This has to be the worst company ive ever order from. Their service is awful they are not helpful at all they are liars and want take ur money only. Please dont deal with them at all. Ive order my kids sneakers for school the beginning of the month its alrwady the 24th and still nothing. I countinued to cotact them and they did not resolve anything as they said. I paid for expressed shipping only to have my orders shipped a wk later. They also tried giving me a reward the was not accurate or giving to me... I ask about recieving a refund on my express shipping no response.. They also commented that if my item is not recieve by the 22nd to contact them but the date the sent out that comment was the 24th does that make any since i will never order with this company again and i would advise everyone to stay away from this company

I ordered 3 Xiaomi Mi Band 2 and paid for duties insurance. I was charged $30 duty fee and contacted Lightinthebox about it. They returned $10 to my credit card and added 20 in my credit (I dont know why!). I asked them to refund $20 dollars to my credit card and they said they did. I did not receive that amount in my account and opened a ticket with them. Now I am in a loop with them where they keep replying back to me with the same message since 2 weeks.

Just to say this item was purchased at the beginning of the second week of August, and was due to be delivered at the end of the third week in August.
Light in the box declared that bulk orders would probably be sent in single items to enable the orders to be delivered more quickly than that of a bulk order.

my account and order vanished or banished?
In early august 2018, i placed an order for a 'xiomi mi band 2' from lightinthbox.com ; payed through debit card and it displayed that my order will be shipped within next 2-3days, and that it'll reach me within next 15days. But it didn't happen so even after a month.
So I sent a ticket as recommended by the site and got a satisfactory answer stating that my order will be delivered within the completion of 60days that is before 8th September 2017 and if not, than i should write another ticket.
Guess what? I didn't get my order, so to write another ticket, I logged in to my account and it displayed 'wrong password '; I did all the necessary procedures to revive my password and when I finally logged in, all my order and ticket history was cleared... it was all vanished ... there was no order or ticket!
Please look into the matter and get me my order as soon as possible.

I am trying to purchase some products frin this website but as the items are shipped from china it may impose custom duty in destination country. It is mentioned in the shipping terms and conditions that customer can opt for duty and tax insurance to avoid duty expenses at the time of delivery but this option is not at all available at the time of any product purchase. Only normal shipping insurance check box is created at the time of check out while purchasing. This I think is a fraud with the customer s. Every time a customer buy anything from this website, there occursva problem of custom duty tax which increases the cost to double. moreover there is no conact number or email id mentioned any where in the website. I have got the same terrible experience, I wouldn’t suggest even register there. All items ARS in a very low quality, item colors doesn’t much those in their pictures. This company is stealing your money and not returning your payment.

Also, they will try to charge you again for reshipping or they will give you a partial refund if you don’t want your order to be reshipped. I had to escalate my claim to paypal to get a full refund. I have ordered, paid for and received an LED light strip with controller, and it is not what was advertised. although the remote displays a white option, there is no white colour on the strip.
To add to the annoyance, your 'my orders' section is showing the order has not even been placed so I cant use any of the returns, replacements or cancellations etc. links.
