I had the worst experience. The student advisor who helped me with the registration was very friendly until I paid my registration fee of R3 500. Then she ignored every question I asked after that.
I didn't receive log in details and I sent countless emails requesting assistance and no one helped. I Called all the numbers I can find on their website no one answered.
Until I reversed the first debit order, then I had their attention. When they sent me an email of a bounced debit I told them why do they need my money so bad but when I need just a simple explanation they are unavailable.
I sent an email canceling my studies with them they told me to state the reasons, I did. They Told me to send my contact details, I did. And that was it.
To my suprise I'm now getting calls from collection lawyers saying I owe lyceum over 17kš
I told their lawyer that how do they expect me to pay for the service I never received. I don't even know what their student portal site looks like. The collection lawyer told me to send the proof of email conversations when canceling my study with Lyceum. I did but she still proceed to send me email Saying I have 10 days to pay the amount I owe.

Desired outcome: Please clear my name. I don't owe Lyceum a cent. In fact they should refund my R3 500 of registration since they ignored my cry for help but want to benefit from me.
