I purchased flowers for my mother in law who lost her husband the day before.
My daughter was there when they were delivered and she said they were lovely but not a big bunch. Paid for 50% extra but they weren't many flowers. Could have bought a big bunch for half the price at Asda.
They were not worth the money. Apparently got 60% off then further 10%. Certainly not value for money

I ordered flowers from lovely flora world online to be delivered on the 21st November 2020. They sent me confirmation that they have picked the flowers and are ready to be delivered on the 21st November 2020. Unfortuntly, they lied and nothing was delivered. I have been emailing them constantly but they have not replied to any of my emails. I will be taking this further as I want a full refund.
Bouquet. Misguiding pictures
My pictures of communication explain my issues and I am ready to approach Trading Standards for false advertising. Nowhere in the small print does it state the picture of the bouquet advertised us for the larger bunch nor does it state an average stem amount. I understand this varies by design . If that is so then it should be declared in each one

I ordered a delivery of flowers for my friends birthday. I ordered well in advance (2weeks) to make sure they arrived on time. Two days after delivery date they have still not arrived i am beyond annoyed. I received a confirmation on the 13th June they would be delivered on the correct date. Please cancel the order and refund my money i will go elsewhere in future.

I ordered a bouquet on Saturday 20 th June to be delivered yesterday Monday 22nd to my friend on her birthday when I ordered it it said next delivery date available was the 22nd which was perfect nothing was said about any delays with the COVID 19 issue and my order was confirmed for delivery on that day However the flowers did not arrive yesterday which was very upsetting as I wanted the surprise to be on her actual birthday I emailed but no reply but it said 2-3 days reply so I tried to telephone but every time I just kept getting an engaged tone for three tones then nothing and I telephoned a few times therefore the only thing I could do was wait to see if it was delivered today no e Mail was sent to say there was a delay with the delivery the item has I've been told been delivered today which sort of misses the point I could not get in contact with lovelyfloraworld and I suffer with severe anxiety if I wanted it delivered today then I would have put today's date for delivery and this morning I then got an email but not before I had tried to phone yet again and there was a woman's voice saying not available even though it rand and then the next time it was a busy tone again surely the phone couldn't have been occupied as you don't take deliveries by phone when I looked into the customer service side of things it then mentioned COVID 19 but this was not on the main website page and you don't go any further than that initially I find the customer service very bad simply because there isn't any it is very frustrating not being able to contact someone and after all when the flowers did arrive they were past their best which isn't nice when u open the box to this I therefore will not be ordering from lovelyfloraworld again you can't get hold of anybody and arnt kept up to date with your delivery I have heard of bad experiences from other people with the same issues and had unsatisfactory service please review this thankyou Mrs n c tomlinson

I ordered two bouquets of flowers for mother's day - I paid for extra flowers for both bouquets. The flowers received were not well presented, less flowers than the standard bunch on the website and different flowers! Contacted and finally managed to get through - after much debate was advised I could get money back and have not received it - that was in march! Disgraceful behaviour - picture evidence was sent to prove the shortfall! The first two photos show you what was received the last photo shows the photo from the website.

I've ordered flower for my sister birthday. She received on time but wrong color and not fresh. I contacted the company but they never answer me. The phone number is busy all. The time maybe is out of order.
I will like to complain about them to make sure that other people are not order from them. I want full refund for the flowers they just ruined my surprise.
False advertising
Order number: 610987. False advertising. Flowers were a pathetic representation of what I paid for. I paid extra for 50% more flowers too, but it looked like it was valued at £2.50! The flowers were different to those advertised, the bouquet was a cheap bunch. Complained and was promised a replacement, it still hasn't arrived a week later. No communication from them either. Will never use this company again. Terrible.

Ordered flowers on 20/4 for del 24th, they didn't arrive, email sent, no reply or communication of any kind, despite several attempts from myself to contact them. Flowers arrived today, 29th, a very miserable looking, small, (I paid for extra 50%) bunch of poor quality flowers. Person they were intended for is now in hospital, they won't get to see them, and I can't go or take flowers, the flowers were supposed to be a surprise to brighten them at a very low point.
When the order was placed the delivery date was guaranteed, no communication was recieved letting me know that it would be delayed, and the quality of the flowers is so poor.
Product I am complaining about birthday flowers delivery.
I ordered a bunch of birthday flowers with a birthday balloon for my sister on Monday 13th April 2020 and chose for them to be delivered on her birthday Thursday 16th they said that they would be able to be delivered by then so I was happy to continue and purchase them. However they did not arrive on the date I chose so I emailed the customer service as the phone number given does not work. When I emailed it said it would take up to 3 days to reply to me but 3 days have past and haven't heard anything as well as no flowers still haven't been delivered.
I am disgusted by this service as they was quick enough to take the money out of my account but haven't contacted me at all, and also my sister did not get the flowers for her birthday. I know longer need the flowers as it is no longer her birthday.
You call your self a good company I am disgusted and want my money refunded back to me as I am disgusted and if I do not get a reply I will be taking this further as it is utterly disgusting for a company to present there self like this.

Order on the 8th of April to be delivered on the 15th as my mums funeral was on the 16th so went online and choose 20 mixed roses well they sent them out on the 9th they turned up on the 17th dead and when I asked for a refund and I have sent 4 different emails and they don't response they like to take your money bur not return it they should as its an awful business

Received a floral delivery from this company. My friend had commissioned them in order to cheer me up on the anniversary of my son's death. On opening the box, I was surprised to note that they looked like any garage bouquet. There was no moist tissue around the stems as is usual with postal deliveries. The heads were drooping and they were withered. It looked as though they had been bought from the reduced bin and tossed in the box. How dare they abuse people by profiting from their emotions. Abhorrent.

I have made an order 10/02/20 to be delivered on valentines day 14/02/20. Today 12/2/20 I received a text message to say they will be delivered on the 13/02/20.
I tried to call the customer service number but it is a fake number. I tried to email to cancel because the flowers are a surprise for valentines day not thursday. To which I got an email saying they have already been dispatched and cannot cancel. This is a joke. And they are just acting like its normal. Would they accept this level of poor service and negligence? Would they bolox the whole company is a scam and designed to rob you of your money whilst they cut corners. I have just had to reorder with a different supplier who said 'yes thats no problem we can deliver on whatever day you like'. £40 down thanks to the not so lovelyfloraworld.
If they would have told me this I wouldn't have ordered from them. I will never use these again. Ever
With sympathy flowers
My mother has had numerous bouquets of your flowers delivered to her with a creepy card that reads "with deepest sympathy" (yet no one has died). This company will not help us find out who is sending them and will not stop sending them if they receive more orders. We will be taking this further.
Also, the flowers are rubbish so I don't recommend spending money on them, at least my mums were free.

Flowers delivered 3 days before the requested delivery date including opening Lily's. Raised the issue via email and just received a despatch note where they sent out four more bouquets that would arrive after the required date. Contacted them via telephone to escalate but refused refund.
I would question if the companies florists are trained and qualified and I challenge their claim being customer care separates them from competitors. Their website also includes other false claims and advertisement.
Had they dealt with my issue is an appropriate manner this rating may have been a lot different, having being a senior customer service advisor in my past employment I would urge others not to use this company and I will share this information with others to prevent them being victim to this fraudulent company.

DELAY on delivery.
Booked a bouquet of flower for my graduation. Received confirmation email that the flowers can be arrived on time.
Unfortunately the flowers didnt arrives on time. I arrives the next day, which i no longer need the flower already. Disappointed!
Added extra money for extra 50% flowers, but it ended up, very small bouquet of flower, which it doesn't worth the money i pay at all!

I ordered which I thought was a beautiful bunch of flowers, I paid extra for a extra 50% off flowers, when they arrived they box was lovely (the only thing that was nice) opened box to a very small bunch flowers which I can actually buy for a few pound at supermarket, I immediately contacted this company to say wasn't happy etc send photos as nothing like ones I ordered was no foliage etc lillies were falling off stems, Betty the girl that took my call told me flowers were acceptable as the 50% extra were included in this bunch 14/15 stems I received apparently you get a extra 16 stems with the extra 50% which I certainly did not, would not refund me told me post office would happily return to sender at no cost for me then I would receive my refund, off I go to the post office with box and dying now flowers to be told £6.80 it would cost me, they can only send free if there's a return label, rang again no answer this time, rang this morning again spoke to Betty oh after I'd withheld my number as she wouldn't answer my calls to tell her what the post office had said, again fobbed off I now want to speak to the manager who suprise suprise is not there till next week where the flowers will then be well and truly wilted, I've tried emailing the CEO of the company but again email not in use, this company is ripping people off I'm so angry at being fobbed off again and now going contact trading standards

My husband ordered flowers on behalf of our daughter for Mothers Day 2019. The flowers arrived a day earlier than requested and were not particularly fresh with rose heads wilting. Within the first day or two the roses were badly drooping and the other flowers were looking very tired. This was naturally very disappointing. I sent 2 messages via the contact us form on the website to which I have not received a reply. My husband received an email asking for a review - which we duly gave. As I have not received the courtesy of a reply I tried phoning the company. The line was engaged so I requested a call back. The call back came and was ringing but noone answered despite me waiting until the line went quiet! I put the phone down. This was well within the calling hours.

I ordered a bouquet of flowers on 27 March 2019 and was given a delivery date of 30 March. Flowers were not delivered til 2 April 2019. They were in a very poor condition with some dying. I requested refund or fresh bouquet.
Managed to get a response from Customer Service requesting photographs. . I sent the photographs as requested and since then I have been ignored by Customer Service despite sending several further emails requesting a resolution.
No response from Customer Service and they then had the cheek to send me a questionnaire as to how pleased I was with the service.
Since you cannot contact Customer Service by phone they are obviously set up this way to prevent their poor service being challenged.
Disgusting company playing on customers and failing to provide the services paid for.
