I ordered a drone from light in the box. It arrived but with the wrong transmitter. They supplied a xk x6 transmitter which is for a helicopter. The one i need is xk x8 transmitter. I know this because i have another one bought from fasttrack and it works with their transmitter. I have tried to email customer service but tgey provide no eay to contact only for a return. I dont want to return the drone, i want the right transmitter sent which is their fault. According to Lightinthe box they go through a very thorough check list but Fasttch got it right. They said 3 working days to answer well thats been and gone. I will try paypal next. I wont be paying to return something sent wrong and really why make it so hard to explain oneself. They do not wven email you instead you have to kerp checking on their site. I will never deal with this company again! I must take exception with the concept that this hat is 'crushable'. Yes, it's crushable (what hat isn't unless it's a metal military helmet) but in order for it's crushability to be of any use to anyone it would need to restore itself to it's proper shape. However, this hat is crushed beyond repair and looks like it has been run over by a car. It is unwearable. But then it is going to arrive crushed beyond anything reasonable when it is despatched in a plastic bag without a box! How is the hat supposed to retain its shape shipped like that? The hat is beyond disappointing, it's a joke and I want a full refund for the hat and the postage associated with this part of the split order. Please.

I ordered a wallet back in early Sept., the shipping date stated that it would be 5-8 business days. Come a few weeks later I find myself contacting the cust. service only for them to tell me it'd take longer due to transportation. I thought okay...Come a month later, still no item. Cust. service tells me to contact the postal service...turns out it was delivered to the wrong address! Went back and fourth will their cust. service for days...ridiculous. Finally a few weeks later they decide to offer a refund (that now was near a month ago). Last time I talked to their cust. service (11/03) they said it could take a few more days. Smh. I would never order from this travesty of a site again. You're better off using eBay or Amazon...at least you'll actually get the item you ordered.

When I check the size chart, I do not fit in sizes shown in the chart, I am 5' 6" in height Indian, my shoulder width is 18" 47cms, and sleeve length is 21" 54cms, on checking with your size chart I find I do not fit in the reference chart.
When ever I buy garments online from international sellers I give my collar size which is 41cms, I get garment delivered without any mismatch.

delivery charge vs time
Afternoon,
I attend regular salsa classes and all the ladies say to order your shoes from your site, so I was very excited about my purchase until now.
I placed an order for a pair of shoes ( order number: [protected] ) and paid an additional fee for the faster delivery time. I completely the purchase on the 3rd of November, arranged to be close to home to receive them assuming they would arrive between 7th and 8th however they did not arrive til today 10th November. As far as the delivery man was concerned they could be delivered between Monday and Saturday which from my point of view pays no mind to the fact that I paid for the faster delivery.
Instead of a bad review on the sellers profile I'd rather first see how you'd resolve this issue .

I ordered a dress for my military ball and was told I would have it by the day of the ball. I was later told it may not be here by the day of the ball, so I requested to cancel the order. The lady stated she would cancel my order but 2 days later she sent me another message stating she cancelled my cancellation because the dress was going to arrive by November 3rd guaranteed. I have a screen shot of the many times I asked for the order to be cancelled and also have the email of them confirming my dress would be here on time. Today is November 6th (3 days after my ball) and still no dress. I have been writing them with no response. All I want is my refund. In August I ordered a shirt. In September I contacted Light In a Box to ask where it was. I was told to be patient as deliveries can take 30 days. I contacted them in late October to be told "sorry, deliveries take up to 60 days". Each time since I am fobbed off. I have told them I want my money back or I will contact a solicitor. No reply yet. I am sue they have thousands of successful interactions every week. This doesn't compensate me or my bank account...

They agreed to refund the goods if I returned them to Poland.
I got the cheapest price I could to send them back and reconfirmed they would reimburse me the return delivery cost before sending.
They agreed.
Having received the goods they now will not reimburse me £87 delivery cost- am shocked that they agreed, in writing and now refusing.
So I am significantly out of pocket despite doing exactly as they said

wedding dress returned for refund as per instructions from customer service
Order #[protected]. I ordered a wedding dress that was in awful condition. There was a stain and the measurements were completely wrong and the dress looked awful. I sent Pawel, in customer service, detailed photos. She asked me to return the dress and that I would receive a full refund for the dress and a reimbursement for the return shipping cost. The package was received on September 19 and signed for. I STILL haven't received a refund for the dress and a reimbursement for the return shipping cost. This is criminal and fraudulent. I expect my credit card to be refunded asap or I will be bringing legal action through the law firm that I work for. The total amount should be $335.70 for the dress and $153.54 for return shipping, for a total of $489.24.
