I used lulu online shopping for many times now. Usually my order gets delivered within 24 hours. This time I placed an order for essentials on Thursday at around 5 pm. Until I made my payment my delivery slot was not showing. I was slightly skeptical but hopeful that my order will be delivered within 24 hours. But next day morning only I got a notification indicating my delivery will be after 4 days! What a shame. I tried to call the customer service but in vain. I tried to chat with the online support. But they were absolutely not helpful and it was a waste of time. They just repeated what I already know, That my order will be delivered after 4 days. Even Amazon delivers the same day or next day. A grocery store delivering its order of daily essentials after 4 days Is absolutely not acceptable. If only I know about this at the time of order I would have never placed order and paid. Now even if I cancel my order I will only receive my money as store credit which I can use only against my next order in lulu. After this horrific experience I don’t want to place any order. That means I will not receive my money back and additional expenses and time wasted in reorder and trying to contact this ridiculous shop and it’s customer support.
Is this not cheating. By being a big organisation does not give them the privilege to cheat and be unethical.
