Tire Sensor ERROR
Horrible experience. I will never go there again and I will warn everyone I know about buying a Jeep or Chrysler product because of the lousy service department. My Ram 2500 was involved in a not so major accident and it sustained right front end damage. After it was repaired, I began having issues with the TPMS tire sensor on the side of the damage. I took the vehicle to Lithia because I believed I would receive expert assistance. I got the complete opposite. The advisor Monica talked down to me and treated me like I was an idiot and didn’t know anything about cars. I took the vehicle 3 times for the same sensor issue and all they did was reset the TPMS knowing it would fault again. On one occasion they switched my 2 front tires and reset the system once again. Of course I received the error once again but this time on the opposite side. This pretty much confirmed it was a faulty sensor. I advised Monica that the insurance company had already authorized the sensors replacement but she refused to do it. This refusal forced me to keep bringing the truck back again and again. Monica then lied to me stating that they had already replaced the sensor and that the problem was with my aftermarket tires and wheels that I had installed 2 years prior. I finally got fed up and just wanted to take my truck somewhere else but she refused to release the vehicle without payment for repairs that were not made. Once the payment was made she released the vehicle and it was taken to a retail tire shop where the sensor was replaced and the problem was solved. Bottom line, if she would have done what I requested from the start, there would not have been any issues and I would have been a happy satisfied customer. I now regret that I bought an expensive Chrysler product that I won’t be able to repair locally. I will spend the rest of my life warning other about this dealership. It’s sad because the lube people like Dallas have always treated me like a valued customer and one service advisor ruined my Chrysler ownership experience.

My credit was pulled without authorization. Representative advised me credit would not be pulled and I did not sign anything agreeing for credit to be pulled.

I purchased a vehicle from them in [protected] I signed paperwork and payed them the required down payment. On [protected] I was told that the deal did not go through and they needed to pick the vehicle up. Even though I had a signed contract with rates and monthly scheduled payments the dealership deposited my down payment they claimed the bank backed out of the deal and needed to come pick up the vehicle. This is after 21 hard inquiries to my credit when I wrote on the application no more than three. Per the reviews this is not the first time this dealership has done this to customers.
My self along with my step children went in on Sept 28 of 2020! We purchase three vehicle from them that day! After so many attempts in getting in contact with the finance manger, ***, my vehicle of trade was barely paid off in full by the 20th of November and the other vehicle of trade is still pending a final pay off of roughly 90 dollars. It has has been a very unpleasant expirience for myself and my family that my step son had to take back the truck that was supposed to be his because the approval for the loan was expiring. Along with the fact of the matter that this company has damaged my credit by 50 points or more due to non payment! After finding out that the vehicles that were traded in were already sold a few weeks after we purchased our new ones, I can only imagine how many other innocent people that they have done this to. Keep in mind that those vehicles that were traded in were sold before even being paid off and with out proper titles and documents. I never had any issues on purchasing any vehicles like the experience I have had with Lithia!
