Open dispute they told me UPS will pick up these3 laptops for investigation and ship back to them for refund . Liquidation.com misrepresentation of products

Bid on an auction (a pallete of shoes) that is suppose to contain "Shelf-Pulls, Overstocks and Returns." What I received was Used and Salvaged products. Out of the 52 pairs of shoes, maybe 3 (kids shoes) are new. The rest are Junk!...Shoes that are over worn, missing parts, muddy and a few with smells like it has feces on them.

Tried to contact the Customer Complaint Department, and was credited $5.45 for one missing shoes...I requested for a full refund since the auction was grossly misrepresented, and I keep receiving response what amount I would be interested in order to close the complaint. I responded each time that a full refund is what I want.

I disputed the purchase with my credit card company, but I could not provide proper proof regarding the description provided on the auction. When I tried to log on to my account, to my surprise it has been disabled or considered inactive. There was no reason for them to make my account inactive since it was in good standing. The only reason I can think of is due to the open complaint that I have.

BUYER BEWARE!...DO YOUR RESEARCH BEFORE PURCHASING FROM THIS COMPANY!...Use key words such as " Liquidation.com Complaints" "Liquidation.com Fraud" or "Liquidation.com Scam" and read the horror stories.

If you've been screwed by Liquidation.com, post you experience in as many website as possible. The more you make people aware of their unethical business practice, the less business they will have.

I "won" 6 auctions that were by a seller designwarehouse out of texas that said it was all luxury brand handbags and well known other brands, all were pictured as new with tags and lightly used store returns. Long story short, i opened the boxes up to see purses that i remember seeing little old ladies with at church back in the late 70's when i was a little girl. Most were so disgusting and torn and worn. I also "won" 3 other auctions that showed nice looking fashion jewelry and rings, i have seen better quality stuff that comes out of vending machines at the supermarket! I am sick about it! They stole over 9 thousand dollars! My credit card company wont even help me out, nor pay pal. I would be up for a class action lawsuit if anyone else wants to get on board?

Liquidation.com broken returns

Auction ID 3366565. Someone knew this product was broken internally and would take major repair. I knew it was a return and took the gamble. Liquidation.com could have been more forthcoming and given better description if they wanted to. I believe the return products from Liquidation.com is an intentional depository for junk and they should be held more accountable for their responsibility to inspect and report product condition. They have the product in their possession and can do a better job policing the products they offer.

I don't know how useful it will be but I am filing a complaint with the Secretary of State over this and similar issues.

Liquidation.com fake items

In an effort to increase my product offering, I purchased a lot of MAC cosmetics on Liquidation.com. Once I received the items and posted them on my site, I received a boat load of emails informing me that the products were fake. After some intensive research, I discovered that the cosmetics were indeed fake. Liquidation.com has done nothing about the complaint, and even though I filed a claim with PayPal, they didn't back me up either. I guess it's time to call my lawyer! DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM LIQUIDATION.COM.

It is a well known fact that the ONLY place you can EVER buy M.A.C. Cosmetics is from either www.maccosmetics.com or from a MAC store/counter. I'm sorry that you folks lost money, but you should do your research next time. Consumer awareness is CRUCIAL when it comes to cosmetics and not just because the products can be fake or stolen, they can have absolutely horrendous results when used. Allergic reactions, infections and more can be caused by fake products since there absolutely no manufacturing or packaging standards for fake makeup! The extra few bucks you think you're saving are not worth the hassle of an eye/nose/throat infection, allergic reaction or worse.

100% agree. My wife and I fell for fake MAC products from the seller "wholesalemakeup" on liquidation.com. They are selling knock-off MAC products and marketing them as authentic MAC products. Thankfully liquidation.com helped us get our money back and penalized the seller.

Same thing happened to me recently, bet we bought from the same seller.

This one seller: Wholesalemakeup selling fake Mac products. Already reported them to Liquidation.com, and guess what, the very next day they don't use the "Mac" word any longer on the title, and they edited out the "Mac" word in their pictures. AND Wholesalemakeup is still selling fake Mac products at Liquidation.com.

Liquidation.com shill bidding

This company seems to Shill Bid, because they sell salvage trash items such as Nintendo Wii's and other hot items for near retail prices, if you are in the salvage business you would know an honest liquidation company would most likely sell items without cherry picking and Liquidation.com definitely cherry picks. Because you can see they never sell an item where you can make a profit it's always junk that you can throw in the trash, you pretty much throw away your money by purchasing palleted items from these animals. Please stay away I would never lie or steer anyone the wrong way, please save your money and stop giving this company your hard-earned dolllars. I want the government to shut them down, if you read their history you will see the guy who started this company was pushed out by two greedy parasites and ultimately turn the company from an honest business to a swindling warehouse.

It appears to me that Liquidation.com has amassed alot of money by swindling honest hard-working Americans out of their hard-earned money. Being a good person I recommended this website to my boss and she gave it a try and on the first order she got scammed, they gave her a manifest and she received less jewelry than advertised and knowing it was customer returns she didn't complain about the 20+ items that were damaged and unsellable. She filed a claim with them feeling unsatisfied by being shorted 20+ items, and they swiftly denied her claim, there clearly isn't a way to win claims since they rig the case to work in their favor, i haven't won one claim against them since i've been a member, I feel really ashamed and I apologized and said that I honestly thought this company was good but they are just crooks. Please stay away, if you think you will make any profit you are greatly mistaken, they get contracts from best buy, Costco and many other companies to sell their junk and they cherry pick items and put them in a way so the buyer gets junk and pay way more and they and the client walk away happy with your money. I closed my account a while ago, please do the same because you are wasting your time, if you make a profit you better believe it's like palying at Vegas you are bound to hit a big loss and all that you have amassed will be gone with one shipment

Liquidation.com clear fraud

I think I have one clear case of fraud against liquidation.com.
I won an auction.
I paid for the Item.
Since the shipping was my responsability, I paid UPS to go pick up the merchandise.
I call liquidation.com warehouse in Taxas (garland) to tell them that UPS will come and pick up the TV's
maria Perez said no problem, she will hand the boxes to the UPS truck. UPS goes there every day.
I faxed her the shipping lables.
Every time I call, she says, no problem, I'll ship it today.
It has been over a month.
Now they have cancel the transaction and are charging me $200 for cancelled transaction.
If this is not fraud, I don't know what is

Although I have written and called them several times about their designer handbag sellers, they still have the same crooks listing on there, and they are getting so much money for the fakes it is really sad. Who in their right mind would list a two Pradas, one Gucci and one Chanel for $100? Sure they have other cheap bags to go with those, to fatten the pot. If the people that were buying them had any sense, they would read up as I did - after I got scammed. I thought I had gotten two pradas and a coach. I paid over $1K for the lot, but thought it was still a great price - that is until I tried to resell and go knocked off EBay by a Coach rep and was threatened by someone who bought my Prada. Now that I am more in tune, I find these thieves everywhere. Now I buy from reputable companies and have no fear of even coming within a 100' of a fake. Karma is a ###. That is all I can say...

Yes same here they are trying to make me pay for a cancellation fee of which I'm not going to they are a sorry company and hopefully someone can shut them down. They are just taking money away money from hard working people.

Liquidation.com rip off purchase not sent

I buy electronics like TV's computer also tools from liquidation.com. They have been using the strangest tactics to scam money from me.
After I pay for merchandise, they withhold it without sending. Then they say that they are going to charge me for Item not picked up. They cancel the transaction.
They keep the merchandise, keep the money and charge me a fee for not picking up. Understood the shipping is on me, but I send UPS and they do not give the merchandise to UPS, which they are supposed to do.

The products that I purchased was listed as shelf pulls. The items that I received were salvage or returns. The description of shelf pulls are items that have been pulled from the shelf at Wal-Mart etc and are still new products. The items that I received were opened and some of the Video Games were missing. Part of the auction was for 12 Guitars that work...

Liquidation.com defective and missing product

I registered, bid and won an auction at Liquidation.com. The items were delivered Friday the 27Th of February, 2009. I disputed the transaction on the 28Th of February, 2009. I sent documentation and photos. My dispute was received, reviewed and honored. I received that conformation, and was told to send dresses back with return labels. Email conformation below. I requested return labels as they were not sent to me, I then received an email asking if I wanted the seller to send additional dresses as replacement for defective ones, I replied no thank you, I would return the dresses. Emails below. All communication from liquidation.com stopped at that point, I have sent at least 20 emails, I have read receipts but no response. I called liquidation.com only to get a message machine. I left message and have not received a call back. I also need to clarify that my account was closed as soon as the dispute was filed. I am left with no other recourse but to file a dispute of transaction with my credit card company. I am also going to post and file a complaint wherever it is possible to do so~

Clearly the boxes were over packed for shipment, I don't know if the flowers were as I received them because of over stuffing the boxes or if they were are sent in this condition, but they are not resalable. I am not sure weather this is standard for this company, but all of the wholesale orders that I have received up to this point have been absolutely great. I also need to state that I thought that I was going to receive good quality dresses, these are not to say the least. I have disputed this transaction thru PayPal until we can get this resolved. Liquidation.com fraud and cheating

Liquidation.com an internet auction site is a scam let me tell you about my experience. I won 2 auctions from the company. One was for 24 Karat Gold Bangles and 24 Karat White Gold Bracelets. The second auction was for 2008 Geneva His and Hers matching watches that showed in the advertising that MSRP is $149.99 for each pair.

Liquidation.com is a scam. The 24 Karat Gold Bangles and 24 Karat White Gold Bracelets are not gold. Every Jewelry store I went to has told me it is not Gold and especially not 24 Karats.

Liquidation.com is a scam. The Geneva watches was advertised as MSRP $149.99 per pair the watches I received also have these same tags. This is a gross misrepresentation the watches are clearly not worth more than $5.

The company is a total fraud I was charged $190 for logistics and shipping for a 20lb item and charged separately for each auction. So in total I was charged $380 for logistics and shipping for items that weigh no more than 35lb. Once the items arrived at my house I was then again charged $80 via COD for each item so approx $190 for both auctions. I was charged twice for shipping and logistics for both auctions.

The company I believe is fully responsible for this fraud because I did not pay the seller. I had to wire the funds directly into Liquidity Services Inc's bank account. I am not allowed to contact the seller. The company is the only point of contact. I believe this is an issue of fraud as well their practice of charging twice for shipping and logistics is unbelievable.

I have heard of the buyers being scammed. Now here is my story. They do not make you sign a contract. They create a false one on behalf of the seller. Which in this case is me. I have lost over $20, 000. 00 worth of goods. If you try to call and complain your call will be filtered back into the dc office. I have dealt with / name removed / and danielle...

Liquidation.com Products not as described

You must be aware with liquidation.com they sold me a totally different TV as advertised on auction. I choose to pick up myself and they denied any dispute because I arrange my own shipping. I tried everything but their policy allow them to just ripoff anyone. These are the logs from my dispute with Paypal

I have the action description and manifest information from their website to prove that they made a fraudulent sale. Only the box was accurate. The items inside the box were totally different from the posted online. Their cost for items I got are over 50% cheaper of item published. I have all evidence and pictures of actual items. I tried to contact them before but they do not even want to open a claim. I have copy of the e-mail I sent them with no answer.

From Seller: Liquidity Services, Inc. on 4/15/2008 12:22 PDT DISPUTE DENIED: Buyer arranged own shipping; When you opted to arrange your own shipping, there was a pop up box before you paid that stated "By opting to arrange your own shipping, you agree that any claims must be made at the time of pick up, therefore no claims would be accepted after pickup".

Items were described in auction as " ilo 27" Widescreen LCD HDTV w/ Built-in Digital Tuner, LCT27HA36" Their manifest also describe the same LCD TVs but the once I received are totally different model and smaller. The model numbers for the items I received are ILO-26HD and the price is over 50% cheaper than LCT27HA36. Besides one of the items does not function at all. I have pictures of the actual items. There is only one correct part of the auction which is one of the boxes. It belongs to a LCT27HA36 but the item inside was a ILO-26HD. I am requesting a full refund of my purchase I tried to resolve the issue directly with the seller but they have denied my dispute since I pick up myself from the warehouse.

Liquidation.com appalling practices!

I bid, won, and paid for a pallet lot of 25 pieces that I was going to use as xmas gifts for family and friends. It was to be delivered before Xmas '07. By December 21st with no deliveries of the merchandise, I was concerned and emailed to Liquidation.com about the status of my order. I also called the same day and I was told that the vendor had eight days to send out my order. I responded that it had already been 12 days and that the auction site stated that Liquidation.com was responsible for shipping. The buck was passed by Liquidation.com to the vendor. I was told that the vendor was responsible for delivery. After NOT being satisfied with my communications with Liquidation.com, and I made them aware of this fact to which they were quite indifferent, I was left with no option but to wait for the shipment. Then, on the 23rd of December, I found out that my order was canceled by the vendor. I went on line and found that the items had been re-listed. I called and asked why I couldn't just get the items listed on the auction web site in place of the ones that had been canceled. I also explained my situation and that I would pay extra for quick shipping. I was told apathetically that in the "terms and conditions" that this was a possibility. I asked what I would receive in return. I was told that I would receive all my money back, and that the vendor would be fined, but that I would not receive any of the fine, though clearly I was the one who had suffered the loss and was left with nothing for Xmas.

To ad a little salt to my wounds, Liquidation.com sent me this on New Years Eve:

"On Dec 31, 2007 9:14 AM, via RT wrote:
-- Dear Buyer,
The seller has six business days after payment to ship out the
merchandise.
Sincerely,
Buyer Relations"

This email was in response to my email from Dec. 21st

A few things to point out here:
1) Liquidation.com was responsible for the delivery.
2) Originally they said the vendor had eight days to ship, yet the auction site owned by Liquidation.com had the delivery as the responsibility of Liquidation.com.
3) The email stated that the vendor had six days to start the delivery; the customer relations agent I talked to on the phone stated eight.
4) The first inquiry was 11 days after the purchase meaning even with weekends as “non” workdays, shipment should have been started.
5) The response by email was 21 days after the purchase.
6) The response by email was eight days after the transaction had been canceled.
7) The vendor had to pay Liquidation.com a fine ($200.00 is what I would be fined if I canceled the transaction, so I figure the amount to be similar).
8) The buyer did not get any type of reciprocity from Liquidation.com, although fines were levied.

My conclusions are:
1) Liquidation.com has absolutely no interest in anything other than money
2) Liquidation.com has no interest in customer service.
3) Liquidation.com has no interest in keeping their side of any deal.
4) Liquidation.com will lie to cover their own tracks
5) Liquidation.com will not step up to make things right
6) Liquidation.com will always pass the buck
7) Liquidation.com will throw anyone or anything under the bus
8) Liquidation.com has employees that have no idea what the company policies are, and Liquidation.com does not seem to care about this gross negligence
9) Liquidation.com is a company with ill-intentions and should be dealt with very, very cautiously
10) Liquidation.com is a bad company to do business with at all.
11) Avoid Liquidation.com or you can expect to be burned.

Thsi company usees every trick in the poor business practices book.
They sell the same merchandise on amazon and Ebay so if you were planning on buying to sell on there forget it you can't compete with them.
They consitantly list items say in video games and list the number in the lot to be say 50, if you don't check the manifest you'll screw yourself when you find out that there are only 5 or 6 games and the rest is junk.
They charge you a buyers premium. Now this is not heard of in auctions but for some people they just don't realize it till the invoice comes and the additional cost of 5-8% is added on.
Then of course the shipping charge which is double what it really cost, . They claim the seller is responsible for shipping yet they charge you for logistics and additional shipping.
They give you 48 houers to inspect, test and examine the items or forget about them making things right.
Now say you bought 200 returns or in my case 200 seller refurbished cameras. I don't know about you but it takes about 15-20 minutes oer camera to do a full test. So forget about them being responsible once you sell one and it doesn't fully function as advertised.
They think they are so slick and it pisses me off that they also think they are the only game in town. consistantly holding fixed price sales to you for items they selll for on Ebay and Amazon, say iPhone 4 refurbished asking 300 a piece but they sell them for 199.
They are the worst at customer care and could really care less. Misleading adverts, semi hidden fees, over charging shipping.
They'll wring every dime out of an item so it's not profitable to but and re-sell so liquidation my butt.
My suggestion STAY AS FAR AWAY FROM THEM AS POSSIBLE.

Liquidation.com is a fraud and I say we should unite in a class action lawsuit against them. I´m truly surprised that the FBI lets them get away with all the scams, but then again, maybe people only complain here and online instead of where it counts (FBI office).

Liquidation.com is the worst. It's truly the buyer that gets screwed in those transaction. I understand that like eBay it's just a selling platform for other sellers, but unlike eBay they could care less about the buyers experience. Then has the nerve to charge a buyers premium amongst other fees.

I have made several purchases from this site and most were bad. It's really the sellers you have to watch out for. Out of seven different sellers i purchased from only one was honest and sold stuff that was actually resalable. The rest cherry picked all the good items and sold the garbage that was broken to me but didn't advertise as salvage. I stopped dealing with those rats all together along time ago.

If you're new trying to sell stay away from this site. Do your homework and find good liquidators that don't cherry pick. Good liquidators will do the right thing and try to help you get your business going because they want you to come back to them. If a seller screws on liquidation.com you're just screwed. You wont win your case and if you do you wont get much of your money back. TRUST ME on that!

MORE THAN LIKELY YOU WILL NOT MAKE PROFITS DEALING WITH THESE IDIOTS.

Yes I agree- this website, Liquidation.com is a total joke. Merchandise is packed by 5 year olds i think. Whatever you do, i personally recommend that you never buy from these people. I have over 20 years of experience as a buyer so i know. They look reputable, but there business practices are not to USA standard. Companies like this do not belong in this country doing business, I hope they go bankrupt.

I had been using the service from them twice.. The first time was O.K They send me what I expected but missing one pair of shoes and they refunded the money to me for the missing shoe.

The second time ( I could say the last time ), I won on 28 pairs of out of stock shoes but they sent me fisher toys. I did the dispute on the day I received and they asked me to send the pics for what I want to dispute..Ok that's fine, I had to search on the internet to get those pics. I was thinking why they asked me to send them the pics for what I never get : ( It taked time and I got just a few of pics anyway. I sent them several emails to ask them how they are going to solve my problem but they just keep quiet, Nobody contact me at all...
They are supposed to let me know what they are doing right? Are they solving my problem?

Anyway, I gave them a call today. I feel really bad about their service. A person who picked up the phone ( should be called a customer service person but I just don't feel that she is a customer service at all)
She told me that I don't need to call them for any dispute. They are going to send an email to me when every thing 's done.. " How can I know how long 's gonna take them to contact me or maybe they will never contact me." : (
Her voice was so not welcome and seem like she doesn't want to answer or response or do her service job.

I would say that I will never use their service again... and I would not recommend their service to anyone.

Let's see what 's going on .. I have been waiting their response for almost a mount.

I have been a loyal buyer with Liquidation for over a year now. I ordered what were advertised as "shelf Pull" mens ties...600 of them! Shelf pulls...as defined on liquidations own website...are defined as merchandise that was formerly in a retail environment but did not sell. Well..what I got...were 600 USED ties. It was VERY obvious. I did what I was supposed to do and filed a dispute and included pictures. I mean, some of these ties are decades old! They had been pressed and tacked to make them look new...not a good job was done though obviously.

Anyway...of course just today my claim was dismissed and was told that the photos prove nothing. Then upon researching online, I discovered that Liquidation is not a member of the BBB. Not by choice, their membership was revoked due to their lack of resolving complaints. What a joke!

So now I am stuck with 600 ties that I had planned on pairing up with dress shirts to sell on ebay as sets. Now I will be lucky to break even.

They had always been a good supplier for me, now I am up in arms what to do since I have received some great merchandise and very good prices.

I called to get further clarification on this and was told that their system was down and to call back. Then I read on other complaint sites that they always avoid taking calls. Well...I do know other methods to obtain goods on on principle it is difficult to stay with this company. We will see how they respond when I call back.

I sell ebooks on buying children's clothing and will SLAM them in those as well as post as many reviews/blogs that I can to hurt them...maybe it will be a tiny effect but it sure will make me feel better.

Yes I too won and paid an auction on 1/4/2008 and only on 1/18/2008, 2 weeks later the shipment was scanned for pickup for 01/23/2008 delivery. I was truely unaware of the timeline between auction completion to delivery. Good thing it was only a state away.

Also shipping was through liquidation.com. Next time I'll take the option to either pick up or request a different shipment method.

I may still continue with liquidation.com knowing it may take 2 weeks before they begin shipping but I urge any bidder to stay within a state or two.

Liquidation.com products either defected or not as advertised!

Several times I bought from Liquidation.com different merchandise and a lot of times the products I bought either defected or not as advertised. The last complain I have about them the credit card I used refunded my money then after that I tried to log in to Liquidation.com and I received a notice I cant log in I have to call. I called Liquidation.com and they tried to black male me by saying when you return the money and stop your dispute with pay pal we will let you log in. I feel my right have been violated, please stop this discrimination and harassment and I appreciate everything you are doing. Thank you.

We put in a complaint that t-force freight had charged us $125 missed visit twice when there was never an appointment booked we replied to liquidation.com and let them know that they've billed us twice nothing was ever done they told me to pay the bill, which is illegal.

liquidation.com sells old broken incomplete garbage claiming it's store returns and blames the customer when items are missing. It's probably their employees stealing stuff or they just intentionally list things that aren't there to pump up the price. Either way, they are very dishonest from top to bottom.

I totally know what you are talking about. I won a bid on a box set of watches with interchangeable faces and bands. It is also supposed to include a necklace and two bracelets. The picture was very deceiving.

The box set included the watch set, but the finish on the metal was dull and unflattering. Also, they replaced the watches with a cheap pair of earrings in every box. One of the boxes didn't even have a necklace. Three of the boxes woudn't even open with out breaking them.
I will be lucky to make 2 dollars off each set.

Liquidation.com advertises to accept 2% innacuracy. I found 30% inaccuracy in my order.
