Let me preface the following by saying I rarely complain and I usually return products I purchase online with no problem!
I ordered three items, two women's blazers and one sweater. I seriously CANNOT believe the low quality of the products. I opened the packages and thought, "This has to be a joke"? The items do NOT resemble the pictures at all. All three items seem to be made of some kind of felt. The material reminds me of felt boards used in schools in the 80's and 90's. The material was itchy, see-through, stiff and uncomfortable and the pictures of the products on their website were very misleading.
The customer service is awful. I started the refund process and was told I could receive a 70% coupon for the site without having to return the products. Why would I want a coupon to the site?! I was also told that they could not supply a shipping label. In order to get a full refund I need to go to the post office, NOT UPS, FedEx or any other place like that, and pay for shipping, and they would reimburse me for the shipping costs, but ONLY if the shipping costs do not go over a certain amount.
I am VERY frustrated and angry about the products I received, the lack of customer service and that this company is still in business.
Desired outcome: I would like a shipping label sent to my email so I may return the items and receive a FULL refund. Or I would like a full refund without having to return the items. The quality is so poor, I would not even donate the items.
