I’m a victim of identity left I don’t know who you are and there’s a charge for $61.00 on my Credit one card that had fraud on it so I replaced the card I never purchased from you I never heard of you I’ve looked you up on line and I still have no idea who you are I have know photos as I did not order anything I have No idea who this Company is this is the Second request for missing information Please Tell me what kind of Company this is? Very misleading information given for 4 items of clothing I purchased from this company.
Extremely poor quality.The 2 dresses I purchased were no more than long,very cheap tee shirts.The linen crop trousers were so thin you can see through 4 layers of fabric.The vest top was knee length.Everthing is very out of shape.All items are cheap and very nasty.Returning the items would costs more than I paid for them.Total waste of money.

Like a fool I ordered some items from Lightinthebox.com. The stuff I ordered does not fit and looks cheap. I contacted LightinTheBox and attempted to return all the items for a full refund. They reply by trying to barter telling me I can keep all the junk and they will refun partial amount of the order. I dont want any of the items as they are not was is represented on the website. Its a scam to get you to pay for poor quality and no refunds bit their offer.. I have no use for any of this stuff. The statement is true "Buyer Be Ware" Do not buy from this website I did and regret it. I order the stuff June 28, 2023. This is their response:

I ordered the goods in March and the complete delivery that arrived was in small sizes that do not correspond to European dimensions at all. It is incomprehensible and unacceptable to me that you dare to dispose of registered mail when the sender is known. You are a dishonest company and you provide false information in your documents, such as the address to which the goods should be sent in the event of a return. There is no information anywhere that the customer should wait for further instructions. Communication via the App is complicated, without notifications to the mobile phone or e-mail. No email response from you. It cost $20 to ship the package and you just threw it away. That's a sad story when the goods cost another $80 :-( I just found in the application that you want to know the tracking number of the shipment - so here it is RR261297716CZ 749. In the attachment the tracking data of the shipment. You shake people's heads just so you don't have to return the money. Your the site is annoying and I will never buy anything from you again or recommend my friends and acquaintances to buy from you!
Not refunded for returning 5 dresses and cannot get a response from them
I sent back 5 dresses for a full refund and as of yet have not received it refunded on my credit card. The items were sent back in May 2023 and it also cost me an additional 90.00 to send back. I have emailed Xia Ming Ming whose name was on one of the messages I received and have not heard back yet. This company is a sham and rip off. The products were not as pictured on their website and they sent the wrong sizes. I am totally disgusted, do not do any business with this company I am out a couple of hundreds of dollars.

Mother of the bride dress sized too small
I ordered a dress Size 4, and size 4 (US) is what I wear consistently. When I received the dress it was sized too small. When I tried to return it because the sizing was inconsistent with US sizing (not standard), they refused saying it was "made to order," even though I did not provide my measurements and ordered a standard dress available on their website. They refused my return and offered me a 10% discount "coupon" for my $161 dress I cannot wear. They said the item is "made to order" and cannot be returned, yet their Return FAQs does not list wedding attire as non-returnable.
I can't even look up my order on their site or create a login, because their security/login system does not work. I tried to register an account, but the username and password I set up does not work. When I could not sign in, I clicked "forgot my password" and never received the password reset email. Essentially, I cannot contact them because I don't have a login or account. I can't even look up my order. There is no phone number to call for service.
To get my money back, I will have to charge it back on my credit card. This company is cheaply made goods that are too small, and they don't intent to help you once the item is shipped even if the wrong sizing is their fault. Do not EVERY order from this company as they are trying to take your money and provide an inferior product that you can't wear because the sizing is wrong and nothing can be returned.
Desired outcome: I want instructions to return this faulty item that is sized wrong for a FULL REFUND.

Evening wraps
I ordered 6 assorted style of wraps for a wedding .
They took 4 weeks to arrive ,
The main problem is that the quality is absolutely awful. The fabric is cheap, tacky and plasticky. It does not drape at all and the colours are nothing like was shown. They feel like Uber cheap bits of curtain netting.
I filed that I wanted to return the items and have received nothing but We are sorry you are not happy. This is a lot of money and there seems to be no help. I do not want the items as they are utter rubbish.
It is all made in a China and I would not recommend the products or customer service .
I feel I have been conned. I would say beware to anyone thinking of buying h from these people.

C60 Smart Watch 1.1 inch Smartwatch
I noticed a while ago that my smartwatch's steps weren't calculating correctly but I never checked it out until today. The smartwatch calculated that I walked 2 hundred steps and I counted 600. I know that my sleep can be off but the watch added 2 hours and 10 minutes to the time which my watch wasn't idle for that long at all, Maybe less than 30 minutes. I just wanted something to keep accurate account of my steps and my sleep. Worse purchase I have ever made.

No customer service
I have been trying to return an appalling mess that is described as a dress, but looks more like random bits of material thrown together.
I have followed all the instructions for returning it but have been completely ignored. All I ever get is an automated reply which just send me back in circles to redo all the forms I have already filled in.
So much for the good customer service as advertised...it simply doesn't exist.
I ordered this dress to wear to my granddaughters wedding and frankly I wouldn't wear it to clean floors.
The front seam is so badly sewn it is dragged and there is a huge bulge in the material. The front of the dress is 6 inches longer at the front than the back. There is a huge thread pulled on the front. There is a random bit of material inserted right in the front of the dress which is white and looks like a patch. The material is cheap and the whold item is shoddy and badly made and not suitable for wearing to a wedding. I feel cheated and scammed.

This was the tracking number for the second dress. Both dresses were well oversized when we ordered according to your system, the volours are not good, they bleed into the white areas of the jackets and the material is awful. I need labels to return as I am a wheelchair user and cannot access postal services myself. If I have postage labels and custom labels, I can print and pay for collection/drlivery from my house. This is not an excessive request. Your email regarding returns is complex and makes no sense, the links do.not wirk either!

I am wondering what you can do in regard to the 2 shirts I recently purchased which – on using your measurement chart – we ordered XL
(this is the size my husband usually has for his shirts so that seemed correct).
On unpacking the shirts on arrival however, I knew immediately- even before my husband tried them on, the sizing was completely wrong.
He actually wasn’t able to really try them on propely because it was obvious there was no way they would fit over his chest!
Just on looking at the shirts I would have put them at size ‘medium’ definitely not XL. It was very disappointing.
Are you able to exchange them perhaps for an XXL or even XXXL?
Otherwise we have wasted our money which is a shame. This is the first time I have ordered from you, but my daughter has and on
telling and showing her the problem she advised me to write to you as she said you were very good at solving problems for your

I returned £150 parcel of clothes which cost me £30 postage. 2 months later still no refund and absolutely impossible to get hold of them to enquire. All of their apparent routes just lead to nowhere.
