luminess air - auto charging with no option to return product or cancel...
I purchased the product with the trial bases on July 30th, never opened it, because I was out of town when it arrived. A month later, I noticed a $59/charge on cc, called and was told I could NOT return, since it was past the 30 days. When I ordered the product I was never told I had only 30 days to return, but when I called they referred me the online T&C. Then told I had two more charges coming and additional subscription fees which I was completely unaware off. I was told I could cancel the auto subscription but was STUCK with auto pay and could NOT return the product. NEVER will I ever recommend this product or Co. Complete misrepresentation with no recourse for resolution. Most companies offer up-to 90 return policy, particularly for products which are still unopened. DO NOT TRUST... Complete and total FRAUD. Consumer Beware or Warning of fraudulent practices by BBB at minimum...

i stupidily ordered your product back in May or June. I didn't like it, talked to your rep. Seemed like to much trouble to send back. I decided to give to friend and told your rep not to ever send another product.

I purchased an airbrush set with a free trial of 30 days. I returned the item but they are disputing it. I realized that there are hundreds of complaints on the BBB for the same thing. I call again in March of 2019, after I got a letter threatening to send my account in collections. This was a year after the initial process and thought I got the problem resolved. Today I was told that account was never closed and since they don't have a tracking number I still owe on my account. I am already in collections. I was told that because the customer service agent no longer works there, they are not honoring it. The reason I'm in collections is because I changed my phone number and no one was able to contact me. I am being told that I should have known that the agent didn't take care it and it wasn't closed. My account is still in collections and the customer service agent lied to me and said they listened to a recording of the phone call. The supervisor admitted the agent lied but they are still refusing to close my account. Another supervisor also admitted that the agent I spoke to in May made a mistake. They are still "working" on it. This is such a scam.

I placed initial order 6/06/2019 and received system and Silk 4-in-1 shades 010 and 020 makeup on 6/11/19. I immediately called when the foundation was too gold-toned. The CSR happily sent an Ultra 1 and Ultra for a $2.95 processing fee. I called to confirm the Ultra 2 was perfect and to keep it in my profile for future orders. I was told foundation would automatically ship 45 days from the initial order, and then every two months after that. They shipped 7/05/2019. The invoice said the package contained 1 bottle Ultra 2 and 1 Ultra 3. The package contained actually had Ultra 3 and Ultra 4 inside - no Ultra 2. I called immediately to notify them of the error, and the CSR said she would send me the correct shades, but I would have to pay the shipping. When I asked to speak with a supervisor, she said there wasn't one there. I filed a Better Business Bureau complaint, and the next day a supervisor called me. She agreed to send 2 bottles of Ultra 2 and confirmed Ultra 2 several times. The package just arrived and it has two bottles of Silk 4-in-1 Shade 020 inside.
SERIOUSLY? How hard is it to get this right? I called again and the CSR checked my profile. Sure enough, it says my foundation is Ultra 2. She will happily send me 2 bottles of Ultra 2 today - told me there would be a $2.95 processing fee. Um, not ma'am, I don't think so! The customer doesn't pay for the company's mistakes. She said she is removing the processing fee - I am contacting my credit union to stop payment on any incoming $2.95 charges. This is Luminess Air's last chance. If the package that is shipping today does not have the correct shade, I will be getting my foundation somewhere else.
They will not let me return the unopened bottles of the wrong shades. What a waste of product! Why do they boast "hassle free returns" on their infomercials if they won't take returns? Boggles my mind.
I don't know how this company can stay in business with this level of incompetence. I hope you all have a beautiful day!

Received starter kit however after application of foundation noticed that the shade is not deep enough for my skin. y complexion is a dark chocolate just like hershey's milk chocolate. I cannot use the foundations I received with my starter kit. Went to buy online and no mention of 3 monthly payment s after the advertised cost. They said it was in fine print on the t.v. .how can read the fine print on the t.v. even if they gave you enough time. I canceled my order less then 12 hours after the purchase but didn't get back all of it they charged me $8.00 for processing.
What a gambit you can make a lot of money doing this without even sending out a product..it may be legal..that doesn't mean it is fair or right. I'm 70 years old with a fixed income that was going to be a present for myself from my son ..I hope the good lord shows the world what he thinks of people like this..thank you for your time. Ha! What a scam. First of all, the customers service person was very difficult to understand because English was not his first language. Second, had I been told that I could not get my money back I certainly would not have purchased this stuff. The makeup did not work for me at all (I think the quality was quite poor) and the machine is very cheaply made. I am willing to return it but their return process is so cumbersome for an unhappy customer. Other retailers will provide shipping but not this SCAM of a company. They expect me to pay for return shipping (and not the slow kind either because they only give you so many days to return it) and there are several "rules" for how your returns must be handled.

I cancelled this service two months ago. Last month, and this month, there have been charges on my debit card. The makeup is not good, that's why I cancelled the "club membership, " I was given a cancellation confirmation number. I've disputed the latest charge with my bank. Hopefully I can be rid of this horrible company.
I would never advise anyone to fall for this over-hyped, inferior product. Their customer service is non-existent.

I was just watching their commercial where they stated hassle free returns I've read hundreds of comments where that is farthest from the truth also if their not charging for shipping and handling then why are the refunds minus shipping and handling when I signed up I had to pay some fee which made it more then 19.95 but it doesn't say what it's for also you basically only have 2 weeks to try if you dont like it you need to send it back before the 30 days are up or they will charge you and I don't think we should pay to mail it back to them if we dont like it also I didn't know they enroll to receive makeup every month for 39.95 and the free gifts I didn't realize the eyeshadow is under the lip gloss isn't this blatant false advertising and why are they allowed to state what isn't true. Their make up made my face feel like I had a pound of it on plus it stains. They need to be shut down why isn't the Texas attorney general involved the product is a total ripoff and I'm sick of the commercials

I attempted to return the machine to no avail. I was told that I could not. I continued to receive makeup shipments even after I had attempted to return the machine. I have at least 6-12 unopened packages of this makeup. I canceled my credit card and had them issue a new card but you were able still to continue charging my card. I have lost TONS of money on this makeup and I do not want any of it. I have made that perfectly clear. I want the charges to stop. I want the shipments to stop and I would like to return ALL of my unopened makeup packages for a full refund...I have attempted to cancel this. I do not want it. I haven't wanted any more product since the first time I used this awful machine.

Alright, so I bought this device for my mother over two years ago on 11/20/17, however, she never ended up using it. I don't intend or care about a refund for the machine, however, my problem has been trying to cancel my subscription service for a machine that's not even being used. The website doe not give an option to cancel, and customer service is extremely difficult. I've spent the last year trying to settle this and I just can take it anymore.

This company does not know how to take no for an answer. I had cancelled via email two times then called and had to cancel for the 3rd time and told them I have no used their product and its still in closed envelope I told them I am returning everything as I do not want it. They said yes return and so I did but they started to charge my card after I still cancelled. This company is a total fraud they tell you one thing and once they have your card number they keep charging. I have opened an investigation over this company for their fraud advertisement and charges. Its in process, I do highly suggest not to order anything from them its not what they claim it is.
One must understand you can't force your product on people when they say no. They want to shove it down peoples throats.

I'm not interested in keeping a product I never used or ever will use, a company should accommodate their customers by taking back the machine and products in the box when it has obviously never been opened or used! I was taking care of my sister after cancer surgery to remove half of her kidney when this came and afterwards staying with her while she recuperated for 6 weeks, so I wasn't even at home! How does a company think it is ok to keep my money and keep charging me? I'm -$72 in my account because they debited my account for make-up I'm supposed to receive Friday one of those debits was for $1.00

I purchased my Airbrush Kit via TV offer about 2 months ago. Still paying for it and it doesn't work. No makeup comes out of stylists. I have followed directions exactly with regard to cleaning and caring for it. I would like it repaired. Also, the motor has stopped working twice. Donna Kirkpatrick, 326 Dixon, Lead, SD. Thank You. I was just advised that this complaint needs to be longer. I rinse the stylist everyday with several drops of water, use a q tip to dry out the cup after I pull back the trigger and it bubbles up. I them clean the tip of the stylist and put the cap on. When using the primer, nothing comes out of the nozzle. If I move it up and down really fast, moving the trigger all the way back, it comes out in beads and my face looks spotty. The erase is too thick to come out of the nozzle . The makeup spots all over my face and looks terrible. On several occasions, the motor quits working altogether. I shut it off and let it rest. I then turn it back on and it usually will run for a minute although nothing comes out of the stylist. I shut it off again and third time I can usually keep it going. This thing is new. I am still paying for it and I would like it repaired. Hopefully, I have given you enough information for a response.

Luminess air is an air brush makeup. I purchased a basic starter kit. I used it once and my face turned beet red and broke out in hives. I called, emailed and tried to return the product but they do not accept returns for any reason. I gave the stuff to a friend. Then I received the same products 2 days later and again 5 days later. I finally contacted my credit card company and they stopped all recurring charges for this scam company. That is the only way to stop them. The products are in small plastic bottles that broke in transport. Liquid makeup was everywhere. What a mess!. I finally gave the products to a friend who is going to try and sell them.in any case avoid this company like the plaque. Buyer beware!

We have reviewed the account in question and found that the customer placed 2 separate orders with our company and later disputed all charges with her credit card company instead of calling our company first and giving us an opportunity to assist her. According to the credit card company, the customer was issued a refund after the dispute was filed in December 2018, therefore no further actions can be taken on this matter and we sincerely apologize for this inconvenience.

Luminous air. Cannot get ahold of them hold time is over an hour. they say they will call you back and never do. They claim they will not charge any more but yet still send make up and I send it back but yet they keep charging my card. This product and advertising is a scam. Do not let others get taken by this company. I had to call my bank and explain the situation and close my account and open a different one just so they stop taking $$ I did NOT authorize them to take. When I called customer support and the one time I got through they did say they would not charge me anymore and I expressed several times DO NOT send me any more make up. A week later they withdrew from my account and charged my card another 39.95. This company is a scam and rip off and the customer service people do NOT help at all. They make promises they cannot keep and its lies. PLEASE DO NOT Order from this company, unless you want to be charged over and over for product you do not want or even order.

I paid for this junk.never received the system just some makeup. Customer service would not help They said send it back. Send what back? Never received tsystem. 3 months later a used system received used and not working. These [censored]s said sends it back. I said u pay return shipping for your mistake. No return shipping received.
