I've been working with Madwire since early in 2021 and have found them to be outstanding in most every respect
I've been working with Madwire since early in 2021 and have found them to be outstanding in most every respect. They took my blog, ***, and redesigned it to give it the look and feel of a web site rather than a mere blog. They've also worked with me to understand where my traffic is coming from, how to more effectively target my content and appeals, and maximize the income potential of the site. Special kudos to Joey S, Madwire's marketing director with whom I work. He is always an encouragement, full of energy and great ideas, and he has a tremendous wealth of experience and insight on how to grow a web site. I give Madwire five stars mainly because of him.
Working with Autumn L
Working with Autumn L. at Madwire has been a great experience. She is a great communicator, quick to return emails and phone calls, and has been great at educating me about marketing and why they do what they do. I felt informed every step of the process and actually learned a lot. The webpage and logo design was beautiful. As a user of the Marketing 360 software I found it very easy to schedule social media posts and emails ahead of time. I was able to schedule my entire month of email/social media posts in one day, which was wonderful to save time. What worked best for me was to schedule a monthly zoom call so we could discuss the month's strategy. I highly recommend Autumn as an account manager. Thank you!

Madwire/Marketing 360 is like having an extra person assisting with all of the marketing implementations. Our company has been onboard for the past 4 years and our brand is professionally displayed on most of the social media outlets. They assist with email blasts and flyer prep. We would be lost without Marketing 360! We work with several people, however Madeline is absolutely outstanding with whatever we dream up - she implements! Highly recommend Madwire/Marketing 360.
We have been working with Marketing360 for a year now and the our experience with them is been great. Our success manager, Jacob, is very responsive, knowledgeable, helpful and always coming up with new ideas so all our website projects meet our expectations. Highly recommend Marketing360!
Marketing 360 is the best platform we’ve worked with. We had the privilege to build a new website with one of their website experts Kelly B. She was excellent, she was had fast communication and improved our website to our liking. We are so happy with our site and can’t wait to keep working with this platform, there’s so much to take from it!
Madwire has been great. All support team is very helpful and walked us through the process with efficiency and patience. Our success manager Ashten has been incredible, as has the rest of the team members. Fantastic service and product, highly recommend.
I've been using Madwire 360 for just under 3 years now and Brittany has been a game changer for me and my business!
I've been using Madwire 360 for just under 3 years now and Brittany has been a game changer for me and my business! She is always on the ball and keeps me up to date with changes in how to get better results and how to best allocate money for monthly budgeting! I would not only recommend Madwire to any other business looking to expand with their marketing, but Brittany as one of the best account handlers on top of that! Always professional, but the best part is she has also become someone I would consider a great friend! Very down to earth, easy to talk to, and very relatable! Brittany and her team are the best that I've been lucky to get to work with and I'd highly recommend them to anyone else looking to get into marketing their business!
We are extremely happy with marketing 360. They are all amazing! Our business continues to grow and I owe it all to them! Thank you thank you!
We are at the front end of this journey with Marketing 360, but overall it has been a GREAT start. We work with Brit and she is absolutely amazing and has made this process so smooth. Very excited to see what the future brings with this group.

Highly recommend Marketing 360 for all of your marketing and social media needs. Knowledgeable staff. Wonderful people! They have done all of our company's marketing for the last 5 years and we couldn't be happier with the results.
Thank you, Dustin B, for your services over the past year+, and to Jessica B
Thank you, Dustin B, for your services over the past year+, and to Jessica B. prior to that, as account reps. We have been with M360 for several years, providing us new website creation, design, development, SEO and various marketing campaigns. They have worked with us on spend as well as times where lead volumes fluctuate, to problem solve and set new directions that provided results. Our account reps have been responsive when we've reached out as well as normal check-ins and reporting is provided on regular basis, in addition to what we can get thru the internet site dashboard they have as part of their services. Overall we feel this has been a good organization to provide the small business owner with full website and ad marketing services.
Anastasia M***-W*** has been an absolute blessing to us
Anastasia M-W*** has been an absolute blessing to us. We were trying everything we could think of to promote our business and we were not making much progress. When I sat down at our first *** meeting with Anastasia I knew right then and there we were in great hands. Since that day Anastasia and her team at Madwire/Marketing 360 has just blow us away with their ideas and their know how. Having Anastasia and her team working with us is like having our own marketing dept within our company. She always takes the time to explain everything to us and has the patience of a Saint because we would be totally lost without her. Our website went from nothing to a site we are proud of and it is actually working for us and our business is getting better everyday!
The simple review is we went from having $3k months to $200,000-$300,000 months in 6 months of working with Madwire
The simple review is we went from having $3k months to $200,000-$300,000 months in 6 months of working with Madwire. We are in our 7th month and will break $1m this month or next. Had gone through two other agencies prior to trying out Madwire. I read all the good/bad review on ComplaintsBoard.com before setting up a meeting with Madwire and the conclusion I came up with was the people leaving bad reviews had a tone that Madwire should just magically make their items sell. My advice is ... Madwire is a piece of the puzzle for your success in ecom. It takes many pieces to complete a puzzle for success. However with hard work, a good team, and good products ALL paired with Madwire you will not be disappointed. I can't thank Madwire enough for their expertise and treating our money like their own. Thank you!
This company is an absolute scam
This company is an absolute scam. The sales guys sold the world and the marketing executive and his team delivered none of it. At $3k per month for a 6 month contract you would expect them to do a little market research before asking for that type of commitment, they don't. Not only did I receive a website that was not optimized (after 6 weeks) and still was never optimized, they generated 0 leads for our company. Madwire decided to "allow" me out of the contract because asking for any sort of return was an unrealistic expectation from our company. No refund at all was given as compromise and business practices like this should be illegal. Don't worry though they will lawyer up as soon as you get serious about your refund. An absolute joke of a company and the employees should be ashamed of themselves for working at a place like this.

People on the team are great!
People on the team are great! Great communication skills, helpful, joyful, and just a great group of people to work with. However the issue is the system it can be very frustrating and confusing. -email campaigns it wouldn't allow me to go back and edit the email instead it directed me to send it out (it's a bit frustrating and confusing how the email campaign page works) -List of people to send out emails: The system has all the contacts I have from the CRM only issue I have is when I'm in a hurry and a hail storm hits I need to be able to press a button with all the leads that were hit by the hail storm into the Marketing 360 site. Or a way that I am able to target that group of people with out having to create the list myself, or contact anyone. Simply just send it out -Social media post, the wording for the social post is great! Only issue is that the post can be simple at times. In other words I wish the system was a bit easier to navigate through especially for someone who needs things done fast and in a timely manner.

We have been using Madwire / Marketing 360 for almost two years and we couldn't have wished for better results
We have been using Madwire / Marketing 360 for almost two years and we couldn't have wished for better results. They offer a well-rounded service that allows us to fluctuate where we're spending our ad budget that month: email blasts! Giveaways! *** videos and the ads to drive them! They have singlehandedly built our business website from the ground up, and we have watched in awe as what began as slow website traffic gradually grew into an extraordinary forum of information for our community. Much of this, of course, is due to the wonderful people working their. Our marketing executive, Jamie, is a delight to work with, and it is clear she has a team that works to support our every marketing need. She keeps us on track with all of our goals, and provides us with regular updates, metrics, and ideas to help guide our ad dollars. She has been able to handle every curveball we've thrown her way. I would highly recommend this company for anyone looking to take their advertising to the next level - Marketing 360 proves you can do it without losing that personal touch your customers need.
This company will rip you off
This company will rip you off. Just look at all the other reviews before mine. I wish I would have looked here first. I might not have been scammed. They will promise you work then take your money and you will be left without anything they agreed to. I was told they would integrate my internal email and billing software with my website. It was going to send out emails with *** rating options to build up my reviews and ratings. Instead they said they were working on it and kept taking money each month. 5 months later they had taken over $6000 and I still have nothing. Then they claim they could not get In touch with me when my account manager left the company so they ran adds for me... I did not ask them to run adds, but they said I had to pay for them anyway. If you notice on all these complaints they respond with "management team has reached out and is available to talk with" This is their slick way of trying to show that they are willing to talk or work with you to solve the problem to anyone reading these complaints. This is a lie. They will not reach out to you. You have to call them and they will basically say sorry but you signed a contract that says you can't dispute there service for any reason. Even if they didn't actually do anything you requested. You still can't dispute it and your money is gone. All I can say is buyer beware! Let see if they have a different response to this complaint. I doubt it!

I've had a solid experience with Marketing 360 and specifically Cameron
I've had a solid experience with Marketing 360 and specifically Cameron. Personally what I LOVE is that my marketing manager, Cameron, sets up a weekly meeting with me and we chat new ideas and updates on progress for anywhere from 45 - 90 minutes. In my experience with other marketing companies, I felt like I'd be in the dark and then I'd cut off my relationship because I never actually knew what was happening on their side. If it weren't for our weekly meetings, I'd have that same feeling of "why are they taking my money?" Make no mistake, that if you want this marketing team to get things done and make you BANK, you'll probably have to pay for all the tasks that get you there. You can't just market a crap product built on top of a crap website. If you don't have a good infrastructure, then most of your money initially will go towards building that AND THEN marketing it and you can choose to pay them to do that or do it alongside them. You can pay more and have them do the work or pay less and it'll take longer but you'll do the work. I've now been with them for a year and I've learned so much through our meetings but I haven't seen any exponential growth. I have seen steady growth and dollars come in that I know would not be there if not for Cameron and M360. That should be clear, I've gotten sales and customers that I would not have gotten without M360 and while I don't know know how to personally flip the switches, because of our meetings, I know that they are flipping switches, and why they are doing it and how much it's bringing me. Stay patient, keep working and they will provide a boost if you want to be frugal, or theyll crush it if you want to hand it over. You're choice but I'll be with these guys for a lot longer and I think you should go for it.
I decided to hire Marketing360 (Madwire) with a biggest goal to boost my small business
I decided to hire Marketing360 (Madwire) with a biggest goal to boost my small business. I am wedding photographer and prior to signing a contract, I made sure to explained my needs within details especially making it clean I have just changed website platforms and I needed experts to help my business to grow on google. First month of payment was already a waste of money. They come to you saying they are working things out and nothing absolutely happens. Once they get your information, they not only take forever to create the most helpless ads (you may have success doing it on your own), but their designers are terrible, they didn’t know how to use my new website platform (SHOWIT) which I wish I knew, they haven’t rank my business at all in the 6 months of contract. Once you hire a marketing business, you understand you will have them to guide you through your needs and make sure to advise what works best. 6 months passed and After spending $7k+, they haven’t brought me a single lead. No inquiry, no website ranking, everything scam to suck the money out of you. I have spent the only money I had to bring my business leads, exposure and hoping to outsource this exhausting part of the business which involves Marketing. Instead, this investment has caused me immense stress, disappointment and unfortunately I regret every second of this investment. They just careless about you being a small business and careless if you have invested your money, they trick you around and say they aren’t responsible for the success of your business.. but it’s their obligation to do what they promise. If I have had leads, itamy job to book my clients. The fact is I don’t show up on google, I haven’t had leads, my business hasn’t got off the ground and I just wasted money and time. They are incompetent, zero efficiency and dishonest in my opinion. All they say is sorry! Well… I can’t say sorry if I mess up with my clients. But highly DO NOT RECOMMEND this for your business. WARNING!
I honestly never write reviews and barely have the time to write them, but anyone that is in the same position as me be WARNED
I honestly never write reviews and barely have the time to write them, but anyone that is in the same position as me be WARNED. This company promise me exponential growth and profit returns by signing a 6 month contract. They sold me with a great sales strategy and requested a *** meeting with two people who promise certain things and pretended I was the perfect client to make me feel comfortabl and relieve all my marketing worries. As new business owner I was hesitant to do research, over worked, and desperately needed help while running every aspect of my business 24/7 without any help. If you have a computer and half of brain cell watch a *** video or search on how to run *** ads/*** ads. Don't do what I did. I spent over $15,000 on this marketing team and wasted time on the most worthless video meetings going over analytics that we're skewed and fake. I have finally ended my contact and ran my own adds and have more results and conversions than I have ever had. It's sad I really believed in this company and they did me dirty. But to spend over $15,000 on adds and have nothing to show for it is a joke. This company is a total scam everything seemed so great going into it. There plat form is sketchy and they take control of everything so you have no idea if they are pocketing money or actually using it for ads spend. What ever you do you're better off doing it yourself. I wish I could give them negative 5 reviews. This company charged me $750 for a video I already made with subtitles and used it as Ad spend and said we couldn't spend it or use the money on Ads. Whatever you do If you're doing well and made breakthrough in your business and have extra cash and make the next step in your business by spending the money on marketing do not do what I did. This company has multiple LLC like mad Wire, Marketing 360 for a reason. I'm the last person to write a review but I feel totally scammed of $15,000 and have nothing to show for it. This company shoul

This business is remarketing itself now under the website Marketing360
This business is remarketing itself now under the website Marketing360. They claim they will increase your sales by doing advertising, particularly retargetting advertising for you. They want $1200 for 6 months. The first month, they met with us 2 times to present a PowerPoint slide for 15 minutes and produced nothing. They then said they wanted to get the colors right for the website. We said, what website? We did not sign up for a website, we signed up for them to run advertisements. They said well, they needed to make some adjustments. They then showed us 3 colors they supposedly took from our perfectly good website. They got them wrong. When we pointed this out, they took a week to comeback and still got it wrong. Then they said it was taking time because we were making so many changes! After some yelling at the *** screen, they said they could not do the advertisement without the website. I said you can, my website has the advertisements in it, I just need the content. It was ***. They insisted I should move to their own platform which in fact was like a free copy of ***. In fact, they wanted full control of my website. Then they said it would take 4 weeks to create a new website, no matter how many times we wrote to them that we already had a website. Then we fired them. So they had a meeting, which we filmed and live streamed, in which they admitted they could not help us at all. They also claimed they had 600 employees. When I asked for evidence of these 600 employees, they provided none. They then wanted another $2300 and us to sign a release after we fired them for sheer and total incompetence. They didn't have a clue about websites. We both are experts in the area, and these people were just clueless. Then they dropped the $2300 request and would not return the $2400 they billed, even though they placed no advertisements, for which the budget was earmarked, and we fired them right after they charged us for the second month and they agreed to part ways. Of course too late I found out this is a company named Madwire, which sadly has bad reviews everywhere you look. Be careful next time. These are the typical narcissist's, They scam you and laugh in your face.

After 2 months, I finally got a website from Madwire, but that's all I got
After 2 months, I finally got a website from Madwire, but that's all I got. In the second month, I didn't receive anything. Madwire sent me an attachment as their response, but I never got the service I was supposed to get.
I signed up with Madwire in April
I signed up with Madwire in April . They promised to build me a website, but I still haven't received it. They took almost $800 from me between April and October. That's a lot of money, and I still don't have a website. They won't return my money or produce my website. Every time we spoke on the phone, they always said they needed three more weeks. They stole my money.
I've been with Madwire for many years, but they haven't made many improvements to my site on their own
I've been with Madwire for many years, but they haven't made many improvements to my site on their own. When I started asking for updates, their response and work have been below average. Even though I've been paying thousands monthly, the monthly reports haven't accurately reflected the inquiries, and my business hasn't seen much growth. Now that I'm trying to improve my site by requesting simple picture additions and an overall enhanced look, they have done the bare minimum. They have taken advantage of my years of payments, and their follow-up isn't good. I just want the money I've paid to result in a better site. Neglecting my company's site is unethical, no matter what they try to say. They are simply exploiting a company.

Madwire charged me more than $2,500 and didn't do anything
Madwire charged me more than $2,500 and didn't do anything. They never met the deadlines and didn't run the ads I paid for. They targeted me because I'm a new business and made me change my whole website, which I already paid for. They kept my money and took back the website. I want a refund. I also paid for a new website, but they didn't use my Google ad credits. They just took my money and didn't do anything with it. I have emails expressing my frustration because they didn't fulfill their part of the agreement. I'll make sure everyone knows not to use their services. They're the worst scammers. They took advantage of me as a new business.
Our company joined Madwire's Marketing 360 on April 7
Our company joined Madwire's Marketing 360 on April 7. They charged us $3995.00 per month until June 7th when we stopped payment through our bank. The work took longer than expected, and all we received was a content Mockup. We had planned to have our first kickoff call on April 8th, but due to our busy schedule, we had to reschedule twice, first to April 12th and then to April 14th. On April 14th, there were internet issues on their end, which may have been the reason for the delay in receiving any assistance. They finally scheduled a research call for April 23rd, explaining that it was the earliest available date. However, on April 21st, we received an email asking about website builds, even though we had already mentioned over the phone that we were interested in marketing and a brand ambassador. Another meeting was set for May 7th. After the meeting... continued on attached form.
In June, we decided to give Marketing 360 a shot after hearing a bunch of sales pitches promising to assist us with our small business marketing
In June, we decided to give Marketing 360 a shot after hearing a bunch of sales pitches promising to assist us with our small business marketing needs. During the sales call, we talked about all the things they would do for us, but right off the bat, what they said would happen didn't actually happen. They used sneaky business tactics and kept pushing back deadlines for weeks and even months, all while failing to deliver the services they promised in the agreement. We asked multiple times for updates, and at one point, they even took control of our *** account without our permission, leaving us locked out. When we tried to resolve the issue, they claimed it had to be done for ads, but we already had ads running that we didn't want to be affected. It took us weeks to regain access, and we lost thousands in sales because of it. After three months and spending over $6000, we still hadn't received any Content Creation/SEO or ads as promised, so we requested a refund. But they told us it wasn't possible and pointed to the contract. They didn't provide any of the services they were supposed to...
We signed up with Madwire 360 on 10/31
We signed up with Madwire 360 on 10/31. We got the Base package for $385.00/mo and also the Marketing package for $500/mo. They said they were the best and worth the price. But they didn't give the service they promised. We had to give them all the content even though they said they could write it for us. Let me be clear, they didn't fix grammar or change sentences. We had to redo everything. It was the same for the website layout and design. We had to tell them not to cut off the heads of the Clinic Doctors on the Main webpage. Funny, their owner's head isn't cut off on their website. So far, we've spent $11,105 and STILL DON'T HAVE A WEBSITE. It was supposed to start in 2016, yes 2016! We didn't even get to the marketing part we paid $500/month for! We had many project managers and the content staff were very arrogant about their skills but couldn't give us good content. We even had to hire an outside writer so we could give it to Madwire's writers.
I signed up with Madwire on Jan 27th, paying $2195 a month for 4 months, which adds up to $8780
I signed up with Madwire on Jan 27th, paying $2195 a month for 4 months, which adds up to $8780. This package included ad budgets, promotions, and social media. Right from the first month, when I saw the website they created for me, I wasn't happy. I asked for changes, but they denied my request, saying their software doesn't allow simple things like resizing an image. Then, in their sales pitch and slide show, on slide 23 and 24, I saw exactly what I wanted for my budget going forward. I mentioned this specifically to multiple people, as it was the main reason I joined this company, since I already had a better website and SEO on my own. But the agent, Jake, completely ignored my requests and spent my budget on ads instead. I asked for a correction in strategy and was willing to work it out at the beginning of April, but nothing was done even after following up. I finally asked to terminate the contract at the end of the month, and I was threatened with an upfront payment of $2300, which I have recorded. When I questioned the budget spend, I was told that's just how they want to strategize it, even though it wasn't what they promised in the sales pitch. They also created inappropriate and irrelevant content. I am attaching the last email I sent today, as I never get a hold of someone proper to talk to. That's why the email is so long, with my complaint. Please let me know if you need more information. I would hate for anyone else to go through something like this.
I bought Madwire's marketing services for my business
I bought Madwire's marketing services for my business. Collins Bu*** presented a comprehensive marketing strategy, promising that my business would be seen by every *** company on social media if I purchased their top-tier program. I signed a 6-month agreement on December 12th, for $5795 per month. The package included various services such as Marketing 360® Platform, Dedicated Marketing Executive, On-Demand Creative Services, Email Marketing 360, SMS Marketing 360®, Digital Marketing Analytics, Call Tracking CRM, Local Listing Ads, Top Rated Local® Website Design, and more.
However, as of January 22, I have not received anything from Madwire, also known as Marketing 360, for the services I paid for. I have sent numerous emails requesting updates and a press release, but they have not responded. The press release I sent them was returned without any edits. I edited it myself and sent them a revised version before the new year, but they have not returned it or provided any communication regarding its status.
Regarding search engine optimization, I have not heard from anyone. I was supposed to receive monthly created videos for my social media campaigns, but I have not received a single one. Despite paying $5795, there has been no communication from Madwire in the entire month of January. I sent them a termination letter due to their lack of performance, but they refuse to refund me for the services they did not provide.
I am now appealing to the ComplaintsBoard.com to resolve this issue before considering legal action. Madwire sent me another bill for $5700 for the 7th month of services, even though I have not received any services. I contacted my representative, Collin, but there has been no communication since the beginning of the year. When I tried to discuss this issue with one of the company's officers, I was put on hold for 20 minutes, which showed me their lack of concern for me as a customer.
Madwire accepted $5795 for their services, but over 30 days later, I have not received anything. I feel that this company has mistreated me as a client, and I am requesting a cancellation of my account and a full refund for the services they failed to provide. I have had endless discussions with the Madwire team and even asked for legal assistance. However, the supervisor I was put in contact with, Amanda H, did not provide a resolution.
Madwire claims that our website was not good enough to market, but they were supposed to provide other services such as social media and press releases. I offered solutions to resolve the issue, including refunding the initial payment so I could pay off my debt and start the contract again. However, they only offered a partial refund, which I refused since I would still be paying for services I did not receive.
The Madwire representative guaranteed that my company would be in front of every *** & *** company on social media, which is why I signed a $36,000 contract. However, due to Madwire's lack of performance, our festival on February 21st and 22nd resulted in a loss of $15,000 as they failed to market the event. I had to change my marketing strategy and hire another company, resulting in additional damages. I am now in default with the finance company of *** because I cannot pay for the services Madwire was paid for but did not deliver.
As a small entrepreneur, I have paid a large corporation for services they did not provide, and this has negatively affected my credit rating. If this issue is not resolved, I will file a lawsuit seeking damages and make a public press release stating that my company is suing Madwire & Marketing 360 for their failure to fulfill the contracted services. I hope to resolve this promptly.

I have been with Madwire for a few years and they have done a TREMENDOUS job handling the marketing for my company. Anastasia and Madeline are always professional, courteous, respectful, and great at following up with me. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND Madwire media. Consider yourself blessed and very fortunate if you are assigned to Anastasia and Madeline. They're the best!
Madwire is an easy to use full-service marketing platform that helps me keep many aspects of my business efficient and organized. But that's not the best part. For me, the best thing about Madwire is Paul, my Account Manager. From day one, he has provided me with any tools, information and assistance I needed to not only make the most of my investment with Madwire, but which helped me get the most out of my business. On more occasions than I can count, Paul went above and beyond. You're pretty good, Madwire, but Paul is outstanding :)
Terrible company with no regard for their customers or their employees. My account manager told me how unhappy she was and how poorly they treat her. They treat their customers even worse. If you want to cancel they charge you outrageous fees. They don’t actually know how to market your business it’s all smoke and mirrors. Most of the positive reviews were paid for and not real.
