Dear Sir/Madam,

On 26th Nov, I had purchased few items from Lulu fashion store from which one item (t-shirt) that was taken had been the wrong size. I couldn't make it to lulu the next day to exchange the t-shirt due to some commitments I had to fulfill.

On 29th Nov, I went to Lulu fashion store to exchange the t-shirt, but the customer care disappointed me to the maximum they could. This was a very least expected Act from the side of Lulu fashion store.

I approached the customer care for an exchange of the t-shirt size from Large to Extra large.
They called for a staff from the men's wear section from the Announcement system. A man came finally after 20 mins of waiting.
He asked me to wait and took the t-shirt inside the store.
After about 10 mins he comes and tells me that there is a small red spot in the t-shirt. I was shocked to see that cause till the time the man touched the t-shirt it was perfectly fine and fresh. I am very sure that there is some game played by the man between that 10 mins he had taken the t-shirt inside the store.
I even found that there was thread pulled out from the seams.
When I Enquired about the same they just backed off without saying anything. Then finally they said they can't exchange the item and returned the t-shirt which they had damaged without any shame.

I am very disappointed by the behaviour of the staff. I am a frequent customer of Lulu fashion store and I was very satisfied with the variety of selections and options to choose from.

I request Lulu to Please get my item exchanged if the lulu team has some respect and commitments towards customers concerns and satisfaction.
Failing to get a positive response from your side would prompt me to raise a Complaint at the court.

Hello,
I am a student and I am from a middle class family. I bought a new laptop of Lenovo from Lulu connect in edappally, Kochi. I bought it on 02/09/2017. It stopped working on 19/09/2017. I complained in Lenovo helpline. But they are not responding. I am having a great loss. I bought it from Lulu by thinking that it's the best place. But now I think it sells all old things. Really annoyed. Please help me.

I bought an O General A/C from Lulu connect on 13/07/2017 and the same delivered on 14/07/2017. For the last 4 days i have been continously contacting them for the installation and so far there is no action. Its a clear case of neglegeance from an esteem organisation like Lulu.. Pls do the needfull to solve the issue today itself

I bought this dvd player from lulu connect on 12-05-2017...but i could play it only once...i took it to shop on 25th to get it replaced...but the customer care people were not ready..telling the replacement is possible only within 7 days...they colleted all my details and DVD details telling that it will be repaired by the service agent at home...but nobody came even after 5 days...i again called the customer care and they told that my complaint was not registered and asked me all the details...then what was the exercise done by those people on 25th...such irresponsible people... I dont know when it will be repaired..

Yesterday i have buy small onion from lulu cohin. But unfortunate major onions are bad. We cant find the bad condition in first sight. But we have clean onion in home and find that all are fully damaged inside.
You know, you are charging very high price in all thing comparing other local store. So, your responsibility to give good quality product.
Other thing is that we have buy a samabar kit from you yesterday - that also contains many damaged things.
I am a regular buyer in lulu, from last two years, but now from around one year your quality in many products are not in good level.

I purchased a motorolla g4 plus from lulu connect edappally lulu mall on [protected] by 8:30 pm when i reached home i took the phone from the box i noticed the phone was heating after some time i put the phone for charging that time also the phone gets heat up the next day i took some photograph that time also the phone was heating on that day i went to lulu connect edappally lulu mal on [protected] by 2:30 pm and informed the sales boy about the complaint they told that they cannot replace or exchange the phone so you go with service center what type of service is this i didn't keep the phone for more than 24 hours with me then why should lulu print on the back of the bill ( all goods purchased from lulu can be exchanged on presenting the original cash memo within 7 days from the date of purchase ) i am not intresed in giving the phone to service center so you please give me any other brand mobile

I have purchased an LG- inverter ac from lulu ernakulam on 12/3/2016. Since the installation its the 4th time the product is getting the same complaint of not getting on. i have selected the product on the reccomendation by your executive and its not serving the purpose. Already changed a board and now they are saying that the main board need to be changed. Is this the kind of product you sell. Dont you have any legal obligation for selling a good product. request you to replace the product at the earliest.out of this days the ac was down for more than 30 days for various service purposes.
Now it has become like this if we want to use the ac we need to provide one room on rent to your technician because we dont know when the ac wont turn on.
