from china! When you try to check with them, they tell you to check with the post office, except they don't give you any usps tracking number, so there's no way the post office is going to trace it for you. There is no phone number to call to speak with a human being; all you can do is submit a "ticket" and then get some bs response. If you try to check with the foreign shipper, they will charge you to trace the package. There are numerous other complaints on this site about this place which I wish I would have read first. I guess i'm one of the fortunate ones because I did eventually receive the merchandise, and it looks like others did not.
