When we originally decided to sell two timeshares, we began the search for a company to help. After going through double-talk with a number of companies, we called Lone Star Transfer. We heard about this company on Laura Ingram at Fox News. Right from the outset, we felt they were trustworthy and told us right up front the amount of time it would take to make the transfer, the cost, and various things they do to make this go forward. We not only decided to give them one timeshare but two that we owned. During the process, they kept us up to date as to its progression and never gave us any doubt as to their ability to make this our best decision. If you want to get behind you the cost of the timeshare that can seem to never stop taking your money, then this company needs your attention. We have been out of ours for just a short time but everything Lone Star Transfer said would happen did happen. Could not be happier! Lone Star Transfer

I first heard of Lone Star Transfer while driving down the road listening to a radio program. Normally I tune-out radio ads but this one caught my attention because I had become disillusioned and disappointed by the high maintenance fees and disproportionate value-for-dollar services I had been receiving (or not receiving) from my timeshare membership. So I decided to reach out to Lone Star Transfer in a telephone interview. The Lone Star Transfer staff listened carefully to my concerns, answered my questions, and provided a general overview of how the process worked and how long it might take to close my accounts. After several conversations, I chose to hire Lone Star Transfer because it was not only obvious that they were knowledgeable and experienced, but that they were also caring and committed to their clients. I found every member of the staff to be helpful and honest, and forthright and conscientious. They were a pleasure to work with. I only regret that I didn't contact them sooner.
Lonestar did everything they said they would do, and got us out of our Timeshare. It was easy, with minimal work. Recommended to others.

I heard about Lone Star Transfer on the radio and decided to contact them and I am so very happy that I did. I had a timeshare at Worldmark by Winham that I wanted to get out of and didn't know how to go about it. Everyone at Lone Star was so very helpful and courteous. I was at times so frustrated with the slow process of dealing with Worldmark but the people at Lone Star kept me balanced and dealt with me and my expressing how upset I was with Worldmark being very gracious and doing what they could to expedite the process of the transfer. I really don't know how I would have gotten it done without their help. Thank you everyone at Lone Star especially Dennis.

Lonestar Transfer did an amazing job releasing us from our timeshare. I did the research and saw everything was true regarding the A+ rating with the ComplaintsBoard.com. Lonestar completed my transfer in 2 months ! The part I like the best is that I was able to watch the progress of the transfer along the way on the website. The customer service is excellent ! I highly recommend them to anyone who wants out of their time share fast. Shortly after the close of our timeshare we received email confirmation and a hard copy was mailed out with in days . This is a professional company with the best knowledge of how to transfer timeshares fast and efficiently. We are extremely happy with the results. We are so happy to be free of our timeshare. I could not thank the staff at Lonestar enough for all that they have done. Thanks to Lonestar for giving me the freedom and piece of mind. We are no longer responsible for the timeshare. Lone Star Transfer stood by their word! We were scammed a few years ago in which a company held a one day seminar and left us "high and dry" after being paid a lot of money. I'm sure left myself and many others here in Hawaii helpless and hopeless, the company was no where to be found. We were so reluctant to trust another company but we were also very desperate to be rid of our timeshare. Having lost all faith, I took a chance with Lone Star because they empathized with my loss, created no pressure, and gave my husband and I the time needed to decide. After about 6mo we have finally completed ending our ties with one of our timeshare and I have no regrets in trusting this company. In the interim I was so fearful we would loose money again but someone was always there to answer my call and reassure me throughout the process. I was impressed with their professionalism and compassion to help people like me. They understood my circumstance and we are so grateful. We respectfully look forward in working with them on our next timeshare termination.

This contributed to our doubt and mistrust throughout the entire process. Coupled with the pandemic this lead to a very stressful year for us. It's not their fault but it caused us some degree of anxiety. We felt we were in limbo as we weren't kept up to date with progress; an email every 3 to 4 weeks would have been much appreciated. Our concern was due to the fact that we had been victimized in the past by another company that took our full payment and disappeared. And when we were notified that the transfer was done, but heard nothing for 3 months, we emailed asking if something was brewing. We were told that the virus held things up at the timeshare. We requested and finally did receive snail mail, hard copies of the final notifications that the transfer was complete and then we finally, REALLY relaxed. All in all the company people we dealt with were friendly, accommodating, quick to respond to our queries.

The attitude toward customer satisfaction dropped with the quality of the management team. It was time to sell. But every time I scheduled a meeting to sell back my property, they continuously refused to buy back and spent most of the time trying to sell me more time. I had enough and contacted Lone Star Transfer. I had read about them in the reviews written by other folks who hired them to release them of their time share nightmare. They responded and performed with professionalism, courtesy, and speed. I hired them in June 2022 and by December 2022 I was free and clear of my timeshare contract. They walked me through the process during the initial meeting over the phone. They maintained communication throughout the process, keeping me informed every step of the way. A family member became incapacitated with a grave illness, so I took over his finances and discovered a timeshare that had never been used for 20 years and was a never ending source of debt. After researching and having an interview with another big name exit company, I came away feeling like the exit company wasn't much different than the whole timeshare scheme - more and more money for every little step, and then even more money to the exit company's sister company to get your credit cleared up, and no real answers to obvious questions. A lot of fast talking salesmanship that didn't settle well with me. A family member found Lonestar and we checked them out. Lonestar more upfront and I felt more comfortable with them. They kept in touch on a regular basis and let us know exactly what was needed. I am happy to report I received the finalized paperwork from the timeshare and it is finished, no more timeshare millstone around my family member's neck. Fortunately, it didn't take as long as I had expected, but I do know it can take longer or shorter depending upon individual circumstances. I recommend Lonestar Transfers.

08 June, 2022 LoneStar Transfer is the real deal. I did get burned once by a fake timeshare relief "company", so I was hesitant to attempt exiting my Maui Beach timeshare for another couple years. Then after hearing an ad on the radio, I called one particular company. The first question from that company rep was, "Who is the manager of your timeshare?" When I answered, "Soleil Management", he said there was nothing they could do for me. Something about Soleil knowing legal loopholes, I guess. Pretty shady company: Soleil. Then I heard an ad for LoneStar Transfer and figured, "What the heck, I gotta do something." I asked them if they worked with out-of-state timeshares and they confirmed, "Yes". Then I asked if they could get me out of a Soleil Management timeshare, and they confirmed, "Yes". I signed up with LoneStar and we got to work. The process was not cheap, nor was it quick, but it was definitely worth my time and money. Now I never again have to worry paying dues and fees for a property I never visit. Now I can save my money to travel where I want, when I want. Thank you LoneStar Transfer for helping me transfer completely out of my timeshare for good!

My husband and I bought a time share many years ago. We thought we would use it when the kids were little however, when we bought it we or hit with maintenance fees RCI fees and exchange fees. We were never told about any of these extra expenses. After a few years they also added a point system. We owned white time and our points value was less then most of the timeshare vacations we wanted to go on. We would have to pay much more for a vacation. As we got older our lives changed and we no longer used the time share at all. We traveled with our camper. I wanted to get rid of the time share since maintenance fees went up, I did not want to leave this burden on my children and it no longer fit in with our lives . We heard about LoneStar on the Radio and decided that it was time to get rid of this baggage. I can’t say enough about the company it literally was a blessing to find them . They helped me every step of the way. They would tell Me what I needed to do and I would do exactly what they told me to do. I was out of this contract in about 6 months. I highly recommend this company they guarantee your out of your timeshare or they will Refund you . It’s a win win! So don’t hesitate to reach out to them you won’t be disappointed. I give 5 stars ! I will definitely recommend this company for several reasons, even though they worked through more than a year due to the virus; personal calls answered by polite staff, regular emails at each step of the process, patience with the Hawaii timeshare co. who really do live a 'delayed, relaxed and complicated process of transferring title ownership, their closing manager, Kelly m. was especially prompt to explain each step as it was completed, which did enormous emotional peace to assure me they were making progress. i will say that anyone wishing to use this company will find more benefit by doing the basic information gathering so Lonestar can more efficiently do their job...there is enough detailed paperwork they handle and as one who is motivated to move on in life, we have some responsibility to be clear "why". My only regret is that i cannot meet each of them and personally thank them for removing that overhanging issue of ongoing taxes, rate hikes and fees for yearly improvements the timeshares always have a reason to slowly escalate. Over the years, we have never been back to the property even once, but we traded our weeks each year in exchange for 110,000 Marriott Rewards points. Up until the time that Marriott merged with Sheraton and the resulting program rendered the Marriott Rewards points virtually worthless, our yearly expenses for the timeshare were worth the cost. So when it came time to legally get out of our timeshare commitment, we didn't know where to turn for assistance. Fortunately for us, during my regular weekday walk, I listen to Sean Hannity on the radio, and he often mentions Lonestar Transfer as an excellent resource for anyone wishing to legally exit their timeshare. The representative explained completely in detail what Lonestar would do for us (100% guaranteed) and what it would cost for their service (if you are a military retiree there is a discount, so don't be afraid to ask). At least in our opinion, the cost is more than fair for what they do. Everyone we dealt with throughout the whole process was very friendly, professional, helpful, patient, willing to answer any and all questions, etc. As of June 15 we are completely and legally out of our timeshare obligation. Perhaps we could have done it on our own or via another path, but as with pulling a tooth or receiving a colonoscopy, it is always best to leave it to a professional. We would certainly recommend Lonestar Transfer to a friend or family member.

Lonestar was efficient and very attentive to any questions we had. They were successful in getting us removed as an Owner in our timeshare. Definitely recommend.
