Fuel Leak
I bought a 2018 Mahindra 3540 With 85 hours on it. I noticed on the shop floor I had a Diesel leak. So I called the dealership the tractor barn in battlefield Missouri Took it in They said they fixed it It wasn't covered under warranty Because it was over 2 years old. They said they fixed it. When I got it back I noticed on the floor it was still dripping. Paid close to $300 to have it fixed And They did not fix.I Call mahindra They were absolutely no help They said it was over 2 years old and they wouldn't stand behind it I know if 2 other tractors that are doing the same thing. They have a problem I guess when they start catching on fire they will really have a problem Since they refuse to fix it.
Desired outcome: I want them to fix it where I don't have to pay for it. And refund my money that I've spent to get it fix the 1st time Which they did not fix.

Unsafe seat design
My two sons and I purchased a 2020 Mahindra 26xlt with backhoe and front snowblower attachment, an expensive investment. At the dealership we found the seat very difficult to rotate or adjust, but was assured it with practice it would work. We were also told to access youtube. The first sales rep had no idea how to rotate the seat and sought out another rep. (should have seen the red flags here, but didn't). With a backhoe attachment we felt it was crucial that the seat rotate with ease so we could operate the backhoe safely. We were assured that operating the seat a couple times would alleviate the difficulty, IT DID NOT. In fact it caused the fuse link beneath the seat to separate and bend. We talked with the dealership again at the 50 hour checkup and was told there is nothing that can be done about the seat. The sales person demonstrated once again for my brother, husband and myself how to rotate the seat. I tried to rotate the seat, but was not able too. I told the sales person I can't both lift the seat and rotate it (I operate a chainsaw and lift bee hives filled with honey, so strength is not the issue). My husband can pivot the seat to the back position but is unable to rotate back to the front position, without my help. My son and husband have adopted an unsafe practice of standing next to the backhoe, (visually observed) on the ground to operate it, VERY UNSAFE, they do this because it is to difficult/unable to rotate. As a woman of small stature 5' 2" I cannot lift to rotate it. One son is 6' and the other is 5' 7'', my husband is 5'8" and all have difficulty rotating the seat.
This December 2021 both my son and I spoke to the dealership, I also sent an email prior to leaving the tractor for the 100 hr maintenance. Each time we've requested information on the seat we have also offered to cover the cost of a replacement seat. Because I wasn't getting any where with the dealership, after repeated attempts, I contacted Mahindra USA and spoke with a rep. The rep. sounded very concerned about our experience and agreed the seat should be functional and safe. She assured me that she would send an email to her supervisor, who would contact next week, supervisor never did. She also stated she would reach out to the dealership and that the dealership would also contact me, they didn't reach out, (I sent an email to mahindra a few months prior to the phone call in December, never received a response from that either). I contacted Mahindra this morning 12/10/2021 and was told by the same rep, who was very defensive this time, that, "The seat is functioning as the seat was designed." Each time I tried to discuss the limitations and safety concerns with her she would repeat the same thing. I was told I may need more training on the seat and I should contact the dealership. I've watched several youtubes on pivoting the seat, attended three demonstrations at the dealership and still my sons, husband and myself cannot smoothly rotate the seat. It is VERY DANGEROUS/UNSAFE and Mahindra is refusing to speak with me or address the issue. I've researched what the function of a tractor seat is and although this seat "functions as designed" there is a flaw in the design - it is not a safe tractor seat! Shame on you Mahindra for not addressing this seat issue. I love my tractor and it saddens me that you don't think it's worth designing a SEAT worthy of this incredible tractor!
Desired outcome: A SAFE REPLACEMENT SEAT. AN OSHA SAFETY INSPECTION OF THE SEAT BEFORE SOMEONE IS INJURED!

Mahindra Tractor 3650 PST lemon
After researching tractors thoroughly, I purchased a Mahindra 3650 PST in July 2020. I used the tractor only 4 months in 2020 then went out of state leaving the tractor unused until late June 2021 when I returned.
The tractor was in for multiple repairs in 2020, and in 2021. Since July 2021 with only 146 hours of use, the tractor has been in the dealers shop for repairs on and off for approximately 8 weeks of the 12 weeks since my return in June 2021 when I attempted to use the tractor again.
It is currently back for the second serious engine repair, without an estimated time frame to complete the repairs.
As much as I liked the tractor when not in the shop for repairs...
this tractor is clearly a Lemon! It has demonstrated a number of quality control issues, with less than 5 months of use in 15 months since purchase. With this many issues and so little hours, it is likely to continue beyond the warranty period.
Desired outcome: Replacement tractor or refund

XUV300 / Complaining about poor service of my vehicle - will leads to losing control of the car while driving.
I Subhash Yadav own Mahindra XUV300 Vehicle no. HR26EH1098 registered in Gurgaon, Haryana.
Mahindra have been my favourite car maker and this XUV300 is my 3rd Mahindra SUV and I have seen the standard of Mahindra services going down day by day specially in my city - Gurgaon, no doubt that Mahindra makes some of the amazing products but their services have become a real nightmare.
I've sent my XUV300, 3 times to DeeEmm service center, Sector-16, Gurgaon branch but they could not resolve the below major issue of my vehicle if have tried talking to the service junior manager as we as senior manager but they are completely unprofessional people in this service center.
My car suddenly stops transmission while driving from 30-80km/hr, the gear box of the car suddenly comes down to 1st gear from 6th gear losing total control over acceleration, clutch and ignition of the car.
I am continuously reporting the situation to the above service center but everytime they promise me that issue has been resolved and I will not encounter this problem again but unfortunately that's not happening.
Due to this condition of my SUV I have been in a very dangerous situation while driving on highways and am very unhappy with the service and unprofessionalism from Mahindra.
Kindly advise what to do, because I have tried all means of complaints but no results so far.
If I can't find a solution than my last resort will be a legal action.
I am also attesting the proof of last 3 services.

Worst services and customer approach
Mahindra Scorpio S10 age 4.6 years
Total maintenance cost till date Rs.1, 63, 283
Very poor service.
Seat got damage due to unavailability of a single bolt with authorised dealer.
2000 rupees charge for repairing the seat but not reflected in the invoice they received cash against the maintenance.
Dent occurred in bonnet while changing the front windshield
Again paid to clear the dent but the dent still persist
Abs alarm indication showing, from last four services, each time they charged for diagnosis and repair. Problem still persist.
Changing the parts and lubricants without concern. Oil level and coolant level is in good condition but they still change it.
As per advice and web search Mahindra claims below 20000 rupees maintenance cost for 5 years but I had spend above Rs.1, 65, 000 within 4.6 years.
While I asked regarding this to service manager hi reply that Rs 1.80/km is the maintenance cost that company claim.
Vehicle detained for more than 15 days for last service.
Very worst service and service manager approach towards customer is also very arrogant.
When claimed insurance instead of changing damage pass they fixed it with glue.
I had also done interior spa of my vehicle but during the previous service interior is full of grease and hand trace.
Interior spa also was done at authorised dealer, Aditya motors, panikoli, Jajpur. They did it with very unprofessional way using a cloth and soapy water.
Desired outcome: Repair all damages and complaints for which they had already charged without any charges

TALATI SATYAM is a wonderful guy. He has shown the best customer service I have ever had ever! He told me that my issues are just petty complaints. The short conversation I had with him today he told me that I am a customer that is never satisficed. He told me that it is petty that I complain of the below issues.
A/C doesn't blow cold air
The charger in the vehicle doesn't work
My Cab wasn't properly installed leaks every time it rains
Stinger & both bumpers were damaged during delivery
Missing passenger side mirror
Rear mirror is missing
Ant Infestation in the cab
Asked for a manual never received one
Still haven't been paid back for the new clutch I had to buy due to Mahindra not being able to find one
Still haven't been paid back for the tow when the vehicle broke with less then 10 minutes being driven due to bad slave cylinder which blew out the clutch
Spare tire that the vehicle came with is used
Dolly Fee to bring it over to dealership still hasn't been paid back.
Loose Wires on driver side hanging there tripping hazard
Looks like my vehicle was dragged thru the ocean rusting like the vehicle has been used for 8 + years
Missing steps not included but paid for
Rear differential doesn't work
Front differential doesn't work
More that I can't remember right now since I haven't seen my vehicle since July 2020
That clown said these issues are my fault even though I went thru their authorized dealership to install these parts all were installed before I even received the vehicle the only person that seemed like he was willing to help me with these issues was Kyle Maki otherwise Craig, Davidson and this new Clown said it's my fault for buying a lemon. If anyone else is having these issues I think we should join together and have a class action lawsuit. If I knew that these clowns would never fix a vehicle I waited a year on to get delivered to me with nothing installed right I would of bought a used jeep that needed work would of paid less then I did for this Roxor if this is how Mahindra takes care of customers they shouldn't be allowed to sell vehicles I have never had a problem with any car, suv, Jeep, Jet Ski and All-terrain vehicle. If I gave the type of service that I have received from Mahindra I won't ever have a job. I will be suing these clowns regardless if anyone joins me this is ridiculous coming this July I will have owned this Lemon Roxor for 2 years haven't been able to take this off-road like I was attending it to. Also this clown [censored]ed that Mahindra Financing and the dealership both in collaboration made my Roxor street legal was told it was part of the package I picked. I have the first Road Legal Roxor in Minnesota. These are all my problems not due to the poor build job done by Mahindra and the dealership. For all my friends and all of you who have a Roxor that works I am envious of you was super excited about this vehicle before I bought it but now feel like this will be dirtier breakup then my divorce. Below is the first of many letters I sent them.

Dear Craig Cook,
Re: Mahindra ROXOR 2018 A5ZAAAAALJA001180
In July of 2019, I purchased a motor vehicle from your dealership Adventure Centre Arctic Cat Address: 892 Co Rd 480, Marquette, MI 49855. I received the ROXOR in July of 2020 by trailer delivery from one of the representatives from Adventure Center after anxiously waiting for modifications to be completed (taking a total of 1 full year).
While on my way to the pick up location, we were notified by Bob, an "incident" occurred during the transport which caused damage to multiple components of the vehicle; the stinger was damaged, the passenger's mirror bracket broken off, and the AC unit was squealing (we were told we needed to leave and come back with our own tools to tighten a ‘simple screw' to fix the issue). After the back and forth trip to the house (8.4 miles one way) the tools and Bob didn't fix the issue and was told to bring the machine into the nearest Mahindra dealer to tune up the issue(s) as it would be under the warranty.
With the excitement of finally receiving the machine I'd been waiting for for so long, and a trip planned for the very next weekend (the Annual ROXOR Round Up), I headed home - in my new ROXOR with 12 miles on it. I made it about 6 miles before the ROXOR's clutch went out and I was stranded on the side of the road in 95 degree and extremely humid weather. I, frantically, called Bob within 15 minutes of the departure of the drop location and was told he was too far away to turn around and then again advised me to have it towed to the nearest Mahindra dealer for inspection and diagnostics as the machine is brand new and any issues should be covered under warranty. I waited 4 hours for the tow truck to bring the ROXOR, and I, the remaining distance home (2 miles).
I waited for the next 4 days in anticipation after reaching out directly to Bob, Leo's South and the regional manager of Mahindra (at the time was Kyle Maki) with zero call backs from Leo's or Kyle. It was the lack of anyone getting back to me or assisting in solving my concerns that led to my first complaint (July 16th, 2020 submitted via customer service chat) to Mahindra. Kyle Maki reached out later that same day with the following suggestion to remedy the situation;
One additional year to extend the warranty
All repairs/labor paid for by Mahindra
A new stinger
Towing Reimbursement
And was offered to use a demo ROXOR attending the planned event, however, he was very clear that it was extremely unlikely for the demo suggestion as the event was 1 day away at that point. The demo suggestion became mute as the event came and went while the ROXOR sat at the location I was told the vehicle would be taken care of, Leo's South: 16375 Kenrick Ave, Lakeville, MN. 55044 by Kyle Maki and Bob and I dropped it off that very same day, paying for my own dolly and rental which again was made another promise by Bob that I would be reimbursed for those tow fees.
Upon dropping the vehicle off, it was very evident that the shop was not notified of the ROXOR coming in by Bob or Kyle Maki, which they both informed me they called ahead with the obvious unwillingness to assist in a clearly serious matter. (In my personal experience working in the car industry, anything arriving on a tow is standard, a high priority, or at the very least, tell tale sign of serious issues). None-the-less, once Kyle Maki reached out to the dealership an inspection and diagnostic was performed supposedly. To which I never received any formal documentation outlining what the real issues were, other than verbal confirmation the clutch went out and was replaced.
I was extremely excited to have bought the Mahindra ROXOR. Unfortunately, the vehicle is back in the shop after only two short weeks since the ‘initial repairs' were handled. Upon inspection and usage of the vehicle, I'm regretful to report that I've discovered many more issues with my new ROXOR including failure of upgrades, damages, missing requested modifications and other extremely alarming disappointments. Here is the complete list; AC unit does not work, there is an ant infestation in the bulkhead, DC adapter doesn't work, the windshield & the bulk head leak (which are supposed to be water proof - most likely the cause of the ant infestation), spare tire looks used, the body is already rusting, bumper installed wrong, passenger mirror bracket was broken on delivery, no rear view mirror, missing EOM steps, no manuals, loose wiring, towing package never installed, hazard package never installed, ‘ohhh shoot' bar bolt is loose, damage to the rear bumper, tailgate, & stinger, steering already feels shot after only driving it for 120 miles and only having it in my possession for less than 2 weeks, cracked vent, steering wheel cover broke, winch cable already shot after only using it one time.
This is the 2nd time I have brought the Roxor back to Leo's South. Randy, my contact, says that Mahindra refuses to pay for any of the work already done under warranty at the shop, when the slave cylinder failed which blew out the clutch, and refuses to fix all these aftermarket parts which were installed by original dealership which the parts I purchased where from. The mechanic at Leo's South inspected my vehicle and agreed to fix the problems under warranty, however, when I collected the vehicle and started using it again, the vehicle runs but all these problems are still there plus AC is now not working. I brought this to Leo's South's attention and was told to drop it off last Wednesday (8/19/20) to start repairs and installing parts that Kyle Maki (Former National Service Manager Roxor off-road at Mahindra Automotive North America) promised would be installed and labor would be paid by Mahindra. No work has been done by Leo's South since they have not received payment from Mahindra for the initial work they completed to get my Roxor running.
I would appreciate it if you could fix the issues and install parts that was promised by Kyle Maki otherwise I would appreciate a full refund on all parts and purchase of the Mahindra Roxor that I have put in almost $40, 000 between the personal loan on the machine and aftermarket parts. I love this machine but so far, the customer service for Mahindra has been the worst I have ever seen in my life. I thought that Honda dealership was terrible that I worked at, but this puts terrible at a whole new level. If I wanted a machine that had a million problems with it that need to be fixed by me I would of bought an old CJ or wrangler that has no warranty. My understanding from Leo's you still have not paid them for any of the work that has already been done and I have only driven this vehicle for about 2 weeks in a little over a years' time also only put on a little over a 100 miles on it. That is pathetic customer service and you should be embarrassed as a company. I have been patient with this crap shoot you call customer service and would never recommend anyone buying a Roxor if this is how you handle your warranty claims. I promise if this isn't corrected in a timely fashion I will do everything in my power to blast you across the internet so no one else has to deal with your 0 out of 5 star service.
As I am sure you can appreciate, I rely on my Roxor for recreational use, also at the cabin to use as a work vehicle and apart from the inconvenience, this problem has also caused me to incur additional cost. I have kept the receipts as proof of the towing and dolly expense that I was promised to be refunded.
I look forward to settling this matter amicably. If, however, the matter is not satisfactorily resolved by first week of October, I will consider taking further action to resolve the complaint either through the Better Business Bureau, Federal Trade Commision, or through the courts.
Yours faithfully,
Jordan

Need hood and front back grill replaced
I am Don Bordner, 588 Starboard Rd. NW, Shallotte, NC, 28470, [protected]@atmc.net, [protected].
I purchased new 2019 model e Max 22 G s, early last spring. I will list complaints in chronological order.
First, red paint, obviously hand painted onto hood on back edge facing steering wheel started to peel off, leaving bare metal exposed. Does not take any mechanical know how to see this peeling is growing and will be losing paint across surface of hood.
When i asked dealer about this last May, i was told Mahindra USA does nothing in way of cosmetic repairs or replacements.
Secondly, when local temperatures get below 50 degrees F, tractor becomes harder to start. Naturally, one expects diesels to start harder at near or below freezing, but not at 45-50 degrees. As young man worked in woods in northern states and understand diesels, but never encountered such problems at higher temperatures.
When i asked for help, i was told to be sure i followed maintenance guidelines, which i had been. I asked if glow plugs were strong enough, but got no answer from Mahindra USA.
As temperatures have dropped to near freezing and below, tractor harder to start as naturally would be expected. Ran battery out and had to use spare diesel battery to jump and finally start. To start at all now i must keep tractor covered with heater on it when not in use.
Even then, three weeks ago still needed to jump start as new battery died again. Last week same thing again even though kept in garage with propane heater on it.
But this time the hood latch release rod fell off. Mahindra uses very flimsy cotter pins i have learned. First week I had it lost piece off three point hitch that balances things. Replacement $75, so jury rigged something else. Paying $75 for piece lost because of company short sighting just wrong.
Then, drivers side hood pin disappeared because that cotter pin must have malfunctioned too. Had to replace with bolt. Now, hood latch release came all the way out. Lucky not to lose it, Again, a cotter pin gone.
As you can guess, if one can not lift hood to help engine to start jumping battery, tractor remains immoble.
To repair latch one must squeeze arm through side of black plastic front grill. It took me quite a while and many attempts to manually release latch with fingers. During my efforts, the plastic black grill cracked.
So, if Mahindra will not replace hood and grill and address engine starting issues, as now has been my experience, then I am left with no option but to return tractor to Mahindra USA and void the loan.
I have never done such a thing, but one of our five children is lawyer who does much contract work with banks in Charlotte and will know how to best handle this for me.
I really like the tractor and it has been help to me. I am 74 and by myself cut logs into live edge slabs and grade lumber with chainsaw rigs. The tractor has saved me much personal strain, but if one cannot depend on manufacturer to back its products and i cannot depend on it to start, that is all moot, is it not?
Thank you.
God bless.

Unprofessional attitude and delay in service
I had visited Automotive Mahindra Service centre at Jeedimetla, Secunderabad, for getting a spare key manufactured for my Mahindra Quanto, as the key was not working. I had paid and advance of Rs 2000/- in end October 2020 and till December, the service centre neither contacted me with regards to progress nor delivered the key. It took many phone calls and tying up before, the centre finally intimated that the key was ready on 15 Dec 2020. The car had to be taken to the centre for pairing with the key, and during this activity, the service centre very unprofessionally locked the keys inside the car, resulting in them to have to force open the car. Even after that the service centre took another one hour to produce the bill and release the vehicle
The unprofessional attitude of the service centre (Despite I being a customer for over 6 years) is deplorable and needs to be addressed.
it is requested that the centre be instructed to issue and apology and pay a token fine of Rs 11/-

SUBJECT: Delay in delivery of vehicle BMT+ Mahindra Bolero Maxitruck Plus.
Sir,
On 14/08/2020, I placed the order and cleared the advanced payment of the vehicle. On enquiring about the vehicle, the available staff or person in position kept on delaying the dates, thereby failing to deliver at the said time period. While Booking it was told the same will be delivered by 28th of August then it was 2nd September later on 8, 14, 18, 21 was the date commited by showroom and now asking for more 8 days.
I would appreciate if you could kindly look through the matter and kindly resolve the friction being caused which is resulting delay in delivering the mentioned vehicle. As i am relying on the vehicle for transport.
I look forward to settling this matter amicably. If in case the matter is not satisfactorily resolved, I will consider taking further action to resolve the complaint through legal procedures.
Yours faithfully,

1526 sway bars
I purchased my tractor in January of 2019. Shortly after the purchase one of the sway bars broke. Upon reading up on if this was a common thing, I learned that it was and the dealership replaced part of the broken bar. Last weekend while using the bushog, both sway bars broke causing my both lift arms to bend, bent the wheel on the bushog as well as the shaft. I brought the problem to my dealers attention today and got a short "they will not warranty the parts" response. Ideally I would like to have all those damaged parts replaced but my main concern is that by replacing the sway bars with OEM materials that have already failed twice, why doesn't Mahindra address the inferior metals used in that part. I will have a large bill for replacement parts and not comfortable with purchasing Mahindra parts.

Bought mahindra 2545 shuttle shift tractor. Paid cash at time of purchase. Not 1 year old. Has 40 hours on it. Having problems with the 4-wheel drive. Have made attempts to have dealer come and check the tractor or bring one to me to use while they take my tractor in. They don't have time to come check it out and are refusing to give me a tractor to use...

On Oct. 19, 2016, a Peugot 308 (DVP 878 MP) was taken to Mahindra as it was losing power. From that day, we went back and forth as false mis-representations of what the car problem was kept on shifting from impure oil, a fuel pump, a spark plug, the turbo. Aquotation was given and paid for each time resulting in them overcharging me. Oct 4, 2017 we approached MIOSA: Case No. 341 849 which directed us to the NCC Case N. 12/1/1/10-17/03959. The problem worsened that the car had a breakdown on the road in Feb.22, 2017 and had to be towed to Mahindra. A buyer finally bought it in April 26, 2018 at Mahindra where we left it. As the case remained unresolved, MIOSA re-opened the case and ruled in my favour in October 26, 2018 and I desperately need Mahindra to refund me according to MIOSA judgement. Mahindra won't acknowledge or respond to my correspondence, even NCC or MIOSA.
service person try to cheat me
My mahindra thar give to accidents repair. They committed to replace my vehicle bonnet but they replaced a defective bonnet. I was noticed after two days. Then I informed to service center. They agreed to change the part and give appointment to specific repeat jobs. The hold my vehicle more than 3 week. Today I visited to pothens mahindra service center the are try to convince they changed my jeep bonnet with brand new one. But I had some identification mark on my vehicle old bonnet. I hiddenly placed one sticker on that bonnet. While I inspect the new bonnet ( which service person claim that is new) I saw that sticker on that. This type of thieves are in mahindra. I frankly tell this is not business this is robbery.
