My experience with them was horrible. I ordered an air compressor from them that came about week later. Unfortunately, it was malfunctioning from day one.
I contacted the company through their online chat where I was told to take a video proof of the compressor malfunction. I tried sending this video to them but their site wouldn't upload the video. Another chat with their customer support and they gave me another way to send the video to them. After receiving the video they told me to try plugging it in another outlet, plugging it without extension cord, warming it up before use...
Ridiculous! Finally they said that the voltage in my house is probably below 110V?! Up until that point, I was suggesting that they send me a new, working compressor and I would return the one that's not working but now I want my money back.
Their website states "30 day hassle-free money back guarantee" but the finally offered to give me $90 for me to find a repair shop and pay for repairs. Currently I'm in a process of disputing my credit card charges.

Received Item very Quickly, seems to be well constructed for the weight limit I ordered. I have not used as yet, so can't comment on that yet. They appear to have a mounting set up for "helper chains" to assist with hook up on bucket, but no instructions added on instruction sheet supplied. Very satisfied overall!

I'm thrilled to have purchased the 3' Vevor Pipe Stair Handrail that I just mounted to the wall adjoining the sidesteps leading to my backyard. Although it is advertised as being "industrial," I find it quite elegant and extremely practical. And, as a senior, I feel much safer having that grab rail there for me to hold onto when I descend or ascend my steps. I purchased the black handrail and am confident that it will be here long after I am gone. Since I am inept at construction, I called in the Senior Services Department of Albuquerque to help me attach the handrail to the wall and the foreman of the group was very impressed with the unit and asked me to send him the link so that he could purchase some for his department. And if that's not a great recommendation, I don't know what is. I highly recommend this railing to anybody who is looking for a low-cost solution to a rather tricky problem. You will not be disappointed!

Well I can say that I have made a good purchase because it has worked very well for me, it is easy to use, with the price I think that this excellent one is very accessible compared to others. With the shipment it took me a while but the reason is because it was thanksgiving date but otherwise I think it would have arrived a little earlier. One of my worries was that it would be damaged on the way to the shipment, but it was not. It came in good condition and very well packaged.

I bought the 10" wood vise
I bought the 10" wood vise. First, I'll note that there are several reviews about poor packaging. Let's lay that one to rest. My vise came in a sturdy cardboard box with a molded foam tray. The packaging was above average. And it arrived in just a few days. This vise costs about 30-50% less than similar vises I see on eBay and elsewhere on the internet. I haven't seen those other vises in person, but, from what I can see it is an equivalent product. I suspect these vises all come from the same factory, or maybe from the same tooling -- it's impossible to know. The screw is nicely machined and turns smoothly. The guide bar nuts are not fixed on tight, which is a good thing because they need to be removed to insert the wood jaws I'll be making. I haven't installed it just yet. This is not a high end product, but there's nothing obviously wrong with it either. Overall, this vise looks to me like it will prove to be an outstanding value. I think it's appropriate to say that you should set your expectations in line with the pricing and you'll be pleased.
Stay Away from Vevor: Poor Quality Product and Terrible Customer Service
I recently purchased a 5-compartment food warmer from Vevor for my new coffee shop. I was trying to save some money, so I decided to give this brand a shot. The product arrived without any issues, but my nightmare began when I tried to use it for the second time.
To my surprise, all the inside corners of the warmer where the water goes, which were supposed to be made of stainless steel, were rusted and started leaking water. I couldn't believe my eyes when I saw it. It was built with the cheapest material possible, which caused me serious problems that day because I had a catering order and water was all over the place.
The saddest part of the story is that the seller has been giving me the runaround for more than 5 months, claiming that he is trying to contact the manufacturer. But in reality, he is just a liar and a faker. He sends me messages with a lot of talk but nothing to resolve this unpleasant situation.
My advice to you is to stay away from this seller. He no longer keeps his word and only sells products without resolving any issues. Moreover, I strongly recommend that you avoid this brand altogether and spend a little more on a better quality product, as I am going to do.

Mixed Feelings: A Review of VEVOR's Ballast Box and Clamp on Pallet Forks

We recently purchased an awning from Vevor for our camper. The product description stated that it measured at 14ft 2in, which was exactly what we needed. However, when the product arrived, we were disappointed to find that it was much bigger than what we had ordered and wouldn't work for our camper.
We immediately contacted Vevor's customer service and provided them with pictures of their product description and what we had received. The product was shipped with missing parts. I have contacted the company so they can send the remaining parts and they will not cooperate. They claim that my information doesn't exist in their system and that I never ordered the product from their website. Terrible Quality and Customer Service: My Experience with Vevor's Spandex Chair Covers
I recently bought 200 spandex chair covers from Vevor and I was really excited to receive them. However, when I opened the first cover and put it on a standard banquet chair, I noticed that the elastic at the bottom of the back legs separated from the spandex at the seam. I thought it was just a fluke, so I tried a second and third cover, but they all came apart at the seams in the same place. I was really disappointed and frustrated with the quality of the product.
I decided to contact Vevor and sent them a photo of the defects. To my surprise, they refused to reimburse me for the shoddy product unless I sent them 200 photos of 200 defective seams. I couldn't believe it! I offered to take half of what I paid so that I could hire someone to reinforce the seams, but Vevor said no because they didn't believe the product was "broken." I was really upset with their response and felt like they didn't care about their customers.
In my opinion, Vevor is a terrible company. Their product is crap and they know it. If they truly cared about their customers, they would want them to be satisfied and stand behind their product with honor. Instead, they are idiots who refuse to take responsibility for their poor quality products. I would never recommend Vevor to anyone and I will never purchase from them again.
Warning: Vevor is a Scam Company - My Terrible Experience
This company is a total scam! I cannot believe the terrible experience I had with Vevor. They took my money and never sent out my item. I tried calling their phone numbers, but they didn't work. I also sent them numerous emails, but they never replied. It's like they just took my money and disappeared!
To make matters worse, I was charged twice what was advertised. When I contacted them about this, they refused to refund the difference. They claimed that the item had already been sent, but I never received any tracking information. I tried calling them several times in December, but I never got through.
In January, I sent them several emails asking for confirmation that the item had been posted, but they ignored me. I was left hundreds of dollars out of pocket and feeling completely ripped off. I had to escalate the issue to the Australian consumer commission, department of fair trading, and chargeback via the bank just to get my money back.
I would strongly advise anyone to stay away from Vevor and purchase from a legit company instead. The only way to get their attention seems to be by leaving reviews, so I hope that this review will help others avoid the same terrible experience that I had.

I purchased a 3kva inverter. They told me via email all items free shipping but charged me $39.99. Asked for refund of shipping. They wrote back several times talking about "remote area" "no refund on shipping if order cancelled" i am in metropolitan area and never cancelled order. They played this game with me for about 2 weeks, mutipule emails saying "remote" area. Fed up i put in Paypal dispute. Vevor then offered me $15 discount on next purchase after they received email from paypal. I refused, so they offered me $25 discount trying to make me go away. Meantime im still waiting for delivery. Finally they Admitted and agreed to refund but it would take 30 days because trying to find my bank to put it back in. Another lie. I always pay via paypal fir protection, so they couldnt find my bank details. They never replied to paypal (scammers never do) so after 2 weeks Paypal looked at all evidence (i sent them every email and their advert and email saying shipping was free, and all their negative feedback were they charged everyone shipping) and Paypal judged in my favour. Im not promoting Paying via paypal, but they have helped me many many times with scammwers, banks wont. Unit finally was delivered and works great. But Vevor is a scam from China.

Relatedly: I've been looking into getting a stainless steel work/kitchen table from either Vevor or Webstaurantstore. Vevor's prices in the product category are slightly lower but I'm concerned that is mostly due to that the actual grade of material is inferior. In the product listing Q & A section a potential customer asked "What is the grade of the stainless steel of this product item ?" Vevor's Answer was "It is 201" That's it. Just a #. Not "Thank You for reaching out to us and inquiring...etc etc" or even similar, instead just a flat, cold, impersonal NUMBER (without quotation marks as seen here).
Ad besides that, their answer was WRONG. Beyond vague, it was just flat out evasive and misleadingly FALSE.
I responded to it in a politely worded cordial clarification reply. I submitted the reply. Guess what. The reply got ignored, or flagged, or something, it never actually posted. I re-submitted it. It still doesn't appear.
Think I'm exaggerating ? I'm adding screenshots. Anyone can verify these if they really have nothing better to do with their time. The second screenshot is my reply in MS-Windows Notepad editor (I always copy a backup of any posts in Notepad just in case of technical difficulty and screen refreshes and post is lost, vanishing vaporized into cyberdust...). If it would have posted, that's the reply, but noone may ever see it. Unless it miraculously appears later on, which isn't likely, since you may notice any and all replies to questions asked are by Vevor, even though there's an option for helpful customers to reply. But customer replies appear. Not a single one. Go Figure.

Vevor's Poor Customer Service and Lost Parcel Frustration
So, I was really excited to purchase a high-quality product from Vevor. However, it's been over a month and I still haven't received my parcel. I'm starting to think that the courier must have been on drugs or something because they delivered it to the wrong address. I even have photos of the parcel at the wrong address, their front door, and their car.
I've called Vevor multiple times to try and resolve this issue, but they keep telling me that they haven't been able to recover the parcel. It's really frustrating because I've called them at least 20 times and they don't seem to care that I haven't received my product. I've even given them the photos from the courier company and asked for a refund, but they still haven't done anything about it.
It's not fair that I paid for a product that I can't even test because it hasn't been delivered. I think it's safe to say that Vevor is liable for the courier's actions and should be responsible for the lost parcel. I just want either my product or my money back.
In the future, I think I'll stick to buying products from South Australian companies to avoid any issues like this. It's really frustrating to deal with Vevor and the courier company, Safe Way Couriers, for over five weeks now. I just wish Vevor would pay more attention to their customers and take responsibility for their mistakes.
Nightmare Experience with Vevor's Customer Service for Faulty Wash Station Motor
We recently had an issue with a faulty motor on a wash station purchased from Vevor and our experience with their customer service was less than satisfactory. However, we are now facing issues with processing our PayPal payment, as Vevor requested our PayPal information instead of simply crediting back our credit card for the partial refund. Despite our request for a full refund, we eventually gave up.
If you plan on purchasing a product from Vevor that may require warranty assistance, we advise you to be cautious and do your research beforehand. Our experience with their customer service via email was a complete nightmare and we would not recommend it. However, we must note that their call center has been fine and the representatives were very nice.

I recently purchased a Vevor 47qt Electric Car Fridge from Vevor website after reading multiple reviews on quality. I purchased in March and began to use it in June when I started camping. Two months into the season my Fridge started throwing a F3 code. I ran through all the troubleshooting before calling customer service as well as emailing and having a message chat with a customer service rep. This has gone on for one month now, i have sent in pictures and video of how the fridge is operating. I asked that I have a tech call me as I handy and can walk through the instructions the give me for a fix. No one has called me, all I get from Vevor is notes that say take it to a repair shop and they will gladly pay for the repair. In my mind it is not my responsibility to repair a product that is 4 months old and has a defect. I have asked to have Vevor send me a new fridge and I will send back the one I have for them to find the issue. OR I have simply asked for my money back and I would send them my fridge. Crickets! Nothing from Vevor, no phone call, no email, nothing... So i have told Vevor that i am going to do what any customer that is getting the shaft from a large company like Vevor would do. Hit their customer service and their ability to stand by their product with bad press on Social Media. There is no other way to get their attention and i will continue to hit every website warning people of this companies inability to take care of merchandise that was $279. Follow up from Vevor Below: So this is the problem with Vevor, I have written 6 bad reviews on social media sights, the response i get back from Vevor is, We are so sorry, can you provide us more information, the invoice, a video, pictures. I have done all of this twice and nothing has happened. The complaintsboard.com need to do a full investigation on this company, there hundreds if not thousands of bad press on websites other than Vevor.com, which i believe all of their comments are fake.

They then provided me a suspicious PayPal link to send money to. I requested that if this was an official item and fee, that they simply reissue an invoice.
