I only have ever used Logitech and have told many people to purchase
within last few years i have had 2 G633 stop working properly and after no help from support purchased G933
now i have 2 G910 that are both not working and again no help from support,
am i supposed to buy another pair ?
Logitech are not cheap products dont you think they should last more than a year?
you have replaced my faulty items with ones that dont last as long as original ones and 30 day warranty n replacements i keep getting screwed
now my g910 i asked if i can have some replacement buttons ...they said no
can i send it back to be repaired and i will pay for the service... again they said no

This has to be the worst customer service I have experienced - they simply won't respond! Many of the keys on my brand-new keyboard stopped working immediately after starting to use it. Looking at forum messages, it is clear that this is a common problem and not specific to me. After a long time debating the issue with Logitech Customer Support, they sent me out a new one: it had exactly the same problem! I know it is a problem with the product and not my device, because I have tested it on multiple devices. For 6 months now I have been trying to get a refund, but am being stalled and ignored by Logitech Customer Support - despite them actually agreeing to send me a refund, I simply can't get them to actually do this!

I purchased 1 mouse and received a replacement from you folks — neither of which worked correctly after your 2 tech people took me thru all the trouble-shootings that THEY believed were necessary. Both mice did NOT work in exactly the same way. Ironically my older M510 has worked well since purchase many months ago.
After last long discussion with tech person he advised that LT would send a different model as a replacement. I was put on hold while his superiors approved his solution. Now weeks later you tell me that all that effort & approval has been reversed.
NOW you demand I spend more time executing the same troubleshooting tasks some of which are not practical i.e. 1) MacBook Pro 2018 has NO USB ports thus requiring a dongle adapter, 2) clean with compress air (you are kidding . Right?)
IMO, Logitech is simply executing a dishonest customer service / warranty strategy by 1) by ‘forcing ‘ excessive consumer's time consumption value far in excess of the original purchase, and 2) wearing down customer patience until we "just go away."

We purchased this headset online direct from Logitech on 5th September 2018. It was for my disabled son. When it arrived, it had a faulty connection cable. The product was advertised as working wirelessly with Xbox One which is why we bought it, as my son is in a wheelchair and cannot use wired headsets. It wouldn't work wirelessly with his Xbox One, so I emailed Logitech on 12th September, again on the 19th, 20th and 27th September 2018. I requested a refund and return as the product was mis-sold and faulty. They responded to my initial contact to confirm that this product does not in fact work wirelessly with the Xbox One. They have completely ignored my subsequent requests for a full refund and, under the circumstances and for the inconvenience, a free return.

So i request you to discontinue the model, and please give me the next model as i don't have to visit your service center again and again.

Amazing product but terrible customer service, when peripherals break they normally need to be replaces as soon as, so when you spend £500 on Logitech Keyboard, Mouse and Headset you expect prompt responses, But not with Logitech. 2 weeks later and im still waiting for my RMA for my keyboard which is under warranty. Funny thing is i can get a new one tomorrow if i forked out £150.

I am 10 years old and with my own money I brought the Logitech universal folio keyboard for my iPad however on the front photo of the box it shows the keyboard with a pen but when I opened the box there was no pen. In small letters at the bottom of the box at the back it read contents and said no pen. I think this could be false advertising. Therefore I suggest that you change the front picture to one with no pen.
Thank you for taking the time to read this but I am throughly disspointed and this could be perceived as False advertising.

I recently purchased a Logitech Wireless Laser Mouse M505 (Silver)...I have always used multiple Logitech mice, and wireless keyboards...This unit is defective ...the on/off switch worked hard/misaligned from Day 1, and now only a month or so into sparingly use, it quit working...replaced batteries, no luck..."malfunction error" for the mouse comes up on laptop screen.
I wish to get a replacement...p/n: [protected]. PID: LZ140B5. This is the most expense one that I have had over the years, and only defective one to-date. I do not have the receipt.

Going on almost a year since I first contacted Logitech regarding a replacement mouse they sent me. It was great they sent me a new mouse when the old one stopped working, except the newer version, having the same model number (M510) uses different software. The older version used The Control Center which had the advantage of being Application Specific, meaning I could assign the buttons specific tasks to each and any application I was working in. Now, the new mouse uses Logitech Options which only allows me to assign tasks to the buttons for general usage only, no drop-down menu to select other apps.
I've had so many emails and case numbers regarding this and no one there seems to have the knowledge to assist me. They have suggested I download this update and that program but none of them address the issue. Further adding insult to injury, when asking the question of what new mouse could I purchase that would use the Control Center, they don't know!
So now I'm being told, again, that someone will be calling me in the next 48 hours to help me resolve the issue. I've heard that promise before.

When cutting open the packaging I cut through the mouse cord!
1. The 'easy open' text is tiny and quite inconspicuous. I have not seen one on this type of packaging before so I was not looking for it.
2. The cord appears to be at the bottom (other end), but is also hidden behind the green cardboard at the top and it is not at all visible through the plastic.
3. After looking for a gap in the seal I decided it was, as usual, necessary to use scissors to open packaging of this kind. I cut right at the very top to avoid cutting anything.
4. The cord was hidden behind the green cardboard right up the top and I cut straight through it.
I have attached photos of the product in the hope that you will send me a new mouse to replace it. I also I believe you need to reconsider your instructions and packaging. The excessive plastic packaging on all items today is terrible for the environment and I feel that companies should find a more environmentally friendly alternative! Maybe you could pave the way and be the game changers?! Nobody likes this type of packaging... not one person!
refund not received and poor customer service
Since the Mouse was not working properly and the product was still under warranty I've given the Combo pack for replacement on 3rd of January 2018. The have promised me that I will get a replaced combo pack by 5th of January 2018 or maximum by 8th of January 2018 (which did not happen).
Since, the stock was not available. They asked me to buy a new Logitech Keyboard and mouse cordless set MK-220 and produce the bill and promised me that they will provide the refund via cheque for the entire amount within a week. As per their advice, I purchased a new Logitech Keyboard and mouse cordless set MK-220 and enclosed the Bill, Customer receipt and my ID proof in a mail and requested them to keep up their promise and do the needful by processing the refund cheque as per the bill asap.
I'm completely dissatisfied with the customer service and false promises made by Logitech customer care. I was promised for a refund by the customer service executive Mr. Kumar and his Manager Mr. Lakshmi for the Logitech combo pack MK-220 on January 10, 2018. Initially, I was informed that they will be giving me a cheque within a week from January 10, 2018. When I approached them after a week they informed that the cheque is ready and will take one more week.
I'm very much disappointed with their lies and false promises as I've not received the cheque till date. I feel that they have not processed my request at all and giving me excuses. Mr. Kumar has not even returned the call whenever he promised for a call back. I want the issue to be resolved within next 24 hours. If I dont get a refund within next 24 hours necessary action will be taken towards the authorities and towards Logitech.

I purchased a Keyboard for my I-Pad, from Apple on Line Store US 12/7/15. The keypad holder has broken at the narrow point near the place where cord is plugged in to power. They will not warranty it, even though I started calling prior to 12/7/17 when I discovered it was causing the I-Pad to slip out of the case. Now today, it's over 1 year & no results. Ordered item from Logitech directly on 8/25/2017 with online order confirmation number [protected] for $150. Item shipped on 9/23/2017 and was received about 2 weeks later. Item kept disconnecting and calls to help desk could not resolve the issue. They sent me a replacement in October which also did not work. Now I am trying to get a refund but they are saying that it is past 30 days. We did report the problem within the 30 day period and the replacement did not work. Multiple calls to the support desk did not resolve the issue. We have 2 defective keyboards that we would like to return and receive a full refund.

This is obviously a massive fault as this ue is not even that old I bought this for my son last Christmas had we not been home when he put it in charge god knows what would have happened! IPad 2 Bluetooth Keyboard Case Has felt or a rubber substance on the four corners of the case that come into contact with the IPad. The rubber came off one corner, and it revealed a very sharp, metal edge. This sharp metal edge cracked the glass on my IPad 2. This is an obvious design flaw. I would like my IPad 2 to be repaired, and I request that a new keyboard device, without this design flaw, be provided. Thank you very much for your time, I still have not yet left a review.

Missing delivery item
i placed an order at Aug 24th(mouse, mouse pad, keyboard, headset, )now when i finally receive my package at Sep 5th. And they haven't sent me the mouse pad while the total balance was charged. The online system shows the mouse pad is still pending(FOR ALMOSE 2WEEKS?), i tried to call the logitech operator for this and how so solve, they made me wait on call for 10 MIN and nothing calls back after that. I really have no idea what i can do for this mouse pad they have already charged either return or send to me asap, no options for me and no any response.
