I bought a sim on 19th September with a £5 voucher as on the side it said that I can get 20 GB with £5. However, when I called the customer service, they said that I have to recharge top up another £5 to get 20 GB.
I did that and then the balance showed £9.75. So had to recharge another £1.99.
The internet still did not work called them on 20th September and asked for a refund. 1st agent said they can only refund £1.99 the next agent said that because I dailed a number they can’t refund £1.99. Told her to refund the £10 said that she can’t do that also.
If I haven’t used the vouchers why won’t you refund it back? One of those was through online bank transaction so they can easily refund £10 to the same account.
When asked to speak with a supervisor was put on an endless hold. Called back and they wouldn’t connect me to an agent.
This is such a nightmare, Lycamobile is proving to be thugs who are just harassing people with misleading information and false promises.
Desired outcome: Refund £11 from the £11.99
